I have a panasonic ac. Bought in 2018 from reliance digital allahabad. It is in warranty periode now.2month ago it stoppede functioning. I contacted reliance digital allahabad. They send a mechanic who repaired. And taked rs 3500 despite of warranty. Within few days ac stopped working again. After contacting in reliance digital allahabad they send an another mechanic who told some parts are expired they ned deplacement, it take 2 ør 3 days. Agter 1 month no information about the issue given to me. Om every contact they sat it tale 2ør 3 days. Im still suffuring.

    I bought an Hitachi AC on 15th May 2019 it was installed on 19th may 19. we found smelling and water dropping issue on the same day reported that reliance team sent almost 7 service requests but still issue not resolved day by day smell getting increased. I visited store for the same then they assigned service ticket to Hitachi brand as issue with the AC. Brand service person confirmed that its a defective product requires replacement. Issue transferred to reliance for the replacement. After a week of followup reliance trying to schedule one more service request for the cooling part repair. As i received a defective product i am expecting a replacement or refund of my money. please help me with this.

    I even sending mails to reliance digital customer care centers and including other important email addresses related to reliance service. But no response at all except a default mail with the content "concerned team will contact you" it's been more than a month I bought a AC but I am unable to use my product due to the they sold defective product to me.

      Worst service from reliance digital.
      Bought Samsung 415lt refrigerator on 28 june 2019.defective product was delivered with tilted leg, dent and operation issues with door.
      Have lodged complaint on 30th June.
      no response from customer care and dealer.
      Firstly they told we have to lodge compalint to samsung then technician will come from Samsung after then exchange is possible.
      Samsung technician took pics and told we have to cobtact dealer.
      RELIAN DIGITAL DEALER IN sarath city mall kothaguda now telling now technician from reliance digital will come and take photos.But no call and message from any technician.Every time we are calling to the dealer they are will update you in half an hr or 1 hr.But we never receive any call from them.
      we made a worst decision to buy such a costly product from Reliance digital.
      At the time of purchasing they told they will take care if any issue we will face.
      Please help to get our money back or exchange the product with new produxt without any problem.

      After many mails and calls, a new refrigerator was delivered today and to our surprize it was also A DEFECTIVE ONE.

      The installation guy was giving reason as its a heavy product so its during delivery they defects come.
      Now we two defective refrigerators at our home.
      Please take both your defective products amd process our refund we dont want any service any product from Reliance digital.

      This was our biggest mistake that we chose Reliance digital.

        Problem: water leakage from water purifier and the output water from purifier is same as the input water of purifier.
        That means no purification activity is being taken place. I have raised complaint to this effect on[protected] after begging your team for 5 days technician came on[protected] and rectified the same. It worked once and the problem continued from the next day. I have been continuosly follwing up with the technician, but to my bad luck, i could get any reply from him. Again complaint was raised on[protected] vide service request no [protected].
        We purchased this product from reliance digital with utmost faith we had on you. But your techinicians are slowly proving me wrong. I found zero concern towards the customers problems. Almost 2 weeks has been elapsed but could not use it for hardly 2 hours. Complaint through customer care service over, over phone to technician over, complaint by person at reliance digital srmt mall over but could not find any solution. The last resort i found is this way. Hope my problem will be solved with this resort.

          I have purchased one ac from siliguri reliance digital store bt its installation work is very bad and i made a complaint about it. Bt day after one from help desk was talking so ridiculously over the phone and they totally blamed me. From ur company this type of behaviour is nt expected. U should notice it properly because we are customer and to buy anything from reliance store we will need to think twice.

            This is to inform you that i have received defected reconnect cooler, i mark complaint for said issue & reliance rectify against to change new cooler or any product of same amount as compensation.
            Now i am decided to buy symphony touch from reliance store and i want same under igst billing, but as per reliance store representative, they are not able to billing on igst & delivery at local address. Please confirm why i will not avail igst & why product is not deliver at my local address. Please help in this matter or give me in written so i will take it with local gst department. I am already disappointed from reliance reconnect product & facing issues & on all above facing this kind of service from reliance store is really pathetic for me. Expecting prompt reply

              They registered my account and asked me to fill 1000 forms in 10 days and when i couldn't complete it they say said they would charge 4000 but they blackmailed me to pay 10510 otherwise they would file a case and when i paid it they again asked for 5000 and paid totally 15510 and the next day again they asked for 5000 more then when i inquired it was a fraud company so please take action against them.

                  I have bought a new dell laptop (Service code:[protected]) on 17th may 2019 from reliance digital vijayawada, assisted by an executive mr mahesh ([protected]).
                  He told that he will update warranty n if at all any issue comes to my laptop he will sort out (He took all the responsibility n gave his personal no. To me on that day @ time of delivery) if [problem wont b solved he gave assurance of replacement.
                  With in a month my laptop screen got damage & for that he told to call customer care ([protected] -[protected]). I called to customer care n they have helped me with the dell authorized service center,, when i went there i came to know that my laptop warranty was not updated.
                  Then i asked mr mahesh to update warranty, but here also he failed to do n asked me to send a mail to some other person.

                  He updated some warranty but my problem is not yet sort. Now mr mahesh want me to purchase warranty n help him to reach his target.

                  He is denying all the commitments he made to me on the day of purchase...

