Hello sir,
My name is hemant sharma.

I bought lg 55um7300 4k uhd television from the reliance digital store on 9th august 2020.

Today (10th august 2020) product has been delivered to my registered address.
The installation guys called me and asked me to please update me when the product delivered at my doorstep.

I called the installation engineer and told him the product has been delivered.
Please come here and do the installation.

He said that he will come after 6'clock after 6 o'clock. I called him again and then he said right now i'm busy somewhere, when i will be free. I will be there around 8 o'clock, i called him again after 8 o'clock evening, now he said he will be done installation by tomorrow morning, and said "agar mere pass drill machine hui toh kar duga otherwise, nahi kar paunga".

I called reliance customer care number and asked them that the technical person saying me this type of words, the reliance customer support person saying "ha sir wo sahi kaha raha hai agar uske pass drill machine hogi toh karega otherwise nahi karega" also the customer care executive said that the installation will take maximum 5 days.

My question is whether installing tv is such a big task that it will take 5 days to complete reliance's technician.

When i took this product from reliance digital store, they said that by tomorrow your product will be delivered and also installed.

And today the technician is giving me some more answers and the reliance customer care person is giving a different answer.

Is this reliance customer service?
If this is a reliance service then it's the worst service.

I request you guys kindly take this issue on high priority and give me a proper solution.

    Hi sir,
    I am deepak rathour and i have an order of samsung ehs64avfbecinu wired headphone, black with order no.- rdf04113602 on 19th july 2020. The delivery was supposed to happen on 25th july 2020 but it did not happen on 25th july. I called at[protected] and got the information that the order delivery has been revised from 25th july 2020 to 27th july 2020. I have waited for 27th july but again it did not deliver and i got the text message that your order has been delivered now and the same status has updated in my reliance digital account. I called the same on 27th july at[protected] and shivani was on the other side. She has put in a complaint and said that you will get a message regarding it and will resolve the same concern within 72hrs. I got the message regarding the delivery date which was on 31st july. But the status was still the same in the reliance digital account that your order has been delivered. I talked with support executive multiple times but i didn't get any resolution. Every time a different executive received the call and told the same wait for the next 3 days.

    Please take a look. Thank you.

      I have purchased 2 oppo phones with extended warranty from reliance digital store. I am writing email to [protected]@relresq.in and nobody is responding to my request. I have atached the bill copy and ew certificate.

        A few weeks ago i went to the reliance digital store to buy a gaming laptop i bought asus tuf fx505gd bq347t. After i bought it i came to know that it's an obsolete product and when i visited the store the next day i went check the laptop which was on show when i bought my laptop and surprisingly that show laptop was removed it's clear over here that they sold me the last piece of the laptop at higher price

          I have bought this product on 28 June from Reliance digital at Phoenix Mall Bangalore. This product was delivered/installed by 4 Jul. During unpacking, which was done by reliance engineer came for installation, we identified tht
          Packaging was not proper, but the guy said sir this is normal and happen. After installation ice cube dispenser was not working, on the Right side, fridge area inner panel on front wall was not fixed and looks like broken, but he said Sir its just a lock I will fix it, but he was not able to fix, then vegetables box was not closing completely and once you push it, it automatically comes out looks like a issue with channel, which again he tried doing everything as per his knowledge and capability but nothing happened. Finally he said sir this product has a defect i will raise the issue and this will be replaced. He called his manager in front of me explained the issue took photos and assured me this will be done asap. Few days passed no response I followed up with reliance digital team and they were unaware of the issue. Then the store guy followed with installation team and told me we have arranged LG team visit as part of process and after that we will replace it. You pls rest assure it will be done. Than someone from LG team visited he fixed ice dispenser issue. Also tried fixing inner panel issue and for vegetable issue both of them he was not able to fix. And After a while he started saying this is a issue while this model and in all you will find same and after that he left saying will check in few models at any dealer and come back to me. After that no response I have received neither from LG nor from Reliance. I again followed up with Reliance team Mr Sayed (+[protected] no response then call Mr Jitendra (+[protected]from admin I guess, he told me sir right now it’s lock down so we can’t do anything will get this done post lockdown over after 31July. After that whn I haven’t got any response I went to Reliance store and spoke to store manager Mr Ravi[protected] he assured I will get the resolution in day or two, but again nothing has moved. I dropped an email to Reliance after tht I got couple of intimation via sms first from Reliance installing team and I told team there is no installation required then I got sms for LG team visiting but till date post initial visit no one visited and no resolution received. However I have got an email from reliance saying please speak to LG team for any repair. This is not accepted. I have bought a product from you and you have given me defected product. Earlier when I spoke to LG they asked me to spk to Reliance. Not sure what is this going on I have been a loyal patron, but this time I am really disappointed and regretting my decision. I am fed up of following each and everyone. This is really frustrating and unprofessional.

