I purchased a sony soundbar from the reliance digital store at ambience mall gurgaon thorough finance option by hdfc bank on 05 nov 19 on a down payment of rs 472.50 by credit card. Hdfc loan account number is 465246. There is a monthly instalment of rs 3166 that is being autodebited from my account since that date. It was promised that an amount of rs 3166 would be credited back to my account as a refund after the payment of the third instalment. So far the refund has not materialised. I got the contact of the person who had sold me the soundbar and he promised to resolve the issue with the hdfc person on duty at the counter there. However, there has been no feedback from that end, either because of covid or whatever. I contacted that person again today and he promised to revert. Again, no feedback and now he is not taking any more calls.

I have seen some more complaints related to purchase from reliance digital as regards non receipt of refund. I don't know if this is the standard operating procedure at reliance digital.

I have complained in this forum yesterday on the subject. Today I get a call from Reliance Digital from an absolutely foul mouthed uncouth representative who gave out cuss words without any provocation. The call was received from mobile number[protected]

If this is the standard of Customer Care being displayed, then god only save this company.

I got a call yesterday from Reliance DIgital rep. I was on another call when the call came. I asked the agent to kindly hold for a moment so that I wind up the ongoing call. The agent was in such hurry that he could not even hold for 10 seconds and the call was disconnected. There has been no attempt from any rep to establish contact, thereafter. Two days have passed since the filing of complaint.

    Please don't buy anything in Reliance digital. You cannot return the product even if it is damaged.
    I bought a Dell laptop 2 months back for 32k, they have delivered me a used product. When I raised return product, they didn't even care about it and no response from them.
    Still I'm unable to return it.
    No response from them. I tried to call them many times, finally they said to go to near by dell shop which is not possible in this pandemic situation.
    Please don't buy anything. It's a waste of money. Pls pls don't waste your money

        I really had a very bad experience regarding the customer care service of reliance digital.
        I’ve placed an order of mobile phone on 1st of sept on pickup mode and very next day when i visited the store then the store person told me that they’ve permanently closed the jio store.
        On that day itself, i raised complaint regarding my order. Now its 12th but my issue is still not resolved.

        I am ritesh charde, i went to reliance digital located in empress mall, nagpur to buy a led tv on 07.09.2020. There i was greeted by sales girl ms. Neha banokar and as i was looking for some simple basic model tv for my dad who want to watch ipl matches so want a tv set at his bedroom. There i liked the offer on tv of reconnect. Ms. Neha banokar told me that this tv is on offer due to last piece i. E. Rs. 7900 and more offer is on that tv as it is not having remote so it will cost rs. 7000. I insisted to have remote and told her to look for it, she went to look for the remote and after 10 min came back saying they don’t have it, so we decided to get that tv and buy remote from outside. Then she said that they don't have a box, i told them to arrange it as it will be difficult to carry it after waiting for around 15-20 min more she told me to fill a form which i did. After filling form we waited she and some of her companion had some chat and then she came to me and said they can't give tv today as the offer is not coming in their system, it will generate next day. I told them i can pay in advance and you can deliver that tv to me next day, but she said it is not possible. I insisted on talking to manager mr. Ashwin mendhe, but she said sir is saying it can't be done and she told me she will call me tomorrow as she has my number with her in the form and let me know. Somehow she didn't let me talk to manager, so we came back home. After waiting for her call for two days we went to reliance digital to buy the tv i. E. 10.09.2020 to my surprise tv was not there nor the sales girl ms. Neha banokar and when i inquire about tv the person over there said that tv is sold... And they sold it at a price of rs. 7900 and that too without a remote... I feel cheated as i waited for two days and she did not call me... Plz take necessary action...

When i have purchased product 1 year i got good service but after 1 yaer i am facing so much problem.             I have purchased a samsung ac from reliance digital and extended it's warranty and now i am facing some issue in it. I have call your customer care many times and they give me a complaint no. 23497686 and after that i had called them 4-5 time every time they told me our engineer will call you and now it has been more than 4 days but i did'nt received any call from your side.

            This is the worst service i am receiving from reliance.

            So i request you plz do something it's really frustrating for me to call customer care so many times

              I recently purchased a godrej washing machine and during the time o[censored]npacking & installation by their own personal, it was discovered that the machine had dents. Unfortunately, reliance doesn't do any quality controls before shipment. However, giving them the benefit of doubt the technician and the operations team assured that machine would be replaced in 1-2 working days.

              Its been over a week now and i have called their call center over 5-6 times, written them 2-3 emails on the ids listed on their website bm. [protected]@ril.com and cshead. [protected]@ril.com. However, there has been no response.

              Everytime, i call the call center folks give me a scripted response and as one would expect they are totally clueless about the status and also don't have powers to escalate matters. I'm a true believer of that fact that it all starts at the top and hence, i'm fairly convinced their ceo is not a professional who is running the company as one would expect. What puzzles me even more is that when companies are investing millions especially on cx and moving towards more digital friendly platforms; this company is gearing in the reverse.

              Eitherways, based on my personal experience i would recommend potential shoppers to avoid buying on reliance digital. Even if the pricing point is tempting but measure the savings based on a holistic experience.

