    The LG 49 FHD Smart LED TV was purchased from Reliance Digital, Visakhapatnam.
    RCP period is from 27.7.2018 to 27.7.2021.
    The TV started giving trouble ( wavy pictures) and a service request was registered on 18/9/2020. After much following up again on 22/9/2020 a complaint was registered. Complaint number[protected]
    On 19/9/2020 a technician from LG supposedly visited the place and said Reliance has to place some orders. Since then we have been continuously following up with Reliance Digital at Visakhapatnam. But the complaint is still unresolved. It was also brought to the notice of Customer care through mails. And alas no solution provided till now.
    I wonder whether anyone attends these mails, because otjer than an automated reply i have not received any response from Reliance TILL DATE.

      Recently I bought Sony Wireless headphones (Sony WI-SP510 Wireless Sports Extra Bass in-Ear Headphones) and Order number is RDF07495974.Problem is the headphones are disconnecting automatically while I am walking and if I move 3-4 meters away from device and also voice clarity over calls is below average.
      To this point I called customer care
      1) First one did not understand the problem, told me to send photos and videos and after some time asked me to wait on the call to only disconnect the call.
      I called again after some time
      2) Second one politely said to contact the nearby Store so I did it
      3) Third I went to Madinaguda store and explained the problem, then he said they only take care/deal/service products which are bought from the store only and suggested me to escalate the problem at a higher level.
      Finally the thing is defective product has been delivered to me and I find it very difficult to return the product .
      After continuous follow-ups, they are saying me to get DOA certificate from SONY service Center to return the Product.

            I ordered a product which is Dlink N 300 DIR-615 Wireless Router from your Reliance Digital Online store on 21 Oct 2020 with Order No: RDF07277104 & Confirmation Id - TU[protected]. Which was delivered on 22nd October 2020.

            The key role played in this harassment which I described below is :

            Senior Customer care Executive - Lalit Kiran & Reliance Digital Store Uttarpara Helpdesk executive - Mr. Biswajit...

            Address: 17b, GT Road, Kotrung, Bhadrakali, Uttarpara, West Bengal 712232.

            Main Problem - Delivered Router Model Id is the Same but it looks completely different than the displayed image in their site at the time of order. Which I am attaching below...

            I have also manufacturing company D-Link's admission that they have two different hardware with the same model id. So according to that, I should receive what I am looking for & also clearly mentioned in their website at the time of placing order.

            Solution: I am happy if they can replace & deliver the same product hardware as I ordered from their website... Otherwise, I am looking for a return & refund...

            The problem I am facing till date: They have no coordination between their Online & Offline store. Even every customer care executive who is receiving your call will give you different solutions if you call back to back within a gap of 15 min... No one knows what their previous representative told to the customer. So you have to explain it again & again.

            Senior Executive to Ceo... No one respond to their email except auto-reply email. Sometimes a few executives told me that they are arranging a callback but till now I didn't receive any call from their side...!!

            It's completely messed up the situation without any discipline & co-ordination every department is working according to their mood...

            Which I wrote below, I sent those words to every department of reliance digital... Nothing works...!!

            I am quoting from that email which I explained to them 3-4 days back...!! Anyone can read that horrible experience...

            "As an online customer for the last 5-6 years, for the first time, I am going through a horrible experience after purchasing a product from Reliance Digital. I never expected that a company like reliance running this online business like this which can harass customers badly that He/she will never think about going for online purchases.

            Pointing out the problem in your system:

            i) Image of the product is different which also contains different features on the expected product but the delivered image has no compatibility with the given image description. The feature is also different & clearly visible.

            ii) After purchasing the product A customer can't cancel the product by own from his side & to do that he/she has to call or email customer care.

            iii) After writing the email I only received an auto-reply which assured me to get a resolution within 24 hours. But in reality, it's just a hollow promise... No one is giving a reply or calling customers... it's happening to me for the last 9 days.

            iv) After that for further escalation I also wrote to cshead.[protected]@ril.com & BM.[protected]@ril.com but the situation not improved as I only received an auto-reply which gave me resolution assurance with 8 working hours. I am attaching all emails in the attachment as proof.

