In the bill I had to mention the establishment name.. please modify the billing name and send me a duplicate bill copy with the updated billing name as the same is needed to be submitted to the establishment..

      I have logged a complaint for my AC getting E1 in the console on April 10
      Till date I have the issue still remains open on May 3 a technician came and tried installing a new board which is after 23 days after me registering my complaint did not go well ( still my AC inside unit remains disbanded ) and now today I e after three months I still have the issue un resolved

        मैंने रिलायंस डिजिटल स्टोर नजफगढ़ से 28 मार्च 2021 को Dell कंपनी का लैपटॉप लिया जिसकी कीमत उन्होंने मुझसे 34998/Rs ली, और कच्चा बिल बना कर दे दिया। मैंने इनसे कंपनी के नाम पर पक्का बिल मांगा तो इन्होंने मुझे कहा कि जीएसटी बिल हमारी बैकेंड टीम बनाती है जिसको बनाने में 8 से 10 दिन लग जाते हैं जैसे ही बिल बनेगा आपको कॉल कर दी जाएगी लेकिन इनके यहां से मुझे 12, 13 दिन होने के बाद तक भी कोई कॉल नहीं आई, तो मै इनके स्टोर पर दोबारा गया, तो उन्होंने बोला कि बिल अभी नहीं बना है, इसके बाद लॉकडाउन लग गया लॉकडाउन खुलने के बाद जब मैं फिर से इनके स्टोर गया तो उन्होंने मुझे 33999/Rs का बिल पकड़ा दिया जो मुझसे लिए गए अमाउंट से 1000/Rs कम का बिल था | इसके बारे में पूछने पर कोई सुनवाई नहीं कर रहे हैं, बातों को घुमा रहे हैं और बोल रहे हैं जहाँ कंप्लेंट करनी है कर लो, बिल इतने का ही मिलेगा। यहा हर रोज इस तरह लाखो रूपयो की हेराफेरी होती है, नये ग्राहक इनके जाल मे ना फसे सावधान रहे।🙏🙏

          I am Amit Ghag, have couple of dissatisfaction issues with Reliance digital. I have purchased a Lloyd 1ton split A. C. Online and got the delivery on 12th June 2021. It was packed so we didn't open and check and waited for installation team to come. Installation team came, opened the packing and found that A. C. Remote is not been delivered. Technician Ahad Sayyed called his senior and complained about undelivered remote so he said we will get it next day. Later they did the installation in such a manner that insulated pipes are very much visible due to which my room interior is completely spoiled. As I was not present at home I saw it and called Ahad to do the rectification he said it can't be done way and pipes will be visible also they will charge us Rs.1300 as reinstalling charge. Later they never turned up and also never attended my calls.
          I have even tried calling on customer care but after listening to the complaint they disconnected calls.
          I mailed to cshead but the reply was only will get back after 12 hrs then 1 day.
          Then I mailed to CEO Mr.Bade, reply came 8 hrs, then 72 hrs. And then all silent
          On 22nd June 2021 got call from Lloyd office and the person said that now we need to purchase a remote from reliance digital as it is your mistake that you have not checked and also reliance digital has not checked.
          I am really surprised to see this kind of negligence and correspondence from a reputed company.
          Now I need to really get in touch with a responsible and authority person of reliance digital who can solve the issue.
          Kindly take this issue seriously and revert to me. If you call me and speak then it will be highly appreciated.

            I have logged complaint for my ac censor on 5/6/2021 but till date no response from reliance officials
            they are only bothering us courier not received wait for next day this going on last one week

            When received than destroyed and used part when i complaint registered than under warranty and now it is out of warranty

              I Have Purchased Hisense 108 Cm (43 Inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart TV, 43A71F Through Reliancedigital.In. (Order No: RDF[protected]. The Price Mentioned On The Website Was Rs: 30, 990/- And After Deducting Discount Of Rs 2, 500 (Coupon Code : JUN1000) The Order Total Was Showing 28, 490/-
              After Proceeding With Online Payment, The Full Amount Got Deducted From My Bank Account. Without Considering The Discount Of Rs. 2, 500/-. Kindly Suggest How To Get Refund Of Discount Amount Of Rs.2, 500/-
              I Have The Screenshot Of Final Order Total From Reliance Digital Website Showing The Order Total Of 28, 490/- After Discount

              I Had Contacted Reliance Customer Care[protected], The Representative Informed Me To Email The Issue To Get The Refund. Then I Have Forwarded My Complaint To [protected]@Ril.Com, Bm.[protected]@Ril.Com, Cshead.[protected]@Ril.Com But They Only Replied With Demanding 8-10 Hours Time To Resolve The Issue, Thought I Followed Up 5 Times Since 5-Jun-2021 And Each Time I Have Got The Same Reply Demand Time To Resolve The Issue But No Resolution As Of Today 16-Jun-2021.

