I have purchased 1.5 ton 3 star inverter ac (Lg) from reliance digital vadoadar (Karelibag branch) on dated 10 nov 2019 but till date i have not received it. Every time they tell me that my order will come within a week. I have spoken to your store 3-4 times, but every timei get this same reply. Moreover i should always call them and the store never calls me and tell me about my order. On current date i even don't know where my order. At the time of order i was said that i will receive it within a week. If you don't have the stock then why can't you tell it at he time of booking. At least i would have opted for some other model. Now i cant do anything coz i have paid everything and still i have not recieved anything.
It is very sad experience of mine that a big service provider like you are not committing your words. And this is my first experience with you which is very bad.
Next time i have to think before purchase anything from your outlet.
Kindly look into it.

Did not provide reconnect sound bar while purchasing the tcl smart TV dt 25/10/19
Till date no response from store.
By contacting store personals they are not responding at all.
I'm felt that in necessarily by the product from reliance digital.
Please rectify the situation as early as possible

    Its Dipanshu here from gurgaon and thanks for doing the excellent job in indian electronics market. I am here to know a concern which bothered me instead of being a privilege customer form your AMBIENCE Mall outlet of Reliance digital. In 6 months i bought the product worth 5 lakhs ie 5-6 cells phones, 2 laptops, 1 AC, 1 printer etc but today when i was in a big problem as my family member was in ICU and very critical situation and i needed a refund of just 11800 rs for the packed cell phone i bought on 15 Nov 2019 so that i can use that money to save my family person life. But all went invain and customer service person spoke in a commanding tone and denied. When i asked him for his visiting card he said he has but at last he was telling a lie and gave me reliance digital card.
    Sir money is not everything in life but relations and customer satisfaction is also needed to run a business globally. I also do business but if i behave with my customers in this manner without any refund policy as told by your customer desk mgr then i think i am not legitimate to run any online business. I am here sharing you the receipt for the purchase.
    Well if this is the way you deal with your privilege customers then thank you so much and it was my mistake to rely on you and i will make sure not to have any relations with you in near future and will cascade this information to my known clients globally.

    Its not resolve till date.
    I bought HUL water purifier during 2017 with extended warranty. I have given complaint on 1/11/19 till date no update. They have forwarded to HUL co. Person called from HUL authorised distributor and asking us to pay the charges. I am very much upset and thinking why i have bought from them

      Hi i have purchase boat rocker 255 bluetooth headphones from your digital store (Offline) and after 3 months it became one sided so i applied for warranty claim to boat supposed they asked me to send a copy of bill so i clicked from the physical bill i received on purchase but it was too faint out so boat replied me to send soft copy of the bill which is more visible to claim my warranty
      Please help me with this problem and provide me a soft copy of the bill i will provide more details of my purchase after you reply

      My JBL headset mic stopped working within 5 months of purchase.i bought it from outlet at Calicut focusmall.currently outlet has been closed.i had registered complaint at JBL and also in reliance.but still the problem hasn't solved yet.Ref code at Harman

        We have given complaint regarding reconnect jive mini which is not getting charge and intermittent restart issue in the device.

        So we gave complaint to reliance retail ltd at mylapore - chennai on 16th october 2019 along with the bill copy.

        Still today no solution has given to me, when we enquired they said we will replace the device for u and they are very lethargic in answering us and no solution given to my problem so far.

        Please escalate this issue and address this immediately on high priority.

        Expecting your reply or provide us the solution as soon as possible.

        I brought 55 " lg smart tv from katraj digital store On 22nd Oct 2019 . That time the told me about free jio router with that tv . But till date 2day i can't get any reply . Whenever I contact store they told me that their was a problem . It's not a good news for companies reputation . Even no any call from store.

