Cancellation and refund of my order

I ordered a laptop from Reliance digital on 4/5/2021. it was to be delivered in 3 hours but they said due to lock down I'll receive order today 5/5/2021, in the evening I got call from store manager that he won't be able to deliver the product till 6/5/2021, now due to urgent need of money I want to cancel my order and want to get refund soon as possible, but there is no option of Cancellation and refund on...

I have orderd jbl 750btnc through relience digital online. Ordered on 30 april.they told it will be deliver product till 1 may but it is 5 may and it is not delivered. I have called so many times to cancel the product to get my refund but they are giving time to cancel product but not cancelling my product.

    Dear Sir/madam,
    I have purchased carrier ac in the month of March and which got delivered in April and that too defective piece as it's not getting cool and getting as E1 error.I have visited store and contacted customer care multiple times, but they are helpless and giving wrong commitments like you will receive the replacement piece today or tomorrow..and they passed 1 month till now, request to kindly help on this and also they bother about their copper wire charges, they are asking copper wire money without replacing my ac.

        We bought a reconnect AC in reliance digital Navalur chennai on 24th may . But still as on date no one visited to install the AC . Its already been 10 days . There is no proper response from the dealer .

          My father had purchased a Sony 55 inch smart TV (KD-55X8500D) from Reliance Digital (Kottayam, Kerala) on[protected] and we have also opted for extended warranty for 5yrs at the time of purchase, which is valid till[protected]. Unfortunately the TV’s display started flickering really bad a few months ago and we called the service center to get it repaired. The technician came a few weeks after and informed that the display need to be replaced and can be done under extended warranty. Ever since that we are waiting for an update from reliance to solve the issue and its been over 2 months now and we are hearing the same response every time when when we call the shop that “we will fix it soon”. At this time am really tired about this irresponsible behaviour from reliance and trying to get it repaired. If this continues there is a high chance that this will continue till the extended warranty gets over without a resolution.

          Kindly help, we have spend more than 1.5L for this TV and this is totally unacceptable even after opting for extended warranty from Reliance resQ.

            This is not expected from Relience Co.
            Let me know what should I do or I go for the Court.
            We think that AZE have a good service as the store keeper Telling at that time but this type of service is Relience providing is very bad

              I purchased a laptop from reliance digital in november / december 2020. At the time of purchase I asked the staff who was dealing with me about the refresh rate of the product which I was looking to buy. He told me that the refresh rate is 133hz.I asked him to show me where it is given and he told that he didn't know about that but he told that "don't worry sir it is 133hz only". I accepted it and bought the product.
              Suddenly today I saw that the refresh rate is only 60hz. Why???
              After spending above 90K for it I got 60hz of refresh rate. And this means I got cheated. I want the solution for this as soon as possible.
              The laptop is still in it's best state, no scratch and nothing internal damage is there. I want to get the same laptop of high refresh rate.
              This is not acceptable. I felt like I got cheated.

              This is normal. Indian sellers and employees are 90+% "anpadh" and know only how to sell by telling lies. Bunch of a**h**s, nothing else. Harassment knows no bound in India.

                I had purchased an iPhone 11 from the reliance digital store with BajajFinserv EMI card and they had offered me Reliance RCP for Rs 550 which I had agreed to. Then they billed me Rs5499 and said that I have agreed to it and now they are not cancelling it. I donot want any warranty or insurance. Please cancel the Reliance RCP

                  I have purchased the laptop of dell Inspiron 3584 for my school purpose in June 2020 but it sto working after a week gone to the many times in Surat as well as mumbai store the staff is saying the laptop is working fine even after showing the prof but not accept and saying it is fine and I am not able to give exam because of laptop hang in between of exam
                  I am going to throw the laptop in your mumbai store pls update when the store is opening
                  Very disappointed with dell products and service given by reliance digital if your store is not going to open pls send some one to my home and take the laptop

