Sir,
I jobymon sebastian bought samsung led (32fh4003) with ew 4y led 32 (Ean#:[protected] on 11/09/2017 18:16:46 from the reliance digital, ground & first floor, nabeesa shopping complex, kottayam. It has been closed down suddenly.
1. 24 august[protected] i file complaint to respective outlet ([protected]) for not working ([protected])
2. 25 august 2019 – i got a msg from samsung complaint log in service request no [protected] (Engineer name: jeffin issac, contact number.[protected]
3. 26 august 2019 – samsung engineer attended complaint and below attached report give. He is conducted to respective outlet as them reliance engineer resolve this issue
4. 29 august 2019 – i contact [protected] from there i get one more complaint id [protected] and given complaint to cshead. [protected]@ril.com and bm. [protected]@ril.com. One call and one mail after no action or no replay
5. 31 august 2019 7.00 pm i directly go to respective outlet contact to service head. He already send estimate on 27th but not given approval. He also don’t know when can do service or resolve my complaint
Every day i conduct to outlet, customer care and higher authorities. Yesterday i directly go to outlet 7.00 pm. 9.00 pm i got message my complaint cancelled due to non-availability of concerned person (Service request no: [protected])
After 9th day also not solved problem or not get any standby. Sir, it’s my prayer to you, you are my last way so please help me to resolve this issue. Thanks and looking for your positive anticipation

    I have 32inch reconnect led tv bought on 29 april 2019 from reliance digital store with 2 years warranty its been more than 2 weeks my complaint has not been resolved i registered a complaint on 14 august 2019 and then technician visited and said that there is a panel defect and after that no response came and after calling them they again send 2 times technician to check the same problem still i havent heard from them they keep on saying wait for 2-3 more days and its keeps on going like this they even closed my complaint and again reopened when i call them back so replace my tv as it is under warranty against complaint no [protected] even the service centre is not picking up call and the store (Reliance jio store) from where i bought they say it has nothing to do with us. So take action against these fraud companies like reliance digital store

      This is to request you to take a look on reliance digital distributor owner and unprofessional servicing staff,
      Haven't installed samsung a/c till now, it's been three weeks now by the time of purchasing the product and have charged 1800 rupees in advance and ask for new material to do fitting, haven't provided bill of that purchased cheap material.
      Highly unprofessional behavior, urge you to take action on this and provide 1 month extra warranty along with immediate service.

      Some days ago I got a fraud call saying 'I am from Reliance Telecomm and said we will lead a telecomm tower in your area so plz deposite 25000 rupees as security.so we agreed and given them money so after few months have passed they didn't respond.plzz help us by baning these fraud.

      I booked Refrigerator at Reliance digital on 15 Aug 2019 but on till today's date my order has not delivered. After every 2 days i called them and ask about this product but every they answered 'it's not coming from the company only".
      I purchased this on EMI and so that it can not be canceled, also my EMI will start from next month.

        Cheating at the store
        I wish i could address this mail to mr. Ambani and apprise him of the gross cheating which i faced at the reliance digital store at vaishali nagar on 19th august, 2019.

        I was looking for a tablet for my father at the store and picked up one plus 7 worth rs.32, 999 (Rupees thirty two thousand nine hundred ninety nine), while making the payment i enquired about the cash back scheme (Assured
        10% cashback scheme). I was told that if i will purchase today then, i am eligible to get the assured cash back. On a request to the customer care, they agreed to allow me cash back offer and i was going to billing counter for billing then sales representative comes and said this offer is not valid and then i said call your manager then he call his manger and manager runs on mobile area side and crashed the all schemes from store and try to become smart and takes the schemes offer's in his pocket when i shouted them said offer is over and rubbing the offer when i caught him and i am taking photo then he is ready to eat the broucher of schemes.
        Thenanother sales representative comes we were asked to wait for some time. After some time another sale represntative walked upto me and informed that sorry sir, you are not eligible for the cash back. First, i was told that to avail the cash back, i had to buy at least 2 products, then i was told that the cash back offer is not available on the oneplus products.
        I not only feel cheated but greatly humiliated. It was more to console my dad to whom i just could not explain the unethical behaviour of the store officials.
        Well, i think the communication is just very clear that the hundreds of posters displayed in the store trying to entice customers of 'unlimited happiness assured'. It should have read unlimited unhappiness assured.