          On november 17, 2019 we purchased groceries in reliance - tolichowki, hyderabad. Went to reliance digital to enquire about double door fridge.
          I preferred whirlpool brand. But reliance service man explained about lg fridge (360 litres). He forced us to buy that brand, need not give chance to see other brands. I said i need time to think which brand i have to purchase. He didn't allow me to discuss with my family members. I clearly explained him i want to purchase through bajaj finance. He connected with bajaj finance executive and went off. I explained him i didn't bring necessary documents. Only aadhar card i have i will come next week. But that # also didn't give time. I have informed them we shifted our house few months back, so i want to update my aadhar card address, i have house documents and cylinder bill in my mail id. Bajaj executive typed the address wrongly and forwarded to the delivery boy. On monday 18 november delivery boy & reliance digital person were arguing with me that product will be delivered on register address, from that address i have to take my home with my own transport and workers. This is the way reliance service person will talk to a lady. Argument was continued between 11:00 a. M - 3:00 p. M. Total day i was disappointed in my workstation. Actually reliance service man didn't give time to decide. How he can give stupid suggestions, he will deliver the fridge on the road. From the road i have to take to my home with my own transport. How foolish. This is a lesson for me not to purchase any digital item from reliance, since 8+ years i'm purchasing grocery from reliance. Now i will suggest my friends also not to get products from your store. Ask reliance service person how to speak to customers. Till now product is not delivered going with arguments. They took my bank details. I have all proof further i have planned to go media. Really i'm upset because of reliance service man attitude. Reliance service man contact number - [protected]

            Hi,
            I had bought a microwave from your reliance digital store on 26th october 2019 from your panihati reliancebranch, the cin no is u01100mh1999plc120563. It was supposed to deliver on 10th nov 2019, which is 15 days. But yet i don't get my microwave till date. The full amount i already paid and the emi will debited very soon although the delivery is not happened.
            It is very sad experience of mine that a big service provider like you are not committing your words. And this is my first exp with you which is very bad.
            Next time i have to think before purchase anything from your outlet.
            If you have time then kindly look into it.

              I purchased a MacBook on 20th July 2019 from Reliance Digital Store, Oberon Mall, Kochi. As per the offer they had, if I use YESBANK credit card and opt for EMI for 6 months, I should get a cash back of rupees 3304/- within 90 days of the purchase and the same has written on my bill as well.

              Since no cash back has received even after 90 days of the purchase and 4th bill has generated for my credit card, I called the above mentioned store directly many times from 11th November to till date. As of now there is no satisfactory reply from them. and I have the bill as well with me with all the EMI, interest and cash back details.

              I am also attaching the copy of the bill I received saying about the EMI, interest and cash back details.

                I have purchased "vivo v11 pro" mobile phone on nov-2018, they have assured 1 time screen replacement with in 2 years but now they are saying that, they haven't said and not ready to replace the screen and even i have paid extra 1099rs for extra warranty. This is like assuring something while customer buying and billing something which is not understand for common user.

                I bought Sony home theatre, 3 days after purchas they still didn't provide the installation after several requests. Very bad staff.
                Purchased Laptop on 11.08.2019 from Phoenix market city, viman nagar, Pune. It was informed to me that I will get the cash back within 90 days but have not received the cash back till now. Also, phoenix market sity number provided is not correct and is not working.

                    I brought a laptop in 2018 from rudrapur reliance digital they give me warrenty out laptop by telling that it is warrenty in laptop. They use the laptop and after using it they sell to me when i tell him for warrenty they say it will extended in 15 days and they say like thats 20 times in one year but no action taken place after one year they say now its not happen, you have to pay 4000 for it. Whats the hell is going on, its not a joke.

                      I had purchased a mobile from reliance store before 4 months ago and i had taken entrust insurance at that time they didn't told we have to pay the shipping charges if screen damages but when i call for that insurance for cracking of my screen they r telling u have to pay 999rs for shipping charges. And i had paid the charges now from them no response regarding taking my phone if i call them they r telling our customer will call u in 48 hours, i had called them 5 times each time they r telling this only

After few use of 1 and half years the tv started to show burned images and now shows red and blue line.                           Today at reliance mall jalandhar a kids drawing competeion was held. My childerens has also participated in the competion but i come to know that they ave called two schools also. There was no judge to decide the best and only teachers of that perticular schools are judge. And they are very partial towords their school childerens to get them price. My childerens feels very embaraced to see this. If you are having competetion you should arrange it well. No body has time to go and join. If we are going and spending our time. Their should be proper arangements. I am regular customer of reliance and last month i ave shoping of 2 lacs. But really disappointed.

