Dear Sir,

I have bought washing machine from reliance digital Jodhpur on Nov 20 and due to festival session they promised me to provide 10% cash back as on HDFC credit card EMI after 90 days . But even after 90 days they didn't do. When I complained they provided half cash back from promised. Know they are saying it's bank related issue so we are not responsible. I am feeling like being cheated by Reliance digital. Please do the needful.

    I Purchased a Whirlpool Refrigerator 360L on 20/02/2021 From Reliance Digital Panipat Showroom. But when i got my Refrigerator some attachments were missing in the refrigerator which were shown in the showroom at the time of Selecting the refrigerator.
    The Installation and Demo Person told me that you will get that attachment but you have to visit Reliance Digital Panipat again.
    When i went there they refused that they cannot give it to me and i waited for there about 1 hour after that they told me that they will replace the refrigerator with the Demo Product which has the attachments.
    Why should i take the demo product when i have paid for a new product.
    Why are they not giving me the attachments.
    I am Highly disappointed with Reliance Digital Panipat and they are nothing but Cheaters.
    I also had plan to buy AC from there but i won't buy now and won't visit Reliance Digital Panipat and I won't recommend any one to go visit it.
    This issue should be resolved immediately otherwise i will file a case in Consumer court.
    I am Attaching images from the demo Product with attachment and The image from the product i received.
    Total 3 items are missing.

      I purchased an extended service warranty of Reliance Resq for my LG Nano cell TV in 2018(from reliance digital koramangala), which got in effect from[protected]. Placed a service request for repair of my tv panel via reliance Resq on 7th Dec 2020 with request no: [protected]. They forwarded that request to LG service center and asked me to pay upfront, with an assurance of receiving the paid amount back as reimbursement in max 10 day's. The service got completed on 10th December 2020 with a bill of 41969 and i was told to send them my bill copy to reliance resq service center which i send to the representative Amar nath +91 [protected] via whatsapp, so they can validate the case and issue an reimbursement. Post that I followed up with them multiple times, the representative Amarnath stop replying to me and stopped picking up my calls. So, contacted reliace resq service center to get the Manager Erannagowd Gave [protected] of relinace resq service center Harihara Markating(which has handled my request), to get the reimbursement, after many calls and follow-up I finally got the reimbursement cheque on 2nd of Jan with amount mentioned 41969(the billed amount) and clearance date of 15th Jan 2021. Post receiving the cheque they took the damaged panel, with them selves. I tried to deposit the check in my bank on 15th and got to know they do not have balance in there account, followed up with bank post that multiple times and with the reliance resq service center manager. The manager keeps on repeating they will give me the account 1 day after, 2day after a week after and so-on he even gave me the number of there account management person Sujay Sankar[protected], who i should contact and get confirmation on when to deposit my cheque. But that guy also kept me in loop by saying we will not cheat on you we will give you your money, but they never gave they even asked me to send my banking details(account no and ifsc code) so they can transfer the amount to my bank account. But that also never happened. Now its more than 2 months the service has been completed and already the cheque has consumed 1 month of it's validity. Both the manager of the service center and the account person has not stopped picking up my call and are not giving me any assurance of when i will receive my money back. This is my last option in hope to get the amount back.

        Hi sir my self yogesh and buying ac on date 18.02.2021 from your dharampeth reliance digital store nagpur. next day ac delivered in my address. Same day I request to service manager for installing ac at my request time but they can't. It's third day but ac still not installed. I am also working man they call me at my duty time how I can manage. I request to your service manager he promise me but. Pls do something

          i have purchased a sony a68 dslr camera from your store on 11 feb 21 and i have done the payment through my credit card on no cost emi offer but as per my bank statement i have charged with 13.99% intrest rate on my total amount. i want to know that if i have purchased the item on no cost emi them whay should i will pay the intrest. who is responsible for that.
          request convert it in no cost emi or refund the excess amount.

            Reliance Digital announced various promotional campaigns in mid/end of 2019 with attractive prizes on offer to the winners through a slogan contest. To be eligible to participate, customers had to purchase products above a certain value in any of their outlets and then submit the entries online. This campaign was aggressively promoted through various media forums. However despite multiple follow up with them in person and over mail, have not received any proper response regarding the results of slogan contest. If there is no real intent to announce the winners on merit, the advertisements are certainly misleading. Need your support to get this addressed. Thank You

            Please also note that during the post purchase online feedback survey, we had made it clear that if not for the slogan contests and the prizes announced, our choice of outlets for making the purchase would certainly have been different and not Reliance Digital.

              My washing machine is under warranty. the drier gets damaged after 5 months usage. I contact the store and race a complaint. Next day a mechanic came to my home and check the product. they said they cant give warranty because there is no warranty for plastic items.
              Same day a guy call me and said he is from reliance digital and if i am ready to pay 1300 rupees online to his account he will replace with new washing machine and at the time of delivery they will refund the cash. but i said i am not ready to pay. after visiting the reliance digital showroom next day they are not responsible for this fraud call.

                I purchased ASUS E402Y laptop for my kid's online classes. While buying the product the same person given a word that It can be upgradable for more RAM capacity is untrue. While connecting it is not at all serving its purpose. So I have taken it back to the store within 10days for higher capacity replacement. First approached the sales person for help. I explained all the issues face and ready to go for higher version of the product with extract payment. He nicely escaped saying his manager will help. But the manager wasn't turned forward, instead unqualified technical person came forward and given 100 reasons including his job will be in danger if he agree to replace the product. Also confirmed that if the product is purchased from Reliance Digital thats all there is no way to return that product. I was fed with his way of explaining all bla bla explanations and technical jorgans of operating system is useless of time. I understood that he is just want to turnback me without any solution by saying all stories. Finally he was telling me to remove Temp files is the root cause of the issue. He did the removal of 0 byte temp files to speedup the system nowhere helped to speed up. Other than him no one come nearer to us to help or speak anything further. Finally with the same product returned and lying simply without purpose. I am wondering the customer service is not at all their concern other than pushing a product and get the money from customer. Really pathetic situation for a customer.

