We purchased a fridge (Lg 675 l gc-c247uglw) and it was in damaged condition. We got replacement but the damage product is still outside at my house. I requested to store person (Reliance digital store belapur cbd) to carry along with themselves or to take care of it. But they have'nt show much interest in thus issue. Also we tried to resolve this issue from customer care support. But the condition was same. I would like to mentioned clearly if any kind o[censored]nfavarable situation happens we will not be responsible for it. I request you please try to pick up that damaged product as early as possible. Thank you

I had order refrigerator on sunday 20/10/2019 nd today is 24/10/2019 i had still not get delivery nd i had called all numbers of reliance digital but not get proper anser very bad experience in my life dont by any product from reliance
I purachase lg led tv in reliance digital ., abd music system on offer wirh led but very bad quality, i want the replace the product and i am ready for extra many for outhe model

    I purchase and full pay for samsung 55ru7100 led tv on 28 october 2019. But the staff could not deliver with in 5 kilometer till second day in same city it is very bad. Staff is very careless. Service is very poor. Staff lie by misleading the customer. I wouldn't like to go to the reliance digital store again. Plese get my tv delivered and install early. Thanks

      I have bought godrej refrigerator from relaince digital (Peenya dasara halli branch, bangalore) 3months back, now the issue is refrigerator door is not closing magnetic strips of doors are not working, so i'm not able to use the refrigerator as the door is not closing, kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

        Hi, had a pathetic experience to get my service request fulfilled against call mum [protected]. Multiple calls to get the service ticket addressed with no luck till date... Sometime your system face issue on ticket allocation, sometime your engineer doesn’t turn up, sometime your team don’t have a status but final result is customer have to wait for resq blessings... Don’t know how many more calls and days required to get the service from reliance.

          I have bought ONE PLUS 7 mobile on August 15th. After making sure through several sales persons I made the purchase. The salesman told(after confirmation with his higher ups) me that if take EMI for 3 months I will get cash back and it would be interest free. I strictly told them if interest is charged then I will not avail the facility. Immediately after billing I asked them why interested is being charged they said when it gets converted to EMI everything will be fine. That interest is also not matching. About ₹1500/- is being charged to me My billing was also as brand EMI if things have not been tampered with. Reliance digital promised me a cash back of ₹2000/- after 90 days besides no cost EMI. They repeatedly verified and told me no interest and now my Hdfc credit card has charged me interest and along with it gst also. I have made several visits and calls to your store and made complaints with customer care people. Every time they say we will get back to you and that is the end of it. My complaint reference number is [protected]. I waited for Diwali to be over as that would another excuse of being busy. Sir just don’t dupe people with one scheme or the other. Sir I want my money back to the extent the credit card people are charging me extra. If this scheme was not available I would have bought the same mobile from another store

              I have pirchased a product in the beginning of the month from kolkata park street, park mansion branch worth 48k approx. Same was delivered during my home painting and was insisted and forcibly seen by reliance executives named mrinmoy and another in the middle of the hole paint and was packed and again kept as i had no place to do a stand mount. The concerned executive left me his number and told me to contact directly in next 3 months it will be a free setup. After my wall paint was done i contacted him back and he told me to lodge a ticket online and if it is assigned to him he will come. He also instructed me to lodge a false ticket stating that my tv was already fixed and i needed wall mount services to which i disagreed and called by sales executive and then he lodged some complaint. Immediately i got a call from executive named azan last saturday and thereafter upon fixing the product he saw that there is a line which is defective and he called his senior and reported back. He wanted to change panel but i disagreed as its a new product and i wanted replacement only. Then one person named somenath from same store contacted me same evening and after a set of heated conversation they tod me that tv will be picked next day and replaced. I waited entire day next day and nothing happened. Then yesterday i called up customer service and was surprised to see that there was no call lodged and i raised an issue myself. Today after getting a contact detail of lg was given and after much efforts i was informed that for tv replacement same will be done by reliance. The ball is being passed by reliance to lg and vice versa. Being so harassed when i called up landline of store and wanted to speak to store manager one employee named chinmoy spoke saying he wanted to resolve the issue and after checking my details he said that a panel replacement has been ordered. He spoke very rudely to which i lost my cool and reverted back. Come what may, which i will ensure that justice is done, your executives treat customer as god before billing is done and after sales service is pathetic. My sales executive bapan has stopped taking my calls and also another somenath who is in charge is not answering. Whilst i will proceed with criminal cheating case and consumer forum case tomorrow, i wanted to put this on record before such actions are taken tomorrow.