            v) When I am calling your customer care, people attending call but everyone telling me that they are referring this to the concerned authority & arranging a call back for me from that department. But till now no one called me from your side or not a single call received from your side in these last 4 days. I have one reference no. too in this case which is - PRI00580446

            v) When I called your reliance store from the invoice they are not ready to take any responsibility as I ordered online. Though this product was delivered from this store.

            vi) As It became my everyday routine to call your customer care & writing an email every day with an expectation that you will notice my appeal... I did so yesterday on 25th October 2020. Where I was informed by one of your Tele calling customer care executives that my resolution already has given according to your system. He told me that & I quote - "I have received a call from your side on 24th October 2020 around 04:45 pm & that executive already passed me the resolution what next"... This information is completely wrong I think someone is giving proxy resolution 7 updating in your system falsely which misguiding your customer & other executives.

            vii) However when I denied receiving any kind of call from your side then that executive told me - "your given resolution is you have to go to that store & return the product by yourself. You will receive the refund instantly"

            viii) First I had to travel 10 km from my home in the time of covid to reach that store though I ordered online. Besides that, your executive told me that you have to do so because the product was received through express delivery. I have a doubt how much right justification he gave me but my point is when you are running this return policy then you should deliver through the customer nearest store when that customer has 2 more stores in his walking distance from his house.

            ix) I went to your Reliance Digital Uttarpara Store physically which is 10 km away from my home & from where this product was delivered. I went to return & take a refund. But when I reached they disowned my claim. I was shocked to see your miscommunication between your different authorities. The help desk executive told me again they have no responsibility to take back as I ordered it online though it was delivered from their store. In fact, He is completely unaware of your Online shopping site policies.

            x) I called your executive again, luckily one lady executive received it on 25th October 2020 around 07:29 pm from that store. As there was a growing fear that your call centre also closes around that time too. She asked mt to handover the call to that store help desk executive but problem not solved. The store representative tried to suppress a few visible facts for an unknown reason & I asked him again & again to convey the complete story. That lady opposite side of this phone talked to me & I had to explain it again though my previous emails were already described all.

            xi) Unable to reach any conclusion as the store representative suppressing few facts at the time of conversation & It was not completely matched with my version... so she transferred this call to Senior Executive Kiran. He talked with the store representative again & Hear my side... Finally reached a conclusion. He asked the store representative to send him an email by clicking this product picture...!! Then some development will take place in the next few days If my claim is right then The store will take return & issue my refund. But I may have to travel again to return this product to that store which is 10km away from my home. The interesting part is the whole Converstating was around 42 min 19 Second mins that mean I also gave 45 min to reach a conclusion after visiting your own store...

            xii) One thing I forgot to mention once the Store representative ask me to cancel the order then He could accept the returned product. But that is also not possible on your site. If customers click on cancel... It asked you to contact through a given email id or call you...

            You Can check my previous days' conversation History in this screenshot... All are outgoing calls...

            Conclusion:- I traveled 10 km with an online delivered product just to click the photo of that product by the store representative. After reaching that store, spent almost 45 min to get acceptance of that order. I came back with the same product in my hand. After your customer team receives the photo proof email from the store representative... I will get a return & refund instruction. Then I may have to travel 10 km again for the same reason to return the product to your store... Is it not enough for a horrible experience or ridiculous harassment?

            If you are not aware of the order which I am talking about... then please read attachment emails or below texts for better understanding...

            I ordered a product which is Dlink N 300 DIR-615 Wireless Router from your Reliance Digital Online store on 21 Oct 2020 with Order No: RDF07277104. Which was delivered on 22nd October 2020.

            First, I want to declare that I already owned this same model id, So I know how It looks like. & Given image on your site is the same which I owned earlier. That's why I ordered from reliance digital to get the same product again... Unfortunately what I received that model id is the same but It looks completely different than my previous one or your given image on the Website...

            If I talk about the features mismatch:-

            i) In recent models it comes with 3 indicators where the previous model there are 6 indicators which prompt us about port number how many connections are there... You can verify the same in your Website image.

            ii) Old models vent is different & product size is different which is clearly visible comparing with the new one...

            iii) Router Antena capacity is not as good as it should be compared with the previous version...

            Though Antena capacity is not visible & it's difficult to prove but you can check my other points like Product shape, Hitting vent, or Indicators are completely different now. So It gives me enough reason to return this product as I am not received what I am looking for...!!