          Please provide the appropriate resolution

              I have ordered for philips trimmer and i made the payment through upi and the amount was debited from my account.

              But my order was not confirmed. It is displayed as payment unsuccessful.

                Order was placed from reliance digital on 14th june 2020 and was delivered on 7th may 2020 in the evening at my residence. Upon usage the laptop crashed.

                How the laptop had crashed, here are the details:

                I opened the laptop, finished setting up the device, and it booted then since during setting up the device i connected the laptop to the internet (Wifi). So, when the device finished booting there was a request to do a system update. So, i approved as it checked for updates automatically. After approval of the update, the apps which had been updated one by one started to detect some system errors. Due to which microsoft action center detected some problems after the update was completed. And, had automatically without any consent begin troubleshooting the problem occurred. After several restarts, which lasted for an hour or more., the system rebooted. But, i noticed the screen had hanged completely. The mouse pointer was not working for sometime, screen was completely frozen, mouse pointer was moving after 5 min, but i couldn't do a right click, left click, nothing was working. I even tried to do a refresh with right click and also used f5 for refresh and i noticed even keyboard also was not working coz the screen blinks once on pressing f5 or fn+f5 (Varies from laptops).

                So, waited for an hour i guess since i'm from a computer background so if you do actions when screen is frozen, the computer gets hanged completely and nothing will work. So, i waited patiently for an hour or so. Same situation, nothing changed.

                So, i tried to go to the windows home icon at my left side of the screen and tried clicking but nothing happened. So, i used the physical windows home button on the keyboard to open windows home, so that i could restart the laptop. I was able to open windows home by clicking the button, but on clicking on restart or shutdown nothing happened since mouse pointer was not working.

                So, i had no other choice to do a force restart, by holding the power button for sometime until screen goes blank and laptop restarts. But, before doing a force restart i tried put the laptop to sleep by pressing the power button once. Pressed the power button again to wake up the laptop, and logged in. Same situation, nothing happened. So, i did a force restart as i was helpless. The laptop booted up, and was working but i couldn't deny the fact that the laptop hanged or crashed. So, i reset the laptop to the factory setting. It was around 1 am in the morning as the laptop was delivered at 7 pm in the evening and it was raining. I had my dinner at that time since i had a laptop issue which just delivered from reliance digital.

                I have voice recordings of the entire conversation.

                So, next day i. E., 8th may 2020 i contacted the customer care of reliance digital and explained the issue in brief not in detail. And, i would like to get a refund. She told that i would be connecting your call to a technical team they help you process the refund immediately. And, would get a call back. But, i didn't so i called the customer care support again and explained the same thing again, but still no action. So, i called the customer care no again and it was received by a technical team lucky but i had to wait to get connected to them. I explained the situation to them, and she told me that she is registering the complaint and directing my case to the ecommerce team so that the will process my refund immediately. Her response was satisfying since i would get a call back in 2-3 hours. But, no response. So, i tried calling the customer care again, but all lines were busy. So, hung up and called again. Finally, someone picked up and she was from the ecommerce team, i told them the order no, they said they would give me a replacement but i denied so she said that i would get a refund immediately. And, will get a call back from a senior ecommerce executive in few days. I waited, but no call. So, i called and i explained my situation again to the ecommerce team. And, they immediately transferred the call to the senior team of ecommerce. But, i had to again explain my complaint to them in depth but it was brief. So, she said okay. And, she registered my complaint and she told that i would get a call back once she speaks with the ecommerce manager and would get back to in 2-3 hours. And, they would process the refund immediately. She even promised. And, she agreed to it also.

