Following was the description shared :
Customers husband is the user of the handset, he was walking he has fractured in his one leg, so while walking he lost balance and handset from his pocket fell down, handset was kept in his right side pant pocket before incident, handset was on floor after incident, handset display screen is damaged, handset is working, no liquid contact.
However as per policy terms and condition your claim is not admissible due to claim has to be intimated with us within 48 hours from the time of incident.

Dear sir,
We purchased samsung a 50 in march 2019 and reliance sales personnel offered a insurance scheme which covers physical damage up to one year from the date of purchase. Yet we were not agree to purchase the insurance but they assured us that if anything happens you just informed us and we will take care. They never informed us about the policy that damages/claim have to be reported 48 hrs.
While damage occurred in 18 june'19, intimation given to reliance digital store but they provide a toll free number for claim and even that day they never informed about "48" hrs.
As a regular customer of your store we should not suffer this loss because total fault is of reliance personnel who didn't explained the policy condition that if damage occurred to be informed within 48 hrs otherwise claim shall be rejected.
So loss/damage repair is moral responsiblty of reliance digital.
Please look into matter otherwise i will take this matter to consumer court/forum and take help of social midia.
It's not matter of few thousand rupees but if reliance personnel trying to bluff a reputed authority then what else we can aspect for the general public.
Sir please take a serious note and initiate a proper action to solve my problem.
Insurance company is not defaulter because they have given clear policy to reliance digital but this is the great lapse on part of reliance personnel who didn't explained terms and condition clealy to the costumer, otherwise i would have informed within 48 hrs.

Above mentioned conversation taken place between support relresq n head of consumer support but from all end they try to convince us that they have done their duties honestly whereas truth is entirely different because when we purchased samsung a 50 mobile set they told about the insurance for the set which is going to cover physical damage for one year from the date of purchase but they never informed us that if damage occurred it has to be registered within 48 hrs.
When damage occurred we contacted reliance resq and they gave a toll free number and even then didn't informed about 48 hrs policy.
So without knowing 48 hrs policy when registered claim it was rejected on account of the delay intimation.
Please resolve this matter and replacement order to be issued to reliance digital store as i have been victimised by the incomplete information shared by reliance sales personnel.
