I have been purchased dell laptop inspiron 3584 on 13 otc 2019. Problem started on the date of buy... My laptop is hanging often. They could not solved my problem yet... Your service is wrost...0 out of 10... If any people want to buy anything and want to byu from i sill tell them you should not yu from digital.

    I have purchased Voltas AC on 4th November'19 from reliance digital store in Nellore, Andhrapradesh branch. It stopped working after 3 days of installation and raised complaint for replace as reliance digital policy product can be return or replace within 7 days. Contacted reliance store but they convincing me to take repair instead replace.

    I am calling every day to customer care and store people but no response after call disconnect. Simply telling we have forwarded to service team and waiting for reply.

    Feeling bad after spending 36000rs and getting this kind of service from Reliance.

    they don't have even humanity that i am calling every day from 30days and listing same answer from customer care and store people.

      I purchased LG LED TV 55UM7300 Code[protected] from Reliance Retail Limited City Centre, Opp. Olympic Cinema, near sanghi petrol pump, station road, Jodhpur-342001(CIN No. U01100MH1999PLC120563, Ph. No.[protected]. Next day at my that TV was not working so i contacted to Dealer that Reliance Retail dealer Ramesh Chand chouhan(Manager) but not proper response me.
      On 14.10.2019, I again contacted to Reliance Retail dealer Ramesh Chand chouhan(Manager) then so he called me at Reliance retail shop with that TV. Reliance Retail employee checked TV. After checked TV properly he gave me Customer Exchange Docket receipt no. 37474 for exchange the TV after Diwali Festival on behalf Damage.
      After some day and Diwali festival Reliance Digital Dealer replied me with negative response for that TV exchange and not agreed to exchanging that TV.

        Dear sir
        I purchased a mixer grinder -750w, model no - rhmgb-7502 reliance reconnect from reliance digital panipat fourteen months back sr no-aco16100833. At purchase time i have been pitched 2 years warranty.
        Last week their chutney jar blade got free automatically. I called your customer care [protected] they directed me to contract service center shivam refrigeration in rohtak, haryana. I have visited service center and met mr. Kishan service center manager he has taken jar when i asked for job sheet he has returned me jar and asked complain no (That was not shared with me by any medium, message or call) same time he called ms. Hina reliance digital store rohtak & directed me to go reliance digital store. I visited your store tried to meet store manager mr. Pradeep malik he was on leave, dm – mukesh kumar was busy somewhere. I met ms hina she asked me receipt & warranty card as it is 14 month old case so receipt ink removed & receipt become a plain page although i had warranty card. She asked my mobile no i have given she checked & told me that they have no detail. While i used same no in all places even your reliance fresh and trendz.
        You must have stock tracker from where you can check sell out date through product sr no.
        Besides this she said that this is minor defect that is not cover in warranty. While i was buying at that time i had a lot of options with brand name but customer executive pitch me this product with warranty at that time neither he said nor in manual written that minor fault will not cover in warranty.

        Please assist me.
        I am very much disappointed with reliance digital services.

          During diwali there was couple of advertisements in the news papers of reliance digital that iphone xr was priced at 23500 with buy back and idfc cashback as stated in the news paper. No terms and conditions were mentioned only the above was mentioned. When i visited the store for the same offer of iphone xr and when i asked them about the buyback and cash back offer.. The declined to the offer, in fact there was something different offer other than what was mentioned in the newspaper. They said that they had offer which stated that i had to pay 23500 and i will be getting to use the phone for 1 year and after 1 year i had to return the phone back to them. This is just ridiculous from reliance digital, advertising something else and truth being something else.

            My self nandish

            Dont believe people inside the digital store. Once we entry the store they will roam behind us like anything take sir take madam this product is very good. After purchasing if we found issue with the product they never turn back..

            We bought on 15th sep 2019 fridge within 3 days of purchase we had a cooling issue and vegetables fruits everything which we kept in fridge will become ice. My daughter had fruits which we kept in fridge. After having the fruits she had admitted in hospital due to the fruits which she had in the fridge (Food poison)

              I have logged a complaint within 2 days on the purchase date (15/09/2019) still we have not got any proper response. Requesting you not to believe samsung or reliance digital people, and completly not satisfied with service.

              Issue : over cooling, even if we set to the proper weather condition.
              After having vegetables which we kept in fridge my daughter got food posion..

