    I placed an order on july 8th 2020 and its already aug 15th 2020 and yet to receive my order. I ordered a phone around 20k and a month in and 2 weeks o[censored]nsupported customer service i am worried if i will ever receive my order. No one has tried doing anything to resolve my issue yet. My tracking details hasnt been updated since 20th july 2020. I want to cancel the product but i won't be refunded until the product reaches back to the warehouse and who knows when the product will find its way back to the surface.

    Did you receive your order now?
    Even I had placed an order for a phone from Reliance Digital way back at 15th July the same has not been delivered yet, now they are saying that the product is being returned.

      I visited the reliance digital store, bangalore, i was in the store discussing and looking at the model for an hour. I was about to book the tab in the store itself. Then i discussed with the online department in the store, he mentioned if you apply online, you get the discount on both coupon and icici credit card. Coupon discount is not used in stores.

      I asked their help only book through online as it was finding some issue, but the product was not available immediately. So he asked me to try next early morning. I did it the next morning itself. After that i am not getting the cashback from icici credit card.

      Now online person is mentioning only one coupon discount is applicable. If that was the case i would got rs 1400/- by using credit card in store itself. Just for rs 599/- why would i loose rs 1400/-.

      Online person when i talked at 2.41pm on 14th aug 2020, on [protected], he was not ready to help or listen to anything. I have an unopened seal product, he doesn't want to take it, doesn't want to give icici credit card discount.

      I am loosing money because of the false communication.

          I purchased a samsung convertible 318l refrigerator and along with that a reqs extended warranty which ends in october 2020 from reliance digital santacruz mumbai.On 25th of july 2020 i registered a complain of no cooling in the fridge to customer care and a technician was sent to examine the product after 5 days.He said that there issue of gas leakage and another technician would come for gas refilling.In the mean time when i called customercare who provided me the contact number of miss.Ekta and asked me to get in touch with her.I tried contacting her many times but she did not reply to my calls.After 3 days she replied to my call mentioning that she is in hospital and she is not teh concerned person for this.She provided me with contact number of miss uma bhosale.When i contacted her she also did not reply to my calls for 2 days and on the third day when she replied she said that she would send somebody for gas refilling in the fridge.A technician aniket came after 3 days and he refilled the gas and the fridge was on.After one day of running the fridge we noticed that the upper freezer compartment was running fine but again there was no cooling in the lower fridge part ofthe fridge as it is a double door fridge.I again reported this matter to customer care on 03rd of august 2020 and it was the same routine of work with service center after 5 days the same technician who had refilled the gas came and inspected teh fridge and mentioned that both sensors of the fridge needs to replaced and he would update this to miss uma bhosale.When i contacted miss bhosale about this she mentioned that it would take 07 working days for the parts to be ordered from samsung and procurred and after 07 working days the technician will come and repair the fridge.Now today againa technician by name siraj visited my home inspected the fridge and said that the gas needs to be refilled gain.When we told him that the gas was refilled by aniket earlier what happened to that and he did not any answer for that.Also siraj mentioned that the parts (sensors) will agin take 07 working days or more than that and he cannot promise anything when will ne the fridge be repaired.Again i called miss uma bhosale and she did not reply to my several calls and messages.I am really frustated by this kind o[censored]nethical behaviour of reliance employees.When i call customer care i am been told that a call back will be arranged for this and noone call backs.When try to contact miss uma bhoslae she does not reply.I just want to know what is happening and why i am being told lies lies and lies by reliance employees.
          Is it that reliance works like this.I have also emailed mr.Bade the head of this so called reliance scam but he also did not had the audacity to reply to email or take care of my concern.

            Kent ro purchased from reliance digital faridabad on 15th aug 2019, their service terms concealed by reliance at the time of purchase then manipulated at the time of installation, and my ro is faulty since 8th august 2020 i am writing on 13th aug 2020 we are sufering without water in this pandaemic situation but no one is understanding or helping, we have 18 months baby we are risking our lives by asking for water from neighbours and chances are we are exposing ourselves to covid-19. I contacted the highest authoroties of the same but rather then understanding our inconvenience and pain we are expected to wait for their reply, nothing has helped, i want complete refund from reliance i paid to buy kent ro, so than i can buy from any shop to fulfill my basic but unavoidable need of drinking water. I believe if anything happens to us meanwhile reliance digital only should be held responsible. I am deeply disappointed that in this hour of need such big brands just raised their hands

              11/7/20 I ordered mobile in your website and cancelled few minutes later due to some reasons, order I'd number RDF03820714 after cancellation of order quickly I called the the customer support and brief above said details they told in 7-10 working days the amount will credit to account the same but after 10 days I didn't receive any amount again I called customer support and explained and they told same but till now I didn't receive any amount from yours, now I trying to call customer support but they doesn't response so that I lodging complaint here if problem will doesn't solve as soon as early then I will go for police

                One number of reconnect tv 24 in was ordered on line in the month of may 2020. Ref: order no. Rdf02714855. Several complaiints to consumer care were sent through e mails and also orally. No action is taken to replace either the tv or stand till today.

                      I had purchased - rdf04084425 on 18 july-2020. Damaged product delivered & place returned request by email and also called customer care for replace or returned.

                      I received this email response from reliance on mon, 27 jul 2020.
                      "we’re sorry for the delay and inconvenience caused to you. We would like to inform you that we’ll have to proceed for refund due to non-availability of product"

                      Till now refund not initiated.

                      Customer services care not responded on mail or call properly,

                      This is reference to your order rdf04084425

                      Does reliance initiate refund or replace? Does reliance commit any date?

                      It's almost 15 days, if someone wants something today, he/she should order 2-3 month from reliance or purchase some other platform.

                      Very poor customer support by reliance digital.

