I purchased a soundlogic pro earbuds from reliance digital store oberon mall, kerala and within two weeks left side is not working. Today while taken to store they are telling wait for three weeks for a replacement and totally this is unfair. sales promoter has told this is good brand and go for it, I requested for an immediate replacement or other brand product but they insisted for the same and talked very harshly by saying you go and complaint. This is very unprofessional thing. If the product used for at least 2 months it is bearable and this product is really very bad and lots of negative review for the same. Why reliance is selling this kind of cheap products? As a customer I am fed up from their response. I need to buy other brand so refund or credit note is required. after making the complaint got a call from store and they are blaming and questioning me for writing mails to cc head and bm bade. this also informed to bm bade but no response only created a complaint mail. I need a resolution urgent because I am moving to other city by next week. Money paid from my pocket and sold cheap products for their margin now spending time to mails and complaints. after seeing all this lost all trust in Relaince the brand

    I am totally pissed up with the responses from Reliance Digital customer support.

    This is what happened with me. Person from Reliance e-comm called twice to send the sealed box picture and will revert back in 24 hrs... but nothing happens after that, and I keep following CS.

    1. I ordered Samsung Watch online but the payment was declined and I crossed checked with HDFC Bank (payment was made from HDFC) and got confirmation that it was declined but amount was deducted from my account. I was assured that refund will be made within 7 days.

    2. After confirmation, I ordered the same Samsung watch again and was successful in ordering.

    3. To my surprise I received two watches.

    4. I complained immediately to HDFC Bank and to Reliance Digital.

    5. Answer from Reliance Digital was surprising, stating that you need to get it checked from Samsung service center and then only we will return. How can Samsung will help with sealed package.

    6. Went to Samsung service center and the response was same. They start laughing, how they can help with sealed packed. If there is any fault with the product than only they can support.

    This is totally illogical and unprofessional. People sitting at Reliance customer support doesn't have simple commonsense. Even after getting calls from E-Comm person who specifically asked to send the picture of sealed box.

    Request you to resolve my concern and take the material back, which is still sealed packed in Reliance box. The mistake was done from Reliance end, why should customer suffers...

      The tv purchased is not working .it wwas purchased about 4 months back with 2 year warranty.within 2 months it developed problem and they rectified it after weeks time taking the tv in their service center.once again the problem tha video vanishes and only black.last time they told it is board problem and to be replaced nothing done i think it is a refurbished item pl help me and i am prepared for replacement for other one in these harddays you must understand the customers difficulty WE RELIED ON RELIANCE AND GOT CHEATED

        Hi All,

        This is really frustrating...

        I purchased semi automatic washing machine from reliance digital and also it is of reliance brand ( Reconnect).

        I am dealing with multiple issues while using it and within a year I replaced spin tub two times by paying extra amount and wash sections also has creating lot of issues.

        Also customer care numbers are always not working and showing not a valid number[protected]/[protected].

        While buying this product, I purchased additional years services but i didn't know at that time the product and service from reliance is such lower quality.

        May I know when all these issue get resolve.

        Awaiting reply from authorize senior person from RELIANCE (Im not sure if any available or not.)

          I had booked a wrong laptop through online website on 29th NOV 2020 using ICICI credit card no cost EMI option, I requested PARAS PRIAM Udaipur store manager to cancel the order, he said that it is canceled by online customer care, I called immediately and request for cancelation and also mailed on same day from cancellation,
          From that day I am continuously do follow up with store manager and online customer care, Store manager said that I can't cancel the order it will cancel only through online and online customer executives said it is canceled by store only as order in 'ready to pick' stage. both are just throwing mails to each other but no result.
          Till date my order is not cancelled, even the order is still in 'ready to pick' stage, so that refund is not generated,

          ICICI credit card deducted the first EMI from my card with INR 124 of IGST, if refund is delayed more than 15 days then ICICI credit card will deduct 3% charge on late EMI cancellation which is approximately equal to INR 1764.
          Who will pay these charges (124 IGST and 1764)???
          It breaks the trust from reliance digital online platforms.