                My name is parveen, i bought a hp pavilion laptop worth rs 56000 from reliance store panipat on 26th october. Same night i found that laptop have some screen display issue, i contact the person who sell me laptop. He said come to store and we ll change the piece. Next day, they took my laptop and told me to come after three days.. Now its been 8th days and they are still failed to give me my laptop back and giving excuses. Now they are telling me there are price issue now i have to pay more to get the laptop.. Its not my fault thet price has been change. Please do something about it and help me to get my laptop as soon as possible.

                  Above ticket was already raise on 12th oct. A small plastic ring on the drier tub is broken for which still am struggling to get it resolved from the service center.
                  Please open the above ticket and check the emails. Every time i have to drop a mail and there is only one reply ("we will get in touch"). There has been constant negligence from the service team. There is no help provided yet. Pathetic service is still a better term but i have received nil service. Please escalate the issue.

                    I have purchase a samsung tv, samsung refrigerator, lg tv and voltas 1.5ton ac. Al products are delivered properly. I asked for a stabilizer for voltas ac but there is no stock and they promised me they will deliver with the product but stabilizer was not there. I asked for them they told they will deliver during ac installation. But that time also they dint give. They installed ac without stabilizer. After a week i asked when the stock will arrive, they told me to get it from outside we will install it, but they dint not come for instalation. Now they are demanding money for installation.                       To the concerned.

                      I had purchased a tv yesterday, from sarath city mall hyderabad, reliance digital. Tcl 43 inch 4k tv.

                      I had the requirement to have it delivered today, which had been committed by the sales executive jai raj during the purchase.

                      I had specifically asked multiple times before confirming the purchase if the product would be delivered and installed today. I had bought the tv on this specific condition.

                      I had received a sms that it will be delivered today and i was ok with it. However as i did not get any call i called up the sales guy from morning to followup on the delivery details.

                      Everytime i called him he said "give me one minute" and he never returned the call back. This went on for over 3-4hrs and it was almost evening.

                      I called him and he said, it's already delivered. To my surprise i said neither did someone call me nor did i receive any product. He insisted that i have received the product and as if i was lying. I checked with my house security also and he said there was nothing.

                      I called up again, and as usual he said "1 minute" and again did not call me back till the time i lost my temper.

                      My entire day got wasted just to followup on delivery. Later he said it will be delivered. I got an sms for feedback and i was assuming once the product is delivered then we get a feedback form.

                      I called up jairaj to check with him and this time he did not take my calls after calling him for over 13th time. So i called up the landline and someone called prashant took my call. I had to make him understand the urgency of the situation and the condition upon which i had purchased the television. He seemed to understand the situation, but did not call me back.

                      After repeated calling of jai raj for almost 15minutes, he took my call and started saying sorry, sorry, i am an employee, delivery is other department, i don't know sir, i am sorry sir.
                      This is the message i receive after wasting the entire day. He said sir it will come, and gave me a number.

                      I thought it will be the driver number, but he said it's his boss number. I took his number on a con call and he said that he is on leave, but my product will come before 9:30pm today. When i asked him for driver details he said the driver has changed, the vehicle someone was using is now different and some jargon which seemed fake to me. He assured me that 9:30pm sharp the delivery will be done.

                      I thought maybe a manager words are worth the management, hence i politely said, i will wait.

                      It was 9:30 pm and the product did not arrive yet. I called up the manager named vishnu vardhan and to my surprise he did not take my calls. I called and called and called for over 15 minutes, but he did not take my calls. He did not have a simple courtesy to give a call back. I feel ashamed to see such poor management who knows only to hide at times of any concern. Hence i called jairaj and his answer was sorry sir, i will have dinner now, tomorrow it will come, extremely sorry.

                      I said i had purchased the television based on one condition and it was not done. I had my entire day time and energy wasted, and i wanted a refund of the amount as the reason of purchasing the tv did not work out. I wanted to gift it for my dad's birthday and it was not done. I said sorry doesn't work out, you need to compensate me and have my tv returned back. Again i get to hear the cock and bull story, sorry sir, extremely sorry sir, delivery is another department, i don't know sir.

                      He had again committed yesterday night that the television will be delivered before 12pm today for sure and he will call me at 10:00am. I feel cheated over and over again both by the executives and managers of the outlet.

                      Please arrange to have my refund, in case i do not receive the tv at 12pm today.

