Hi

I have purchased AC on 31st march and commitment was to deliver by april 7th to the destination..But it delivered on 13th evening.

And stabilizer is look like already used and Rat bitten..How can these people sent like that.

      I purchased a air conditioner a week ago and the technician installed it the outlet pipe was not installed properly it came out of the hose called the technician and showroom ( 2 days after installation) again they told they will rectify within 48 hrs but it's been 4 days still not

        I am Pritam Basu, I have purchased a water purifier on[protected] from reliance digital store Bagmore-Kanchrapara(north 24 parganas, W.B) along with AMC from RESQ upto[protected].
        On 22nd February, 2021 I found some problem with my water purifier as water storing time get increased by nearly 45 minutes. Service Engineer came said one of filter getting jammed, he cleaned it and fitted it again . after few days on 15th March, 2021 water stopped totally. Again I registered complaint another service engineer came he checked all and said all of filters are get damaged. He took some photos of all and after few days he will come and replace it all . but no one came by next 5 days only a service personal called me and demanded Rs 3990 for replacement off all filters although it is clearly stated that resq care will replace all damaged functional parts without cost during period of contract only " water inlet, outlet pipe, adaptor and body cabinet" is payable.
        So I rush to the reliance digital store and stated all the matter to them, they said be there may be some misunderstanding and they wiil take care it all. However after number of times of knocking they send a service engineer who checked all and by any means he mke the water flowing, again took some photos of it and assure replacement of filters during next visit. But soon after some personal called me and again demanded money this time Rs 4500. and said my filters only be changed if I agree to pay all this money, if I am not agree they wiil close the complaint.
        Again I contacted reliance digital store personnel, this time they said as water is flowing filter is okay so need not to replace.

        So they will not change my filter without money although I have purchased a AMC from them where it is clearly sated that all functional parts will be replaced without cost during period of contract. Then why resq service stand for. I feel I am cheated by Reliance DIgital Store and they harassed me a lot also heath of my family member also endangered by them.

            Request for a detailed Invoice for my laptop

            I have purchased a Lenovo Ideapad Laptop on 23rd January 2021. This laptop comes with a pre-installed MS Office which a consumer has to activate. But unfortunately, I am struggling till today to activate it.
            I approached Lenovo. I wasted one month.
            I was referred to Microsoft who gave me a solution.
            The solution is that SELLER should mention on the invoice that MS Office pre-installed. Surprisingly, Reliance Digital writes...

            I am Kannan from chennai.I ve purchased lloyd 1 ton ac in Reliance digital velachery, Chennai on 2020 February.From may the ac started giving low cooling and air throw.due ti Nation wide lock down I understand the difficulty for ac tecnicians.They did not turn up.The problem continued.
            Again after official complaint the lloyd tecnican told that the ac has to be cleaned and tolf the charge was 3000 for a new ac.We compained to Reliance store.They again sent thesame tecnician.In the mean time as they postponed the problem.It resulted in ending of warranty period of 1 year.Now they claim warranty is not applicable.
            And reliance customer care is also not responsible for supplying defective ac.I Request all not to purchase fropm reliance digital and lloyd ac.I want replacement of the complete unit with another brand ac.

              My reliance reconnect 43 tv is stuck at boot . I called reliance digital nashik and they pretended as if I'm not audible to them. Is this the kind of service you want your customers to have? You just wanna sell your useless products.How do i factory reset it or send your technician to get the repair done.

                Hi,

                I bought a SAMSUNG AC 1.5 ton from your Reliance online website 7th April, today 12th April but still The product wasn't installed, and When I tried calling Customer Care they say that complaint has been raised and I will receive a call from Technetian within 2 Hours. Am not able to understand when that 2 hours is gonna come.

                Funny part is Service center guys don't even answer the call when customer service guys try to enquire about the request.

                I don't know why I purchase a product from RELIANCE ( INDIA'S BIGGEST COMPANY FAKE NAME) . This will be the last product that I bought from Reliance. And I suggested all my family members and friends, colleagues to never buy a product in RELIANCE Store/Online . It's the worst & horrible service I have ever faced before.