Product deliver on 9 the nov but no one come for installation.. But till now... I trying to call customer care but they answered every time that we send our executive very soon... Plz reliance i have so much harrassment last 8 days.. I don't want ur product and ur service.. Plz take ur product return and give my refund with interest... Plz... No one can fill my harshnessment with late date services..

                              I raised complaint on oct 4 2019 for whirlpool washing machine board problem i have warranty in reliance digital for the product but till now they could not rectify that. I am calling daily to that customer service in chennai velachery branch they telling only one dialogue product on transit tomorrow will reach last one and half month telling same answer please rectify it soon. Very bad experience for me from the customer service last two times another fault also they delay. I completely disappointed.

                                I have purchased a reconnect thunderstorm worth 3500/- from reliance digital, esplanade mall, bhubaneswar on 3rd nov 2019 after i checked it on 9th nov it is found to be a damaged one. So i take it to the store as per the rule though it is not exceeded 7 days the should replace me a same one but they refuse to do so. They took it to their service center and told me it will be repaired in 2 -3 days, i repeatedly calling them to ask about my product they did not give any update on that. I tried to register a complain to their bpo service but they did not register my complaint against their own store. And also delete my registered phone number from their database. After giving 4 time complain they register my complain. And now their store manager is calling me and asking me to take a replacement after 6 days.

                                Why now? I purchased that product to gift my brother on his wedding on 12th nov. What will i do now with this replacement. I am asking for my refund but they are not willing to pay me.

                                Reliance digital costumer support is worst than i ever see in my life.

                                  The cash back was supposed to be credited to my credit card (Payment mode that used on that day) within 3 months. Its already 3 months and i do not see any amount credited as part of the independence day offer.

                                    I bought boat rockerz bluetooth ear phone from your greater noida store (Venice mall, knowledge park, greater noida) on 10 september, 2019.
                                    My hard copy of the invoice is missing. I need a soft copy of my product.
                                    Because i need to replace my product (In warranty) so i need details of the invoice.
                                    And tell me the procedure and how i can avail the soft copy of the invoice as i have given the contact details at my store....

                                    I had bought PANASONIC Air conditioner from RELIANCE DIGITAL which stopped cooling withing 18 months of purchase we already have 2 acs working from past 5-6 years never such a problem encountered with other brand of ac's we taught of buying a PANASONIC Ac and it started leaking water spoiled the wall the service person from reliance digital had come he serviced it after that the cooling stopped permanently. that was a bit fishy cause the cooling was fine before he fiddled with the ac and then the service guy said there was no gas in the ac and said it would cost me Rs-3400 ac costed me RS-42000 if the gas was leaking whos fault was that it was the service teams fault that it had not been installed correctly so the company is supposed to fill the gas and solve the issue on its own cost .. the fun part starts here when i call reliance digital customer care i said i had paid rs 470 for servicing they say we have no such records so i said i have the employee number so customer care says go talk to him WAY TO GO RELIANCE DIGITAL EMPLOYEES you truly are the best
                                    NOW WHOM SHOULD I COMPLAIN THIS ABOUT RELIANCE OR PANASONIC SO CONFUSED FYI: AC GAS NEVER RUNS OUT BEFORE 8 - 10 YEARS
                                    WE HAVE NUMEROUS PRODUCTS FROM PANASONIC
                                    IF AT ALL PANASONIC IS READING THIS WAKE UP !! BEFORE ITS TOO LATE

                                      My service request no. [protected] dated 3rd nov 2019, both indoor and outdoor units have been taken for gas leakage problem but they are not ready to return the units. Can anyone believe this!
                                      We are following up with customer care [protected] on daily basis but they are not at all helpful and have standard statements to say. The call center executives disconnect the call by putting on long hold.
