I have ordered a Samsung galaxy m21 blue phone order id RDF04785791 on 7th August MODE OF PAYMENT:credit card, but i have entered the wrong pincode. On 14th August i contacted the delivery partner ECOM, they asked to contact reliance digital customer care.
I have called to customer care, one of the representatives told me that pincode can't be changed now as it is in delivery, and said he had initiated the cancellation process and said that my money will be refunded in 2 days to the source of payment.
He also said that we have to order the same product again. So I have ordered the same phone order id: RDF05259019 but this time black color and mode of payment as a debit card. I have received both products and the money is also not refunded to me for the 1st product.
I want to return the first product (blue one).
This is the message I sent to the customer care head, there is no response.
Even the customer care representatives are not responding, I am frustrated by this. I really want to return the product.
I would not order the product 2nd time, if he had not told me to order again.
If they don't want to take back the product, then why did they told me to order again.
I even have call recordings, It is more than 45 days I am trying to return the product.
I am calling them for every 3-4 days, but no response, even their customer care head is not responding.

    Dear Sir,

    I have purchased Jio Fi router on 5th September 2020. The product serial number is [protected]. SSID is JioFi3_5ADCD4.

    The product was purchased from Mr. Abdul ID 60391436 from Reliance Retail Limited Store at Colaba State Code 27 MAH.

    On 25th September 2020, the Jio Fi Router sim slot malfunctioned and the device became inoperative. I handed over the device to the Store Manager at Colaba on 28th September 2020.

    I visited the store and spoke to Mr. Abdul, who told me he would get a replacement of the Wifi router.

    It has been 1 week and so far no replacement has been given to me by Mr. Abdul, saying that there is a shortage of Wifi Router and he can do nothing about it.

    I am shocked at the kind of service I am getting from the people employed in the store and specifically Mr. Adul who is the Store manager.

    I request the concerned authority to look into my problem and offer a new device since the device delivered to me is useless and I could hardly use the device for even a month.

    I hope you will resolve the issue and replace my device Router JMR540 ( Black ).

      I have purchased the LG 8 KG Automatic Washing Machine, Inverter model on Sept 7th, 2020. On Saturday 12th September, 2020. We started using it for the First time, after we add the load to the machine. Suddenly it is getting power off by itself and restarting from the beginning on it's own. We stopped using it and raised the complaint to the store, and they send one technician. He visited to our home on 13th September, 2020 i.e: Next day and he tested by himself and confirmed that washing machine was not in good condition. He took video record of the defects of washing machine and said, that he will raise the complaint for the replacement. I shared the bill copy to his what's app number as well.

      Total 4 times, technician's has been visited my home to verify and validate the problem. 1 person came from Reliance and 2 persons came from LG for 3 times. After the LG technician confirmed the issue in the product and he spoke with the Reliance store Manager and he assured the replacement of the product. All this ### discussion's are still going on, but still there is no proper confirmation and it's totally waste of time for us.

      We questioned the Reliance digital store people as per the company rules and policies only, as per the policy written on the bill. If the electronic product is not working properly, then they will surely replace it with the new one. But we have been following with them from almost 25 days, they are still giving reckless answers. Most of the people doesn't have the proper knowledge and simply saying that they don't know anything of it and please CALL TO CUSTOMER care to know more about it.

      I purchased this product using Bajaj finance LOAN option. EMI date will be on 2nd of every month. Now, the first EMI date is also approaching. Now who will be take the responsibility for my loss.

      We got the update from Store like, that they can replace the whole product with other washing machine. But there is no other washing machine available as per our requirements. Hence we asked for the money back, they are resisting to give our money back and wasting our time.

        They have sold a defective product and now telling me to go to samsung store.
        This complaint is against reliance digital store hyderabad gopanpally.

        Such fraud things reliance is doing during pandemic.
        Strict action to be taken to make them realise so that they stop selling fraud products.

          Have ordered a jiofi router on 24th september
          Order id : rdf06510896.
          Getting no response
          Received order details but not received an invoice.
          Though mentioned it will be delivered on 25 th but not yet done. No response from them other than it will be delivered today or within 24 hours.