        Please convey to mr. Ambani that you are not capable enough to keep the promises you yourself make to customers. Highly disgusting and unprofessional business ethics. Sorry to say that you lost yet another customer for life time (It might not matter to you, given your size).

        Thanks for adding sparkles on my dad's birthday, hope the money you saved by cheating helps you employ more honest and forthcoming store officials.

          I purchased a semi automatic washing machine of reconnect from juhu branch on 26th august 2019, made the payment, and the sales person told me that it will be delivered the next day for sure, i. E on the 27th of august b/w 10 am to 10 pm and i received the massage stating the same
          I waited till 8 in the evening and thn called the outlet and the girl told me that our standard delivery is 48 hours and there is some problem and the sales person should have told me and etc etc and my machine won’t be delivered today
          I waited the whole day in my house, put my other plans on hold, so that the delivery person doesn’t have to wait or return
          Seriously this is not a nice experience.. I wanted to buy other things also.. But now i am highly doubtful about my decision of purchasing the product from reliance digital
          Took extended service also, god knows what will happen if something happens to the machine
          Will u guys even repair it
          My 1st experience and most probably the last one

            Hello,

            I purchased one plus 7 on 15th august 2019 from allahabad store and from the very same day i am facing the fast draining issue in the battery although i have not yet inserted the sim, just using the what app and u tube.

            Did all the procedure to save battery then also there is no improvement in that.

            Very bad experience with reliance digital, given the used phone.

              I have purchased skull candy bluetooth device from your pondicherry store. The wire was torn before the warranty period. The team has assured me to replace my old bluetooth to new one.                 I purchased a hitachi refrigerator from reliance digital on 24th jan-19. Within 1 month, 1 of the tray in the refrigerator got cracked automatically but we couldn't justify our self that automatically there could be any crack. But after 2-3 days, again another tray got ditto similar crack. Within a day or two, some unusual noises started coming from the back side (May be from compressor).

                I immediately reported to reliance about the same because they are the partner of hitachi for service and maintenance related thing. A person came from their side and told that this is not covered under warranty. I debated that this is a manufacturing defect because within a month, both the tray cannot get cracked in a similar way. The truth is even if someone wants to break the tray willfully, still he/she wouldn't be able to do it in a very same way to both the trays.

                The noise that is coming from the back side is very unusual (It comes very slowly that it cannot be recorded in the mobile) and also not very frequent. But if a child will hear or anyone who has phobia of noise, will get scared. The noise is like if someone's neck is getting squeezed.

                Then, i escalated till the head of reliance service department and also to hitachi service centre.

                2 times - different different person visited but not to of any result. They simply avoided.

                This product costed me inr 46000 but i am cheated willfully by both reliance digital and hitachi

                Myself malkeet we bought a tv sony 43 at 21 august and they deliver at 22 aug and also they said tv will be install at 23 aug but no any technician come yet we are waiting on the other hand they are giving lame excuses on the top. I will never recommend reliance digital to my family or my friends.

                  My whirlpool washing machin is in extended warrnty from reliance digital. On 6th aug 2019. It stop working i complained for the same, after two days one empolyee from reliance digital visited then till date 21/8/19 he not one returned.

                  Since last one week mr. Ganesh from reliance digital is promising that today definitely my problem will be solved. But till date 21/08/2019 evening is it un solved.

                  It is just question of moral when you can't fullfill you should not promise. Very worst experience from reliance digital.

