My name is s. Laxmi. I bought a samsung 6kg fully aut tl wa60m4300hd hlv on 02/12/19. When it is not ready for shipping, due to some reasons i want to cancel my bill. On 05/12/19 store manger accepted my proposal&canceled the bill. They said that with in 7days your money will be refunded. But 7days are completed. I don't get my money please refund my money

    I bought reconnect refrigerator(3rd December - delivery 4th evening) last week from the first day i am facing door problem, Technician who come to assemble, He said door problem will get normal after usage, if its same contact me tomorrow, when we called him in the next day, he ask me to raise complaint through toll-free number (He provides that number 5th December, service request NO: [protected])

    After one day service tech person came, he checked more the 30-45mint and spoke few people(through mobile ), then he said i submit the report to the respective person they will contact you ASAP else you can contact the showroom people. From that date(5th dec) i am keep on visiting the showroom, Spoke more then 8 people, each one of them saying different story, but still i didn't get solution

    The Product is in replace statues as per the Tech person who came for service, But we are waiting for approval from Mumbai Tech Team
    This is the reply repeatedly coming from the showroom help desk

    Today (11th dec) received a con call, The person who was in the calls from tech team(Manager), He said the product is working perfectly, We seen video
    from service person who raise the replacement request.

    I don't know, how the people judge the product with the video more than the SERVICE PERSON who attend the service request.

    Kindly process the the request and take steps ASAP

      Pathetic service #reliancedigital, chandannagar, hooghly... Think thousand times before buying a product from them... Never get carried away by the opulence of the store... Once you visit their store to buy a product... They first convince you to purchase... Then they charge extra in the name of extension of service... Once the product gets delivered to you.. Real ordeal begins... You have to make numerous calls to the engineer repeatedly to get your product installed... They keep on delaying till you lost all your patience & almost feel disgusted... Even if finally he comes after all the shenanigans... He might turn up to be a totally inexperienced & naive in that field... You would be told by that guy to get your product replaced as there is lack of place & space for that product to fit in... So you get back to the store to get it replaced... Have to wait for almost half an hour to talk to the executive manager who seems not very experienced either to explain anything properly... Then they would politely decline you as replacement can only be possible within 7 days after purchase even if product seal is not broken... When you give them a piece of your mind & stormed out of their store... You may get affirmative calls from them... And things may take a dramatic turn all of sudden... Crony capitalism at its best... First hand experience

        I wanted a fridge within a day so we ordered from reliance digital at ambience mall in gurgaon. However when the engineer opened the product it had a visible dent on the lower door. He clicked pictures made a video and submitted the replacement request. I did not receive any call/mail for three days. When i called them and asked what is happening they told it will be delivered on monday, for which i was supposed to come from office specially to take delivery of the replacement. However they realised that the pictures sent by the engineer are blurred and they need better pcitures. They asked me to take pictures on my own and send it to them. When i denied this they asked to send the engineer again to take better pictures and the engineer cant visit before 9 am or after 8 pm (The time when i am at home). They are making false promises of sending deliveery within a day, from i dont know how long. I need a simple resolution. To have my refund processed and the faulty product to be picked up from my home. Such a pathetic service i had not expected from reliance digital. Please get my refund processed at the earliest.

        While selling stuff, the entire staff was very proactive, but once the payment was made and the product was dented, the service is pathetic and nobody seems to know whats going on. For updates i have to visit the store personally everytime.

          I initiated a reliance jio recharge on my phone number [protected] and paid through upi. A total amount of 394/- was deducted from my account but the recharge failed. The transaction was shown as successful and paid to ccavenues and there is no sign of any refund. As a result i had to make another recharge which was successful. And to my surprise there is no record of the transaction which failed with jio

            Hi my self trishna i bought a phone from reliance degital sarita vihar with insurance from oriental insurance ([protected]@wiaservises.com) its been a month o have hanedd over my phnne to the reliance store in sarita vihar store manager is shankar, still my phone is lying in there store. They have nottaken any action my phone screen was damage back mirror was damage i went 4 times to store but manager shanker was not available they have not given any slip or id to me my clain id number of insurance is 331914, i need my phone to be repair or i need my full money back, i am facing problem but the sttore manager always neglect it, he ket the phone with him in his outlet,
            I tried the numbers mention on insurance poilcy
            No one picked up the call
            Even if you check the mail they sent, they have not mention anything

