I bought Samsung Washing machine from Reliance Digital. At the time of installation, the technician did not mention that the water softener is an optional accessory and he installed. Later I went through Samsung manual and found its not needed. So I spoke with customer care and they promised to take back the accessory but after 2 days they said product once installed cannot be taken back. They charged 1800 Rs. Sending a defective product twice.
I received the same faulty piece twice, Reliance Digital is selling faulty pieces at a cheap rate. It was just a matter to find them else you would be using them on a daily basis.
Moreover, it is not an easy return/refund policy. I have to contact Samsung Folks to get a DOA certificate which takes 3 - 5 days.
It's been 3 weeks and my product is still in the Samsung service center.br...
