My voltas ac 1.5 ton purchase in 2016 have cooling issue so i complain in reliance digital for that their technician visit my home after two days and check the ac and found that the ac compressor is defective. He told me it need to be replaced i am processing the complain for replacement of compressor as my product is in amc. After two days their reporting manager called me and told me that sir your compressor is in voltas warranty as voltas provide 5 years warranty for compressor so i am forwarding your complain to voltas i agreed and told him i just want to the solution please do what you want after that voltas technician name mohd ali mob no. [protected] visit my home he also found that the compressor need to be replaced he take a video for the defective product and told me to provide the invoice copy and amc document i provided the invoice copy to him and told him the amc document is misplaced the amc value no. Is mentioned in the invoice. He told me sir i will update you once i will go to my office and after that i got the message that your complain no. So and so is cancelled, i am following with voltas as well as reliance form last one month but still not getting and positive response. My reliance complain no. Is [protected] dt 31st may 2019. Also my amc period is expiring on 14th july 2019

      I mean you just cant even think that how pathetic experience i had at reliance digital moradabad.
      -first i purchased three items i. E an whirpool washing machine, a kent ro and a lg air conditioner. So while purchasing, staff at reliance digital moradabad gave me two price of one article (Even on telephone they offered me some discount but when i went there they refused that they did not make any offer but in the end they accepted their mistake). They started harassing me from that moment itself.
      -secondly, they delivered my product after 5-6 days. Again a very irritating experience.
      And top of all, they delivered kent ro in defected condition as their engineer confirmed it on his visit.
      And now the person handling [protected] at reliance digital moradabad on[protected] at 08:34pm, was such a illiterate and unprofessional that he even did not listen to my issues rather he just ignored everything. When i called him and told that i had purchased so and so products on this date then after a gap he replied three words: “kya.. Kab.. Kon” and just took it very casual. Omg i dont know how reliance is working in moradabad.
      -thirdly, the most painful time: i purchased, they delivered but still, right after 12 days of making payment for my air conditioner, my ac is not installed and no body came for installation yet. I lodged my complaint for installation and today they closed my complaint stating that installation completed. Such a shameful act by reliance digital moradabad.
      Believe me i will never ever purchase any item from this store. Today on[protected], i am totally dissatisfied with all the items purchased from reliance digital moradabad.

      I bought a samsung a9. the screen was damaged in an accident. I have the duplicate invoice . I need the original invoice to claim the warranty.

        Hi,
        I had purchased a livpure ro from reliance digital begumpet branch in 2017. While purchasing they took my money in advance to change the candle of my water purifier with in 3 years.in the month of june the candle was suppose to get changed. I complained between 8th june to 24th june 10 times to the customer care no one responded properly. Mr. Chalapathi rao one the team leader spoke to me twice, but he was not able to resolve the problem. Then he had a con call with mr. Anil who represented him self as hyderabad head. Still i didnt get any response.

        Please do the needful, or else return my money with interest.
        I will be forcefully take the help of law if does not get resolve soon.

          Iam vinod from rewari haryana. I bought a ac from your store which is located is our city. I am complaining about the installation of ac. Those 2 boy who came to install my ac have zero knowledge about installation. They force me to purchase their ac stand which they brought with them, even i have my own. But that not a huge issue.
          But today i have facing issue of leakage water in my issue. Kindly solve this and get professional employees in future.

            I purchased split ac (30k) and refrigerator (92k) from reliance digital moradabad and i am really very annoyed with the false commitments reliance digital is making and indiscipline way of working in reliance services.

            There is no escalation matrix provided by reliance on net hence we don't get support from senior members and the person lifting phone at rd and reliance service thinks himself as boss of reliance.

            This is my first and last experience of reliance digital and i am ready to me more instead of going to reliance digital.

            I got my shipment but since two days i have been requesting for service but they are saying its raining and they can not send engineer. Looks like if there will be rain material can come but engineer will not.