              I have purchased Samsung washing machine of 9 kg on 29.11.2020 without seeing the demo piece as they did not have it in their store. They showed me a similar brand 9kg pieces and convinced me that it would be that size, so i took it. After the product got delivered the installation person came to our home but unfortunately the machine did not fit in our door so i called reliance digital and asked for replacement and they said they couldn't as the seal is broken by the installation person. I am not gonna bear the loss because the installation person broke the seal. The customer care responds very ridiculously and they disconnect the call. I did not ask for refund. but am not gonna bear the loss of 25K for someones mistake. I asked them for the replacement for 7.5 kg washing machine and would take any product for the remaining amount.

                We purchased OnePlus 7t pro from reliance digital in the trust that it's a reputed company but after 5 month of purchase suddenly our phone display gone and we took our phone to reliance first they said after one day that your phone is okay no problem we went to took back our phone and when we check the problem was not resolved then they said they have to send it to OnePlus service centre this happened on 17 nov.2020n today is 30 nov.still they are saying that phone is with us n will send to OnePlus ...this much careless mess ...please look into this matter

                  I had raised an issue regarding product unavailability for store pick up on November 1st 2020 since then till today all I have been hearing is that the issue has been escalated to the store team.

                  The refund has neither been initiated nor any action has been taken.

                  The issue was escalated to second level (to the so called CEO) but as usual no action has been taken.

                  An organisation like reliance tampering with such meagre valued transaction highlights nothing but the dignity of Reliance as an organisation.

                    I had purchased a Vivo Y12 in the month of July 2020, clearly opting for a 9 month no cost EMI @ Rs.1221.00 PM. However, the Company denies that the option of no cost EMI was not opted by me. From the attachments it is evident that the no cost EMI option was selected by me. Now the merchant banker has levied an interest @ 15% pm on the 9 months EMI and charging me Rs.1299 pm. Although the difference is just around Rs.700.00 which is not too much, however, this sought of denial is not expected from a company of repute such as Reliance. Please assist. Attached are the screen shots of the EMI choice and a copy of the bill.

                      I purchased an Air condition from Reliance Digital on 22 Feb, 2020. They offered us 2500 cash back with HDFC consumer durable loan using bajaj emi card. It’s 6 months emi duration. I paid loan processing fees of 700. Now 9 months almost done for product purchased.

                      They made the transaction at their end and assured us to
                      credit the cash back after completion of 3 months successful transactions.

                      Even after 6 months when we did not received cash back I raised compliant in HDFC Loan department staff and Relience store supervisor and commercial manager also.

                      Now they told there is no offer run in purchased month so I am not eligible for cash back.

                      When I went to buy Air condition at Reliance Digital, they offered me cash back of 2500 cash back using bajaj emi card that is why I made a deal.

                      Now, they are told no offer on purchased time and proof are destroyed in system so unable to get the offer document.

                      How I am responsible for it? Why should I bear the loss for their mistake.

