Bought a Samsung microwave from Reliance Digital in 2016. It has been breaking down ever since. The technicians would come, have no clue about what is happening and do some repair and it would work for 1 month. Multiple complaints were raised with the toll free number, the latest one being raised on 30May2019. Since purchase the microwave has been repeated at the least 10 times. With the latest complaint, no actions have been taken so far by the Resq in spite of me following up 5-6 times. Every time I am promised "personally" by the representatives that the issue will be resolved by end of the day.

The worst part of the entire incident is that there is no escalation mechanism (as per the customer care). And when prodded further, they asked to send a mail to their id, which was again responded to by their representative with a promise that it would be taken care of at the earliest (sic).

    Hi,
    I had taken reliance care plan for my waterpurifier. I had raised a maintenance request for waterpurifier as the water taste has gone bad and automatic overflow water via request before 2 month after logging my complaint to the reliance digital an engineer visit to my house told me that there is some parts problem with this product I complaint to company parts available in this product as soon as possible. after 1 week called customer service and he told me parts are not available again I called 2 week she told me parts are available in a week technician will visit your home but technician did not come.I call again and service request was raised and no technician arrived.It is been more than a month but no one is coming for service after repeated reminders and calls. I request you all to please help me in solving our problem as soon as possible.

      THis complaint is directed against Reliance Digital for cheating in respect of services promised
      I bought a panasonic AC from Reliance Digital from company showroom at Logix city centre Noida on 25.6.2017.The asked me to purchase its Resqu plan
      at Rs 5200/- for extended warranty beyond two years after the Panasonic warranty expired in two years. Amazingly, on each complaints at toll free number[protected]as advised by Reliance ) only reliance contracted workers came. Panasonic company never provided any service nor it ever enquired. Even now on 15.6.19 Panason ic warranty is valid.But on 5.6.19 when I complained of AC not cooling, RD customer care number took complaint but did not send any one.Worst of all, I had to complain not less than 20 times but they kept on hanging with lame excuses.Finally on 126.19, when I got angry with them, They sent a person who after inspection told that gas needed to be filled again.Mind it that they have already filled gas two times since 8.4.19.I also even told them that gas needed to be filled but they insisted on inspection first. Their mechanic told me complaint at fresh for gas filling, That meant another 10 days..On several phone calls to their head /escalation centre namely to Imran etc no body came to fill gas on that day despite them promised so .Their men came back to fill gas on 14.6.19 whome we turned back.People may note that neither Reliance company number[protected] .If this is the service offered by reliance, who would like to buy from its company .THis is not first time with me that Relinace has cheated on service. If any shame is left with this company, it should return my money paid for extended warranty or I am going to forward this compalint to Min of Consumer Affairs, Governmnet of INdia.

        Dear sir, I GOPAL ADAK bought a new Samsung double door refrigerator from your retail store at Thakur pukur which was scheduled to deliver at my house on 14 th June 2019. But till now (15 the June, 2019 5.45 pm) they have not delivered the said product. I have repeatedly called both at the show room at Thakur pukur and the store room but they are not interested about delivering the product in time.Kindly take necessary steps to ensure the delivery of the product as early as possible.

          Dear sir/mam
          We have bought sharp 40 inch LED TV on Sunday (9/6/19), where Mr Ramesh assured that the product will be delivered to us by Tuesday. When we contacted them on Tuesday they have just redirected our calls without giving any proper response, Finally at night 10 we got a response that deliver has been delayed and it will be delivered by Wednesday, again on Wednesday same thing happened all over again and they responded to us by telling us that delivery will be done by Thursday morning 100% without any hiccups. NOW THURSDAY HAS BEEN PASSED THERE WAS NO PROPER RESPONSE FROM THE MANAGER AND THE TEAM NO PROPER ANSWER REGARDING REFUND AND TILL NOW TV HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED .

          HOPE YOU WILL TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION AGAINST THEM AND SEE THESE PROBLEMS WONT HAPPEN IN THE FUTURE.

