Address: Flat no 202 aparna aura. Shaikpet

We have purchased a 650ltr panasonic double door freeze in name of dr shakeena dayana aparna aura. Apt flat no 202. Shaikpet in month of august last year. The freeze stopped cooling from 1 month nd 10 days. The technician first came down to inspect it 28 days ago after raising 3 complaints he said as the freeze is under warranty the part will be replaced 21 days nd atleast 10 calls there is not even a response about when it will be done. Havent seen one such horrible customer service ever.

    I purchased a new Samsung AC from reliance digital, treasure Island Mall, Indore Madhya Pradesh on 25/3/21.
    The product was delivered very late more than 2 months later, then installation provided by reliance resQ team that too untrained technician. Even they opened my new compressor while installing.
    From day one, my AC was poorly cooling and later no cooling at all.
    I called samsung engineer, they visited and told gas is leaked due to faulty installation.
    I called reliance digital to replace the product since its only 10-12 days only . since installation. But they are not responding to my query to replace the product or they should refund my full amount if can't replace with new same product.

      I ordered samsung s6 lite tab on 6th june. It was supposed to b delivered in 3 hours. I have cancelled the order due to the delay in delivery. My order number is RDF12587255

      Today is 15th june and I haven't recieved my refund. I have been calling every day from 10 days (more than 15 times) and they are not giving any solution. I have mailed them 7 days back several times and they are not even replying.

      The store person saying he has cancelled order several days back. But the reliance digital is telling me to wait for sometime. And its been 10 days they are not responding to my mails.

      The customer service also hunging up the phone without listening.

      So if any concern authority could help me. I will be grateful.

        This Complaint Is In Regards To PlayStation 5 Which I Have Purchased It On 17th May For 49990 Against Order Number RDF11597423 And The Product Is Not Even Dispatched Yet . I Have Made Calls To Customer Care On Different Occasions For Which I Get A Standard Reply, ' The Product Is Confirmed But We Are Not Sure When The Order Gets Delivered . It's Almost A Month Now And I've Dropped In Couple Emails Too To Which I Only Got One Email Stating I Will Be Informed Once It's Shipped But Now It's 10th June And Zero Updates From Reliance . This Is Really Saddening .I Wish Someone Looks Into This And Take Corrective Action. I'm Really Disappointed With Reliance's Ignorance.

          Refer my order RDF10334505 in online store of Reliance Digital.

          The air-condition delivered and installed but didn't work during installation itself. Since then its been almost 3 months and I have been waiting for the replacement. I have complained about this to everywhere possible including their complaint management system but yet to get my air conditioner.

          The service department is doing nothing or do not want to resolve the complaint.

            I had to make an urgent call to the US from India thus I recharged for Rs. 501 to make ISD calls.

            After the recharge, I wasn't able to make any calls and I kept calling the Jio customer care but they kept transferring my call, or sending YouTube videos unrelated to my problem, and kept disconnecting the calls.

            Not only I wasn't able to make my urgent ISD call, but also wasted hours and hours calling them for nothing. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. Their ISD package to me is a sham, didn't work one bit.

                Return of laptop and refund

                Sir,
                I ordered a laptop on 8th jun and saw that I didn't included the bag which was free so I called customer care and asked what should i do they told me to cancel it and put a new order including bag.so I did it ut when I cancelled the order after 5-6 hrs status changed automatically to invoiced .I again cancelled it but it was not getting cancelled so I talked to customer care guys and they told me there is a bug in the site and...

                I got avita laptop on 7th june 2021 booked on reliance digital.
                On the inspection found that the web cam position is not as per standerd laptop (not even mentioned in the specification on website page). Which is on the below the screen on above the key pad. Realy wierd position And difficult to interact facing camera video class which requires continuos adjustment of camera.
                After 7 days i got reply from company that they cannot replace the laptop and asked to directly discuss with avita for DOA certificate.
                Which company should have helped .

                Looking for easy return of the laptop so that i can buy new laptop.

