Hi,
Im one of the regular customer who buys many mobiles and other thing. On date 10/09/2019, i bought at ur store at phoenix reliance store, i can even paid full amount at once. I asked one of the staff if payment can be converted into emi, he said yes. And i asked him again “ will there b any gst or interest” he said not at all. But i told him that there will be gst from the bank but he said there willbe no gst from the bank if it is the ill bare it, he promised it to me. Now aftr converting to emi i received mail and gst will b charge. I do not mind paying gst but why did he betray customer, and promise like that?

    The above tv was purchased and presented to me by my visiting son in the month of january, 2019.
    By september, 2019 it cashed down as for software failure — we had to register complain and wait for almost 2 days got the software reloaded and to make it serviceable.
    Came to know from different purchaser, this problem is the faulty design of software and almost all of them are suffering from this problem.
    Request the manufacturer to take suitable permanent remedial action, or, failure to do that to replace the model tv by suitable other model tv without any price.

      Hi i have bought a hewells ro+uv alkaline amount of rs 15570 but after the purchase i have just checked the price on amazon is 13888 it is huge difference then i asked to store people then said we do any thing and we cant refund your money finally after a long argument then issued me a credit note with mean i have to take any f item from reliance digital this is very bad and unimpressive behaviour

        Hi all,
        On[protected] i complained regarding the issue with my refrigerator vide service no.[protected] but till now i have got no response. The issue with this is many

        1) you are delaying the repair and its well known that in today's household work it is impossible to survive without a refrigerator.

        2) the issue which we are facing has been faced 3 times in last one year and is persistent even after the required part and circuit has been replaced by the company which is samsung in this case

        3) in the first instance only the technician had told us that the model was a faulty one and the company has too many complains about the same issue.

        4) if that is the case which seems to be true, i would insist on replacing the fridge.

        I am unable to continuously follow up on this matter because every one has work to do and cannot just be engaged in repair of household. At the same time if a fridge is purchased of worth say rs 75000 we cannot see our money going into gutter because of the quality issue of samsung and warranty service issue of reliance digital if immediate action is not taken i would be bound to escalate the matter on social media and file a petition to the court of law for mental harassment.

          We have purchased water heater from reliance online store 20 days back.
          Still we are struggling with them to get it installed. We have made more than 100 calls for that followup.
          It is very very frustrating to call them this much times. All are irresponsible person.
          Finally they are telling like it got installed already.
          They got the money already via online and now cheating on us. Please don't cheat on people's hard earned money

            We have purchased water heater and installation online from reliance digital.
            It's been almost 20 days and we have made almost 100 calls for installing heater. Nobody gave us proper response. Today they are telling in the system it is showing as heater is installed already.

            But heater is in the same place without even opening the box when they delivered. They are getting money through online and cheating us. Kindly someone help us where should register complaint on this

                Sir i have purchased one wireless keyboard and mouse from reliance digital store of rs 1749 on[protected] from hazratganj salesmen provide information that it is having one year guarantee and if there is any problem you can exchange it i am working in govt bank i used this keyboard and mouse on[protected] at my branch it was not worked today i went to store they denied to exchange it and not provide any information regarding this store manager does not have any knowledge to how to talk to customer they said jokingly jar lena had karen lena. Very rude attitude behaviour of staff kindly do the needfull and exchanged my keyboard otherwise i will go to court and consumer forum also with mentally tourchered. One think also note that they did not checked this keyboard when i purchased this you can check cctv footage of that date. My mob-[protected]

                  I buy 324l refrigerator from reliance digital store in baroda o p road. There is abnormal sound in it. I complain at your tall free no. Complain no - - (1) [protected], (2) [protected], (3) [protected]. I complain three times. Your person came onces only i am not satisfied with his answer. He said that it happened in samsung invertor but in it happened in my refrigerator only. I obsreve others samsung refrigerator there is no sound in it.

                    Purchased SONY Bravia LCD TV 43 inches 15 days back and not working since the start. No resolution on complaint from Sony as well as Reliance digital
                    What is use of this product if we are not able to use it since purchased for almost15 days back.

                    Now we can't think of replacement as well as the SONY support was so bad and I am sure in future same problems will have to face if any problem occurs for replaced product.

                    So don't want to keep this product anymore and would like to return back.

