How is this possible?..

    I am Arun P. A. from Vaikom, kottayam, Kerala. I own A dell inspiron 7560g Laptop which I bought from Reliance Digital, Cochin. At that time I also bought an Extended warranty for 7796 rupees..

    On 12th August 2019 I took my laptop to the store for repair as it was showing keyboard problems. I got my laptop back on 4th November 2019 after 2 months. I was told that they would replace my keyboard with original spare parts but they cheated me by replacing it with cheap Chinese spare. One guy named Nishanth was responsible for this repair. Who behaved and took care of my laptop irresponsibly. I went to the shop three times back and forth for my laptop to get repaired. One guy Aravind in Repair told me that they claimed 2500 rupees first for the repair but when I was called for the first time, the laptop was still showing the same issue. They also told me that they cannot replace it with original keyboard because of this first claim as the original keyboard would cost around 5000 Rupees.

    While purchasing this plan, they told me that I would get free pick up and drop facility for any repairs but I was asked to bring the laptop to their shop for repair. While my laptop was at service, no updates were given to me by anyone.

    I am a freelance script writer and two of my works got pending and slipped from my hand which made me loose thousands of rupees.The only thing I want here is to replace my keyboard with original one as the Chinese keyboard they replaced with can damage my laptop as dust can easily get into it which could cause severe issues such as mother board or processor issues. I also have a lot of sensitive files in my laptop which is my life's work.

    I have proof of call history, call recordings, and recordings of them accepting their mistake. I don't want to make a big issue out of this but am willing to do so if I am forced.

    I want orginal Dell Inspiron 7560 g Backlight model Keyboard and This Time My Laptop Keybord, Mouse Pad, Usb port, memory card Slot, Hdmi Slot was Not Working.Then I Reregister Complaint on 27 July 2020 . I handed over my laptop to Kottayam Service Center .. There was a man named Amal John who took my laptop to Ernakulam Service Center and today I handed over my laptop to your service center 115 days ago .I'll give you time this month too .. Today is November 19 2020 I will go to court if my laptop is serviced and not returned as original parts by the end of this month..

    so I humbly request you to do whatever it takes to give me justice for my issue in case . Thank you.

      I purchased an MI trimmer from reliance digital Rudrapur and they refuse to take my GST number instead they wanted my firm GST certificate which is stupid in a way because no other store in the whole of India asks for a GST certificate for a single product.

        Hello Team,

        I am very frustated and sad because of your customer service team and how they are not taking my issue serious and giving me next to next date ..it's been one month only and till date I got fridge It was damaged one ..the gaskit was not proper and all the air are going outside when we start fridge and water also getting leaked ..I'm trying to reach all customre care they are not understanding my needs for refrigerator and only giving me dates to get it fixed ..and here have complete one and half month this issue still persist and I'm damn frustated as no money value I got ..I need refund now for this refrigerator or replacement with the proper and working refrigerator..I am customer of reliance digital from very past ..please don't bread my trust and please help me to get this issue resolve as earliest because I don't want to keep damages peace at my home ..

            Hi My cancelled order : Order #RDF06953710

            I did not get refund till now, Keep on talking with customer care people since last 3 weeks, Every 2 days they are telling it is in warehouse it will back to us in 2 days we don't know exactly, But even after 20 days also still that product in where house, Today also speak to senior customer care person Mr. Lalith Kiran, he is also telling the same wait for couple more days, Until unless it came to us from where house, We don't give guarantee on that, As a senior also he failed to answer means how your process would be, We can't help kind of answer we are getting means how your customer care is talking care about the customers, Still no help from customer care and backend department and they are not working properly helpless for the customers

            We recorded all the calls, We never see such kind of customer care (helpless customer care) and still today also the item is in where house, We are feeling you are doing fraud to the customers and i decided to book the complaint and i wanted to proceed legally

            After waiting one month also these people don't know why they did not get their product back, Once you buy the product they don't care about the customer, Better not to buy reliance products!! They feel like government officials they won't work on customer, I think i need to go to cunsumer court other wise there people not even give the status of my refund, Spoke with even higher officials all are fraud.

              I bought washing machine from reliance digital at kolhapur shop..before one month ..but still I didn't get any call from the company or consumer services...I didn't get any installation from the reliance digital...everyday I called reliance resq consumer services bt they are making me fool and fool...