            I had registered an asus laptop on 12th september my laptop was going to be delivered on 17 september. Till date i didn't receive the laptop nor the refund.
            I applied for cancellation still no response.
            Your courier partner says laptop is in bhiwandi and reliance digital customer says it is in ahemdabad. Please get my money back please i request.

              I purchased a hp laptop model 15 cs100tx and serial number 5cd8490ywh on 15 august 2020 from reliance digital selaiyur, chennai, tamil nadu. I have a prbm in my laptop. It frequently gets hanged and most of time it shows not repsonding. Regarding this i tried many times to contact hp customer care from 18 august 2020. And i came to know tat the system is out of warranty. I have waited for more than 1 month to update my warranty from reliance digital. Very poor response from the reliance digital center. I have visited the reliance selaiyur branch still no response from them.
              I have paid rs. 59811 for this laptop. I m asking for repayment. They are not responding.
              Help me in this regard

                Hi,

                Just to inform all via this platform that reliance digital is making fool and cheating his customer, i am sharing my first order experience here.

                I have ordered jio wifi router jmr540 on reliance digital website (10 sep) and received the product after 2 days (12 sep).

                I was shocked when i opened box and found feb 2017 make electronic product jmr540 (You can say junk product as its electronic product and should be latest make only).

                I have called reliance digital customer care same day and i asked either send me latest make product or initiate refund as i don't wish to use that old product.

                I called daily customer care and no good response from them even my call disconnected by customer care members without giving any solution to this.

                Till now i am chasing them for replacement or refund of the product.

                I also received one email from them asking me to go service center if replacement needed as i also found router rebooted itself 1-2 times.

                My question for reliance is why you send me 3 yr 7 month old electronic product in these covid-19 situation and now denying replacement sent to my home.

                If i wish to go to market then why i order online in this covid-19 situation and cheater reliance company ask me to go to service center.

                This is horrible experience with reliance digital and i expect them to look this into wisely and honestly.

                But not yet delivered. Its almost 4 days.
                But the status is still showing Confirmed?
                Is there a way to cancel the order and get refund?

                  I have purchased 1.) hp 15-ek0042tx gaming laptop (10th gen intel core i7-10750h/16 gb/512 gb ssd/nvidia geforce graphics/windows 10 home/full hd), 39.6 cm (15.6 inch) 2.) targus amu660ap wired optical mouse order type: net banking total order value: ₹116, 298 order placed: 11 sep 2020 order no: rdf06180602 carrier :ecom awb :[protected] with respect to above info i have tried calling reliance multiple times due to my shipment being on halt as they havent provided the courier (Ecom) with e way bill number, i have sent email to customer head as well but received no call back or reply from anyone at reliance digital, kindly get the eway bill number from them and email it to me on [protected]@gmail.com or call me on [protected], so either they can provide the number to the carrier or i can. They last date for delivery was 17th september 2020 but i havent receieved any call or email whatsoever. Ps: i urgently need this products as soon as possible please take this on urgent request and provide me with the solution of reliance digital providing a eway bill number for the same

                    I had given my samsung galaxy note 9 under reliance resq warranty. Service number [protected].

                    After nearly an yr o[censored]sing the phone started heating up, speaker was crackling and charging socket was a litl loose.
                    So gave it to the resq centre penguin.
                    On the 13th day and numerous calling i finally received the phone.
                    1st of all even though there was no sim on sim tray, the phone was showing signal tower of god knows what sim. Phone started heating up on being connected to the internet over wifi.

                    So in short nothing was fixed. On complaining the technician said he ran youtube videos to test the heating issue. And i should change the settings(the same setting that had been running fr the last year).
                    Did that phone is still heating up.
                    from the dust on the charging port and other part i can make out that they dint even touch the phone and check the battery or heat dissipation system.
                    But kept it lying for 13 frigging days

                    SO WHY WOULD I BUY YOUR EXTENDED WARRANTY IF YOU DONT FIX THE PHONE.

                    No intimation given.
                    No spare phone even suggested.
                    Even after calling multiple times, technician does not pick up calls.

                      I bought sony x75f tv on 12-may-2019.
                      I'm facing 2major issues for past 3months.
                      I already submitted complaint regarding this. But no troubleshoot done from your side. No proper response.
                      I almost spent lakh and 27k rupees for those product.

                      Issues.
                      An black mark throughout the entire right corner of tv. Clearly visible when some colors played at back ground.

