I had purchased laptop on 9th september and i faced spacebar switch issue and yellow screen issue then after i raise a query on 16th september in reliance store where i purchased and they (Reliance) send laptop to lenovo on 18th or 19th september no changes happen and they provide back with me but no update happen at lenovo care after that visit arrange at my location.

For laptop issue got a call from lenovo, yellow screen issue because my laptop screen configuration is lg so light yellow screen happen but then after that call person told me this is not issue i am agree but then after i told him to spacebar issue in my laptop too, and that call person agree that if spacebar issue available on my laptop on that based my laptop will be replace but our onsite engineer will visit and confirm on that based, lenovo provided doa latter.

Receive doa and then after they are not providing after may manufacture laptop they provide me old manufacturer laptop from january.

6 times store visited for this issue and single time cost for up and down is 400 so total rs. 2400, and some product they provide unnecessary like pain drive, keyboard and mouse, headphone and now they not refund my full money. Or not providing me a latest same version of laptop.

if I am purchasing laptop in September and Relaince Digital store provides me old manufacturer laptop and even I know that January manufacturing laptop has yellow screen issue so why I accept this kind of defective product from store?

even store tell me Lenovo legion y530 laptop with 128gb ssd and they have only 1 peace of laptop in all over india and they have only single available laptop with my same configuration. so please consumer forum help me and take strict action against to reliance digital store, GIP, Noida. and provide me after may manufacturer laptop Lenovo legion Y 530 +128 GB ssd +4gb graphics card.

    On yesterday 08 oct 2019 i visit reliance digital store located opp - railway road, panipat (Haryana) and i buy on electric kettle of bajaj company and its value is only rs-705 (Including all tex). On the time of bill preparation salesman ask me about carry bag than i tell that i need carry bag for this product. They never said that this bag is chargeable. But they charge me more than 10% of total value of product. Total bill amount is rs 720/-.

    When i ask about this matter than they started misbehaving with me.

    Please take suitable action against them.

      I just bought a samsung tv uhd4k from reliance digital in east godavari they should install
      (8/10/2019) accordingg to the purchase date (6/10/2019) but no one contacted me untill now i'm disatisfied about the service that samsung providing i hope you will resolve the issue during the purchase they just made me to trust them but they are delaying the work and no one is responding

        Hi, this is krupakar nt, registered mobile number [protected], res pin code 600041.

        This is to inform you that sony home theatre purchased and waranty period ends in june 2019.
        As we escalated a complaint that the product mentioned "not working" in the month of april 2019, it was kept with the sony show room for 70 days and returned it as a defect one "sensor not working" without explaining the issue they have delivered the product with us.
        Even though many complaints raise with the customer service and still the complaint stays same, now i have been asked to pay for the service since it is out of waranty.
        I would like to surrender the product to your nearby store, to ensure that we dosent required a service in such kind of manner.

        To mention we the customers are not that much loosers or what ever you think.

        Would feel happy to surrender it for your bad service with acknowledgment from you.

        More over your team beleives the service completed reports from product show room "sony show room adyar chennai 600020."

        But you are not keen to know the same from the customer end.

        This is not just paying money for the service but to mention it again we need our consumer rights in this issue.

        Very much irritated with this product issues.

        1. Wy they kept the product with them for 70 days.
        2. Why the product returned to us with out a proper service.
        3. Why there were no proper compaint logs with reliance customer care.
        5. Even though i know, that i should pay after the waranty period, why should i pay for the complaint logged when im covered under waranty.
        6. If sony service centre in adyar chennai 600020 says that, they have delivered it properly, i'll do what ever you ask.
        7. This makes me feel that i have been fooled for some reason, that frustration makes me write this breif explaination / what ever you think this is.

        Awaiting for your reply to surrender the product to your store.

        Suggest your customer care useless replies, not to tell that reliance is not responsible for this, only show have to take care.

