I had purchased - rdf04084425 on 18 july-2020. Damaged product delivered & place returned request by email and also called customer care for replace or returned.
I received this email response from reliance on mon, 27 jul 2020.
"we’re sorry for the delay and inconvenience caused to you. We would like to inform you that we’ll have to proceed for refund due to non-availability of product"
Till now refund not initiated.
Customer services care not responded on mail or call properly,
This is reference to your order rdf04084425
Does reliance initiate refund or replace? Does reliance commit any date?
It's almost 15 days, if someone wants something today, he/she should order 2-3 month from reliance or purchase some other platform.

Hi team,
Very poor customer support by reliance digital.
Still not received amount even after ceo desk acknowledgement. Which assured to close in next 8 hrs.
This would be closed by 9th aug-2020. Please refund amount as soon as possible. If this not closed with 72 hrs.
If not received, i will take legal action against reliance digital.
I am following for refund since a month. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.
@ mr. Bm bade - please check & ask you team for, i checked on reliance facebook page, many customer reported same complaints
This will definitely not good for reliance e-commerce and your team

Did you receive your order now?
Even I had placed an order for a phone from Reliance Digital way back at 15th July the same has not been delivered yet, now they are saying that the product is being returned.