                            My Husband visited Reliance Digital store bolangir to see the washing machine and water purifier. Then we decided to buy it from reliance on 1st of Nov 2020. My Husband contacted the sales person he said you have to pay the amount 1st than the delivery will be done within 7 days . Then we paid amount of 30990, & he said will send the receipt within 1 hour and didn't send it for more than 4 hours. We called him back and the he sended to our mail id . But before buying ... We called him and asked about the product details and give him a confirmation that we r going to buy it today . So because of the slow internet transaction was not happening, between 1 hrs before paying the amount He called us at least 4 to 5 times. After payment he never called us for 5 days and one day he called and said to my husband they have sended the machine ... No information during these 5 days, with Flipkart or Amazon atlest u may able to see the product tracking details . So my husband was in office at that time ... And he is in a responsible position we think he must informed us just day before as we told him before about it. Installation did not happen on the same day . The sales person told Tomorrow you will get the installation but no installation was made till 14th of Nov and one day evening a person came for installation and he was alone and he is not from the LG service center ... He is a local service man they cheated us as u must send us a professional man for this expensive front load machine ...He should have knowledge of installation and give us a proper demo . But the person who came to give the demo of the product He did not even properly fitted pipe Water was leaking, Then I had to fix it with a screwdriver laterNo one can lift that washing machine alone, So why did he come alone for installation. Main problem started the next day . He did not tell anything, he came and walked within 10min and according to reliance digital installation was completely done.I put clothes in the machine to wash the next day, Then I heard some sound And when I looked, the machine had turned 360 degree. If the child passes at that time Who takes responsibility then.Then I did some search in the internet, then I come to know may be, its legs will not be at the level.So the next day case was compiled to that sales person, I called him and told him about the problem and he suggested me to file a compaint against the relience digital . I was very busy that day but very next day a reliance person called my husband and asked about relience service and we confronted him with the same issue than he promised us to visit our house next day because he thinks it was a very big problem
                            He did not even come and did not come for 3 days.

                            Then I called him and asked if I would say next day and still did not come .Everyone's attitude issue they are not giving us good customer service so we have cancelled the water purifier and microwave oven deal with them and bought it from our nearest store ... He gives us the best service. Reliance ek bada naam hai baas service quality esi rahi to dukan band karni padsakti hai so be careful with your customer service.
                            Here I have not mentioned about the sales person and the higher level reliance personnel name but I have their phone number details and registered reliance messages to proof them wrong and how they cheated with customer. I am writing it to u today but tomorrow I will definitely file a complain against u on national consumer court after that u don't dare to cheat ur customer anymore reliance digital.

                              Hi there, I purchased samsung 32 inch smart TV three months back from reliance digital, kurnool. At the time of purchase they gave me fake promises for extended Warrenty service. I paid 4k for warrenty extension. Recently tv fell down bcz of the crack caused in the stand as a result tv screen damaged. It's clearly quality issue of the stand. I approached reliance digital and informed everything and they simply escaping by saying they can't help for physical damage. It's not physical damage, it's a quality issue of that product. I asked them I m not getting any help from them so I just want to cancel my extended warrenty service n reverse back my 4k rs. Bcz it's clear that they are not ready to listen customer issue also. I spoke with manager suddu and he is soo rude and he clearly said he don't have trust on customers and he is not here to help customers. I just need my money back and I'm not here to pay money for organization which is not ready to help customers and which is ready to give fake promises for their sales and targets. I really lost trust on reliance and it's products, I want my money back which robbed in the name of warrenty extension.

                              One executive visited my place and informed their team contact me within 3 business days but its two weeks n no update and my issue not resolved

                              This is no use of waiting, file a case. I m already filing . Please it is fraud company, it has to be brought to public attention.

                                  Purchased WhirlPool refrigerator from Reliance digital, product delivered very late (almost one week after the purchase). received the damaged product and when we contacted the store people there is no proper response and they are telling that its just paint so adjust with that .

                                    I bought the Samsung Washing on 14th November 2020, and I didn't receive the delivery. Whenever I call the store executive they give a excuse that they will deliver it soon, but it's not happening. It's my 20th time calling the customer care executive today and still the things are same they say that they will check everything and tell us but nothing happens. I am still confused about product that will receive it or not.

                                      I have filed a complaint in reliance digital customer care on 4th october for part change of voltas split ac and i am regularly contacting them and still they are not giving any service or any update on my part pending status and my split ac is in under warranty till 2022. And for the same they have visited earlier in september month and taken footage of leakage video and same day ordered the part from their service center but still not recieved and whenever i contact to customer care they just dropping my calls after putting me on hold.
                                      Please take necessary action on this service center and do the needful asap.

                                        Status is awaiting Courier Pickup for last 70days. No option cancel order from my side & initiate refund. Customer Care is not helping to deliver / Cancel.
                                        Even after multiple chase with customer care executive thru call & mails - mentally frustrated and daily life spoiler for a month. Worst experience