                      An light glow mark on bottom left end.

                      An bad experience from reliance digital.

                      Totally fed up with u guys...

They came at 1pm and work wasn't finished even at 7 pm. For removing and reinstalling old ac they could not do it. Nails were hit all the wall for fitting external unit.                           My reconnect led is out of warranty i call in customer care and send a engineer but engineer not come he call me and demand 1000 rupees to come and check. This is a huge amount for check so i call again customer care and representative said i have only provide engineer he demand any amount of rupees we could not nothing for that. Please repair my led as soon as possible in reliable price

                            We had purchased hul water purifier on[protected] from reliance digital, ghodbunder road, thane west-400604.
                            At the time of purchase we were told about 1year brand warranty and 2 years extended warranty from the store.
                            After the purchase done and invoice generated there was no mention of the said offer in the bill and we didn’t trust any verbal offers explained as they are not authentic so we told the executive about it, to which he said the invoice can not be regenerated so he did write the same on the bill and to authenticate it he had put the stamp of the store on it as he has not signed that thing and we were not accepting it..
                            Now when the time has come to avail the same, the store is denying and indirectly blaming us of forging the same... They are saying they didn’t give this kind of offer to the customer and it is not valid.
                            This is so insulting and harassment to a customer...

                            The complaint has been marked as resolved but it is still not sorted..
                            The extended warranty included the filter change for 2 years as it was AMC which was given to us.. but now the things are denied and further no contact from the company...

                              On 07-09-20 i have ordered and paid rs 1367/- for dlink dir - 506l pocket cloud wireless router - order no. Rdf06089746 dt 07-09-20 from reliance digital website. On 09 — 09-20 a defective product was delivered to me and the battery was totally dead and not charging. On the same day 09-09-20 i reported to reliance digital customer care service personnel over phone & email ([protected]@ril.com). On 12-09-20 reliance digital issued a replacement order no. Rdxr[protected] dt 12-09-20. On 13-09-20 reliance digital arranged for a return pickup by their courier partner ecom express. I handed over the defective product with all accessories to their above courier partner on same day on 13-09-20 which was duly acknowledged by reliance digital. Still after 7 days reliance digital have not replaced the product which i had order on 07-09-20. Reliance digital have also not refunded my money rs 1367/-. Reliance digital is totally a fraud e-commerce website doing scam, looting money and making people fool. They deliver defective product. After taking the defective product from customer they do not replace neither they refund money to customer. They should be blacklisted.

                                I ordered a computer for approx rs. 23000 on 1st august 2020. But i had to cancelled as it was wrong order based on the instructions from call center as reliance digital has provided no option for online cancellation to customers. I am following up with your team for the past 1 month for a refund amount against booking ref rdf04560708 with no resolution to this.
                                There are tickets raised everytime i call your call center with no closer to this topic.
                                Paid fine and interest of approx 3000 towards my credit as this reliance digital did not refund till today.

                                  Reliance digital store employee told that if any screen damage happens.. They will collect & deliver within two days..in a way of very very fast..

                                  But i technically visited thier office multiple times.. Reliance team will always says.. Their staff was in leave to check about it..

                                  So i finally tried contact via mail by saying. My screen was damaged 10 days ago trying to contact resq team but no response from anyone

                                  They just declined my screen replacement warranty by just saying as per terms & condition they can't replace 10days back screen broken.

                                  I have more than 8 months time to apply for screen replacement.. But they just declined by saying silly reasons

                                  Actual fact is : they are collecting amount in the name of reliance resq but without informing us on bill they are mentioning it as "amtrust insurance company" in shortcut aic

                                  This is a kind of scam, fraud & cheating coustomers

                                  I hope someone will take action about this

                                      I have purchased an samsung air conditioner from reliance digital crown interior faridabad and extended its warranty and now the ac is not working from last 2 weeks and i am continuesly calling to relaince customer care and they give me a complaint no. 23497686 and they always say we will send an engg. Within 24hrs but till date no one visited our place and i did'nt recieve any call from there side. I have also mailed many times but did not get any response (mail copy attached).

                                      Even i had visited reliance digital crown interior but they told the same thing.

                                      I have purchased many things but did not get this type of service this is really frustrating.