                BAJAJ FINANCE After SALES SERVICE is faar better than Reliance. Am Gonna post the Same EMAIL in all possible social media places. also going to complain in the Consumer forum.

                      No action against even after 24hrs.

                      We have ordered Samsung Q800T sound bar at Reliance digital store through Bajaj Finance at KPHB, Hyderabad. While ordering sales person who showed the item said it will be delivered by 2-3 working days, the same way by billing team also conveyed to us. But 4 days crossed item not delivered. but we are getting calls from installation person for installation. we are receiving mssgs about product feedback. Even we have not received product how these messages will send to us ??.
                      4th day I visited store to check why product was not delivered, delivery executive said it will take 1 week to delivery, I questioned ur team said at the time ordering 2-3 days, now ur telling 1 week what is this? simple reason very badly he said vehicles are not available for delivery. If team unable to arrange a vehicle, then what reason they were sitting at store. We said we are having vehicle we will take it they denied it can't be delivered like that.
                      Manager came to this discussion he replied in humble way before Friday ie. 09/04/2021 it will be delivered.
                      Till now not delivered. Morning complaint given to customer care. even there is no action and product not delivered.
                      Such type issues who will resolve ??
                      Why action has not been taken on war-foot basis when a customer complains???
                      whom we have to contact
                      will any senior level team be there to look into this issue ??? will see anyone react for this issue as a responsible employee of Reliance digital.

                            Have Ordered Air Conditioner Online Through Www.Reliancedigital.In On 7th April 2021. At First The Message Indicated That The Item Will Be Delivered On 8th April 2021, But Did Not Received The Item, But Received Message That Item Is Delivered. When Asked In Customer Care, It Was Informed As Technical Problem And Item Will Be Delivered On 10th April 2021. This Time On 10th April 2021 I Received Mail With Invoice As Well Tracking Information As Delivered, But Still The Item Is Not Received At My End. Invoice says item delivered on 8th April 2021. Raised Customer Complaint And They Are Asking Me To Wait For 24 To 48 Hours. The Registered Complaint Status Is Also Not Taken Forward When Followup. Customer care are directly saying please complaint anywhere.I Have Done Prepayment And Now Under Stress Because Of The Services Provided By Reliance Digital And Also Reliance Digital Customer Care. It is as simple to call the delivery agent and get exact information, but the customer care is not worried to get the details from their delivery agent, instead making the customer suffer.

                              The subject Penasoni SAC 1.5T 4SINV KU18WKYXF alongwith accessories purchased and installed on 04 April 21, 11 pm (night) against cash payment. This AC has develop sparking inside near power cable . The complain No.[protected] has been registered on line with Reliance Digital on 6 April 21. After repeated followup also no one has yet come to attend .The AC is with fault and NOT IN USE. I have spent a huge amount to use the AC which I am not able to. The reputation of your company Reliance Digital and the standard of Penasonic Air Conditioners is in Question ? Please send immediately the persons to repair without any further delay.                                   I buy a product that is AC LG 1.5 ton from your reliance store in KPHB colony in 5th April, today 9th but they don't give installation and said cock and bull stories. They said they are all busy, I don't know this type of service why I purchase a product in your store . This is last and final I buy a product in your store. And I said all of my family members and friends, colegues never buy a product in reliance store . It's too horrible service I never face before

                                      In this regard, I would like to submit during the year 2020 in the month of August 2020 we bought a new Lenovo laptop costing around Rs.52, 000/- from Reliance Digital showroom located in Koparkhairane. But lesser than a year we bought this it has been giving so much problems, for instance when in midst doing some work on the laptop, it gets switched off automatically. Whereas upon complaining to the customer care service, after reformatting all the pre installed softwares got deleted. Now recently also there has been some glitches for which we communicated Lenovo service centre and to our dismay we were informed that the laptop has already pre installed anti virus whereas in the Reliance Digital showroom we were charged around R699/- for installation of anti virus software, which we were then informed it was a discounted price. Now, we feel greatly cheated and think we have been given a refurbished piece of laptop. It's really pathetic as we took it in a positive way that the this store is located at a short distance from our home and in case of any technical glitches, the store is easily accessible. How wrong it was...in fact we feel laptop should have bought online