            My Appeal:

            As a responsible citizen, I am requesting reliance on a higher authority to take cognizance of the situation immediately before This miscommunication & system flaw goes out of hand. It will hamper the image & trust of people about this company's ethics. Second, as a literate educated person, I am somehow able to find a way out to reach you. But it's not possible for everyone. Make the whole procedure smooth & simple. In my case consider my Replacement/ return & refund procedure as early as possible."

              Bought s20 plus cover, by mistake it has come s20, tried to return for exchange but got reply that they don't have policy to take back even though the pack was not opened and refused to exchange too, even after several requests over phone and mails not replied satisfactory to support customer, hence will never recommend to anyone to buy from reliance digital online. Amazon is much better as they take return without asking anything, which gives feeling of customer is king, though reliance box is printed with slogan that no question will be asked if returned, but surprisingly they Don have return policy at all, its straight away cheating customers

                Yesterday we have purchased Philip's 5.1 speaker from reliance digital, brookefield, Bangalore. Later we found that amount is high which is compared to other sites such as flip kart Amazon. Around 1500 we have paid more .. we are very disappointed. Please look into this issue and get back to us asap

                  I hv purchased a samsung refrigerator from Reliance digital Karnal in July 2020 inwhich I have to be received a cash back with in three months, but still I have not received any cash back in my account. I have also complaint about your sales executive, they have misguide the customer and their behaviour towards the customer is not good. In future I have not purchased any item from Reliance digital and not recommended any person to purchase any item from Reliance digital.

                  I am AJOY LAHA, an old customer of Reliance Digital store at Krishnanagar, Nadia branch. Before I bought an IFB washing machine and 6 months ago a VIVO 21 mobile with finance from Bajaj Finance and I hostly completed the EMI of washing machine and last EMI of VIVO 21 will deduct tomorrow i.e. 02.03.2022. My experience with Reliance Digital store Krishnagar was really good .But yesterday on 28.02.2022 I visited Reliance Digital store Krishnagar to buy a mobile phone at low budget with my wife . A reprentative came and ask what kind of oh I wanted. I clearly told that I wanted a mobile phone with 3 GB RAM and 32 internal memory of any compan6 at low budget. He offered me Redmi 9A and A VIVO and OPPO phone . As I at first told him my requirements clearly I hoped he was showing me all the phones with 3 GB RAM and 32 internal memory. I decided to buy the Redmi 9A with cash purchase . But when I came back home I discovered it was a Redmi 9A with 2 GB RAM and 32 GB internal memory. As it was around 8:15 pm I thought it would be better to visit the store next morning i.e. on 01.03.2022. Today I have visited the branch twice as the representative who sold me the ph was not present at first time. In second time I have met the representative but he was already aware the fact and as soon as I approach him he told me "you are lying and you can conflict with us ". It was a very unexpected and rough behaviour for me as I had no such intention and I never told him that he was lying. But he clearly insulted me I was lying. However, it is a phone with Rs 7799 and I will not die for this cheat . But I had a good feeling for Reliance Digital store and that is why I visited the store when ever I needed anything to buy. But this kind of inhuman and cheated behaviour from a representative will definitely harm the reputation of this good store .                     Order number RDF03395552 refund has been delayed since 5 months and every time I’m supposed to call them and remind of their responsibility. THERE’S NO ONE WHO IS RESPONSIBLE AND IS BOTHERED TO SOLVE THE ISSUES. All they say is “we have escalated to concern team”? For 5 months? Escalations? What escalation? After that what? Most irresponsible set of people work there, their CUSTOMERs are their lady priority. They have conveniently lost and misplaced my product and delaying my refund beyond accepted time limit! Every month is rolling by and they give me the same ### reply when I call them. If I don’t call them they put the the decision aside and happily sit without doing nothing. I’m sure Corona has not stopped any work, doing from home doesn’t stop them from their responsibility. IF I DON’T SEE THE REFUND BY THIS WEEKEND November 2020 FIRST WEEKEND I AM GOING TO SEE MY LAWYER AND GO TO CONSUMER COURT WITH CASE. I will see to that I will get twice the amount that I’m supposed to get from reliance.

