On 1st June 2021 I ordered an Apple 20W USB-C 20 Watts Fast Charging Power Adapter through UPI payment from Reliance Digital, Ground, First & Second Floor, 20, 22B, G T
Road, Uni-mark Square, Opp. Uttarapar Housing Estate, Uttarapara 712232, West Bengal, Ph: [protected] / [protected]
Email:[protected]@zmail.ril.com, Mode was pick at store. my Order No. was RDF12324908.
I tried to cancel the order on the day of order. But due to some website problem i was unable to do so. I talked with their customer care executive who informed me that its not a problem. The order will get automatically canceled if i don't pick the product from the store with in 15 days.
But after 15 days I didn't receive any refund.
I send Multiple mail to Reliance Digital about this matter but they didn't took any step.
Suddenly on 21st July I received a mail from Reliance Digital that I have picked up that product from the store which I haven't. Again I have Informed them about that but they are very reluctant to solve this matter.
I want my refund As soon as possible. It's almost 4 month and 15 days.

    I purchased a Sony led tv 32 inch from Reliance digital store in Sodepur kolkata north 24 parganas west Bengal on 06.10.2021. I fully paid all billing amount instantly.
    they promise me home delivery would be free and would be on next day .
    but still dated I not yet got my product .

                Reliance Digital made a policy where pre booking of the I phone 13 pre registration begin with the pre booking of Iphone 13. On launching of iphone 13 the customers who registered under the policy and pre booked the phone will receive first on launching of phone with this terms the customer of reliance digital marketing booked a iphone 13 and had paid 5000 for pre booking of iphone 13 with payment ref no#[protected] and receipt No. [protected] when the product iphone 13 launched it shall delivere/provide to those customers who were pre booked the mobile iPhone 13 under the said policy. I/complaint Rohan Pandey was in above mentioned condition and pre booked the iphone 13 at Reliance Digital surya TI mall bhilai Chhattisgarh.
                But when the iphone 13 was launched on 24th, Reliance Digital Bhilai has sale out my product/Mobile (iphone 13) to another customer who has not pre booked the iphone 13 under the policy of Reliance Digital surya TI mall Bhilai Chhattisgarh which is the breach of contract/Policy by the Reliance Digital Surya TI mall Marketing Bhilai. where I (Rohan Pandey) was told by the reliance digital your product will be delivered shorty in near about 1 Month where the condition was to deliver on launching date the delivery of pre booked phone shall be made by the Reliance Digital Surya TI mall Bhilai by this act the Reliance Digital Suya TI mall Bhilai has breached the condition and policy and has committed the offence u/s 420 of IPC of which I Rohan Pandey compaling against Reliance Digital Marketing Surya TI mall Bhilai for betryal and my mental harassment of defaming me by disrespecting with cruel and adverse against said policy personally as well, as a customer which is intolerant by breaching the policy and committed cheating and dishonestly deliverd Rohan Pandey property to another person who has not registered under the policy of Reliance Digital Surya TI mall Bhilai Chhattisgarh and haa not registered himself For Pre Booking for iPhone 13 as well as not pre booked the I phone 13 and who doesn't comes under the policy in this sense Reliance Digital Commitee and Betrayed Rohan Pandey with me by not delivering my product on launching Date and The Employee of the Reliance Digital Said to Me we Have sold Your Product to another person this type of statement is not considerable and disrespectful.

                It is Humble Request to Provide me my Product iphone 13 as early as possible and punish the fraud person of Reliance Digital who has committed fraud to Reliance Digital As well as To Me Rohan Pandey and to Compensate Me for Mental Cruelty and time loss Cost for Making this Complaint.

                  I raised a claim request on 3rd Oct about my phone and when I called customer care, they informed me that my claim was declined due to delay in forming.

                  When the incident happened that time, I could not make out that the screen was slightly damaged and when I noticed I called customer care to claim and they sent sms to record complaint on chatbot. I tried multiple times but there was an issue in your chatbot and at the end was giving a message that "there is some issue, please try later or call customer care". Delay in registering happens due to this also.

