I purchased a mobile (One Plus 8T) from Reliance Digital Store of Kalyani, Nadia, PIN - 741235 (Copy of receipt attached) on 11/12/2020 at a price of Rs.42, 999.00 through ICICI Credt Card (Receipt attached) when it was assured that a discount of Rs.2, 500.00 will be extended/credited to my ICICI Bank A/C or Credit Card A/C after 3 months, that is on 11/03/2021 but not credited.
On 14/03/2021, it was told that for some difficulties, the amount was not credited on 11/03/2021 but will be credited on 14/04/2021 as assured by one Salesman, Mr. Koushik (M - [protected]) who delivered the mobile set on 11/12/2020 at my residence at Kalyani. The manager of the Store of Kalyani, named Mr. Avijit (M - [protected]) had also confirmed the same on 15/03/2021. But no credit is seen to my Bank Savings A/C or Credit Card A/C on 15/04/2021.
I called the Manager on 18/04/21, 20/04/21 and 22/04/21 when all the time, he is giving the assurance but from today he is not receiving my call. Here I should mention that assurance of extending discount of Rs.2, 500/- was given verbally and not in black & white and I believed their verbal assurance based on reputation of an eminent Company like Reliance Digital. I do not know whether the said manager would now accept or deny his verbal assurance but it will question the reliability of the manager and of course the goodwill of the company, you will appreciate.
Hope, you will kindly take the appropriate action into the matter.