              Visited few days back at reliance digital showroom in sector 13 dwarka to buy a laptop. Finalised to buy a dell g7 model but due to some miscommunication by the staff on reliance extended warranty, did not buy and left. Then received repeated calls from the sales man (Mobile no.[protected]) concerned as to when i will come back. I clearly told him to call me only in case he has some better rates for me. On 3.12, he informed that there is a cash back of rs.8000/- available on hdfc bank cards and on whatsapp he sent me details of some other gaming laptop @ rs.92100/- with cashback of rs.8000/-. Before going to sector 13 showroom, i visited sector 10 showroom to enquire about g7 and the cashback available on it. The sales persons there informed that the cash back amount is rs.2500/- only. While at sector 10 showroom, i continued receiving calls from this fellow to come there to avail cashback and better offer for the same g7 model. On his continued persuasions, i went to sector 13 showroom and told him that your people at the other showroom have informed that there is a cashback limit of rs.2500/-. He said is sure of this and while swiping the hdfc card, the cashback of rs.8000/- will be mentioned on the charge slip. Then i asked him to call hdfc bank representative, who came and assured this. On this assurance, i finalised the price of rs.96919/- and the billing process started. That time it was informed that the rs.8000/- cashback is not available on this particular model. Then some other person varun and akshay came into picture and they informed that they will get in touch with me tomorrow after getting the same updated by hdfc bank. No one turned back till today. Please note that your people are cheating with customers telling them about some offers which are not even available, wasting time of customers and even do not know anything about prices and offer.                 I have booked lg ac on 22/10/19, ac was delivered & safe tab stabilizer not delivered, when I call to talk about stabilizers they always told me that stock is not available & will be delivered in next 2or 3 days always give me a new date when I call on that proposed date to collect they say stock not available, at the time buying they told that on 23rdth of Oct ac & stabilizers will be delivered.

                  Store members lured us to purchase a laptop (Hp cs 2111tx) with false discount claims and saying that the discount is not applicable at the time of billing. They have also taken an advance amount of rs.15000/- and trapped us in this situation. They just gave up saying that they didn't have adequate information regarding the discount process. I expect this complaint will be taken seriously and will provide us with best possible option.

                    We had made purchase of lg side by side refrigerator, lg microwave and lg washing machine from reliance digital, center square mall, vadodara on 26th october 2019. All three products were promised to be delivered on 3rd of nov. The refrigerator did not arrive on promised date. Anyway, one the products were unpacked and installed, we found problems and reported to the store manager. After several phone calls and text message, no action was taken. Finally we wrote email to ceo of relaince digital mr. Bade on 20th nov.2019. He promised to resolve the issue within 48 hours! It was a joke. We have sent few reminder to ceo but no response till date.
                    A copy of email sent to ceo is as under. Would yo make purchase from reliance digital???

                    "we have made purchase of lg products from above store on 26th of october 2019. The purchase includes side by side refrigerator, washing machine and microwave. The products were delivered on or after 3rd of nov.2019.

                    Problem with microwave:

                    From day one we found problem with lg microwave. The base of microwave is unstable. We reported the problem to the store manager subhashbhai and front desk person mr. Dharmesh and requested for the replacement. After several visits, photographs, video recording by reliance rescue team and lg technicians no action has been taken till date. We have call mr. Subhas and mr. Dharmesh several times but what we get in return is false promises for it's replacement. We were supposed to receive final call by mr. Dharmesh yesterday evening about the replacement which was never received as it has happened in the past.

                    Problem with side by side refrigerator:

                    From day one we had expressed our concern about extremely loud water pump which dispenses drinking water. Also, the doors would not stay in place once tey are opened. Once again, several people from reliance digital and lg have visited and taken pictures, video etc. Till today no action has been taken to solve the problems we have with the refrigerator.

                    I have recently moved from us and hence purchased all these appliances for my new home. I had never experienced such a horrible services from retailer/distributor of the brand name manufacturer who do not take responsibility of"out of box"failed products.

                    It is a nightmare to live with relentless unproductive phone call from lg and several visits from both the companies without finding a solution!

                    Is this a standard of" customer services "should we expect from the reputed company like"reliance digital"?"

                      I wanted to cancel my reliance big tv prebooking and want my refund of 499rs bacause when i prebooked 40 days i got message that the installation will be done within 40 days, but even after several follow up i did not get any installation call. I dont want this kind of support in future also so i decided not to go for reliance big tv. Please refund my money back. I only have booking id which i receieved after prebooking.                         Ref complaint no. [protected] dated 28.11.19:
                        Phone response to above breakdown complaint regarding the lg washing machine model fhoh3ndnl02 was only received on 2 december - after repeated phone reminders via[protected]. Matter was earlier brought to attention of duty supervisor mr lalit on 30.11.19 and on 2.12.19 to mr gopi.
                        Finally a person from lg mr amol called on 2.12.19 afternoon and said he would attend to the breakdown only if i agreed to pay for any service costs. Despite being told that item was under resq plan. Mr gopi of customercare was informed about this., totally poor service by reliance despite paying for 4 equipment under resq plans. Please act soonest unless you advise i report to the consumer tribunal. Thanks

                          Hello, reaching out to you regards to the hp laptop which was bought on 29-june and i was offered a cash back but not credited to my account yet, which should have been done september. Reaching out to you to have the issue resolved at the earliest possible.

                          I bought the laptop at near by reliance digital store which is at gopalan signature mall, benniganahalli, opposite to rmz, bangalore. I had spoke to the sales rep who informed me to contact if the cash back is not received after 2 months of purchase. I have shared the screenshots and of the bill and you can find the cash back details, purchase date, and the product info. Hope this information is more than enough to have the issue resolved.

                            Reliance digital while i bought a lg television with your reliance digital located at prozone mall, coimbatore

                            Your person committed the offer that jio modem with 8 years validity.