                1. I have purchased 340L whirlpool make refrigerator from Reliance Digital, Siliguri in the month of May2020.
                2. Later it is observed sweating/water seepage from bottom cabinet, same informed to Reliance digital, customer service.
                3. Till now 4visits were made by Reliance digital service engineers, but they are not at all telling the root cause.
                4. Now the refrigerator has not discharging the required cooling, due that seepage stopped. Where as reliance digital service engineers claiming that refrigerator working satisfactorily and there is no issue with that.
                5. One thing I don’t understood, without doing anything, how a problematic machine itself working satisfactorily and they are conveniently stating that, cooling of refrigerator is OK. But refrigerator not cooling as it cooled during last 3-4 months.
                6. I have purchased 7.5kG fully automatic washing machine in the month of September 2020 from same Reliance digital.
                7. In washing machine lint filter was not at all working, and it gives loud noise while drying.
                8. It is also complained to reliance digital service. Till now 3-4 visits were done by the service engineers, but there is no solution for the problems.
                9. The service engineers giving silly reasons for the above two complaints like,
                a. Load the machine upto 4kg, where as the machine rated for 7.5kg.
                b. Pour water manually for better washing, whereas the machine is fully automatic.
                c. For refrigerator water seepage is due to bad weather.
                d. Gasket of bottom cabinet loosen, still they are not ready to address the issue.

                Same issue happening with my refrigerator also ..I can say I put my money to buy default peace .

                  I don’t see any action yet taken! They just give me reasons and every time postpone and avoid the calls and don’t bother to raise the refund. It’s been more than 5 months and they have lost my iPad in transit conveniently and now they are asking me to provide the pick up slip after 5 months to raise the refund! Ridiculous set of irresponsible staff! What investigating they are doing only they know. There’s no end result Atal

                    I have booked Samsung TV on 7th Nov 2020 of worth 1.31 lack. On 8th Nov Morning, I went to Reliance Digital to cancel my order as I want to switch to Sony brand. They have asked me to not take delivery of the product and it will get cancelled. Once order is cancelled, you can order the Sony TV. Now on 10th Nov, they are telling me the order will not get cancelled and we can't refund you. They are offering me the coupons of the same price or asking me to purchase TV of higher price. This is a big fraud activity they are doing. So now I have purchase a TV from them of higher price or take their coupon and purchase products in that price. and also by this I will not be eligible to any cashback offer I might be getting for new TV.

                    Also, the goodies which I was supposed to get with Samsung TV are also now with them and it's all priced on my card.

                      I have purchased lenova tab through online and received defective product. it doesn't even look like brand new. I have requested for refund but till today I haven't got any refund/replacement. customer service is is worst and not responding to my emails. Its more than 20 days and I haven't got any pudate, I'm fedup for asking for an updates..

                      The worst is part is, I have escalated this issue multiple times to Reliance digital CEO Mr Bade but no use and no progress. no replacement/refund has given so far. Simply non-sense service and waste of time, energy and money of the customer. I suggest not to purchase anything from them. Taking it to the Consumer Court for refund and compensation.

                        On 04 Nov. 2020 I purchased Samsung 43 FHD Smart LED TV 43T5500, Serial no. OADU36TNAO1870.
                        On 5 Nov. Thu. the above said article alongwith mountwall was delivered at my residence. In evening tecnician named Farhan and Ali was sent by the Reliance Digital, Ulhasnagar . Both of them told us as well as the Reliance digital store executive manager Ms. Namita, that the wall mount is not the one which comes with the TV. set purchased by us.
                        My ordeal began from that moment . I repeatedly contactedthe Head Office . They assured to resolve my grievences.
                        On 6th Nov. 2020, I received a message that wall mount no. [protected] has been delivered at 3.35 p. M. But the fact was that I didn't receive any such article.
                        On 07 Nov. 2020, I personally visited the shop and met Ms. Namita & Mr. Prashant Higher authorities of the store. They told that by the evening their technician will come and do the installation.I also informed Mr.Prashant that the ten digit SO No.on the wall mount box delivered by the store doesn't match the no.mentioned in the message sent by JK-DCALRT.
                        But he took it lightly.
                        On 7 Nov.Mohit, an employee of Reliance digital store, Ulhasnagar came at 9.00 p.m. at night and handed over two screws to me telling that these screws were missing .he told that they do T.V.installation in night also.But I told him to come on the next day.as it was too late.
                        On 08 Nov. I repeatedly calls toconcerned employees and technician ended in false assurance.For continuous three days I was made to sit at home waiting for theT.V.installation.
                        Such pathetic services were never expected from World famous Organisation.
                        Hence, you are requested to look into the matter at an earliest.

                          Dear Sir/Mam

                          I, Gaurav Yadav, am a resident of Najafgarh, Delhi. I had good faith and gave utmost importance to purchasing products from Reliance Digital. But recently I had a very bad experience with the Reliance digital store located in Najafgarh.