                Without my consent how they convert amount on EMI.

                  I went to RD store at my city to buy mobile phone, I did UPI payment at store by scanning QR code, Amount debited from my account and Payment was successfull at UPI payment app, but bill was not generated and I was not able to puchase phone, waiting for company to refund my amount ASAP.

                      My family have planned to buy an AC because of my relative visit within 2 days. So I have searched for an AC which will be delivered with a day and installation in a day.

                      Considering the situation ordered an AC in Reliance Digital on 27th April 2021 and felt happy about the order. Please find the order details attached.

                      AC arrived on 28th and installation team arrived on 29th. But AC is not working. We are getting error code E1. Installation team left without fixing this issue. They mention another technician will be arriving to fix this issue.

                      Next day technician came home and mentioned there is a fault in the AC and took some photos. He haven’t gave any information about replacing the AC or when will it be replaced.

                      After long back and forth conversation with multiple Reliance Digital representatives, they came and took the broken AC by May 8th and haven't informed when will I get my AC. I am continually following-up till date (18th June 2021) there is no proper response rom them either on getting a new AC or refunding the amount.

                      I no more need AC from Reliance Digital. This company is trying to cheat me. They are not having proper refund system in their company. If customer has paid an entire amount for the product almost 3 months back and keep waiting and following-up for it, really frustrating.

                      I have attached the bills. But I can't able attach e-mail conversation with Reliance Digital customer service in this site [because only photos can be attached].

                      I want my amount 34169 Rs to be refunded. Could you please consider my case and provide justice?

                            I bought a Samsung led tv in August 2020, after 10 months I faced issue in connecting my television to wifi. I called the customer service number given by the reliance digital provider. Thrice I have raised the complaint and no service provider visits to fix the issue. Every time they give wrong request number and say that complaint is raised. Next time when we call for the status, they say complaint itself was not yet raised due to system issues. This pathetic service and no one takes the charge of the issues raised by the consumer.

                              I have placed an order from Reliance Digital online store for a HP Laptop for which the price was Rs. 56, 999. There was two types of discounts on that, one is if the purchase value is more than Rs. 50, 000 then discount of Rs. 3, 000 and second is if the purchase value is more than Rs. 20, 000 then discount of Rs. 1, 000. I applied both the discount and therefore my net payment should be Rs. 52, 999. After placing the order, the amount deducted from my bank account was Rs. 56, 999 i.e. the price without considering the discount.

                              After that I have immediately sent a mail to [protected]@ril.com requesting for my refund of Rs. 4, 000 which was deducted extra from my bank account. The mail was auto-replied saying that we will get back to you in 24 hours. Then, even after 48 hours there was no response from their side so I have put up various follow up mails marking Head of Customer Support cshead.[protected]@ril.com & CEO of Reliance Retail bm.[protected]@ril.com and it has been 8 days and there is not even a single response from their side. I have contacted their ecommerce helpline various times and each time they will say that it will be done. But nothing happened.

                              So, I decided to cancel the order and since the order was pick from store I am not able to cancel it from site therefore I mailed them for cancelling my order and also called ecommerce helpline number for cancellation. There is no response for that also. When I call ecommerce helpline they will say that cancellation will happen and you will receive mail but I have not received anything till now. I have tried reaching the store from where the pickup was scheduled and they are refusing to cancel the order from their side.

                              Since no response is received I am submitting a complaint here.

                              Hope it will be resolved.

                                I purchased fully automatic top load washing machine Whirlpool from Reliance digitals lakshmi puram, Guntur. Day one onwards problem with shaking, resq team from Reliance visited several times and unable to identify.
                                With my struggle Whirlpool team identified problem in drum.
                                It indicates ineffency of resq to unable to identify the problem what identified by Whirlpool. So I requested Reliance to replace machine because since we had not used the machine because of afraid. They are rejecting to replace. I think so some gambling is playing by Reliance digitals by selling 2nd hand items.its a process of cheating customers. So I request you to all customers of India before purchasing in reliance or whirlpool products, beware and better not to purchase and to face problems like me

                                  I had bought apple AirPods Pro online from reliance digital on 7th May’21 which were delivered to me on 9th May. When I opened the box, right AirPod did not have any sound. I registered complaint on phone with reliance customer care but they asked me to provide DOA from apple. Due to lockdown in Delhi, the stores were closed. When the lockdown was lifted, I got the AirPods checked and service report with faulty right AirPod was sent over email on 14th June. The team at reliance has not responded to my emails since and even customer cars on phone banking is not paying any heed now that I have the service receipt from apple store. I have been chasing reliance digital for return n refund of my amount but they are simply ignoring me and I have my hard earned money stuck with them. Request intervention.