                    Dear Sir,
                    I purchased a mobile (One Plus 8T) from Reliance Digital Store of Kalyani, Nadia, PIN - 741235 (Copy of receipt attached) on 11/12/2020 at a price of Rs.42, 999.00 through ICICI Credt Card (Receipt attached) when it was assured that a discount of Rs.2, 500.00 will be extended/credited to my ICICI Bank A/C or Credit Card A/C after 3 months, that is on 11/03/2021 but not credited.
                    On 14/03/2021, it was told that for some difficulties, the amount was not credited on 11/03/2021 but will be credited on 14/04/2021 as assured by one Salesman, Mr. Koushik (M - [protected]) who delivered the mobile set on 11/12/2020 at my residence at Kalyani. The manager of the Store of Kalyani, named Mr. Avijit (M - [protected]) had also confirmed the same on 15/03/2021. But no credit is seen to my Bank Savings A/C or Credit Card A/C on 15/04/2021.
                    I called the Manager on 18/04/21, 20/04/21 and 22/04/21 when all the time, he is giving the assurance but from today he is not receiving my call. Here I should mention that assurance of extending discount of Rs.2, 500/- was given verbally and not in black & white and I believed their verbal assurance based on reputation of an eminent Company like Reliance Digital. I do not know whether the said manager would now accept or deny his verbal assurance but it will question the reliability of the manager and of course the goodwill of the company, you will appreciate.
                    Hope, you will kindly take the appropriate action into the matter.

                      Bought water purifier online from reliance digital website on 13th April. Purifier was defective and reliance digital has not scheduled pickup of defective item. Even refund process has not started. Customer care executives are dumb. No proper response.

If Mr Srikanth is true he was not tell me not to come to store know for that also he will tell i have never said for that also i have a proof . Mr Rajesh is telling to go to store do the video call .

                        Kindly Look soon Resolve for this issue soon . MR Kalprit Srikanth will never arrange it...

                          We have purchased the Liv pure water purifier from reliance digital store at tolichowki with two years maintenance by reliance digitals duly paying the amount demanded by Relaince digitals. In December 2020 we approached reliance digital for replacement of filters, reliance digital in turn asked Livpure to take up the job and we were intimated that a technician from Livpure will attend the job. When the Livpure technician informed us that the charges of Rs 1710/- for replacement of filters will have to be paid by us we approached reliance digital and reliance digital advices us to pay and claim reimbursement. The receipt given by Livpure technician was sent to reliance digital via whatsup no:91-[protected] on[protected] as advised by reliance, for arranging refund of Rs 1710/. when there was no response, we approached consumer service head (CS HEAD) Reliance digitals for reimbursement of Rs 1710/- (Rupees one thousand seven hundred ten only). It is Reliance who has to arrange the replacement as per the two years maintenance for which they took the money in advance, instead reliance got the job done by livpure on their behalf. When reimbursement was demanded surprisingly after a month Reliance digital informed us through a mail that the invoice of Rs 1710/- given by Livpure is not a GST invoice and asked us to produce GST invoice for the charges paid to liv pure. When we approached the Livpure technician who carried out the job and gave the payment receipt, he said that the receipt given is of Livpure and reliance digital can verify it from Livpure. As for as we the consumer is concern it is reliance digital who has to carry out the job at no cost as they took money in advance for maintenance of the purifier for two years, if reliance is getting the job done by Livpure it is on their behalf and responsibility. At no point of time, we were asked that we need to produce GST invoice, however reliance kept on insisting for a GST invoice. We approached Liv pure, they provided a GST invoice which was forwarded to Relaince digitals on[protected]. We have been pursuing the matter through mails regularly and getting an assurance from Relaince digital in response to every mail of ours. However, till dated Reliance digital has not reimburse the amount, though every time the CS HEAD is writing a mail with all courtesies, in fact by mail dated 5th April 2021 the CSHEAD reliance digital aske for 10 working hrs., but till date i.e. till[protected] no action is taken by Relaince digital. We request the authorities in Relaince digital to look into the matter and arrange immediate refund of Rs 1710/-

                                This is regarding my AC installation request. i have purchased Samsung AC in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh Reliance digital on April 3rd 2021, at the time of purchase sales executive told me that installation will be done in 2 days i.e on Monday. Today is 17-April-2021. Nothing happened. No calls. I am calling a local store in Tirupati. I went to the store 4-5 times, every-time they say today or tomorrow someone will come and install.. nothing happened till now.
                                Called reliance digital customer care multiple times.. Nothing happened.
                                [protected] is the request no. for installation.
                                Attached the bill for your reference. From the bill details, I hope you can get how many times I called customer care.