          1)Please make sure that the TV will be delivered by at least Saturday morning

          Upon enquiring them now at night they told us now that they dont have the stock.When they have assured that they would deliver the product on time they should do it on time after 4 days they are just telling us that there is no stock.
          Why didnt they communicate it within these 4 days. I think they are treating customers like fools and are under the pretense that they could deliver it any time they want to deliver.
          Its not about them not delivering the product, but their failure to communicate the reason to us.

          Hope you would take the action appropriately
          I purchased an inverter ac from one of the relaince malls in our city on 15 June, 2018. Last year it was working properly but now it is not working because its PCV has been damaged. Please provide me the solution.

                I called 5-6 times for the same but they told every time that they will send service provider on your door on same day. I'm totally disappointed by this.

                  Today I Feel very bad that why i have purchased Reconnect window AC, I remebered when i was went to purchase AC at Reliance Digital Store, the sales executive said very qualities of Reconnect AC that we have provided 24*7 Support services, Guarantee services, no complaint raised against AC till date, Cooling is very good etc., then i have trust on that person and purchase the reconnect WAC.
                  But after sales services i realised that whatever sales executive told me is only for the purpose to generate sale of store and achieve sales target.
                  Today is the 7th day from the day when i raised complaint of Gas refilling in AC but still no action has been taken by the companies end.
                  Daily when i called to customer care, executive told me that your request has been forwarded to our technician, he will come today. Daily technician name is changed like day before yesterday the technician name is Jawed, yesterday the technician name is Shahrukh and today the technician name is mohammad, but no technician is coming in my home for gas refilling.
                  I never want to used this social Media FB, but my colleagues said that whenever any reputed company not resolving you problem then you will write to the company in social media and they will take action immediately due to their company goodwill and reputation.
                  But reliance Digital has no worry about their company reputation and goodwill else they have no goodwill and reputation, because i write to reliace digital at 3-4 social media pages like Twitter, Facebook, consumer complaint, complaint board etc. but still no action has been taken.

                  As I HAVE A DAUGHTER OF 7 MONTHS OLD and already told to reliance digital every time, but they doing business just only for revenue generation purpose, no matter that customer will suffer after getting products.

                  And telling one thing clear that this type of behavior will destroy your customer base one day, your company is running only because o[censored]s(Customers). The slogan is very true is that " CUSTOMER IS GOD FOR EVERY COMPANY".

                  I never ever seen this type of disgusting, careless, fake company.

                        I am lodged request on Dt.6.6.2019 regarding Gas Refilling in my WAC 1.5 T3S RHWAG1503.

                        I am staying at Top Floor of my building with my family and i have a daughter of 7 Months age.

                        I am such a loyal customer and you are treating the customer like granted. your sole purpose is only to sold the product to the customer at anyhow and after sale services you don't care. Is this kind of trust Reliance Digital is building on people. What a disgusting service. MY 7 MONTHS DAUGHTER IS SUFFERING. Despite of Daily Follow up with 3-4 times in a day with customer care even i am very busy in my schedule as I am Chartered Accountant and Lawyer and Lots of GST audits & companies statutory audit is going on even i have no time to have a lunch properly and atleast 10 to 15 minutes will take in your one customer care call, and still no action has been taken from your end. VERY DISGUSTING.

                        This kind of Casual Approach is not expected from this reputed company.
                        I AM VERY VERY DISSATISFIED.

                          My Complaint :-

                          1. Last Month (06.05.2019) I Lodged a complaint for that Technician came and said to do for water wash for Rs. 1500/- I paid the same via CASH. i complaint in AC coloumn Full Air flow is not there. They told while keep running it will get solved.

                          2. I dont Remember the date By next week again i lodged a complaint the same technician came and once again they did a Water Wash . once again the same issue. almost last itself i complaint lots of time.

                          3. 06.06.2019 One more technician Came Name Mr.Vignesh He did nicely, but again the same problem with in a 2 hours happend. again he came and did some thing. he went.

                          Still My problem not solved. They Are using Stragetic to escape from the Temperorary Problem. Complaint about the Diaking AC Make..

