    We have bought the oven, its some of the parts were missing. we are requesting for returning the order. they are not taking it back. the company service person itself has opened it . they are simply telling us they will get the missing parts. but not really working on it.

      I have missed pre-order oneplus nord latest mobile..I'm Subha sri..my order number RDF04217940. I want to cancel my oneplus nord pre-order..i have paid through my debit card..         I have paid Rs.58640/- on 24th July against the Samsung UHD 55 TV. Store committed delivery of same on 28th July, even after my follow up store manager not responded Lingaraj not responded, when visited store another manager MR. Lingaraj has all the explaination for not getting the TV but do not have answer for the our question. Concern is they do not know how to indent the stock from other store and because their poor knowledge customers are suffering. Imagine it takes 11 days time to get the TV and this is worst experience. Pls. Do the mock purchase at reliance store you are lost and you need run around each corner to catch hold of sales guys. Imagine if store Manager is so irresponsible and same is reflecting from front end sales team. Pls. Move out the people else close the store.
        I am your loyal customer from more than 5 years, washing machine, refrigerator, I phone, OLED TV, head phone, second android mobile etc etc everything is from Reliance Digital and you can check same with my mobile number.
        This complaint should not be a junk mail and I need action to be taken against the staff.

          I bought a sony srs xb22 bluetooth speaker online from reliance digital e commerce website on 24/07/2020. But they sent the old used product to me and when i am asking for the replacement, they are not replying satisfactorily. So it is kindly requested to pls take the necessary action for the same.

              I had purchesed sumsang a50 from relience digital & along with that i had purchased protection plan,
              My phone was damaged & i had logged compain, my phone was pickuped on 15th june for repairing from your company logisctic partner but now its more then 50days still i am waiting for my phone to come.
              Iam not getting any proper response from customer care.

                I have placed an order on reliance digital website. It has been more than 15 days i placed an order and i still dint receive it. The tracking details are not updated too. The customer service is really bad. They put calls on hold, convince us to call back and i never receive call backs. I have already paid for the product and it’s a huge amount. I don’t know how to resolve this issue.

                  I placed order of tv set online from the site of reliance digital. It is delivered to me and installed.
                  But unfortunately at the time of installation there was power cut.
                  So the technician told us to operate the tv, and if there is any problem, contact customer support and technician will visit again.
                  Same day i found problem in tv set that,
                  When we on any hd channel there is no audio coming from tv, but when we play sd channels, it's operating properly.
                  Accordingly i placed request on your customer care three times till date, but no one called, no sms, no e mail, no technician visit no response from you.
                  I am contacting customer care from last 15 days that since the purchase date, registered complaint on mail and on customer care more than 12 times.
                  Still no technician or service person contacted. Every time they told a technician will visit in 72 hours, but even after 15 day, no one contacted me.

                    Hello there,
                    It’s been one month since the return request was placed and no one has bothered to deal with it! I have received a damaged ipad and still been waiting for replacement or refund! I have raised complaint all most every fat since i have received the product, ridiculous service and sad attitude of customer care, no business standards or any turn around time. I’m going to consumer court if this is not addressed on earliest!

                      I purchased refrigerator and tv from reliance digital on 25th december, 2019. They offered us 10% and 20% cash back.
                      We paid with paper fiance and hdfc debit card emi. They made the transaction at their end and assured us to credit the cash back within 90 days.

                      Even after 7 months when we did not received cash back.

                        Reliance digital and resq folks are unable to fix the a washing machine i had purchased from them. Complaint was recorded on the 15th of july. For the 1st 4 days no one was sent. On 5th day someone came and somehow the washing machine was in a worse condition when he left. The part hasnt been fixed or replaced. No timelines promised followed. No replacement washing machine given on standby. The timelines promised in the resq plan were not followed. Given up and using it to store groceries now

                          I had purchased an Iphone Xr 64gb from reliance digital vashi on date 28/12/2019. I was promised a 5000 cashback from hdfc bank + 3000 cashback from reliance digital on behalf of their year end sale as i opted for the no cost emi method. After 120 days i received the cashback of 5000 from apple india from hdfc offer but the 3000 cashback is still pending from reliance digital. I have called their customer care various times and registered complaints many times but still no progress. Then i decided to visit the store personally and then they told me the same thing to do that is to register a complaint and gave me some telephone numbers and said that the money will get refund in 5-7 days and if the money doesn't get refunded into the account contact those number. After 7 days i waited and got my bank statement and in that there was no such refund received and then i again tried to contact the customer and now no one is picking the call. It's been almost 2 months i am looking out for a solution but still no progress.