                  I tried to explain the same to customer care people and through mail also but denied to process.

                  I am getting continuous SMS's for service fee of Rs. 999/- for getting claim processed. Before paying I thought to clarify from customer care, whether I should pay or not. They say don't pay, it is an automated SMS and doesn't check whether claim is approved or rejected.

                  I really feel cheated by Reliance. If you can, please help and it sorted.

                    Cancelled the order and didn t get any refund even after 10 days
                    I wish to raise a complaint against reliance digital where i had made a purchase of iPhone 11 64gb on 2nd October and immediately i cancelled the order as I ordered wrong color.

                    But till today dated 10/11/2021 i have not been refunded the amount of 38, 999/-.

                    Upon giving multiple calls with Customer care of Reliance they say it take 10 days for refund however no where in the website they have mentioned any such information.

                    It looks like its a kind of a scam they are running now the bank is charging penalty for late fees.

                    Who will bear these charges. Request to support and take strict action

                    I have still not received any refund and bank is charging late fees for this. Reliance digital has no return policy of refund which is a big scam. i want my money with interest

                      Hi Team,

                      I have purchased iphone and charger at a time and asked for the same query with the order id for the cashback criteria for the same. And i have got confirmation from [protected]@ril.com for the cashback details " i will get the cashback after 120 days" after 120 days i have not received any cashback and sent mail to same id [protected]@ril.com, now the same team is telling that my order is not eligible for the cashback. I have requested the [protected]@ril.com team to get back to me with the person who have confirmed before because i have kept the order by the confirmation received from the [protected]@ril.com team. Otherwise i could have purchased in other site or offline. I have sent mail to cshead.[protected]@ril.com to escalate the same issue for the cashback which i have not received but not getting any response. It is very bad response from team saying this is final communication. In call they have confirmed that they will escalate my issue but in mail communication they are telling its final communication. Can someone look into my issue and provide me the steps to claim for my cashback?

                          On October 5th 2021 I went to Reliance Digital offline store at Shivam Road, Vidya Nagar, Hyderabad for purchasing IFB washing machine, after entered into store they changed my mind set to take LG washing matching and I, paid total money with extended warranty. At the time of purchase the sales executive committed to deliver the product on 6th October 2021 and installation on 7th October 2021. I called to Reliance store on 6th October around 8pm, they said we defiantly deliver the product on 7th October 2021. Even that day also not received the product. Again i called to store, they said same, it will deliver tomorrow (8th October 2021). On 8th October i called to store, now they said your ordered product is out of stock. After some more telephonic conversation again they said it will deliver on 9th October 2021. But till now (9th October 2021) not received the product. Now they are convening to select other product.

                                  I purchased an Air condition from Reliance Digital on 24/03/2021. They offered us 10% cash back with Axis Bank credit card payment.
                                  We paid with credit card. they assured us to
                                  credit the cash back within 90 days.but after 6 Month of purchase i have not received the same.i think i am not alone they are doing this practice with all the customer .they are making fool to the customer in the name of cashback.it should be raised in the court legaly.

                                      I have purchased ac in reliance velachery outlet. In their site online they are selling same product for 31k but in shop they cheated me for 36k. When went back and asked about that they refunded 1.7 only I got cheated 2k. So please aware of that cheaters frauds. Number one fraud dealer never I seen.

                                        With reference to the trailing mail, you should feel shame on your parts by writing nice quotation, when writing the quotation your company should follow that also. I have paid money for refrigerator on 28/09/2021 as on date I didn't got it, you people have delivered, first one is damage and after that again you have replaced other one Thats is also damage. If as a coustomer if your in my place what u would do. How many days I have to wait, if I ask for refund your telling that your company is not having refund process, then what is your company process stilling common man money. Just one thing I can say on the name of business reliance is behaving as a dacoits.