                          Recently we purchased -Eureka-Forbes vacuum cleaner on 18/10/2020 at Reliance Digital stores, Ananthapur, A.P( [protected]).When we tried to clean our floor at home on the same day just after 15 mts.we got burnt smell.We stopped it immediately and tried to complain the stores but phone not connected.Next day we went to the stores & submitted the item to the stores( person Rajgopal ).They told that they would send it to company & replace within 3 days.We asked so many times but answering same without replacing so far.So we complained to higher authorities of Reliance Digital thru'email address- cshead.[protected]@ril.com.They sent answer ( system generated?) stating to request us to wait for 10 working hrs.(Oct 28, 2020, 5:35 PM)So we waited till now even today when we asked Reliance stores we didn't get proper response( 30/10/2020 at 12.50 PM)If this is the condition of reputed companies like Relince run by famous persons how can we expect India to develop.Really it is very pity

                            I had ordered one HP Omen 15 laptop from Reliance Digital store on 16th Oct, 2020 (Order No.- RDF[protected]. The purchase experience has been worst, I had also raised a complaint before on this issue on 22nd Oct, 2020 (Complaint ref id- WPD[protected]. After this horrible delivery and customer care experience I will never purchase again anything from Reliance Digital or recommend it to anyone else. First the product delivery was delayed, then after delivery when I opened and checked the product I found that the product has different specifications than the one mentioned in Reliance Digital website. In the product description it says 144 Hz, 300 nits display but I have been delivered a 60 Hz, 250 nits display laptop (See attached images and videos). So, as the product delivered to me is not as per the description given in your website, I request you to either replace my product with the same as mentioned in the description of your website or take back the product and give me full refund of my paid money. I had already contacted your CS, CS-Head, CEO Desk etc. through e-mail, phone and other medium but got no concrete resolution till date what I heard is words like- " we are expressly working on it, we have escalated this issue, we will soon get back to you, your query will be resolved withing next 24-48 hrs and... blah blah blah". It has been almost a week and the item has neither been replaced nor my money has been refunded, you promise a resolution within 24-48 hrs but it has been more than a week.I am suffering despite purchasing a product of 116K and being harassed like this, do you think the customer will come back to you again? Is this how you handle us? I had got many false assurances of working expressly on it, now I want an immediate resolution to this dispute.

                            It has been almost two weeks still no resolution from Reliance Digital, I have also filed a complaint against Reliance Digital on 31st Oct, 2020 in National Consumer Helpline (Docket No. 2356301). But they don't even bother to reply there, such a bunch of scammers. They took my money delivered the wrong product and now don't even care to replace or take back the product and refund my money.

                              I bought a Samsung A70s from Reliance Digital store this January (2020). Along with this phone I also bought the free one year screen replacement insurance. Come this October, I cracked by screen due to a drop. I called Reliance customer care with the number on the invoice, and told them of my greviance, however they did not seem to find my number associated with the purchase of the policy, while in the invoice my number was specified. They said they will get back to me within 24 hours to solve my issue, however have not called me back till date. So I waited a week and after that visited the Reliance Digital store, where I was given a toll free number and a message with a link was sent to my phone. When I clicked on the link, I was directed to the site for registering for repair of replacement of screen where I filled all my details. Later they denied me the screen repair/ replacement just for that fact that I had apparently intimated the screen repair service a too late, of which I was not notified when buying the screen replacement policy.

                                I have purchased one SONY OLED TV 55A9G on 07/10/2020 from Reliance Retail Limited, Reliance Digital, Silchar. With this purchase there was gift item ( cash memo enclosed for your ready reference ). But I am yet to receive gift item till to date, the gift items are 1. SONY CH700 BU (one) & 2. SONY CH700 BL (one ). Several times the outlet was contacted but they are taking time to deliver . One day I got call from the outlet to receive the gift item and accordingly I went to the outlet, but I was told that the item cannot be delivered because of some internal issue . I am really dissatisfied with the service rendered by this outlet. I never aspect such type of service from such a reputed outlet. Now may I get any assurance/help from your side to get the early delivery of the same.

                                  My order showing as delivered but it is not yet delivered. I am following up with your customer service from couple of days, every time I am getting the assurance for delivery but the delivery is not happening. If possible please cancel this order and refund my money.