                        The aforementioned defective article was supplied to me on 3.11.2019. The installation persons came to install the fridge on 4.11.2019. One of the front leg leveling attachments is broken. The installation person did not check it properly and used packing material to keep it in position. When we have to the fridge a bit due to a problem in the power line the leg came out completely. I had informed about the problem of the defective leg pieces on the phone. ([protected]) at 12.35 PM to the salesperson during the installation process itself. I pointedly asked him why the specs of the two front leveling legs are different? But the salesperson told me that they are different by design. Now it appears he intentionally misled me or did not know about the technical problems which may occur due to defective leg attachment

                          i have given a complaint regarding my air conditioner defective piece . Technician has been came and he has broken my ac input unit and spoiled my front part of Air conditioner when i asked why you have spoiled my entire Air conditioner he was replying in an harsh manner . This is the way you treat a customer i have each and every thing video footage of your reliance technician spoiling my AC . I will definitely file a case in consumer court if you dont do repair my AC. I want technician from hitachi only not from reliance. How can you close my complaint without my intimation . 15 days has passed till now you havent changed my front part . such a reckless service . How can you close my complaint???? WHO WILL CHANGE MY FRONT PART ???? WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE IS THIS . I have given a complaint on 21st and you have closed my complaint. In visakhapatnam the service was really bad

                            Have never experienced such a pathetic client service in my whole life..have purchased 7 products from Reliance Degital Infinity store Malad, Mumbai in August and was promised that all the products will be delivered and installed by 15th Oct...since then have been running around and calling store manager/Sales person every day as the work at my house got stuck because of this, but not getting any response from them...in fact they have stopped answering my calls. Have put a complaint in customer care desk as well but they also do not have any clue as to what needs to be done as warehouse is unable to locate my product. Don’t know whom to reach out to who can take immediate action and arrange installations of the products quickly.

                              No positve response to the query n complaint.
                              For how many days one has to wait to get a demo? Even customer care has cut the phone from his side without listening. Pl check call from [protected] at 1625 hrs on 3.11.19
                              Purchased ifb washing machine on 29.10 19.
                              I was assured of getting installation n demo by thursday or friday. So far no one has turned up.
                              I feel i did a mistake by doing business with u.

                                I bought a water purifier and microwave (Convection) combo 3 days back from reliance digital anantapur store. From that instant i have been asking for installation of water purifier with the reliance digital team but no one answered my call correctly. Really disappointed with their service. And finally one technician from the store answered and he said he cannot do this because today is sunday.

                                  We bought an inverter spilt ac a week ago... Till the time we bought all went well upto delivery of the product... They provided us free ‘standard installation’ on the peoduct as a part of diwali offer...
                                  Just to describe... We have a shop and this ac was for the mezz floor... On the back side, entire 20 feet wall is free and open...
                                  However when the installation guy comes, he is adamant that he will not install the outdoor unit on the top side but right on the ground, as will not climb up...
                                  As a result there will be more usage of copper wire than provided in ‘standard’ installation and thus charging 2500 more... For his lazinesss...

                                  Also no support from sales person and the entire store
                                  Pathetic service... Never buy... False offers n promise

                                    A pathetic service by Reliance digital Virar West. I have paid them on 23 October 2019 and I received the wrong product which was TCL 55 P8 instead of P8E. The installation is free of charge and then too the technician demanded that he will charge of he comes next time as the TV model I received was not the same and I refused for installation. They changed the tv but now there is a delay again for installation of tv. I have purchased the TV and I have not bought it for free I have paid for what I have ordered. While buying the TV Sales person on Reliance Digital were constantly digged to buy a Samsung LG or Sony TV which is quite expensive and out of my budget. This type of discrimination I have faced because the customers who buyed these TV (sony, lg and Samsung) got it installed within 2 days and I am waiting for 2 weeks.

                                      Hope you are doing well.

                                      I am facing a problem with one of your store - reliance dx mini, sit, tumkur.

                                      I had purchased ifb washing machine wxs 8kg, paid 32938/-.
                                      They promised me that they will deliver the product within 48hours with installation. I have collected the bill (Please check the attachment) and was waiting for the product.

                                      But still the product is not delivered, if asked the manager mr. Muralidhar, he is not taking responsibility of delivering and installation, if asked again and again, he is telling me to collect credit note, when i refused to take credit note, he accepted to give refund.
                                      But i am really disappointed with the behaviour of your staff and my friends, family are much upset due to this kind of false promises and failure to delivery the product.
                                      Product - ifb washing machine
                                      Model - senator wxs 8kg
                                      Purchased store - reliance digital xpress mini, sit main road, tumkur-572102.
                                      Product purchased - 30/10/2019.
                                      Product supposed to deliver - 31/10/2018 or 01/11/2019.