                Hello,

                We have purchased a godrej split 1.5 ton ac from reliance digital faridabad, haryana on 2nd june 2019 (Sunday).

                Dilivered on next day but installed on friday after several requests (Late installation). Then we checked it was not colling and when we asked to replace or refund they said we can only repair... We raised grievance in consumer forum and docket number is 1385764 on 15th june 19 and also raised concern in reliance through calls and emails. Now waiting for positive response. Please help me here.

                  I have brought lg led tv 43uj632t from your tgip mall, noida outlet on 26-jun-19 along with 5 year extended warranty and i have raised a complain for display some patches on the tv and also one usb post is not working against service complain no [protected] on 18-jun-19 but till date no one has answered my query & even tele-caller executive is not able to provide status against my complain.
                  I have wasted nearly 20k to buy 5 year extended warranty, i will never recommend any one to buy any product or service from reliance digital.

                      Pathetic service and rude behavior of staff.. I have purchased eureka forbes vacuum cleaner wet n dry dx 2 months back on 15/4/2019 and it's not working only after 2 times n now service center deny to send their technicians to repair it... It's only a sale process to saying that it had a good service and even eureka forbes service center deny to take the complaint of mine product they said i[censored] were taken from reliance digital then only their service center do it... They think that customers are fool what they said we believe only on that... Plz provide me a technician for repair my vacuum cleaner at my place only... Plz take action asap..

                          I had logged a complain on 2nd of June for repairing my washing machine, which is under warrantee. The staff visited and when found that it will be a replacement of motor and costing, he never turned up and closed the request by themselves. On further rating zero for feedback, the request was again opened again on 12th June, for which no body turned up till 21st June and a technician was assigned for name sake.

                          So they work when they are in profit and do not want to repair anything in extended warrantee.

                          WORST EXPERIENCE ! WORST service.

                          There is no effect of this notification on your customer care. They did the same thing again and again opened a new request which itself is 4th time since 2nd of June 2019.

                            Sir, I purchased a new Sony bravia 43inches 4K UHD TV model no KD-43X8000G on 13 Jun 19 at equal EMI of 18 installments of Rs.65090. The reliance digital representative taken an amt of Rs.14470 in place of Rs.Rs.14464.44/-. The monthly EMI is being taken Rs.3617/- in place of Rs.3616.11. As it was decided that no cost ENI option is given at Rs.65090/-. I agreed to opt this facility of no cost EMI. There is cheating in Reliance Digital in making wrong calculated for cheating the customers. Kindly do the needful. They should not taken any amt extra as per the statement.

                              Bought a Samsung microwave from Reliance Digital in 2016. It has been breaking down ever since. The technicians would come, have no clue about what is happening and do some repair and it would work for 1 month. Multiple complaints were raised with the toll free number, the latest one being raised on 30May2019. Since purchase the microwave has been repeated at the least 10 times. With the latest complaint, no actions have been taken so far by the Resq in spite of me following up 5-6 times. Every time I am promised "personally" by the representatives that the issue will be resolved by end of the day.

                              The worst part of the entire incident is that there is no escalation mechanism (as per the customer care). And when prodded further, they asked to send a mail to their id, which was again responded to by their representative with a promise that it would be taken care of at the earliest (sic).

                                I had taken reliance care plan for my waterpurifier. I had raised a maintenance request for waterpurifier as the water taste has gone bad and automatic overflow water via request before 2 month after logging my complaint to the reliance digital an engineer visit to my house told me that there is some parts problem with this product I complaint to company parts available in this product as soon as possible. after 1 week called customer service and he told me parts are not available again I called 2 week she told me parts are available in a week technician will visit your home but technician did not come.I call again and service request was raised and no technician arrived.It is been more than a month but no one is coming for service after repeated reminders and calls. I request you all to please help me in solving our problem as soon as possible.