        Because we see reliance and the suggestions from the sales team to what to buy, not the brand (Sony) of the product.

        If so we would have prefered concern products show room not reliance.

            This is to inform you that we have purchase sony brevia 65" in your reliance digitel at haldia unit on dated 30.9.19.
            Final price they had declired 109930 including offres.
            They had commited me that one sound bar will be provided at price 10990 for absolutly free. We had agreed. But unfortunately we had paid only 50k, could't transaction complete. They had replied me that next day 1.10.19 we had completed transaction but store associate replied me sound bar will be delived which was committed. But free days later they had delived sound bar which price is 5498.
            So kindly quaries the matter otherwise i will complained to consumer forum.

              Dear executive,

              This is most unfortunate that i purchases one sony oled, one lg 4k led and one sony high end sound bar. From reliance digital esplanade mall, bhubaneswar, odisha.

              The total amount paid by me is 343, 000/-
              Amount paid by card.

              As per the commitment the products should have been delivered today first half and installed in second half, i e 6th oct 2019.

              Since nobody responded to my calls, i visited the store and i was told that the product is damaged. Since delivery cant happen.

              There was no store manager or cluster manager available at the store.

              I was avoided to meet them and nobody supported me when i reached the store.

              Reliance being such great brand for electronics, i had blindly believed that i will get good product and on time delivery will happen. However it all went oppsite. Worst experience ever. I wont ever refer anybody to visit reliance digital also.

              I dont want the amount to be refunded to me. Rather i need my product on time. At the earliest.

              I being a premium customer, i felt disheartened with the behaviour and attension. I wonder how these people would be behaving others who go for an ordinary purchase for smaller amounts.

              I have been harassed by the team who just sits ideal and seems to be occupied over their mobile phones on personal stuffs.

              My next course of action is consumer case in court where i will drag these fellows.

                  I received defective refrigerator from reliance digital online site.

                  I was registered complain about this. But they provide fake date about technical person to visit. I was called number call to customer and also mail to ceo then after technical person are coming after 10 days of delivery product and also two times technical person are coming and customer care said me that first technical member report is not as expected.
                  After technical person visited they not provide estimate time to replace my product.
                  I have called to customer care and they said me after technical visit then service center is provide details then they replace product. I also talk with senior customer care but they only said you can wait 2-3 days. Service center is provide details then we replace product and cut the call.

                  I don't understand that, what is process about this? All the customer care member are said different answers. When i called saturday morning then they said me service center will provide report at evening and then after we take action. And when i called evening then they said me service center is off on saturday wait for monday.

                  Today 14 days but i don't receive any message and mail regarding my replacement.

                  In last, only say that if technical person visited and assured that product is defective then why process is not going up?

                  Very bad customer care they provide fake answer every person.

                    I purchased a bosch washing machine on 04oct. Payment ref: tl[protected]. There has been no support with respect to delivery and installation. Only false promises. The installation person from reliance had no product knowledge. The machine is still pending installation. Before purchase, all false commitments were given by ritesh and parvez - am really tired following up with them now. Am regretting the purchase from this store - wish i could return the product and purchase from elsewhere.

                              I bought an ao smith water purifier along with 3 years amc which they promised will be promised service compared to product manufacturer, but i did not received any response from team by visiting and attending the issue more than 15 days. There is no contact number provided correctly to contact them to log complaint, seems all are fake trying to perform high level fraud on customers.

                                Hi,

                                Myself bharath kumar about voltas ac on may month 2019 purchased, from the day one the problem was going on ac, i requested on store to resolve my problem but they have refused and their convenience me there is no the major problem it will resolve automatically, then i was not happy then again i have registered the call almost three time still issue every time i face new problem, final time on 7th september 2019 was a registration complaint your engineer never commit the proper timing on visit and your field coordinator talking rude. Finally your engineer came on 17 sep took video of problem and he said with 7 days we will replace the pcb board, we are normal peoples what can i do i accepted that.10 days after i got call from you coordinator and we need to take video of problem. I'm completely dissatisfied and unhappy with service i don't have idea after that i told them i'm not sitting @ home always i have work everytime wasting time.
                                I requested them i need replacement with in four months 5 times engineer visited 3 times complaint registered. Day before yesterday i got call from nearest service centre they told we will cancel the call and i have to contact customer care for replacement who is responsible for ac i need solution for unhappy product see the attached right now ac condition no use. Your engineer lefted like this.

