I have register a complaint on 09.07.2021 with your resq team But untill now there was no response
( i have purchased AC with reliance digital on 30.05.2019, after that it was used for only 6 months and then it got repaired, so we have called the technician and the technician said there is a gas leakage and he filled it by charging some amount, then seecond time it got repaired again after 1 month then he filled the gas, again seniour technician came and said there is a problem at the time installation and we need to change the location and he did it by putting th ehole to the wall on the other side, it went well for 2 months and same story repeated, again new technician came and said there is a problem in the COPPER WIRE and i bought it and he changed it, it went well for a month, now the problem repeated again for the fourth time and the technician said we will change the location of the AC ...and in between he took my AC necessary parts to kept hold for 2 days and said now there wont be any problem ...BUT the smile was there only for 2 months, now again i trusted RELIANCE and took a warrenty of a year, (this is to inform you that from the 1 st complaint to the last complaint i have spoken to several RESQ team and digital team members they say that as it is an electronics we cannot give warrenty after you purchase) and i have logged a complaint on 09.07.2021 but untill now no one responses and people from samsung calls us and says you will be charged for this or else you call the digital team ...and my sincere request is kindly do the needful