                            I have ordered atv online on the 20th of july and haven’t received my order yet. It’s been 4days i have tried to contact the team to get this sorted but all they have done is lodge my complain. This was a horrible experience for me trying to shop from reliance digital.                               This is the complaint related to our order number : rdf04080065 and we are very much disappointed with their service. Also even the floor supervisor will commit one time of delivery to be done today by 9pm and then on our next call to your cc, the executive says that the last delivery time would be 7pm.

                              However till now we have not received any update on when will the order be delivered. There is also no option of cash on delivery while placing the order due to which we have paid cash online.

                              We can understand that there was a lock down period and today’s expected date of delivery was not in a list of lockdown date. Also providing wrong information about the delivery of the product is absolute ridiculous.

                              We thought reliance was best but now understood that why their customers are neither interested to buy anything from your store nor online.

                              Also today the cc executive is not able to transfer the call to his supervisor and also he felt it’s easy to cancel the order rather than solving the concern and then cancelled the order. He told that we will get the refund within 7-10 working days. It’s so so so pathetic and also did not expect the same from so called big name reliance. Please take immediate action on these guys.

                                I've got an extended warranty while purchasing the filter. For that resq has to change my filter. But they're not doing anything 😔 since 10th july after i raised the request.

                                From 13th they are saying part had not received. But after that no update.

                                After numerous calls with their service center nothing happens. The executive just gives me the same update as above then puts my call on hold. Then it goes on for 10 mins and disconnects.

                                I'm so frustrated 😫 right now.

                                Al the customer care guys are saying they can't do anything and I've to wait.
                                But wait for how long?

                                Every freaking one of them is saying, we will arrange a phone call back but no one calls.

                                If I ask them to transfer the call to their senior or manager they put me on hold and after few minutes disconnect the call. This happened more than 5 times.

                                No one is doing anything.
                                Neither telling me when this is going to be resolved.

                                  I have purchased a Samsung m11 mobile from reliance digital online store and delivered by 15th July 2020, still it in under there return policy. The item is internally damaged.
                                  When I have call to some one she/he has not able to heard my voice and vice versa.

                                    I have ordered the TV on 13th July 2020, on the website it shows delivery on next day, before ordering online from Reliance Digital site, I have checked delivery will be on next day or not as lockdown will be starting from 14th July 2020, I got assurance from customer care that my order will deliver on 14th July. So I placed the order and paid the full amount. But on 14th July I did not receive my order. So I called customer care they took my complaint and forwarded it to the respected team and said the team will contact you.
                                    But did not received any call from the respected team.
                                    I have written several emails also called customer care several times but did not work. On 18th I got call from customer care, they told me that due to lockdown your order will be delivered to you on 25th July, I said Ok and requested them to do the installation of TV on the same day of delivery.
                                    But, suddenly on 21st July, I got my order. But installation did not happen on the same day. I said ok, it will happen on the next day, I will wait.
                                    I waited on 22nd July no one came for installation, as per policy after delivery within 1-2 days installation will happen. But now its 3rd day after delivery no one communicated with me regarding installation. I have called customer care regarding the same, but the same they have taken my complaint any forward to the respected team. And even the executive disconnected my call 3-4 times without resolving my problem.
                                    Reliance digital customer care is pathetic, they did not care about their customers.
                                    Please help me in this.

                                      I have filled a complaint to reliance digital regards my samsung 7kg fl washing machine which is making more noise on 10/07/2020.. An engineer visited on 13/07/2020 and verified the machine and conforms that the inner arm needs to be replaced.. It will take 7 to 10 days of time and he is going to raise a spare request internally as i have covered with reliance extended warranty.. Once the enginner left our home we observed that machine started making more noice and its horrible. The engineer advised to manage the noice still we get the spare to replace the inner arm. Where the very next day the machine was completely down. Machine is powering on where its not running.

                                      Its 23/07/2020 now, reliance amc team doesn't have curtsy to call me to update about the replacement. Even the call which i have made to reach the customer care has no value and no valid information. Customer care executive has connected me with one of the service center in charge, where he doesn't have any clue on the replacement delivery or the part order status.

                                      I have been frustated a lot... More over this is not the first time.. I have similar issue with reliance amc for the same product.. Each and every time we logged the call its will take 25 -30 days to fix it.

                                      In the reliance digital portal they have committed that for home appliance they were providing standby units until the issue fixed.. When i checked the same with the customer care executive and the service center person they say no and its possible only for the television.

                                      Kindly help me to over come from the nasty support of reliance and also sue them.