                      Still not received amount even after ceo desk acknowledgement. Which assured to close in next 8 hrs.

                      This would be closed by 9th aug-2020. Please refund amount as soon as possible. If this not closed with 72 hrs.

                      If not received, i will take legal action against reliance digital.

                      I am following for refund since a month. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.

                      @ mr. Bm bade - please check & ask you team for, i checked on reliance facebook page, many customer reported same complaints
                      This will definitely not good for reliance e-commerce and your team

                        I brought samsung 700ltr fridge from reliance digital and it's not working from next day after delivery. I am trying to contact them as much as i can but the person to whom i bought fridge is not receiving my call and they're manager too. Plz solve my problem.

                          I am here to complaint about the unconcerned behavior of the company i am complaining from 1 month to resolve the problem but no one is taking it seriously some are saying that the warranty is not there some are saying its there some are saying they have assigned a technician but then also no response form one moth they are aaying they have assigned a technician but no one is comming so at i last i have to come to youvfor registering a complaint agaish reliance digital. So i would request you to resolve my problem as soon as possible

                              Hello sir,
                              My name is hemant sharma.

                              I bought lg 55um7300 4k uhd television from the reliance digital store on 9th august 2020.

                              Today (10th august 2020) product has been delivered to my registered address.
                              The installation guys called me and asked me to please update me when the product delivered at my doorstep.

                              I called the installation engineer and told him the product has been delivered.
                              Please come here and do the installation.

                              He said that he will come after 6'clock after 6 o'clock. I called him again and then he said right now i'm busy somewhere, when i will be free. I will be there around 8 o'clock, i called him again after 8 o'clock evening, now he said he will be done installation by tomorrow morning, and said "agar mere pass drill machine hui toh kar duga otherwise, nahi kar paunga".

                              I called reliance customer care number and asked them that the technical person saying me this type of words, the reliance customer support person saying "ha sir wo sahi kaha raha hai agar uske pass drill machine hogi toh karega otherwise nahi karega" also the customer care executive said that the installation will take maximum 5 days.

                              My question is whether installing tv is such a big task that it will take 5 days to complete reliance's technician.

                              When i took this product from reliance digital store, they said that by tomorrow your product will be delivered and also installed.

                              And today the technician is giving me some more answers and the reliance customer care person is giving a different answer.

                              Is this reliance customer service?
                              If this is a reliance service then it's the worst service.

                              I request you guys kindly take this issue on high priority and give me a proper solution.

                                Hi sir,
                                I am deepak rathour and i have an order of samsung ehs64avfbecinu wired headphone, black with order no.- rdf04113602 on 19th july 2020. The delivery was supposed to happen on 25th july 2020 but it did not happen on 25th july. I called at[protected] and got the information that the order delivery has been revised from 25th july 2020 to 27th july 2020. I have waited for 27th july but again it did not deliver and i got the text message that your order has been delivered now and the same status has updated in my reliance digital account. I called the same on 27th july at[protected] and shivani was on the other side. She has put in a complaint and said that you will get a message regarding it and will resolve the same concern within 72hrs. I got the message regarding the delivery date which was on 31st july. But the status was still the same in the reliance digital account that your order has been delivered. I talked with support executive multiple times but i didn't get any resolution. Every time a different executive received the call and told the same wait for the next 3 days.

                                Please take a look. Thank you.

                                    A few weeks ago i went to the reliance digital store to buy a gaming laptop i bought asus tuf fx505gd bq347t. After i bought it i came to know that it's an obsolete product and when i visited the store the next day i went check the laptop which was on show when i bought my laptop and surprisingly that show laptop was removed it's clear over here that they sold me the last piece of the laptop at higher price

                                      I have bought this product on 28 June from Reliance digital at Phoenix Mall Bangalore. This product was delivered/installed by 4 Jul. During unpacking, which was done by reliance engineer came for installation, we identified tht
                                      Packaging was not proper, but the guy said sir this is normal and happen. After installation ice cube dispenser was not working, on the Right side, fridge area inner panel on front wall was not fixed and looks like broken, but he said Sir its just a lock I will fix it, but he was not able to fix, then vegetables box was not closing completely and once you push it, it automatically comes out looks like a issue with channel, which again he tried doing everything as per his knowledge and capability but nothing happened. Finally he said sir this product has a defect i will raise the issue and this will be replaced. He called his manager in front of me explained the issue took photos and assured me this will be done asap. Few days passed no response I followed up with reliance digital team and they were unaware of the issue. Then the store guy followed with installation team and told me we have arranged LG team visit as part of process and after that we will replace it. You pls rest assure it will be done. Than someone from LG team visited he fixed ice dispenser issue. Also tried fixing inner panel issue and for vegetable issue both of them he was not able to fix. And After a while he started saying this is a issue while this model and in all you will find same and after that he left saying will check in few models at any dealer and come back to me. After that no response I have received neither from LG nor from Reliance. I again followed up with Reliance team Mr Sayed (+[protected] no response then call Mr Jitendra (+[protected]from admin I guess, he told me sir right now it’s lock down so we can’t do anything will get this done post lockdown over after 31July. After that whn I haven’t got any response I went to Reliance store and spoke to store manager Mr Ravi[protected] he assured I will get the resolution in day or two, but again nothing has moved. I dropped an email to Reliance after tht I got couple of intimation via sms first from Reliance installing team and I told team there is no installation required then I got sms for LG team visiting but till date post initial visit no one visited and no resolution received. However I have got an email from reliance saying please speak to LG team for any repair. This is not accepted. I have bought a product from you and you have given me defected product. Earlier when I spoke to LG they asked me to spk to Reliance. Not sure what is this going on I have been a loyal patron, but this time I am really disappointed and regretting my decision. I am fed up of following each and everyone. This is really frustrating and unprofessional.