                            I asked several times how it is possible. He said jio is tied up with reliance.

                            I got the device after one month. It is not activated. I called your showroom they said. It is 4 years activation not 8 years.

                            After 15 days they said. Is not 4 years... It is 4 months..

                            Now they said. It is not 4 months it is 3 months.. Even i followed since 1 month.. It is not activated. And no one ia responding.

                            The way of # commitments reliance giving to selling the priduct.. I think r3liance reliance team training the employees in a # way to sell the product

                            I have purchased a new refrigerator from reliance digital hastinapur Hyderabad showroom. The product was delivered to me and for installation they are not responding properly and the installation guy was not able to answer my calls also please take appropriate action on this. Otherwise I will go for another source to buy my gadgets.

                              I have purchased sony led-55 inch tv on 15 aug 2019 from relience digital, khodiar colony jamnagar. Tv delivered after 14 days on 29 aug 19. On 30 aug 19 only one person came from relience digital for installation and hanged the tv on wall but demo not given. After getting cable connection switched on tv found tv screen cracked in ‘u’ shape. On evening met with relience digital manager mr. Huzefa vasanwala promished to replace with 48 hrs.
                              After repeated phone calls on 13 sep 19 two person from sony visited and informed that only relience digital will do the needful as single person cannot handle the tv due to this panel became internally damaged same has been informed to relience digital manager mr. Huzefa vasanwala again he promished to replace with 48 hrs.
                              After repeated phone calls on 26 sep 19 i met with the relience digital manager mr. Huzefa vasanwala he asked me 33000/- rupees for repair.
                              On 01 oct 19 i posted a complain in consumer forum very next day relience sent a mail stating that matter will be resolved within 48 hrs. But after repeated phone calls mail no action till today by relience digital as well as sony.
                              I am very disappointed of sony products & reliance digital customer service i will never purchase another sony product. Let this be a warning to all considering a sony. They're junk as after more than 04 months purchasing of a costly tv from reputed company i unable see tv.
                              I made complain with sony customer care complain no. 56176067 but no response from sony. Hence i bring this situation to your attention as both companies have good reputation in indian markets. I believe i would get a quick response from you and get it replaced or repaired by service provider.

                                  I have purchased 1.5 ton 3 star inverter ac (Lg) from reliance digital vadoadar (Karelibag branch) on dated 10 nov 2019 but till date i have not received it. Every time they tell me that my order will come within a week. I have spoken to your store 3-4 times, but every timei get this same reply. Moreover i should always call them and the store never calls me and tell me about my order. On current date i even don't know where my order. At the time of order i was said that i will receive it within a week. If you don't have the stock then why can't you tell it at he time of booking. At least i would have opted for some other model. Now i cant do anything coz i have paid everything and still i have not recieved anything.
                                  It is very sad experience of mine that a big service provider like you are not committing your words. And this is my first experience with you which is very bad.
                                  Next time i have to think before purchase anything from your outlet.

                                  Till date no response from store.
                                  By contacting store personals they are not responding at all.
                                  I'm felt that in necessarily by the product from reliance digital.
                                  Please rectify the situation as early as possible

                                    Its Dipanshu here from gurgaon and thanks for doing the excellent job in indian electronics market. I am here to know a concern which bothered me instead of being a privilege customer form your AMBIENCE Mall outlet of Reliance digital. In 6 months i bought the product worth 5 lakhs ie 5-6 cells phones, 2 laptops, 1 AC, 1 printer etc but today when i was in a big problem as my family member was in ICU and very critical situation and i needed a refund of just 11800 rs for the packed cell phone i bought on 15 Nov 2019 so that i can use that money to save my family person life. But all went invain and customer service person spoke in a commanding tone and denied. When i asked him for his visiting card he said he has but at last he was telling a lie and gave me reliance digital card.
                                    Sir money is not everything in life but relations and customer satisfaction is also needed to run a business globally. I also do business but if i behave with my customers in this manner without any refund policy as told by your customer desk mgr then i think i am not legitimate to run any online business. I am here sharing you the receipt for the purchase.
                                    Well if this is the way you deal with your privilege customers then thank you so much and it was my mistake to rely on you and i will make sure not to have any relations with you in near future and will cascade this information to my known clients globally.

                                    Its not resolve till date.
                                    I bought HUL water purifier during 2017 with extended warranty. I have given complaint on 1/11/19 till date no update. They have forwarded to HUL co. Person called from HUL authorised distributor and asking us to pay the charges. I am very much upset and thinking why i have bought from them

                                      Hi i have purchase boat rocker 255 bluetooth headphones from your digital store (Offline) and after 3 months it became one sided so i applied for warranty claim to boat supposed they asked me to send a copy of bill so i clicked from the physical bill i received on purchase but it was too faint out so boat replied me to send soft copy of the bill which is more visible to claim my warranty
                                      Please help me with this problem and provide me a soft copy of the bill i will provide more details of my purchase after you reply

                                      My JBL headset mic stopped working within 5 months of purchase.i bought it from outlet at Calicut focusmall.currently outlet has been closed.i had registered complaint at JBL and also in reliance.but still the problem hasn't solved yet.Ref code at Harman
