Address: Konuru village, garividi mandalam, vizianagaram district.

I have purchased LG Dual invertor on April 1st 2021. After 25 days of the installation, had an issue with gas leakage. We have complained about the issue and got it resolved after 10 days with lot of struggle. Again now we are facing the issue after 20 days. (We are getting ch 38 error on the display which indicates insufficient amount of gas we assume). When we checked with the technician previously we were told there were no leakages. This is not acceptable if the issue reoccuring. Kindly look into it and provide an update.

    Kindly respond to this issue, I have requested many times over in Mail and Customer support till I didn't get any response from your side. I get information when I order It will be delivered in 1 week, but It's already 20 days over.

    Please check your E-commerce site to it's showing the wrong city with PINCODE is 508213 (Suryapet) but it's showing Nalgonda.

      My order number RDF11161711 and I have purchased mobile samsung f62 on 3 rd may from Reliance digital online .. but they haven't delivered till now.. almost one month is about to get over . And customer agents are also not providing proper answers and they are committing new dates for delivery everytime which isn't met yet.. plz provide my mobile as soon as possible

          My product is delivered 3 days back, no installation was done.
          I've been contacting everyday for installation and the person i spoke with on 26/5/2021 behaved irresponsibly with me and cancelled my service request.
          "Dear Customer, As per your request, service request No. [protected] dated 26/05/21 has been cancelled based on your confirmation. For any queries please call [protected] or login to resQ app https://t.jio/RelresQ ."

          Instead of scheduling installation, the customer care executive cancelled my service request. This is utmost disrespect and negligence towards customer.
          No after sales support, really disappointed with reliance digital.

            Reliance digital karnal is not picking up calls and when i go to the showrrom they closed it at 11:30am only instead of 12:00pm so please take a strict action ..
            Becouse no one has a free time atleast they have to pick calls and entry and exit as per schedule

              Dear Team,
              I am really disappointed with my first experience with Reliance digital due to below concern of my order:

              1. Item is defective from inside and not in working condition it means dispatched without proper checked of item.
              2. Replacement item is not yet dispatched however replacement is confirmed.
              3. Defective item is not yet pick-up by your courier partner however I have received message on 18/05/2021 and on 20/05/2021 & 21/05/2021 for pick-up.
              4. This is looks like you are not putting trust on your customer as the condition to dispatched the replacement item after pick-up of defective one which is getting delayed from your side is not appreciable.
              5. It seems your are enjoying customer money as your working capital.
              6. I have marked so many mails but no response either on mail or on phone for my problem.
              7. Today on 24th May 2021 my replacement order is also showing in cancel status with out confirmation from customer.

                This is Giridhar Reddy Bojja (Order No.: RDF[protected]. I have purchased a Philips 146 cm (58 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart TV, 7600 Series 58PUT7605 television on May 21st, 2021 9:00 A.M. the reliance digital team confirmed my order on May 21st, 2021 9:30 A.M. The reason for this email is, I received an email saying my order was canceled due to lack of stock and mentioned the refund would be processed within 7-10 business days. I am 'not ok' with the refund as I need my ordered product as soon as possible.

                After the order is placed and it been confirmed, I have called the reliance support team with the customer care number[protected] almost 4 times from yesterday to today evening to know the status of my order, and they promised me that the order is confirmed and will be delivered on-time. This is the response I received from the support team when I called them. To make it precise, I am listing the time when I placed a call with customer care: Call 1) 21st May 3:10 PM, Call 2) 21st May 4:47 PM, Call 3) 22nd May 4:08 PM, Call 4) 22nd May 4:55 PM. Please get the call recordings and listen to the conversation which I had with customer care. I clearly asked them whether my product is safe and will it get delivered on time? The response I received was, "it is confirmed and will be delivered as promised." I also received an email from reliance digital saying my order was partially shipped on 21 May at 7:15 PM. Finally, I want to say that my order was confirmed, then it was partially shipped, which I have confirmed with customer care almost 4 times. Now I receive an email saying my order is canceled due to lack of stock. What kind of service is this? How come a confirmed item is out of stock?. I checked the product online now, and it shows in stock for a different price. How come an item is out of stock and can be in stock online and in the store? So now the price is increased, so you don't want to deliver the product who ordered when it was on offer? Is this the service reliance digital is providing to the customer? This is the terrible experience I had with the reliance digital.

                I want my product which I ordered, and I do not wish any refund. With the confirmation of product email, partial shipment email, and verbal communication with the reliance customer service, I was told my order was confirmed and delivered on time. Due to this confirmation, I donated my old television to the poor people near my house; I do not have a television in my home now. Suppose you guys don't have a product in stock. In that case, you might have informed us right away. How come you send a confirmation email, shipping email, and verbal statement by your staff saying it will be delivered on time. Now you say we cancel your order. Due to your email and customer care misleading me, I sold my old television, and I don't have a television in my home now. I want a television now. I want my order to be delivered, and I do not wish for any refund.