                          On 20th Oct 2020, I purchased an apple charging cable from reliance digital najafgarh store(invoice attached herewith). The cable stopped charging the very next day only. Due to my office commitments, I went to the store after a few days on 29th Oct 2020 and shared my complaint with the officials. I was provided the exchange receipt (attached herewith) on 30th Oct 2020 and was assured that the replacement would be provided to me on 30th Oct 2020 in the evening as they were arranging the cable from some other store. But later in the evening they refused to provide the replacement .
                          I need to state here that i was provided an open( can be verified through CCTV footage) sealed apple box when i enquired about the same while purchasing. I was told By Mr Himanshu and Nishant Verma that it was the only product left in the store . Having complete Trust on such a big brand I purchased the open product which the store itself should not have sold to me.

                          Now they are saying that the cable is not genuine and the officials (Mr Ram, Mr Nishant, Mr Ashok Vats, Mr Himanshu) are putting all the blame on me that the product which I have bought is fake and cannot be replaced. I am feeling cheated and disappointed about the customer service of the store. I am 100% sure that the things I have stated here are true.

                          Nobody is helping us in the store. I have completely lost faith in Reliance Digital and its products. This experience has taught me never to buy from Reliance Digital in future. I request you not to be biased with us. Please resolve my problem and provide a replacement/complete refund on an urgent basis.

                            I'am a Doctor by profession and have served in the Armed Forces for 24 years, and a senior citizen with a varied degrees of life experiences, never have I faced something like this. At my first (and possibly the last)experience with Reliance Digital Fatima Nagar Pune on the 31st of October 2020, I purchased a Refrigerator LG FF 335 GLT372JRS3 and the deal was of exchange of my old LG refrigerator. Though the new fridge was delivered and installed as promised, the old fridge has still not been replaced, despite my visiting the store repeatedly and meeting the store incharge Despite my agreement to an exchange price much lower than promised, I am being compelled to hold on to the old stuff. It appears that the final say lies with the person incharge of exchange, who keeps the mobile switched off and refuses to respond to the messages. It is evident that mine is not an isolated case but the modus operandi to make the customer run in circles once the goods are sold and paid for

                                I got this dishwasher delivered less than 3 weeks back. And to my utter disappointment, LG and Reliance have tricked me and I am sure many other customers, by not revealing complete information about the auto restart feature.
                                .
                                The machine does not starts from the time it ended in case of power cut (few seconds only).
                                It's such an expensive product, and does not have the simplest of intelligence.

                                I have been chasing both reliance and lg about this, but they after agreeing to refund initially, are passing the responsibility on each other, and I am suffering due to this.

                                  I ordered a phone Realme 7 pro which was supposed to be delivered on 29th October 2020. Its been 1 week, there was no phone call or message notification from the delivery team. I have been repeatedly calling the customer support but it was of no use. They keep transferring my call to some other member or the delivery team just to put the call on hold and disconnect it. I was also told that the delivery did not happen because I was unavailable. I neither recieved a call nor a message and there was not even a single visit from the delivery executive to our address, so how can they determine me as unavailable? If nothing works, please give me the address to the delivery center in Visakhapatnam, I will personally go and collect it. Please ensure the delivery of the device as soon as possible.

                                      The LG 49 FHD Smart LED TV was purchased from Reliance Digital, Visakhapatnam.
                                      RCP period is from 27.7.2018 to 27.7.2021.
                                      The TV started giving trouble ( wavy pictures) and a service request was registered on 18/9/2020. After much following up again on 22/9/2020 a complaint was registered. Complaint number[protected]
                                      On 19/9/2020 a technician from LG supposedly visited the place and said Reliance has to place some orders. Since then we have been continuously following up with Reliance Digital at Visakhapatnam. But the complaint is still unresolved. It was also brought to the notice of Customer care through mails. And alas no solution provided till now.
                                      I wonder whether anyone attends these mails, because otjer than an automated reply i have not received any response from Reliance TILL DATE.

                                        Recently I bought Sony Wireless headphones (Sony WI-SP510 Wireless Sports Extra Bass in-Ear Headphones) and Order number is RDF07495974.Problem is the headphones are disconnecting automatically while I am walking and if I move 3-4 meters away from device and also voice clarity over calls is below average.
                                        To this point I called customer care
                                        1) First one did not understand the problem, told me to send photos and videos and after some time asked me to wait on the call to only disconnect the call.
                                        I called again after some time
                                        2) Second one politely said to contact the nearby Store so I did it
                                        3) Third I went to Madinaguda store and explained the problem, then he said they only take care/deal/service products which are bought from the store only and suggested me to escalate the problem at a higher level.
                                        Finally the thing is defective product has been delivered to me and I find it very difficult to return the product .
                                        After continuous follow-ups, they are saying me to get DOA certificate from SONY service Center to return the Product.
                                        Reliance Digital customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        My Purchase is with in the time limits to return .Product was delivered on[protected] and I have escalated the problem on 1.11.2020