                      Normal scratches on screen and they counting in physical damage and saying that can't be repairable in warranty and product inn warranty for 2 years date of purchase is on[protected] and problems in tube than why and how that normal scratches on screen is impact on that power supply problems than how that impact to screen we don't want screen replacement we want tube resolve or power supply that in warranty and not physically damage if you count normal scratches in physical damage than if actual damage is taken place than what you say to that damage i don't know and you can see in photos and video attached that showing normal scratches that no any physical damage taken place than how they can said that now i understand that why people is buying that lg, sony and samsung lcds because they they provides post sale service they not making any fraud in warranty i make many times request to helpline that engineer come take photos and said that you have to pay-15000/ if product is in warranty than how can i pay that amount now if you don't help me sir i make complain in consumer helpline i don't have any other ways that engineer is very much rough that is said that address is not found that why he is angry and i talk that in warranty that why he represent in that way so that from company will not bear the same but you can see in the video no any physical damage is taken place please help me i request you to resolve this

                        Today i bought a new mobile mi a3 from your reliance store muzaffarnagar at 5:00 pm, but i did not like the phone so i asked him to change it at the same time. But he refused.
                        I had to change from mi a3 to mi note 7pro
                        But at the same time he refused to make the selection nor told me whether we will change or not.
                        Please tell me who will change tomorrow or else i will take legal action

                          We have bought a whirlpool 340 litre Refrigerator from Reliance Digital O P Road Vadodara on 11/8/2019.But since installation every time we open door of the Refrigerator a noise occurs.

                          We complained on toll free number and Reliance Digiatal executive visited our home on 29/8/2019 in morning he did some work then he said problem is solved and he left but after he left again problem started.

                          So same day we again complained and another executive came he came in evening he also did some work but problem was not solved and he left.

                          Kindly replace our new refrigerator or refund me

                          After so many complaint they not solved my problem
                          After 4 time service they told whirlpool has many problems in fridge and washing machine
                          When we purchased why u don't ask us

                          Plz replace my product that's it

                          4 time your installation manager visit but not doing anything

                            Sir/ madam,

                            I have purchased a samsung refrigerator ff 318l (Model no:rt34m3983m7)
                            From reliance digital, keelkatalai, chennai on 11.11.2017.
                            With the same purchase, i had bought the extended warranty reliance resq care plan.
                            Pos receipt no:[protected]

                            I have been facing a peculiar problem for the last 6 months, where the lower part of the refrigerator doesn't cool and forms ice inside the freezer vents, thereby all the food inside the refrigerator getting spoiled.

                            Complaints with reliance resq care;
                            Service request no:[protected] on "24th july 2019"
                            Another service request no: 22035786 on "6th august 2019"
                            Another service request no:[protected] on "9th august 2019".

                            The reliance resq service personnel has told that the spare needs to come from samsung and they have ordered it but even after a month, no proper communication from reliance resq service or the service personnel.

                            After this, i had placed a service request with samsung and carried out some repair and spent out of my own wallet. But the issue is still unresolved.

                            After being completely let down by reliance and samsung, i
                            Lodged a complaint in national consumer helpline,

                              This is ranijth purchased reconnect tv from reliance digital. The tv speakers are not working and smart tv functionality also not working (Like videos are not playing from youtube, not able to see the installed apps. Etc). I have complaint regarding this almost 3 months back. But till now the issue is not resolved. Other than resolving the issue they are closing the complaint. When i call to customer care they are creating the complaint again and saying going to be resolved in 24-48hrs and closing the complaint after few days without resolving it. Like this they are closed 5 times.
                              I have mailed to cshead, same is repeated they are created a complaint closed it without resolving. Then i mailed to ceo of reliance digital, till now no response from him. See the attached mail screen shots for reference.

                              Please take necessary action on the responsible persons and resolve my issue as soon as possible. I already waited more than 3 months, please ask them to take their tv back and refund my amount.

                                I had purchased iphone xs from relaince digital, cbd belapur under resq warranty (Mrp/ 9700) on 3rd nov 2018, attached bill copy for your reference. I still remember while purchasing resq warranty against iphone xs your executive explain me benefit of this policy is as below,
                                1. Mobile loss then you will get replacement
                                2. Any physical damage happen you will get replacement
                                3. Any technical issue you will get replacement
                                4. For all issues you will get support from reliance digital, i don’t need to run or visit apple service center.
                                For all above communication i have proof as 3 of my friends and 2 your supporting staff.
                                Now i am facing issue with mobile i called your supporting team, i ask them does i need to visit apple service center they said you have to visit reliance digital service center.
                                As per instruction i visited reliance digital store at cbd belapur, now they are telling me this things will not covered in insurance which i have purchased you have to visit apple service center.
                                Honestly saying this was worst experience with reliance digital, you can check with name how much shopping i had in last two years in relaince digital and how many of my friends have purchased from your store with my reference you can ask your all sales executives.
                                Now the it is clear that reliance digital making fool to customer or they were making fake promises to customer to sell their products.
                                Now i have to think before purchasing anything from your store and i know you will loss nothing after disappointing one customer but i promise you can lose your more than 500 customers from my village, friends and relatives, i will never advise anyone to purchase anything from reliance.