                So, i waited. But, no response 3 days were over and i called back again i went again to the customer care and they transferred me to ecommerce team and i told her my order no she asked would i like a replacement for the same product. I told no, so she said okay. And, told she will keep my call on hold while she talks to her senior and let me know immediately. She told me to take the laptop to the asus service center and get the doa certificate from them. So, i told her i'm residing in bangalore and it is lockdown here. Kindly please process the refund. We need the doa (Date on arrival) certificate. She was stressing on it so much. She gave me a complaint no. So, i had called back again and told my complaint no and the ecommerce team senior associate answered by saying so, she said that you will get the refund immediately sir don't worry soon. She promised me also. Again after waiting for 10 days or more i called them back, ecommerce team picked a senior associate answered and i told her the complaint no and i had asked him/her the status of my refund as they promised me that i would get it shortly. But, he told me did i go to the brand service center to get the doa certificate and i will get the refund immediately. I said no. But one of your team senior associate ecommerce team, told me i would get the refund immediately. He denied and said no, without doa certificate i will not get the refund. And he hung up coz i was pissed now. But i didn't yell coz i was calm, but pissed off coz they keep saying different things everytime i call. So, i called back again. This time a lady picked up senior associate ecommerce team. She spoke to rudely asking my apartment manager to take the laptop the service center and hand it over. Once they get the doa certificate, they will process the refund. Why should my apartment manager take my laptop and go to a quarantine area or red zone to deliver the laptop in covid-19. So, i addressed a mail to the customer support head of reliance digital. No response by call, only auto response that we will get back to you by 2-3 hours sometimes 10 days. So, i decided to add the ceo mail i'd as bcc and cc as customer support head with mail sent to reliance digital customer care after sending so many emails same response automated 10 days and 2-3 hours. After sending so many emails i finally received a response from the ceo escalation team that they call back and process the refund immediately. But, they forced me to get the doa certifcate even when we are in containment zone, zero contact. I mentioned it to her from the ceo escalation team of reliance digital. But, she replied to me by saying let my apartment manager take the laptop to the service center and submit the laptop and they will process the refund immediately. So, she forcibly made arrange a technician to check the laptop at my place, but i denied the technician but also they sent him mr. Prakash coz asus support team mailed me that i would get the replacement once the laptop is being checked and they want to fix the issue i don't want the issue to be fixed i just want a refund. But, also the sent the technician to my place, but i sent him back. This was also mentioned in the mail let us help you fix the laptop from our end so that we can help you better. It looks like reliance digital doesn't want to give me a refund, it was all bogus. They just want me to accept the faulty laptop and fix it. I don't want that i simply want back what i paid for the laptop in full i. E., the price i paid for the asus tuf gaming laptop. And, once i get the refund i would deliver the laptop to the reliance digital outlet near my place and i have mentioned this several times to the customer care to please process the refund. Even to the ceo escaltion team. Because i sent the technician back and told the company i will be sending a legal notice and get a refund via court order. Then, sent a mail to me that my allegation is not clear and i'm lying the laptop is faulty. It is not faulty, i went down in tears. And, felt like they are trying to threaten me.

                So, i would like someone to put immense pressure on them i. E., reliance digital and asus to process the refund immediately. I don't want anything else i just want what i paid for the laptop which crashed i. E., rs. 85, 599/-. And, i return the laptop to them.

And, they immediately transferred the call to the senior team of ecommerce. But, I had to again explain my complaint to them in depth but it was brief. So, she said okay. And, she registered my complaint and she told that I would get a call back once she speaks with the ecommerce manager and would get back to in 2-3 hours. And, they would process the refund immediately. She even promised. And, she agreed to it also.

