Dear team, i have bought a washing machine from reliance digital showroom, alwar bypass road, bhiwadi (Alwar). They have assured me that you will get 10% cashback, if i pay through hdfc debit card in 90 days. But even after 6 months i have not received any cashback. Please help me in this regard

    What you do with our money till 10days.
    I think they do investment with our money.
    Worst management system of reliance digital. Flipkart, amazon, and snapdeal they refund within 3-4 hours but you have such a large network but you can't refund. This is my first and last shopping.

      I have purchased samsung galaxy s10 plus on june 2019. I have to get a cashback of 6000 rupees. But still now i didn't get any cashback from reliance digit. I have recently visited one of the showrooms of reliance digital, they said they will raise a complaint but nothing was happened. I want to get the cashback money as soon as possible. Because of all these mistakes you will loose your customer trust. I was very disappointed with your service. So please send the cashback money as soon as possible. Thanking you in advance.

        I have purchased dishwasher in reliance digital, dwarakanagar branch in visakhapatnam, hari and team was committed to deliver in 15 days and took 100% payment.

        With the confirmation from narsireddy lg, narsireddy is the man who given committment and than left it. I never seen oem representative do like this. This is almost more than 50 days and no one worries about deliver.

        My name is sateesh & available on [protected]. I am going to escalate and put this in social media. I got full frustration on this.

          Mobile Cashback Not Received

          Hi,

          I purchased oppo reno mobile from reliance digital on 5th November 2019 and accordingly i was supposed to get a cashback of Rs2599/- in 3 months timeframe. It was told by hdfc store guys that amount should be reflect in account within 3 months. Its been more than 6 months now and i still didn’t receive any cashback.           I have purchased oneplus 7t 8+128 gb from reliance mini dx, beside sai corporate park, bailey road patna on dt: 24/01/2020 16:27:34 & the executive dharmendra kumar [ relationship id: [protected] ] confirmed me that i will get a 10% cashback of invoice amount rs.34999 on my hdfc debit card as the offer was from[protected] to[protected], but as on[protected] i have not received the cashback.
          I had paid with hdfc debit card emi.
          They made the transaction at their end and assured us to credit the
          Cash back within 90 days.

          Even after 6 months when we did not receive cashback.
          I have attached the invoice and also the screenshot of the offer.

                    Dear Officer

                    We purchased the product with you last year, in a very short we go this issues, as per your counter sales person promise

                    with in a year any issues they will give the product replacement, but now you people are not even doing the service,

                    we have at home 7 month pregnant female, with very high difficulty we are managing

                    after a so many calls and mails, just yesterday your service engineer came and inspected the product and not solved the issue
                    i feel this is very bad and pathetic service by Reliance Digital, we never face these kind of issues with you people since we became

                    the customer of yours, I request you to please take the product and replace it with immediate effect.

                      Gst number not mentioned in the invoice.

                      I have purchase a lot of products from reliance digital and everytime i purchase from them i get get credit easily whether it is about the igst, cgst or sgst.

                      I purchase a macbook pro 2019 in 2020 march and the reliance digital person told me that i will get the gst invoice of that product but till now i haven't received the invoice for the same.

                      I request you to kindly generate the same on urgent basis and send...

                        As i have purchased a samsung smart tv through the reliance digital mobile app on 07/07/2020 with the order no of rdf03710644. When i have received the product on 08/07/2020 i came to know that i have received the wrong product within an hour i have raised the complain through phone as well as email to the concern customer service. But till today i didn't receive any product or else call from those customer service. Kindly take necessary action and solve my problem.

                          For replacing a 1000 rs ear phone the store took one month and at last after pressuring them they are ready to pay the amount, it has costed me more than the refund for transportation.
                          It has been more than a month still i'm going to shop almost everyday waiting for hours the customer service is has stopped responding to calls.

                          Really worst experience with reliance when the company is booming so good with good number of investments, with this kind of customer service it is very bad

                            I am so unsatisfied with the services provided by reliance digital. It is my worst experience of online shopping so far. I had purchased a water cooler last month and from. Them onwards i had been complaing regularly for it regarding defects, replacement and refund. But three seems to be no action taken now. Kindly look into my issue and refund my hard earned money wasted on purchasing on such cheap product

Almost 9 months and i was told that i’ll be getting back within 120 days n it’s more than 120 days... Still not recieved any cash back... I wz about to get 6000 cash back on my hdfc debit card and 2000 for there was a scheme from reliance digital total 8000 and not yet any cash back... Seriously not done!
