I ordered a laptop( order noRDF[protected] from reliance digital while refusing other websites deals. They gave me a date of delivery and when the date came first they changed the date of delivery and second day they sent me a following message -

Dear Rakesh, As requested by you, your Order RDF05718455 has been cancelled. Please check your email for further details. Reliance Digital.

This shows completely unprofessionalism and they snatched other websites offer available during that time, from me.
Reliance Digital customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I have bought Samsung tv product fr Reliance digital store. The product is not working from March and have registered complaint and following up since 6 months but no results.
    Kindly note the product is in warranty.

      Failed transaction - order number rdf05704540

      Our order was placed on 23 august 2020.
      Samsung ultra hd tv (72990 rs)-order.
      The money has been deducted from our bank (Hdfc credit card), 404 error page appeared and transaction was partly stopped.

      We contacted the customer care and they said the money will be refunded within 2 days. But we didn't get any money back still. And my emi started on 25 august 2020. But still dint get any response and refund from reliance end. I highly doubt will i get my money back.

        I have ordered samsung galaxy m01 core.

        I am facing issue with the battery of the mobile phone. It's discharging really fast without even using the phone.

        I have raised the complaint many times but received non satisfactory resolution.

        I have been asked to please contact /visit brand service center.

        I have purchased the product from reliance digital so its their responsibility to return the faulty product to brand and coordinate with brand.

          I have ordered a washing machine on 24th August, with order number RDF05711016 from Reliance Digital online

          I ordered for "360 BLOOMWASH PRO H 9.5, Graphite, 99.9% Germs & Allergen Free Wash".
          But what I received is "360 BW PRO H7.5 10YM/W, Color : COOL ILLUSIA (L3)".
          The model what I ordered and what I received, both are different.
          I have attached the snapshots of Invoice hard copy & model number on the box delivered to us.
          When called to customer support[protected] for replacement or return, they asked me to send a mail on [protected]@ril.com. But no response.

          I sent mail to [protected]@ril.com and also complained through cshead.[protected]@ril.com and BM.[protected]@ril.com, no response from any of their representative and not even call back.
          Even the customer support is not helping to resolve this issue.
          It has been 4 days till now.

          I am requesting for replacemnt with exact product or return.

            I bought a lg tv on 22nd May and was supposed to receive 5000 coupan within 60 days and 5000 cashback within 120 days. I contacted you guys in May and June and after a lot of calls(please check how many times i have called the customer care since may) and false assurances, i got a callback and that reliance supervisor assured me that i will get my cashback and coupan within the time frame mentioned.

            I contacted reliance customer care again in July 23 after 2 months of purchase with the complain that i haven't got the coupan.( reference No. COM00433311.) The guy assured me that my issue will be resolved and i will receive a call back.

            But again when I called on 5th aug, i found out that my complain has been closed with no resolution and no explanation. Then the other guy opened a new complain to escalate it (reference No. COM[protected]. He also assured me the same thing but it was also not resolved and no one is giving me proper answer or resolution.

            Today i contacted the customer care a lot of times and everyone put my call on hold and then my calls are being disconnected. I wasted my 2 hrs on this today . So i decided to write this mail. Please check the call logs of the number of times have called you guys since May.

            Most recent comlain id : COM00495364. It has been more than 3 months since I have bought the tv and haven't heard back from anyone. I have contacted you guys through mails, twitter, facebook as well as through customer care.

              Hi, I have paid 66300 for iphone 11 (64 Gb) Mrp was mention 64000,

              This is totally illegal way of doing business.

              Product Mfd was in 2019.

              Now they are charging more on old products too, when i ask for new mrp iphone they were not having any new products all were of 2019 mfd.

              On asking for cancellation even though i have not picked phone from store i am getting email like thanks for picking up order

                I purchased a Reconnect soundbar from reliance digital and it was totally defective i have visited 2 times for repair of this product and i as i went to recieved the product i saw product was defective and i m very disappointed from the product sold by reliance digital. Reliance digital staff told me to put a mail to customer care which i have already marked the mail but still i didn't get any response from them. I don't want to use 3rd class product. Kindly help me to refund of my money as i m sharing pic of the product also here...thank you.

                  I have placed an pre-order of One plus Tv 32Y1 on July 14, 2020, and it was delivered on 6th Aug 2020.

                  I'm greatly dissatisfied with the pre-order offers introduced by Reliance Digital for One plus TV.
                  I don't know why they mislead the customers by giving fake offers.

                  Still I didn't get any response from them.

                    I purchased a Sony 64 GB pen drive from Reliance Digital store with order no. RDF05625015.

                    The order was delivered fast. But to my surprise the packet was torn. It appeared that original Sony pen drive was taken out and replaced with a duplicate or an old one.

                    I talked to the customer care about it and they told me that they will not return or refund if the product is not damaged or faulty.

                    I suspect they sell duplicate, old or renewed items.