                Suppose I am not getting my order delivered on time. In that case, I have to reach out to the higher authority and file a complaint with the consumer court on the same. I have every proof to prove my case is right, and you guys made a mistake. I am a criminal lawyer, and I know how to handle this case. I suggest you should deliver my product on time as I ordered and as your promised. Again, I want my product which I ordered, and I do not want a refund. I advise you guys to reach out to me as soon as possible at the following phone number: +[protected].

                Today again at 10:00 AM, I placed call to customer service again, they promised my order will be delivered by end of the day. What's happening? Are you guys trying to fraud customers by emailing them saying your order is cancelled due to lack of stock. I called reliance digital stores and enquired about the product, they said it's available and ready in the store. You guys are playing with customers. I want my product at any cost. If its available in the store, I can pick it up if you guys want to. Do not say it is out of stock, I have checked both online and with the offline stores, the item is the stock for 47500. I need my product

                  Hello There,

                  This is regarding Kent Grand plus RO purifier which I purchased 6 months ago. There was an issue last month and they got fixed after 15 days and now the machine stopped purifing water. After 4 days of back and back followups there was an technician visited today[protected] but our great reliance people sent washing Machine technician to fix water purifier. He has no idea what to look and fix the issue. He took all the parts out from machine and said there’s some issue with sediment filter and will be changed in 2 weeks.
                  Can you guys say me any use of buying product from you. I wasted my money and time. I again had to buy water from other services. My parents are literally suffering from you guys. If you can service me just pay back my money.

                  And the worst thing i seen, I have gathered all the information with me like how relience digital team in Khammam cheating people in and around. Store manager sitting next to the phone and not answering the calls and having fun and laughing around. How ridiculous this people are.

                    I ordered AC 20 days back, CC said due to lockdown we cant send, and now they are saying we cant refund as it is shipped where as there is no reason to get shipped as lock down is keep increasing day by say and tracking is not even mooving since 20 days.

                      I purchased an iPhone on May 5th, 2021 which was to be declared on 8th may, 2021. However, even after registering a complaint on high priority on 9th May, 2021, the product wasn't delivered.

                      It is 21st May, 2021 today and my product still hasn't been delivered. The status is showing 'INVOICED' since day 1.
                      I have called the customer care service each day for an update, but the only solution they give is 'Wait for the product'.

                        I had taken a Jio Broadband connection at my home in Vikas Puri, New Delhi 7 months ago. They have given me a connection from a pole which uses a 90 m long cable. Since the cable is so long, the signal strength is VERY POOR & the Internet connection is LOST frequently, specially if any bird sits ion the cable.
                        There is another Jio Broadband junction box just 10 meters from my house. I have made SEVERAL REQUESTS for shifting the connection to the nearby junction box but NO ONE CARES.
                        Jio charges OVER Rs. 1, 000 per month & this is a SERIOUS DEFICIENCY in service. WILL SOMEONE LOOK INTO IT????

                          Hi Team,

                          I have raised @RelianceResQ Regarding Resq Service #[protected]. Their tech. Arindam didn't visit my flat and just based on a missed call didn't come to service my defective Aquaguard on ResQ warranty. He mentioned that they don't have the filters available, so he didn't show up. Now my machine has burnt out. There is no response from Reliance Digital and the technician is intentionally not coming. Please help.

                            Recently i had purchased an HP laptop
                            (15s-du1065TU) from Reliance Digital(Sevoke Road, 2nd mile, Siliguri-734001.Within 10 days of buying the laptop it didnt turn on for 2 days straight even after putting it on charge.Moreover after 5 days it didnt turn on again, upon which i visited the reliance store.
                            After stating them my problems, they didnt even acknowledge us and told us to go the HP service center.It hasnt even been 1 month since i got this laptop, so atleast the help care staff could have been more responsible towards us but instead they acted pretty rude and irresposibly.He straight away told us that its not within their 7-day exchange policy and that they cant do anything.When we told them about our reason for not coming sooner because of the ongoing partial lockdown in my state, they said its not their problem.
                            This behaviour from your staff was clearly very rude and unexpected.Never had i ever imagined such kind of customer service from Reliance Digital.I hope you look into this matter at the stated reliance digital store.

                              I raised a repair request day before yesterday
                              for my reconnect soundbar which is under warranty,

                              They have forcefully canceled my request from their end today, this is very bad.

                              Very poor service.

                                I feel like stuck in between not even getting instant cancel and refund all money nor able to get the products deliver.

                                I brought Samsung a72 and home theater, when I book the product they told it will deliver as soon as cheque get cleared.

                                And it get clear on 31 March but they told they can't see clearance of cheque on their PC.

                                And rest is the story till now they are just making us fool.

                                Please help me...

                                    Promised to get deliver by 04may21, right now it is 10may21 - it's not done. Raised complaint multiple times still not resolved. These Reliance customer care persons are irresponsible and badly treated me many times. Neither delivering products not cancelling order.

                                      Ordered product on 30th April 21 and it was not available and i asked to cancel it. So i cancelled on the same day. And till now my order on website is showing confirmed status and i called customer care three to four times but they are unable to get my money refunded. So if any concern authority could help me. I will be grateful.