                                  I jobymon sebastian bought samsung led (32fh4003) with ew 4y led 32 (Ean#:[protected] on 11/09/2017 18:16:46 from the reliance digital, ground & first floor, nabeesa shopping complex, kottayam. It has been closed down suddenly.
                                  1. 24 august[protected] i file complaint to respective outlet ([protected]) for not working ([protected])
                                  2. 25 august 2019 – i got a msg from samsung complaint log in service request no [protected] (Engineer name: jeffin issac, contact number.[protected]
                                  3. 26 august 2019 – samsung engineer attended complaint and below attached report give. He is conducted to respective outlet as them reliance engineer resolve this issue
                                  4. 29 august 2019 – i contact [protected] from there i get one more complaint id [protected] and given complaint to cshead. [protected]@ril.com and bm. [protected]@ril.com. One call and one mail after no action or no replay
                                  5. 31 august 2019 7.00 pm i directly go to respective outlet contact to service head. He already send estimate on 27th but not given approval. He also don’t know when can do service or resolve my complaint
                                  Every day i conduct to outlet, customer care and higher authorities. Yesterday i directly go to outlet 7.00 pm. 9.00 pm i got message my complaint cancelled due to non-availability of concerned person (Service request no: [protected])
                                  After 9th day also not solved problem or not get any standby. Sir, it’s my prayer to you, you are my last way so please help me to resolve this issue. Thanks and looking for your positive anticipation
                                  Because my father and mother above 73 year old person they have only one entertainment this t. V

                                    I have 32inch reconnect led tv bought on 29 april 2019 from reliance digital store with 2 years warranty its been more than 2 weeks my complaint has not been resolved i registered a complaint on 14 august 2019 and then technician visited and said that there is a panel defect and after that no response came and after calling them they again send 2 times technician to check the same problem still i havent heard from them they keep on saying wait for 2-3 more days and its keeps on going like this they even closed my complaint and again reopened when i call them back so replace my tv as it is under warranty against complaint no [protected] even the service centre is not picking up call and the store (Reliance jio store) from where i bought they say it has nothing to do with us. So take action against these fraud companies like reliance digital store

                                      This is to request you to take a look on reliance digital distributor owner and unprofessional servicing staff,
                                      Haven't installed samsung a/c till now, it's been three weeks now by the time of purchasing the product and have charged 1800 rupees in advance and ask for new material to do fitting, haven't provided bill of that purchased cheap material.
                                      Highly unprofessional behavior, urge you to take action on this and provide 1 month extra warranty along with immediate service.

                                      Some days ago I got a fraud call saying 'I am from Reliance Telecomm and said we will lead a telecomm tower in your area so plz deposite 25000 rupees as security.so we agreed and given them money so after few months have passed they didn't respond.plzz help us by baning these fraud.

                                      I booked Refrigerator at Reliance digital on 15 Aug 2019 but on till today's date my order has not delivered. After every 2 days i called them and ask about this product but every they answered 'it's not coming from the company only".
                                      I purchased this on EMI and so that it can not be canceled, also my EMI will start from next month.

                                        Cheating at the store
                                        I wish i could address this mail to mr. Ambani and apprise him of the gross cheating which i faced at the reliance digital store at vaishali nagar on 19th august, 2019.

                                        I was looking for a tablet for my father at the store and picked up one plus 7 worth rs.32, 999 (Rupees thirty two thousand nine hundred ninety nine), while making the payment i enquired about the cash back scheme (Assured
                                        10% cashback scheme). I was told that if i will purchase today then, i am eligible to get the assured cash back. On a request to the customer care, they agreed to allow me cash back offer and i was going to billing counter for billing then sales representative comes and said this offer is not valid and then i said call your manager then he call his manger and manager runs on mobile area side and crashed the all schemes from store and try to become smart and takes the schemes offer's in his pocket when i shouted them said offer is over and rubbing the offer when i caught him and i am taking photo then he is ready to eat the broucher of schemes.
                                        Thenanother sales representative comes we were asked to wait for some time. After some time another sale represntative walked upto me and informed that sorry sir, you are not eligible for the cash back. First, i was told that to avail the cash back, i had to buy at least 2 products, then i was told that the cash back offer is not available on the oneplus products.
                                        I not only feel cheated but greatly humiliated. It was more to console my dad to whom i just could not explain the unethical behaviour of the store officials.
                                        Well, i think the communication is just very clear that the hundreds of posters displayed in the store trying to entice customers of 'unlimited happiness assured'. It should have read unlimited unhappiness assured.

                                        Please convey to mr. Ambani that you are not capable enough to keep the promises you yourself make to customers. Highly disgusting and unprofessional business ethics. Sorry to say that you lost yet another customer for life time (It might not matter to you, given your size).

                                        Thanks for adding sparkles on my dad's birthday, hope the money you saved by cheating helps you employ more honest and forthcoming store officials.