                So, I waited. But, no response 3 days were over and I called back again I went again to the customer care and they transferred me to ecommerce team and I told her my order no she asked would I like a replacement for the same product. I told no, so she said okay. And, told she will keep my call on hold while she talks to her senior and let me know immediately. She told me to take the laptop to the asus service center and get the DOA certificate from them. So, I told her I'm residing in Bangalore and it is lockdown here. Kindly please process the refund. We need the DOA (Date on Arrival) Certificate. She was stressing on it so much. She gave me a complaint no. So, I had called back again and told my complaint no and the ecommerce team senior associate answered by saying so, she said that you will get the refund immediately sir don't worry soon. She promised me also. Again after waiting for 10 days or more I called them back,   ecommerce team picked a senior associate answered and I told her the complaint no and I had asked him/her the status of my refund as they promised me that I would get it shortly. But, he told me did i go to the brand service center to get the doa certificate and I will get the refund immediately. I said no. But one of your team senior associate ecommerce team, told me I would get the refund immediately. He denied and said no, without doa certificate I will not get the refund. And he hung up coz I was pissed now. But I didn't yell coz I was calm, but pissed off coz they keep saying different things everytime I call. So, I called back again. This time a lady picked up senior associate ecommerce team. She spoke to rudely asking my apartment manager to take the laptop the service center and hand it over. Once they get the doa Certificate, they will process the refund. Why should my apartment manager take my laptop and go to a quarantine area or red zone to deliver the laptop in covid-19. So, I addressed a mail to the customer support head of Reliance Digital. No response by call, only auto response that we will get back to you by 2-3 hours sometimes 10 days. So, I decided to add the ceo mail I'd as bcc and cc as customer support head with mail sent to reliance Digital customer care after sending so many emails same response automated 10 days and 2-3 hours. After sending so many emails I finally received a response from the ceo Escalation team that they call back and process the refund immediately. But, they forced me to get the DOA Certifcate even when we are in containment zone, zero contact. I mentioned it to her from the Ceo Escalation team of Reliance Digital. But, she replied to me by saying let my apartment manager take the laptop to the service center and submit the laptop and they will process the refund immediately. So, she forcibly made arrange a technician to check the laptop at my place, but I denied the technician but also they sent him Mr. Prakash coz Asus support team mailed me that I would get the replacement once the laptop is being checked and they want to fix the issue I don't want the issue to be fixed I just want a refund. But, also the sent the technician to my place, but I sent him back. This was also mentioned in the mail let us help you fix the laptop from our end so that we can help you better. It looks like Reliance Digital doesn't want to give me a refund, it was all bogus. They just want me to accept the faulty laptop and fix it. I don't want that I simply want back what I paid for the laptop in full i.e., the price i paid for the Asus TUF Gaming Laptop. And, once I get the refund I would deliver the laptop to the reliance Digital outlet near my place and I have mentioned this several times to the customer care to please process the refund. Even to the CEO Escaltion Team. Because I sent the technician back and told the company I will be sending a legal notice and get a refund via court order. Then, sent a mail to me that my allegation is not clear and I'm lying the laptop is faulty. It is not faulty, I went down in tears. And, felt like they are trying to threaten me.

                So, I would like someone to put immense pressure on them i.e.,   Reliance Digital and Asus to process the refund immediately. I don't want anything else I just want what I paid for the laptop which crashed i.e., Rs. 85, 599/-. And, I return the laptop to them.

                  I had pre-booked and bought a oneplus nord and was informed that i will mandatorily have to come and collect the phone immediately and was being followed up by the sales girl. I was told that if i buy it now by paying full amount i will get rs.2000 instant cashback and if i buy on emi with cost i will get rs.2500 instant cashback on hdfc bank cards. I went for the full payment option and paid the in full at the counter. After payment i was told by the biller/cashier that i received instant cashback of rs.1500... And i was shocked. Then the cashier after giving me the bill added that rs.2000 was cashback on credit cards only but i paid through a debit card. I got furious on this as i felt cheated and robbed of rs.500 cashback.

