Purchased 43’ lcd reconnect brand tv. 30 months ago for rs.25, 000/- which was hardly never used. Display gone already. Called technician and he says 28, 000/- for display panel. He recommended to sell the tv for 1000/- or use local mechanic to fix the tv.
Very disappointed to see the tv display broke in 2 years and the display is expensive than the new model tv that is available in their showroom. Selling cheap products is reliance....

I bought a washing machine in month of january 2019, it's just 6 months and the dryer body is cracking from sides.
Service reviewer came for a survey and rather assisting he was trying to explain that the same is our fault.
Kindly coach ur visiting staff for the same and consider this issue at priority or else i will take it to the court of law and adress it to the highest level possible i could

I failed a compliant in Reliance customer care service on for Samsung Microwave Owen which was purchased from Reliance Digital with an extended warranty of 3 years. The service team takes many days to attend the service at home. Sir, actually my ledtv is not working. Your engineer came to repair it on 06/07/2019 & took all the information he needed. But since then your company didn't take any action towards my complaint. I just want to repair my ledtv as soon as possible. If you are not able to send an engineer soon then i'll complaint your file in consumer court....

I had booked samsung refrigerator (Sam 253l rt28n3423s8) at in orbit mall bangalore, whitefield. They are giving such a lousy commitments said with in a day delivery will happen, hence we booked instantly. Next day delivery was not happened. Actually before booking we checked for auspicious day.
We visited store, store guys are telling like they were ready to deliver at midnight or else in the early morning. This is not acceptable.br...

I given complint in bouth service centers. One person come 1 day back he cheak there is cooling problm he tell and went away...
There is no short out what is the main problm and not slove it...