                                  I bought lenovo ideapad s340 laptop today from reliance digital bathinda. When i asked for the cost of laptop agent their told me i have to pay 47200 rupees for laptop and i shall get 1 year insurance plus 1 year extended warranty. During billing they told me i have to pay 500 rupees extra for recovery disk preparation also i have to buy one pendrive for recovery file, which i refused as i told i can prepare recovery by myself. But they have added 500 extra as cost of recovery disc which they did not provide me when i inquired for disc they told i have to take one 16gb pendrive and give my laptop to them for 3hrs. If i want recovery drive. I had already cleared them i can prepare recovery drive by myself but they have taken 500 rupees for their it team which was not clarified by them during bill. I fill like cheated they can tell the price of laptop by adding this 500 rupees intially why to add extra money after customer agreed to buy any good this type of thing also happened to me last time when i bought sony bravia tv from their. So bad attitude...

                                    Hi, i have given my mobile for repairing under warranty they took two weeks to repair, later theydispatched my mobile but on 24th 2019, they hav also provided the awb no. Which was wrong. Awb no. Shows does not exist. Its been 10days i hav also put complain on twitter as wel as on company but no response. I think my mobile is stolen. Mobile no.[protected], [protected]

                                      We purchased the purifier on 22nd sept from reliance digital brookfield mall, the dealer said it will be delivered on 23rd sept and installation will be done on 25th sept... But we got the product on 26th sept and till date no one has come for installation... Its becoming toooo much now.
                                      From next time we will make sure not to purchase anything from reliance and waste our time.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I purchased a sony bravia led tv of 55 inches in 15 august 2019 from reliance digital, crystal mall, khodiyar colony, jamnagar, gujrat and which was delivered to me after 14 days on 29 aug 19 after so many reminder. On 30 aug 19
                                        Reliance digital send only one person to install such a big tv, he complete the installation and runaway without giving demo as i don’t have any cable connection. I asked him to check with pen drive but he denied to deliver demo, he said after resuming cable connection inform us we will come and give you demo. On 03 sep 19 i was connected with cable connection then i informed reliance digital to mr. Huzefa vasanwala regarding cable connection restored and to send technician mean while i checked tv, found it is a defective tv delivered to me after getting power on i found tv screen cracked in ‘u’ shape same informed to reliance digital to mr. Further i asked him to replace the tv. Reliance digital to mr. Huzefa vasanwala says he made a mail with sony, it will take 48 hours but after several reminder on 13 sep 19 two technician (Mr sarfaros & mr pandia) from sony service center and sony representative said that reliance has to replace the tv as that was physical damage tv delivered to you by reliance digital you contact with reliance digital to replace it
                                        I asked reliance digital to replace it. But no action has been taken after several remainders from me. On 20 sep 19, i visited to reliance digital mr. Huzefa vasanwala. He give me assurance he will have mail correspondence with sony and informed me by 26 sep 19. On 26 sep 19, i checked with reliance digital to mr. He asked me to pay 33, 000/- to repair this tv.
                                        I made complain with sony customer care complain no. 56176067 but no response from sony. Hence i bring this situation to your attention as both companies have good reputation in indian markets. I believe i would get a quick response from you and get it replaced or repaired by service provider.
                                        I am very disappointed of sony products & reliance digital customer service i will never purchase another sony product. Let this be a warning to all considering a sony. They're junk as after more than 45 days purchasing of a costly tv from reputed company i unable see tv.