                          I have extended warranty of phone nokia-8 that i have purchaesd from your center. What you people is covered in your resq plan. Every time your service provider say this is not covered in our plan. What do you mean my repair and maintenance which you are leveling in front of you plans. You people befooling us. Nokia care covered all these things in their warranty period. But unfortunatly i have resq warranty plan.

                            Reliance digital is a big cheat. The sales executive from prabhadevi store lies about offers, asks you to buy products and once you buy products says the company has cancelled the offer.

                            I was told that there is a small fridge free with reconnect ac, installation is free and after paying money said that there are no offers and no free installation.

                            Yes this is true. Reliance digital is a big cheat. The sales executive from store lies about offers, asks you to buy products and once you buy products says the company has cancelled the offer.
                            I also feel the same. Their ResQ plans are total waste of money. They always denied to fulfill any services. They are only fooling us.

                                I have booked one plus 7 pro 8gb in blue colour with reliance digital at ambience mall vasant kunj new delhi on 14 aug 19. Your office ie. Reliance digital has stayed that they will provide blue colour of the said product on 16 or 17 aug 19 but now they have failed to delivered the said item in blue colour. My son has only choice of blue colour and being a defence person i have limited leave. Pl look into the matter and provide said item in blue colour. Item is held up with your reliance digital at ambience mall vasant kunj new.

                                  I am from chennai, i mostly prefer and buy reliance digital when it comes to electronics. But, the worst part with them is resq service. I bought whirlpool 360 bloom wash washing machine in feb, 2018 and there were some frequent problems with it especially on water inlet (In taking).
                                  During the warranty a service person came and pressured me to buy this eco filter. So that i’ll never face this issue ever and he sold it to me for 1850/-
                                  The bill issued by him was dated 23/1/2017. I didn’t notice first and called him again to change the bill and he was politely said that he will come and give. But, he didn’t turn up.
                                  When today i faced the same problem and i called him over the phone as i stored his number (He personally asked me to save his number and give him a call whenever there is an issue).
                                  So, reached him out and asked to come and look at it as he refused to turn up and when i asked about the bill he gave with a wrong date. Now, he is saying that it’s my mistake and i should have asked the same time. I seriously doubt whether they sell the original one’s.
                                  Also, i made a direct complaint to whirlpool and the technician arrived and said the valve is gone and you need to change. It costs 2600/-. At the same time there is other guy called me from resq and said that he will come and replace it instead of the other guy and also apologized for the other guy behavior.
                                  So, i asked the whirlpool technician to leave and will call him if it’s not happening from resq. The resq person didn’t answered my phone yet and i again raised the complaint in reliance digital customer care. Also, i found the valve price is around 750/-
                                  Now, i am seriously worried about the resq service.in fact, i didn’t tell you that the previous guy who i am blaming here used abusive words over the phone.
                                  Where is the customer experience? Is this behavior good for business?

                                    Purchased reconnect 43' fhd led tv model no. Releg4301 (Serial no. Aap16h0010829) on 25.12.2016 from reliance retail limited store goa ves belgaum.

                                    Now this tv is under breakdown, complaint raised (Complaint no: [protected]) on 27.06.2019 and it is under extended warranty period. Rs.4700 paid as insurance during purchase of tv.

                                    Till date, tv is not yet repaired.

                                      Dear reliance team'

                                      Below mention invoice details, from day 1 we facing the service issue and we got the delay delivery also they take 1 month delay at delivery, and we facing product issue and past 2 months they committed they will be replace the product to us from store side and now 2 days back they called from reliance store manager told that it cant be replace it will be service only, day 1 facing the product issue and multi time technician and reliance service person visit to my place to do service, around 8 to 10 time they visit for service at my home and after that they committed me they replace the product and give me new product after paying the product price y the hell service not happened.. Pathetic and worst service support from reliance digital if it will not solve the issue ill be post in face book and socail media.. There is no proper response from store and store manager only when we pay amount they spk polite and sweetly after that no follow up from reliance digital team.. Seriously this is reliance service?
