I purchased a Laptop from JAMSHEDPUR retail shop on 20.08.2021. Which model is HP 14S dq2535TU. My budget was around 50000 plus two thousand. I visited your shop to buy model HP model 1110. When I asked about latter model, sales man said this model is not there. But he showed former model. I asked him price and he said it 57799/-. I asked him any discount because i.e. freedom offer or else. That was disclosed only around billing moment. I asked him to give mouse and adjust with offer and one macafee antivirus too. But instantly he changed the topics and start convincing to buy policy assurance for one more year and constantly canvassing to do so and later join showroom manager too for same task. Immediately I clarified with my kins and friends not to take assurance. This total exercise for assurance policy around 15 minutes at last I denied that offer. My brain totally mesh up.
Afterward RS 1500 offer was adjusted with two my requisitioned articles and one mobile body guard which was no way in my indent. Because my interest to buy a laptop at optimal price including mouse and anti virus.
Now why Iodge this complain. Because knowingly or unknowingly body guard pushed my indent. Already I was sufficiently puzzled and my brain at that point of time no analyse what the article they intensonally pushing.
I asked salesman even manager to return that optional article. But noway any favour from him.
In above episode, my statement when one customer approach salesman to buy laptop his responsibility to deal what customer looking for, not selling assurance policy.
Secondly, case of mispresentation entirely dealing nowhere mentioned body guard of mobile but lastly included without our sufficient approval.
If that RS. 600 had I saved I could use to buy some reference book for my son who is in STD XI.
In fact salesman motive to maximize money tapping from customer court.
At last I want to return Mobil body guard. I hope this information when go to your perusal obviously will be executed.