                  Also to add, I was not informed by anyone about the Debit card and Credit card offers being different neither by the sales girl not by the biller at the counter. I need my Rs.500 cashback. If required return the money to my DC and i am willing to pay via my CC. But I need the complete Rs. 2000 cash back.

                    Purchase mobile in the end of feb 2020 and screen got crack due to some reason in the month of june hence i am going to claim and after doing all action mobile handed over to reliance partner and when handed over the mobile i ask the courier person are there is any other damage (No any damage except screen) he found nothing but after 14 to 15 days gost a call from amtrust that back panel is also damage deposit additional amount immediately i am shocked because i have not any demand received from resq after some day submit pics of my mobile it is found that back panel was damaged this is shown how irresponsible and cheater team of resq, hence request to all my friends to not take resq plan from reliance and if take please read every document and take all precaution whether the team of resq trying to impress by any mean

                      I have bought new lg ac from reliance digital store...when lg company person came for installation they have found defect in the product..they have made the video of the product..and said they will change the product..but they have not come...i have raised complain in reliance digital care..but they have closed the complain showing false complain..again I have tried many more time to raise complain but they are just disconnecting the phone or not registering my problem it has more than 20 days I have bought the product..but not service is provided by relaince digital nor from lg care...plz help me as soon as possible

                        The problem is while am trying to give a complaint through amtrust mia. The popup massage is coming like we are not able to retrieve your number.

                        Week days back my mobile display was broken. I visited the store twice they said the number was not updated in the policy. I have been calling the store and customer care and my problem was not solved still.

                        All my patience gone through out this process.

                            I want to return the product. But unable to do that as i am unable to reach out their customer care support through their helpline no & also not getting response through their email support.
                            Please help me to return the product and initiate my return pickup.

                            Reason for return:

                            I have issue with the product's sound quality, it is good but not enough as my expectations, it is painful for me when i put it on my ear_sound is also too much noisy, it is injurious to me

                              I have cancelled the order even before the delivery of order. But they have delivered it and now they are not taking any steps for taking it back. Customer cares are highly unprofessional, they don't usually pick up call. Even when they acknowledge my grievance they are just continuing to give false hopes.

                                  I had ordered an ipad air. It actually arrived one day later than the delivery date. As I unboxed it i realized that the ipad screen was broken and a bad damage right at the smart connect. Most probably it was a damage during the transport (dhelivery courier services). Within 30 minutes time of receiving the courier I called customer care and mails them along with the pictures of the damaged ipad. I have mailed thrice and called the customer care three times but they have neither got back to me nor have done anything about the mail. I want the replacement or refund for he same.

                                  It's been 6 days I have been following Reliance Digital. No action has been taken. They had asked me to provide a DOA Certificate from Apple and they would do the needful in less than 48 hours. Its been almost 70 hours now and nothing has happened further. I've been notified of no updates. I have sent 11 mails in last 6 days but not a singal reply so far.
                                  What more should I do? 🤔 😞

                                    After complaining through email and phone call have not recieved any response fron relience digital. Even i reached to head of the customer service. It is highly disappointing behaviour.
                                    I have purchased ipad which reached on me on 20th july and on 22nd i registered my complaint regarding battery issue. After complaing many times relience customer care told me to go to apple brand and get the confirmation from them. I went to apple which is 30km away frm my house, they kept the ipad for 2 days and after verifying the problemthey issued the doa letter which i submitted to relience on 31st. Since than i am keep on calling and emailing no one is responding. As i am facing so much trouble in my work i need a replacement at the earliest. But this relience seems they are just not bothered. I didnot asked the refund all i asked is replacement. Please help me.

                                      I had ordered for a pair of apple airpods with charging case on 31.07.2020.

                                      I haven't received an order yet, my order id is rdf04525565 haven't received it - although it promised the next day delivery.

                                      I called the customer service and they said they would give me the callback and that never processed either.

                                      Wanted to cancel this order and initiate the refund as soon as possible - they say they will get back but they don't respond after the first customer care reply! I hope you take this issue seriously during times when people cannot visit stores and depend on services like yours to be arriving on time.