                    I am shanthi chandrasekar from chennai. My order of Morphy richards sandwich maker was delivered in broken condition on 30-4-21 .For one and a half months I have been sending reminder after reminder till date their email says we would fix the return shortly. Their customer care is nothing more a recorded type response only. Should have bought through
                    amazon, made the biggest blunder by ordering

                      My name is prabdeepkaur contact number [protected] .I had visited reliance digital juhu shop in 2020 July and wanted to buy MacBook
                      Salesman convinced me to buy it with my credit card in emi option to which I agreed
                      While buying this product I explained to him that it was for my daughter and she was going to use it for education purpose so there was a possibility of damage in traveling or theft in public place and i need an insurance to cover it
                      He explained me to buy extended warranty which would cover it for 2 years I was convinced and asked him to show me this extended warranty terms and conditions contract he said once I buy it will be sent via email and I paid the sum he asked me to after giving me discount on the actual price this is what he told me
                      Now I have some damage on this product and I wanted to get it repaired under the cover I took so I contacted reliance digital but there was no response for nearly 2 weeks now the juhu store has someone named shakil who has informed me that I have only extended warranty which doesn’t cover it
                      I’m asking him about the cover I took and for which I paid 15000 rupees why didn’t reliance digital send me what is included in the cover and why isn’t even after specific telling the sales guy what I needed why was the extended warranty given in the first place what warranty is it what does it cover, I also asked him whether I could talk to the person who sold me this product they say he isn’t this store now
                      I have to fix this MacBook for which I will have to pay more money

                        On 08-May-2021, I tried to purchase "LG 14 Place Settings Under-Counter Dishwasher with TrueSteam, QuadWash, Inverter Direct Drive Technology, DFB424FP" online, transaction (BANK EMI) completed but in Reliance digital portal it is showing as " Status: Payment Unsuccessful, but later bank confirmed that amount got transferred and my EMI started, many time approached Reliance customer care and raised ticket and ticket and the number is PNR00907549, PNR00899150, but no response, every time I hear one answer backend team will approach since I lost one EMI, I tried for Consumer court but it is very difficult to log as there lots of process, documents ...affidavit...

                        I don't know what to do...:(

                            I have purchased Samsung AC 1.5T from Reliance Digital Bhilwara Rajasthan on Dated 10.03.2021.
                            It was installed on 13.03.2021. I have purchased extra accessories like Stabilizer, MCB, AC Cable as suggested by Installation team. After working for only three Days, AC got stop to work.
                            I have been informed to installation Engineer and after checking by him, it declares that there is some issue in Outdoor PCB Card and assure to fix the issue.

                            The same information is conveyed to the Manager of Reliance Digital Bhilwara also and he assured to sort out the issue on urgent basis whatever need to be fix.

                            But it is regret that after passing almost three months & Summer, My AC could not get in function. In this duration My Outdoor unit become for some experiment unit. It almost opened by every part but it could not get started.

                            Now i am Fed Up & requested to all & i do not want this AC(Dabba for me). Please arrange to remove this from my house & refund my all money. I do not wish to have this AC anymore and further i do not want to get it repair. I just want my money back. That's It.

                            I am looking a solution for refund and wishing that you will never let me down any more.

                                I ordered a prepaid iPhone 11 128 GB Black from reliance digital app through insta delivery method which promised 3 hour delivery on 6th June 9:45 AM IST its been 3 days I have not yet received the order and called the customer care executive several times and they gave me the contact number of the shop which was responsible for delivering my order. I called on that number on 7th June they promised to deliver on 9th June then I called that guy whose name was Piyush Kumar, CRM Reliance Digital, Patliputra he instructed me to cancel the order as they will not be able to give me my order. I called the customer care and explained about this and asked them to cancel as I will never purchase anything from reliance company. And now I have been waiting for 6 hours to cancel my order as there is no option available on the reliance digital app to cancel the order I am totally dependent on them. Please help me they have my money and not delivering the phone what should I do, I have waited enough.

                                  I Ordered one iphone11 128gb variant from the website on 3rd June, EDD is of 8th June. My package was not even picked up from the shipper FCPL DIGITAL till 8th June. I checked with Delhivery for the same but they mentioned that package was not physically handed over to us yet. I cancelled my order as I reviewed hundreds of similar pending cases. Now I got mail that your cancellation is under approval as Delivery partner didn't yet approved cancellation. Delivery partner DELHIVERY clearly mentioned that package was not handed over. Customer Service of Reliance Digital is still asking me to wait for another 10 working days. I've seen thousands of cases where customers didn't received their refund even after a month. I just wanted to bring this to everyone's notice that this RELIANCE DIGITAL eye catchy deals are complete SCAM. Don't fall for it. I don't even know how long will I have to wait for my refund. Not expected from one the renowned person's organization. Please look to it.

                                    I made an order with reliance digital online on 30th of may for a TCL smart AC with a stated delivery date of 7th June but it hasn't been delivered yet and the status is just showing as confirmed, I tried reaching out to the customer care service but they said they also don't have any ways to track my order and cannot guarantee me a timeline on when it can be delivered and simply asking me to wait.they don't have a timeline on shipping initiation itself but the website still shows me the status as confirmed with expected delivery date of 7th June