                Dear sir,
                I bought 65 inch tv 4 5 days before but still i am waiting for the delivery, actual the reliance services are worst because first you people delivered 55 inch instead of 65 again later i am waiting for 65 inch tv. Yesterday i called to customer care 3 times they told me that my tv will be delivered yesterday only but here now its today still i am waiting for the delivery what a service from reliance, if we look at bajaj electronics they will deliver only in a day. Your services are poor and worst.

                I didnt expect like this from reliance. If you are not able to give good services to customer then why are you taking orders from customers, such a bad services.

                    I purches a TV unit of Sony 32inches from Reliance Digital CBD belapur store on 21st Oct 2019 and they assure me to deliver it on next day...but tilll date I did not receive the product .
                    Meanwhile I try to communicate with the store through contact no. Available on voucher but they did not respond .
                    Finally I call to your customer care 2 days back they also not reply in time .
                    Today I receice call from CC that delivery is delayed because the product is not in stock...
                    Plz help me out

                      I took a w10 lg mobile from your store, paid 7300 +200 for a 16 gb pendrive. I wanted to pay in card, but there was a error in pos machine. Then went to atm drew cash paid rs 7500. When asked for bill. They said printer is not working. Later gave emailid. I did not get e_bill also in email. When enquired they said he is responsible. Anotherguy said he is responsible. Till now i did not get. Bill, diwali offer, (Voucher, guard) as promised. But in you website that same is given as 6999/. Pl clarify, else i will proceed in consumer court. I am a member in.

                        We have booked for a complaint regarding our water purifier atleast a month ago. We have insects coming into the tank of the purifier. Still noone from reliance digital has visited to repair it. This problem has occurred several times. We even have the reliance digital 5 years warranty. Buying such an expensive stuff with such an expensive warranty and being treated in this way is nowhere justified.

                          I had bought a panasonic ac there was a leak and water dripping from the ac unit i had contacted the service department they had sent the service team 2 times then we had complained for the water leak again and it was not resolved but the cooling was good then after the warranty period the person had come for the same problem again and after he said the problem is solved again for which he had charged rs 470/- and had told us that there was no gas in the ac and i have to pay rs 3400/- to refill gas just a day back i had started the ac and cooling was good after he servicing there was no cooling at all. It's been just 18 months i had bought the ac. I have been using different brands of ac for so many years (5 years and more) but never have faced such a problem taught would go for a different brand like panasonic. I hope they resolve the issue. Fyi the gas in the ac does not get over so soon and that too in a city like bangalore.

                            I have visited relience digital allahabd store on 26/10/2019 for purchase of laptop after finalizing the model of hp laptop salesman refuse to provide me fresh piece by saying that it was last piece, and again after changing the model no they provide me the fresh piece but after billing the change the piece. Its reliance store policy to not provide a fresh piece to customer.

                              The above mentioned company promised me to deliver my washing machine baught on 24/10/19 on 25/10/19 but even a day after i didn't received it. On contacting reliance digital several times it didn't took any actions required. Whenever called the store it asked for my name and ph. No. Even on giving it many times it didn't told me about my order's situation. Every time asked for delivery time, they asked ne 10 minutes to contact me with the answer but they never did.

                                    I purchased lg led 49 um 7300 service no [protected] yesterday from jaipur. By mistake i registered my mobile no [protected] whereas my working no is [protected]. All messages regarding my purchase and delivery are going on [protected]. I am not able to receive any message. Kindly update my registered no [protected]. Looking forward for speedy response.

                                      I bought a lenovo laptop from the reliance digital store at Reliance Mall, Puda Multiplex in Jalandhar. At the time of buying, they said they will replace the product within 7 days if I come with the original box and bill. My laptop got hanged after a day. I went to the store and they denied that they would not replace the laptop at any cost. They just asked me to take the laptop home. I even asked them to upgrade the laptop if they cannot refund but no use. The Sales Manager at the store talked so rudely and called the Secretary. She said that I should not have believed their staff's wordings. She said that you are not supposed to believe everything they say verbally. She asked for written record, which obviously I do not have. She even mentioned that their staff say these things to give assurance. But, they cannot do anything as it's not possible as per their policy. So, if they say that they will replace your product within 7 days, do not believe them!!