                                I was buying Airpods version 2 that worth Rs14999 but there was another variant of it which is wireless charging case that worth 18999 . The salesman showed me the wireless charging one. When I asked about the difference between these two. He clearly told me that "Ma'am ye 1899 wale me apka case me hi charge ho jata hain ".
                                I was amazed that I do not need to charge the case . He didn't told me that the case is compatible for wireless charging that i need to keep it on wireless charging pad. When i called the salesperson he told me that doosre ladke ne aapko bola tha maine to aapko 14999 ka hi dikhaya tha. As a customer i feel cheated, for 4000Rs i got a wrong product because i do not know that i have buy the charging pad also for that. FYI:

                                  I bought oneplus 7 pro 5 days ago at reliance digital store and today i lost it. I need to help from you guyz. I think you guyz can help me. I file FIR complaint as well. My phone was with me and I was in a crowded area when i came near my parked vehicle my phone was missing and started searching for continously for 5 hours and then directly went to police station to file complaint. I hope my issue will be resolved my reliance becoz they give priority to customers. Please help me.

                                    We have registered a complaint on 28th March 2019 for carrier AC servicing. Now its almost a month have passed and we haven't received any response from the concerns. And when i called customer care today, they said call ([protected]) has been closed and they opened a new call on 13th April19.

                                    Yesterday (26th April19) technician BHOLA ([protected]) visited, checked the AC and said it cannot be repaired here, it need to be send to the service center.
                                    Same time i called the pickup person IMRAN ([protected]), he said i can't picked today.

                                    today (27th April19) again...i called many times to the concerned team...no one picked the call

                                    IS THIS THE WAY Reliance PROVIDE SERVICES TO THE CUSTOMER ??

                                    I think now i have to wait a month more to pick the AC and a month to repair??
                                    And a month more for the installation? right ??

                                    I have raised the above complain 27th April. And the issue i am facing from 1MONTH before.

                                    Now its more than 2 MONTHS still the issue is there.
                                    And they have marked the complain as resolved.
                                    Don't know what to do now.

                                      Iam from madanapalle... . And purchased Bluestar AC an year ago... Suddenly it stopped working in middle of night. Same reported for service at Reliance Digital store, Madanapalle two days ago. But, till now there is no reponce from them... Really worst service and responce from them... Hope this will reach for better service or else consumer forum is only the option I have..

                                        मुझे किसी ने बताया था कि इंडेपेंडेंट टीवी पर बहुत बढ़िया पैक चल रहा हैं जिसमैं आपको 1999. का भुगतान करने पर आपको पाँच साल के लिये आपको फ़्री मैं एच॰डी॰ चैनल देखने को मिलेंगे उनके बताये अनुसार मैंने ओनलाइन पैसा मेरे खाते से कटवा दिए । फिर उनका मैसेज आया की आपका कनेकशन 15-20 दिनो के अंदर हो जायेगा लेकिन जब मैंने 20 दिनों के बाद जब मैंने इंडेपेंडेंट टीवी के ग्राहकसेवा कर्मी से बात की तो उन्होंने बताया की आपका कनेकशन होने मैं सात दिन और लगेंगे ऐसा कहते-कहते उनको 3 महीने बीत गए लेकिन मेरा कनेकशन हुआ नहीं । फिर इंडेपेंडेंट टीवी की तरफ़से फ़ोने आया की सर आपका कनेकशन नहीं हो पायेगा । हम आपका पैसा वापिस आपके खाते मैं डाल रहें हैं आप हमें मेल आईड़ी के ज़रिए अपना खाता नं. और कसटूमर आईड़ी सेंड के दें मैंने उनको कमसे कम 15 बार मेरे खाते की जानकारी उन्हें भेज चुका हूँ लेकिन उनकी तरफ़ से कोई भी प्रतिक्रिया नहीं हुई हैं 11/12/2018 से आज दिनांक 18/05/2019 तो उनके द्वारा कोई राशि मेरे खाते मैं नहीं आयी हाई मैन उनको मेरे खाते का statement कई बार भेज चुका हो । अतः आपसे निवेदन हैं की आप इस मामले मै हस्तक्षेप के उचित करवाहि करें
