Dear Customer care officer,
I wish to bring to your kind notice about my experiences with Reliance Digital Services aspects.. I hope some sensible person from Reliance will look into the matter and help me to resolve the matter as soon as possible and justify the monies you have collected from me.
1. I bought a HUL water purifier from Reliance Digital Stores in Ambience mall in Gurgaon, along with it I also bought 2 years AMC/ extended warranty, wherein all spare parts, electronics, services required are to be covered on 24th Dec 2017. I felt happy when I bought this, as two of the best business houses products, one is Hindustan Livers and Another is RELIANCE. But my basic expectations are shattered the way your team handling my one single issue.
2. I had observed the GK2 blinking during last week of November and after 3 days ( service request no:[protected]. Surprisingly, after days’ time I got a message that service request has been completed.
3. Again on 24th November, I called Customer care and registered a complaint, I think the Complaint no is [protected].
4. Some body ( Bipin pandey) has visited and taken the details of my water filter, taken the pictures ( stating that he got the instructions that he has to do service only) and gone back without doing anything, stating that someone will visit with spare parts of GK2 & others and will replace the faulty ones and also do service at that time.
5. Subsequent to that I got a message from Reliance digital stating that complaint got cancelled due to non-availability of the concerned person.
6. Again on 1st Dec, I called customer care and complained.. They have registered the complaint. I have stated that in my hope old parent and small children are there, at least I should give them the good water.
7. I got an sms after a day that “ we regret for the delay in getting the product HUL water purifier ultima mineral RO+UV. The concern has been logged with reference N… ( No. was not mentioned ) .
8. Again after two days, I called and registered a complaint. During that time your customer care agent mentions that there is no spare available and spare has been ordered with HUL, within 1 to 2 days it will be done.
9. However, I called them again after two days, as I got a message that “the complaint is closed based on my request”. Which surprises me, neither the rectification of the complaint is not done by Reliance team nor I have requested Reliance to close the complaint. How come it can happen “ perhaps it can happen only with RELIANCE DIGITAL”
10. Again I spoke to Call centre registered a complaint [protected]. I got a message that within 48 hours, it will be assigned and solved. However, no body turned up till date to attempt to solve the problem.
11. Once I got a call from Reliance after 4/5 days ( may be around 7th Dec or so), stating that they are calling from Reliance head office to check that the rectification is done or not ?? When I told them the fact that neither I got a call from service team nor anybody from reliance has attended to rectify the problem. They assured that immediately they will revert to me with the status and again assured that problem will be solved in next 1 days’ time.
12. Surprisingly, history repeats… I called your call centre again on around 10th Dec to enquire about the status. As usual answer sorry for the inconvenience… your agent states that they will speed up in next 48 hrs it will be resolved.
13. Pl note that my WATER PURIFIER STOP’s WORKING since, 10th/ 11th Dec.
14. We started buying the water.
15. Today ( 17th Dec ), I called your call centre again to enquire the status, as usual answer in English… And issued a new complaint no [protected]. Every time a new complaint, even the old complaint is not resolved. This shows the way the customer care team bluff’s internally and also towards the customers. I feel that the complaint no’s are being closed after two to three days in your system, perhaps, senior guys are not even aware that the complaints are resolved and closed.
16. What surprises is its close to a months’ time and no resolution from RELIANCE. It’s a breach of trust from RELIANCE. It’s unfortunate that you are not able to address a basic stuff and talk big.
I would request once again for an immediate resolution of my problems, failing which I left with an escalation and exercise my rights as a consumer.