                    Unlike Amazon or Flipkart, surprisingly Reliance Digital does not have any option for customers to review its products.

                      Bought relaince reconnect ac last year and its working status is worst. We even asked for service and service man charged 2500 in july still its not working. Ac is bought from Rajkot Reliance Mall billing name Kuldipsinh Ramdevsinh Jadeja. Its worst if within one year ac 's condition gets detoriated. Inspite of constant complaint problem in not resolved. We hope for the best service either replace it. We beileved in the brand and purchased but result in unexpected. We hope our grivance is considered atmost and problem resolved.

                      Worst product worst service again charged 3500 for gas. Last month charged 3500 is this what we can expect from a brand like reliance. I would suggest not to buy a single product. The service provided is worst. Why should we bear for a mistake of service man. Paid amount today and would like to get refund from the company. What cost the product is if it requires 3500 every month.

                      Would like to clarify didnt charged today but last month and delayed service is the reason for complaint today. As my ac is serviced after one week. And its bcoz of faulty repair last month. Its in warrnty period yet paid and was not working properly after servicing too.

                        Ac we bought is from reliance rajkot and its not working properly. Cooling is worst. Its bought on name of Kuldipsinh Ramdevsinh Jadeja . Last months complaint is yet not resolved. Before in july service man was called who charged 2500 but no result. Its not atall working and its in warranty period we hope to resolve our problem as soon as possible. We bought as we trust on brand but now thinking waste of money as well as service. Its only 2nd year and its not working. And our correspondence is not answered. Is this how we can trust make in india. I hope our problem is resolved at earliest.

                        Almost 7 days yet no servicing ??? I would like to replace this product. This could be considered as worst service. Paid 3500 last month yet the condition is worst. Expected much more from a brand like reliance. But no action even after 7 days of complain. Is this the service which we should expect from a brand like reliance. Hope the product ia replaced at the earliest.

                          We purchased a 50 inch samsung 4k television from reliance digital - sastamangalam, trivandrum. The payment was done through google pay. The amount has been debited from my account, but the store claims that they have not received the payment. It has been 4 days and i don't have any update on my refund. The bank manager has confirmed that the amount has been debited from my account.
                          I spoke with the customer care toll free number for reliance and no one got back to me as promised. It is such a shame that big brands like reliance does not even have a proper payment gateway. Reliance needs to answer my complaint and find a resolution for this. It is with the hard earned money of common man that they are playing with.
                          I have also seen similar complaints posted in this forum about payments done at reliance digital. Such shops should be banned from market sales.

                              I have received led tv at house no # 642 2nd floor sector 78 mohali sas nagar punjab but didn't find a free sound bar with both sharp tv.

                                Sony Head phones blue tooth brand new defective.
                                Order Number : RDF04641582. Price 3590.

                                Immediately after opening the packet complained, number PR[protected].

                                For two weeks every day called them and mailed however they just kept me on hold for 20 min and then disconnected the call.

                                  After So many emails, calls and efforts from my side, I've received only an email saying that they cannot help me and they have closed the complaint without even getting in touch, There is no communication or not even a single call before this complaint is closed by them. They Didn't even ask me what the issue was and why I wanted to return. Moreover, They are showing me a 10 days return policy card, However I've been chasing them since the next day when the product was delivered to me which took 10 days to respond.

                                  Sir, If the customer has raised a complaint, No matter what, How can a company automatically close it without even contacting the customer and listening to what they want to say ?

                                  Coming to the product that I want to return, Sir, On the relianceDigital website you have mentioned "easy returns", Even on the product page such tnc for this particular product that it is not returnable is not mentioned. Then how do you expect a customer to automatically know what your tnc are, and how will you behave after sales ? Sir, If you have the slightest regard for customer service, I request you to look into this personally and see if you are able to justify the treatment that I've got from reliance.

                                      Dear All,

                                      I had purchsed a LG Front Load Washing Machine- LG FHT1006ZNW from Reliance Digital - Borivali (West) outlet last week. Product was delivered in time. Store experience was decent. Now, the issue started with product installation. The service agent came within 2 days of product delivery.

                                      However, all he did was to get the product out of the box onto the floor. He mentioned a few verbal instructions. Said he can't start the machine as the plug socket was not compatible. Did not even bother to fix the anti rat cover that came alongwith the machine & left within 15 mins of arrival taking my confirmation signature. And this, is supposed to be Installation + Demo!

                                      After reading the manual, I called him up within the next hour & mentioned that the anti rat cover wasn't installed, I was asked to raise a service request stating water leakage issues. I have been following the Reliance Digital service support team (Resq) over calls & mails repeatedly after that, to no avail! And to imagine that I bought an extended warranty with them.

                                      Something as basic as proper installation has been ignored!

                                        I bought Jio SIM from your Reliance Digital Store Your Sales boy sold me a SIM without giving full information When I question him his answer was what can I do How can he behave with costumer like this