                I bought re-connect washing machine from reliance gigital-elur of andhra pradesh on 04/09/2018. It started to give trouble with in a year (10/12/2019). From then on i have been giving a complaint at reliance-digital elur. Its been nine months but no proper service is done. Whenever i inform at reliance-digital of eluru, a person visits, takes a look at washing machine and tells that "one part is missing and we will fix it once we receive it." same words from nine months but the problem has not been resolved.

                  I have bought a boat 910 headset vide tax invoice no: d29r[protected] dated 09.06.2020. I hardly used it in this couple of months but connecting pin and wire has come off. I raised complaint to reliance digital by mail on 10.08.2020. Even after chain of mails, there is no response from reliance digital. Then i escalated to cshead by mail on 02.09.2020. But there is not even a call from them or mail regarding attending my issue. I am keep getting automated messages only.

                  I never expected this from reliance.

                    I have recently booked the One plus TV 43" in reliance digital ambattur branch on friday (04.09.2020).

                    I received the TV on the next day (05.09.2020) and installation was also completed.

                    Next, we started using the TV while connecting the Wifi initially working but after wifi is getting disconnected automatically.

                    Again, If we press wifi ON also, it is getting disconnected automatically.

                    We have given a complaint on the same day on 06.09.2020. the customer care person informed complaint has been registered but no response on monday.

                    Again, we have given the complaint on 07.09.2020 they told previously your complaint has not been registered.

                    It's very annoying and hectic for your customer service on purchasing such a huge amount and no proper servicing.

                    Still no one has responded from the service person.(09.09.2020)

                    Why such delay in response? Purchased Rs.24000/- new one plus TV 43" from reliance ambattur branch.

                    I have purchased a TV for seeing, not for a showcase.

                    I don't need this TV and this brand. Very worst response from reliance customer service and ambattur branch.

                    Otherwise with the same amount purchased, replace LG TV.

                      I had placed a service request: [protected] on 7th september, 2020 for the product samsung sac 1.5t 5sinv ar18nv5hrtr and the technician was supposed to visit the day after that is on 8th sep but till now no updates on that nor the technician is picking up my call. I tried to reach out to customer care no [protected] for the same, but they are also not assuring anything nor they giving me any definite time slot.

                      Even i got a sms that the technician was assigned to visit me on 8th sep, but its 9th sep and there is no updates; not sure whom to reach out to now. I have an extended warranty support with reliance digital but it seems i made a mistake for paying the extended support warranty as i can the customer approach from reliance digital is pathetic, they are least bothered to attend to customer complaints even when we are paying for it.

                      Please look into it and i would like to escalate this.

                          I have purchase sony home theatre by online site of reliance detail and my order number is rdf05897631 date of order was 31st aug 2020 i have paid 54990 to reliance and while ordering it was showing delivery in 2 days but i didnt received regular i calling customer care but no response from there side just saying give us 24hr its will be reslove but solve but now i m very much fed u with this and i was bought to give gift to my wife but time also gone n all commitment fail and now i will go to consumer court and file case against company they all are fraud my number [protected]

                              Hi, i went along with 2 of my friends to your outlet at K. B Road Jorhat, Assam to purchase a laptop. Upon entering the security person who was supposed to take my temperature and my details startes enquiring what i would purchase. Should i tell the person what i am purchasing and then only she would allow me into the store? Secondly upon entering a sales executive started to enquire what we were looking for and he addressed us in our native language which is equal to 'tum' in hindi. Now after that i told that we were looking for a laptop. Then another executive came in an they started enquiring about price to each other and they themselves were not sure of that. Than one of the guy went to check the price and never returned. We were on our own looking around and waiting for atleast 15mins for him to come back he never arrived. Then the other guy who was in the other side standing alone, i asked what happened. He then asked what were we looking?? I was like really.. He himself checked with us for laptop at the first place and after 15mins when we enquired he acted as if he was unaware. This is how it works?? I was furious and didn't talk anymore and came back and giving a verbal complain to the customer service desj there. I was really stunned by there attitude and may be we were in some casual attire, they migh have taken us for granted that we can't afford or something. Me along with my friends came out of the store disgusted. Hope u will look into this as customer service is what we expect in your store

                                  I purchased a 55inches lg tv from reliance digital and with that their sales person had convinced me to extend my waranty for 3yrs under Reliance for 21000/= they told us that any prob shall be solved by them within 4-5 working days. now my tv isn’t working for 4 days, and the repaing bill is 5000/= n waiting period given by reliance is 15 days-1 month. I m totally dissatisfied with their sevice, with such a small amount of repairing bill...

                                  Kent grand star water purifier purchesed on 19/8/20. At reliance digital mogappair west/chennai 600037. We have booked complaint on 4/9/20 and they have given clearing date as 5/9/20. As of know nobody came to attend. There is no respond while contacting on phone. Very very bad experience regarding reliance digital show room. Pleace take an action against consern in-charge as no lifting any calls.

                                  The kent grand star water purifier is also having reliance extended waranty of 5 years against ₹:12, 600.
                                  If you are not react i will lodge complaint in consumer forum against the reliance digital.