                                  THis complaint is directed against Reliance Digital for cheating in respect of services promised
                                  I bought a panasonic AC from Reliance Digital from company showroom at Logix city centre Noida on 25.6.2017.The asked me to purchase its Resqu plan
                                  at Rs 5200/- for extended warranty beyond two years after the Panasonic warranty expired in two years. Amazingly, on each complaints at toll free number[protected]as advised by Reliance ) only reliance contracted workers came. Panasonic company never provided any service nor it ever enquired. Even now on 15.6.19 Panason ic warranty is valid.But on 5.6.19 when I complained of AC not cooling, RD customer care number took complaint but did not send any one.Worst of all, I had to complain not less than 20 times but they kept on hanging with lame excuses.Finally on 126.19, when I got angry with them, They sent a person who after inspection told that gas needed to be filled again.Mind it that they have already filled gas two times since 8.4.19.I also even told them that gas needed to be filled but they insisted on inspection first. Their mechanic told me complaint at fresh for gas filling, That meant another 10 days..On several phone calls to their head /escalation centre namely to Imran etc no body came to fill gas on that day despite them promised so .Their men came back to fill gas on 14.6.19 whome we turned back.People may note that neither Reliance company number[protected] .If this is the service offered by reliance, who would like to buy from its company .THis is not first time with me that Relinace has cheated on service. If any shame is left with this company, it should return my money paid for extended warranty or I am going to forward this compalint to Min of Consumer Affairs, Governmnet of INdia.

                                    Dear sir, I GOPAL ADAK bought a new Samsung double door refrigerator from your retail store at Thakur pukur which was scheduled to deliver at my house on 14 th June 2019. But till now (15 the June, 2019 5.45 pm) they have not delivered the said product. I have repeatedly called both at the show room at Thakur pukur and the store room but they are not interested about delivering the product in time.Kindly take necessary steps to ensure the delivery of the product as early as possible.

                                      Dear sir/mam
                                      We have bought sharp 40 inch LED TV on Sunday (9/6/19), where Mr Ramesh assured that the product will be delivered to us by Tuesday. When we contacted them on Tuesday they have just redirected our calls without giving any proper response, Finally at night 10 we got a response that deliver has been delayed and it will be delivered by Wednesday, again on Wednesday same thing happened all over again and they responded to us by telling us that delivery will be done by Thursday morning 100% without any hiccups. NOW THURSDAY HAS BEEN PASSED THERE WAS NO PROPER RESPONSE FROM THE MANAGER AND THE TEAM NO PROPER ANSWER REGARDING REFUND AND TILL NOW TV HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED .

                                      HOPE YOU WILL TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION AGAINST THEM AND SEE THESE PROBLEMS WONT HAPPEN IN THE FUTURE.

                                      1)Please make sure that the TV will be delivered by at least Saturday morning
                                      I have attached copy of bill which stated that TV will be delivered by Monday

                                      Upon enquiring them now at night they told us now that they dont have the stock.When they have assured that they would deliver the product on time they should do it on time after 4 days they are just telling us that there is no stock.
                                      Why didnt they communicate it within these 4 days. I think they are treating customers like fools and are under the pretense that they could deliver it any time they want to deliver.
                                      Its not about them not delivering the product, but their failure to communicate the reason to us.

                                      Hope you would take the action appropriately
                                      I purchased an inverter ac from one of the relaince malls in our city on 15 June, 2018. Last year it was working properly but now it is not working because its PCV has been damaged. Please provide me the solution.

                                        Humble request for this your worst and poor service of resQ kindly better it than close resQ.

                                        Your service is 3rd to last class and not able on time.

                                        I registered for service since 2 days ago but still today 13th June 2019 no one visited for my RO service.

                                        This is inform you that, In future when we or my friends or my family members want to buy gadgets/other electronics item, I assure that he would not buy from Reliance Digital and no one to use your worst service like ResQ.