                  Please take action towards such fake people... N atleast u resolve my issue.

                    Last year in 21 nov i purchased a samsung s9 phone from reliance digital store bathinda, that time salesman offer me cashback of 6000 rs after 2 month installment ie in feb 19 but when i contacted to salesman and store crm after feb they trying to manipulate me and making false promises that you get it in next month now its july my all installments is even completed in june but i didnt get back my cash return.. And from last months the crm of reliance store bathinda didnt answer my calls. This type of customer service m not expecting from him and reliance brand. I will also complaint against him and store in consumer court

                      I purchased Samsung Split ac from reliance digital greater Noida on 10 jun2019. It was installed after prolonged delay.
                      Earlier I had purchased similar ac directly from Samsung. Samsung engineers were professional and covered all wires and pipes with common white tape. Reliance left it open. Attaching photos of both.

                        I I brought reconnect Air cooler on march 4th, 2019. After 1 month, the water flow in the air cooler not working and raised complaint through customer service on may 4th after 1 week technician came and checked. He confirmed that motor damaged, he checked bill and there is warranty. Then, he took photo and raised order request for motor and he informed me that he will come with in a week and we will install the motor. But there is no response from them onwards. We raised complaint for 3 times, but with out completion they closed my request. Finally, I went directly 2 times and they told it will complete with in a week.

                        I am very frustrated with their response and they are not giving correct information.

                        The message was sent from your end that Com no [protected] has been completed today but no improvement was done till date . Technicians were visited meny times but they were failed to alive this TV . I am suffering this since February 2019. I also complained meny time through your website but nothing was happened. I don't know what I will do next.

                          I had registered complaint on 12th june'19 with complaint id [protected]. From so many days part is pending, if in season you are not able to provide parts then request not to sell products. Full summer season is passing out now, and i will receive part in winter.

                          Worst experience of reliance and i will never prefer or recommend any reliance digital store where customer is asked only at time of selling, after that poor response and pathetic service.

                          Please provide a option to scrap this, i dont want any help, this is the last help that i need.

                            I registered an complain dated on 4/6/2019 at reliance as mechanic visited home and check the issue and inform that gear box issue is there so regards parts is concerned from reliance they have to put request to whirlpool company regarding parts availability if available then dispatch the parts. Since is following with reliance team but not getting appropriate answer. Its almost 27 days over still parts is not available. So i request them to kindly replace the machine as its almost 27 days, there is not proper update regarding parts availability.
                            So kindly replace machine as soon as possible.

                              This is written appeal to your team to cancel my loan.

                              I have cancelled this loan on april 26th 2019 but till now the loan hasn't been cancelled and no further action has been taken. Also, the first emi dated for june has also occurred and corresponding payment charges has also been captured there is no proper response from your end and now i received a message stating that emi for month of july has been initiated. My question is why do you guys still initiate ecs paymeny when i actually cancelled the loan on april 26th 2019 and no action has been taken on the loan has been cancelled till date.

                              Please make sure that the above loan is cancelled asap, if else the necessary or appropriate actions towards legally will be taken from my side.

                                I have purchased a. O smith water purifier from reliance digital and took 2 years extended warranty for the same on their request. Recently my purifier had problem and need to replace the filters. When i checked with the reliance customer support, they said its vendor support and i need to pay to the a. O smith support team for repair and reliance support team will reimburse the amount. So i paid the money to a. O smith team and got my purifier filters replaced. But now when i am reaching the reliance support team, their process is not correct, i have visited their store twice but no use, they will say need approval, its been around a month but no response. If i call the support person, he wont pick the call at all. Really need to action on reliance resq warranty team. They are cheating people on the name of extra warranty and no response after that when issue comes and when they need to repay the amount. I want refund of my money of 5050/- which incurred on a. O smith purifier repair.

                                It is another 10 days more and reliance support team is still saying they need approval and i did not get any update on that. Not sure how much time reliance team will take if they need to pay higher amounts to give approval, for the amount of around 5000/- only they are taking this much time and with out any update which is not acceptable.

                                  Hi sir iam kavitha iam working in reliance jio navalur sales executive join in march 3rd, but one month only working because my personal issue, so iam relive the job, the problem was that time iam joined in old pf and reliance jio also joined that company now iam apply in pf was rejected so pls retify the issues, any possible are my money was taken other wise many pepopls are contact not resposable

                                    Tv 📺 program not show all these channels from last 4 weeks and customer service number available. It's very bad service and its show independent tvstandard, which palace stand.
                                    When i purchased independent tv, independent tv agents told me 8 months all channels are free

                                      I've been facing problem with my two and half year old sony bravia tv which i bought in reliance degital at chennai, (Ambattur branch) with extended warranty. Now i requested for the service and been waiting nearly for a month, there is no proper response. I've visited the store for 4 to 5 times, then i got a call from sony and they visited door step and spotted the problem. They've said there is a display error some board has to be changed this can be covered under your extended warranty. I got a email from them and i've submitted that to reliance for further steps. I've been waiting still, it's going to be month over.

                                        I have received the wrong energy efficient model of water geyser. Yesterday during purchasing 5 star rated model shown and i have personally confirm same repeatedly about that. Today i have received this product with 4 star energy rated.
                                        I want to replace this with as agreed 5 star energy rated product. Yesterday shown model piece and today's received piece both are different.