                                Now I am very much disappointed and have no hopes of installation in this summer, i would like to process my return as soon as possible.

                                I would like to get the details of why it was delayed. Now they are saying it takes 2-3 days for installation, if that's the case why my case is delayed..this also shows that customers who bought AC after me got installed already..

                                This is utter negligence and bad service from reliance digital.

                                I am not sure if you consider this seriously and do the needful or leave it.

                                I want some kind of compensation in this regard as a mark of customer service and satisfaction as this is deliberate delay from your end

                                  I have been Purchased a Sony 55X9000H from your Ashok Pillar Store Reliance Digital on 09 April 2021 I have been Purchased in Finance by IDFC FRIST NBFC for 10 months with some process fee which been paid thru my card i am Customer IDFC FRIST NBFC from 2014 i have been limit of 1.60 lakhs pre approved limit and my cibil is all good i have no issue with any Finance Issue as i need for my own home the led Tvs for my home only and i told it very clear that i need on 18th of April my home is renovating As per and while billing told to add my GST but they dined for the same as i told i have done before kind check old bill which got it done from same store ok fine that ok i told and billed and went it off .

                                  I meet Mr Srikanth and hand over my visting cards and went ..

                                  Very Next day i got the feedback message from your end which i rated my express don't have good experience in store so for the same i have given the rating ASAP .

                                  Very Next moment i got the call from Umesh Sony ISD telling that some issue had happen kindly call Khader to store and Cancel the bill which i have the call Recording for the same but one while speak Mr Rajesh told me we dont have any thing like to know how is give the feedback what is what we cant but Mr Rajesh Kindly clear this how this happen how all the staff of the store know it and in Breif of team same he had Discussed the same .

                                  I got the call from Adtitya IDFC ISD for the cancelation of bill were he Said me very clearly that My File is moved and ECS mandate all done. But Mr Srikanth is telling to cancel the file which not possibile to do as i am an customer before i have been got the email and sms confirmation on the same from next month 2nd of May 2021 will be my 1st emi and he call idfc frist Manager for the verification i think customer is not Upto the level making emi payment for the same Please do one Physical's Verification for the same . But there also he dont able do the cancellation for the same..

                                  I called that Manager of IDFC FRIST NBFC where he clear told Mr Srikanth only told to RCO verification for the same kindly hold the bill and cancel it off if possible .

                                  Than i got Mr Rajesh No and spoken to him in the con call he said to other customer i asked show the bill of the customer of the same name which u told to do it than hw was speak less and taken the conversation to very next level .. He tried to divert the conversation for the same

                                  He is not Accepting his mistake so i need to speak him on the Same ...

                                  And Again i called Mr Rajesh and play the call recording asap and asked for the same .

                                  He told to Write the mail and on Friday we will meet and face to face we will clear it off ...

                                  Ms Priya i want this to be Address in Priority base And need Apologized to Me infront of all the staff in the store .

                                  If this is not Happen i know to take this to the next level to What do it off ...

                                    I have made the biggest mistake of my life to buy something from reliance. I bought an TCL AC Order no: RDF10501225 and have been waiting for the replacement ever since.
                                    I bought the AC on 1st April and was delivered by 2nd april the installations were done on 5th april and the installation guy found that it was a defective unit. I was assured a replacement Order no: RDXF[protected] within 2-3 days which never happened. After so many calls back and forth I got my replacement confirmation on 12 April and delivery date was 13-17 April and judging by today's email, this never happened. Whenever I call the customer support they give me is a date range to wait for more 24-72 hours and after waiting still nothing happens and the same cycle continues.
                                    I have spent my entire 17 days talking to people regarding my replacement but all in vain.
                                    I see this forum as my only hope left please provide my replacement as soon as possible.

                                    Also why they have an online store if all of their employees were talking about how easy it would have been if I had bought it from a brick and mortar store.

                                    Their customer support also is not of any use they keep me on hold half the time and end the call.

                                      I have made Card payment of Rs.36805/- to you on 4.4.2021 towards purchase of a WHIRLPOOL Refrigerator Model 375IFINCV against your bill no.PK[protected] dated: 04.04.2021. Although I was given an expected date of delivery of the material by 10.4.2021, the consignment has not yet reached at my above address.

                                      I made several phone calls to know the status of delivery, but got no specific and satisfactory reply.