                    7th feb 2021 we bought washing machine and fridge at plot no 28 and 29 Venus nagar, 200 feet inner ring road, kolathur, chennai 99, after bill payment they gave safehouse bodyguard personal coupon as free gift against which the cost of coupon amount os rs 599 added in our bill, which was noticed after we came home .such cheating shall be prevented

                      I bought reconnect 6.5kg fully automatic top load from kothapet reliance shop in Hyderabad. After installation by resQ team it is not working properly. I usually prefer reliance products. I bought rice cooker, mixy, hair dryer, trimmer, Bluetooth ear phones but no problems. First time I am facing worst experience.

                        We Have Purchased A TCL Company 50 Inches Tv In Reliance Digital (Address:Plot No. 10, 12, 12S & 12N, Saheb Nagar Khurd Village Hayathnagar Mandal, Vanasthalipuram, Telangana 500070) on Loan Process on the date of 3 Feb 2021. They have given 4th Feb 2021 Delivery Time. They Did Not send the Delivery till now.

                          I made purchase of One plus nord, order no-RDF06699995 from reliance digital on 03 Oct 2020 of with an offer of 30 % cashback up to 3000 using HDFC credit card option, i have done the transaction as per offer i shall getting the cashback credit in my credit card account till 90 days but its been more than 90 days and no amount has been credit and no response received from portal & Reliance digital team

                            Dear Sir, I took a mobile from your Reliance Digital Umrao Mall. Which was financed from HDFC Bank.
                            After that a call from the manager of HDFC came to me that your file will not be able to be processed further, you pay his cash and your file will be canceled with Reliance. We made a cash payment to Reliance.
                            Even after giving cash payment, my file was not canceled. After that when I got a mail on January 15 that your file has been dispatched and your Amy is to be known on 5 February. Then I spoke to the DM of Reliance and the manager of HDFC, then Reliance refused to return the money to us and talk to their manager. The manager of HDFC said that your file has been canceled. But today my emi sounded on 5th of February my emi started.

                            We want our money back. If we do not get the money back, for this I put a case of Reliance Pay Fraud in the police and I will do F.I.R. And take legal action. We want our money back, you have time for 3 days.

                            I gave the payment to a guy named Rohit's Employee Rohit who financed me. Your Reliance Members took cash payment of my file without asking us. Very poor service is the entire decision taken on your Reliance's ship without asking the customer. How dare your reliance employee do anything without asking us.

                            See if your company keeps the people, by paying money, they get the manager's post.

                            Money should be returned within 3 days. Otherwise, I will put the case of
                            Reliance pay fraud and 420 .

                            My civil score went down. 500 bouncing charges were also cut. Who will take responsibility for this?

                              I was about to place the order worth Rs.1900 on 26th jan, 2021, but after selecting the store credit of Rs. 1000, and then selecting the remaining amount payment method to be UPI, the payment got unsuccessful without even entering the UPI id. Anyway, may be some bug in their app, but the store credit never got reversed. Wrote an email, called customer care, and then repeated the same on daily basis from 27th jan till date. Found couple of email ids for escalation:

                              But none of these worked out.
                              They never keep track of the issue reported by the user. Every time you call, you have to narrate the full story to them. You call customer care, rather than resolving the issue, they ask you to send email at [protected]@ril.com. Many time I found, the customer care representative doesn’t understand what a store credit means, and as you to call the store, whereas the store credit is the credit you buy and is an entry in the app. Feel completely trapped by opting for store credit through their prebook order. Fully exhausted by following up. Now they have stopped responding my emails also. Now the question is, this loss of rs.1000, isn’t Reliance digital accountable to return?
                              Can they play with the customer money the way they want? Is it not a criminal offence?
                              Should I register a cyber crime FIR against the Company? Can an e-commerce company harass customer to this level?

                              Reliance digital customer care is playing with customer sentiments. 11 days gone, no resolution yet. Every time you call customer card, you get only response that your issue has been escalated. Today I got a new response saying it’s not in our hand. You looted customer’s money and you say it’s not in your hand? These guys should be behind bar. They start from looting small amount but gets noticed when they loot the bank. Shame on Reliance digital.

                                I purchased mobile handset on 28/12/2020 from reliance digital, Ranchi. Store has given bill in the name of Om Prakash Agrawal where my requirement is to change it to "Barkha Agrawal c/o Om Prakash Agrawal" but the store or customer support is not helping in this regard.

                                  I purchased 55inch toshiba tv from reliance digital Kochi Oberon mall through online on 22 Oct 20. But the TV worked only for 70 days. Reliance digital didn't provide a single update after repeated chasing . Finally after 4 week I sent legal notice to them and one tv technician inspected on 22 Jan 21 and confirmed that toshiba os need to be replaced. I have no interest now in reliance or toshiba . I want my money back . Reliance don't respect customer. They replied only after sending legal notice.

                                  I have sent legal notice to Reliance digital Kochi and mumbai for there poor service and non responsive mail /call. I will wait for another 2 weeks if there is no update from them . I will proceed filing case against them . My friend who has 1 million followers in Twitter and YouTube will display this story and comment
                                  Just got a mail tht they are working on it .I want my money not your fake mail. Say i[censored] didn't get your salary for 20 days and your employer tells you we are working on it for past 20 days, how will you feel
