I have purchased 2 reconnect split ac 1.5 t from your reliance digital jabalpur mp outlet on feb 2017. ([protected]-my registered mobile no)

Later purchased ac is giving problems from the beginnings of the subject matter and its complaints were promptly being raised. All its periodic services were carried out timely in due course.

Every now and than complaint of the subjected matter can be verified in your systems...

I purchased lg split ac from reliance digital madhyamgram jessore road branch on 1st may 2019 n as per dem my ac has to b installed by 3rd may 2019... But today is 5th may 2019 still my ac has not been installed.. Dey r either not responding to my call or dey r constantly giving me different time slots.. This is to bring to your knowledge that i paid ₹17630 for oppo f9 from phoenix market city chennai reliance digital as your team convinced me that the product will be available in another 30 minutes. Adding to that i was hesitant to pay the money since i didn’t even see the product but your team said that if i pay for the product they can deliver the product asap.

I have taken voltas ac with safetab stablizer but from the date of installation the stablizer is not working. Despite repeated telephonic complain, the authority of reliance digital is not taking action. Besides, the installation mechanic also charged rs. 400 for installation which is absolutely free. All disputes have already been shared with reliance but they are taking action at all.

They have provide me exchange offer for rs 3000/- for my old windows hitachi ac 1.5 ton, my old windows hitachi ac are in running condition. I believed and trust on them i have purchased a windows ac 1.5 ton. But even several call they are not properly responding for my call and they just avoiding and ignoring...

I have reconnect tv 32 inches april 05 on wards my tv not working. I have contact customer care several times but no response. Each time when i contact to them with in 48 hours it attended by our service person like they are informing but several 48 hours completed but still my problem was not solved. Waste of getting extended warranty.

Recently i have purchased lg-q18gwzd (1.5 ton 5star) ac on thursday. While purchasing, i have requested the concerned to deliver the product on monday. Same has been agreed and assured by the same. I have called the same person but there is no proper response from them. Kindly consider the issue as it has been 4days from the date or purchase and counsel the concerned so that there won't be any inconvenience to others....

I bought a 1.5 ton bluestar window ac on 23/4/19 from your store at relance retail limited pinnacle mall, sector 10 dwarka and your engineer installed it on 24/4/19.in half an hour after installation it came out from window and fell on ground. And now after repeated visits and calls, no one is coming to fix the problem. Is this the after sales service provided by reliance. Pls do the needful at your earliest.

Dear team, recently i purchased a tv from reliance digital esplaned bbsr of rs. 45000/_. The store incharge 1st convinced us to buy with emi for 6 months so that no extra cost will charge... But as per bank statement for 6 months extra 6thousand rupees will be charging which is showing in statement... Another case is the store incharge also told us that the airtel setup box will be free with this but again extra 1500rs. Taken by the airtel...
