I have purchased skull candy bluetooth device from your pondicherry store. The wire was torn before the warranty period. The team has assured me to replace my old bluetooth to new one. But i have lost the bill. Please do the needful to get me the duplicate bill as soon as possible since the warranty period will end this month.

Dear sir, i have bought an safe stab stabilizer from reliance digital few months back with my lg air conditioner, but yesterday its broken due to some voltage issue but now no one is cooperating from reliance digital silchar services regarding this issue, can you please cooperate with us and try to resolve this issue to change or repair my stabilizer as soon as possible.

    I purchased a hitachi refrigerator from reliance digital on 24th jan-19. Within 1 month, 1 of the tray in the refrigerator got cracked automatically but we couldn't justify our self that automatically there could be any crack. But after 2-3 days, again another tray got ditto similar crack. Within a day or two, some unusual noises started coming from the back side (May be from compressor).

    I immediately reported to reliance about the same because they are the partner of hitachi for service and maintenance related thing. A person came from their side and told that this is not covered under warranty. I debated that this is a manufacturing defect because within a month, both the tray cannot get cracked in a similar way. The truth is even if someone wants to break the tray willfully, still he/she wouldn't be able to do it in a very same way to both the trays.

    The noise that is coming from the back side is very unusual (It comes very slowly that it cannot be recorded in the mobile) and also not very frequent. But if a child will hear or anyone who has phobia of noise, will get scared. The noise is like if someone's neck is getting squeezed.

    Then, i escalated till the head of reliance service department and also to hitachi service centre.

    2 times - different different person visited but not to of any result. They simply avoided.

    This product costed me inr 46000 but i am cheated willfully by both reliance digital and hitachi

    Myself malkeet we bought a tv sony 43 at 21 august and they deliver at 22 aug and also they said tv will be install at 23 aug but no any technician come yet we are waiting on the other hand they are giving lame excuses on the top. I will never recommend reliance digital to my family or my friends.

      My whirlpool washing machin is in extended warrnty from reliance digital. On 6th aug 2019. It stop working i complained for the same, after two days one empolyee from reliance digital visited then till date 21/8/19 he not one returned.

      Since last one week mr. Ganesh from reliance digital is promising that today definitely my problem will be solved. But till date 21/08/2019 evening is it un solved.

      It is just question of moral when you can't fullfill you should not promise. Very worst experience from reliance digital.

        Since 3 days left but no one visit or replace product.
        And i don't want to visit any engg already visited your engg and capture video and sent to your lucknow office as per local store but approval pending for replacement.

        That product delivered with defective piece and why are suffered after made payment unable to use this product what is the sence. We visited for lg product but your executive insist for this product and i conveyance and buy this product but delivered defective piece.

        I feel you cheating with customers.

        Kindly replace product or refund my amount.

          I Had purchased a Samsung 40 fhd LED TV on 17.8.2019 from Db mall reliance retail limited Bhopal . The Tv has been delivered but the fitting or setting up the TV on a wall...no one has been come.And also i have been call to the reliance digital from where I purchased the tv they said that we talk to them they will come but no one come till now so please send some one..

              I have extended warranty of phone nokia-8 that i have purchaesd from your center. What you people is covered in your resq plan. Every time your service provider say this is not covered in our plan. What do you mean my repair and maintenance which you are leveling in front of you plans. You people befooling us. Nokia care covered all these things in their warranty period. But unfortunatly i have resq warranty plan.

                Reliance digital is a big cheat. The sales executive from prabhadevi store lies about offers, asks you to buy products and once you buy products says the company has cancelled the offer.

                I was told that there is a small fridge free with reconnect ac, installation is free and after paying money said that there are no offers and no free installation.

                Yes this is true. Reliance digital is a big cheat. The sales executive from store lies about offers, asks you to buy products and once you buy products says the company has cancelled the offer.
                I also feel the same. Their ResQ plans are total waste of money. They always denied to fulfill any services. They are only fooling us.

Reliance digital has stayed that they will provide blue colour of the said product on 16 or 17 aug 19 but now they have failed to delivered the said item in blue colour. My son has only choice of blue colour and being a defence person i have limited leave. Pl look into the matter and provide said item in blue colour. Item is held up with your reliance digital at ambience mall vasant kunj new.

                      I am from chennai, i mostly prefer and buy reliance digital when it comes to electronics. But, the worst part with them is resq service. I bought whirlpool 360 bloom wash washing machine in feb, 2018 and there were some frequent problems with it especially on water inlet (In taking).
                      During the warranty a service person came and pressured me to buy this eco filter. So that i’ll never face this issue ever and he sold it to me for 1850/-
                      The bill issued by him was dated 23/1/2017. I didn’t notice first and called him again to change the bill and he was politely said that he will come and give. But, he didn’t turn up.
                      When today i faced the same problem and i called him over the phone as i stored his number (He personally asked me to save his number and give him a call whenever there is an issue).
                      So, reached him out and asked to come and look at it as he refused to turn up and when i asked about the bill he gave with a wrong date. Now, he is saying that it’s my mistake and i should have asked the same time. I seriously doubt whether they sell the original one’s.
                      Also, i made a direct complaint to whirlpool and the technician arrived and said the valve is gone and you need to change. It costs 2600/-. At the same time there is other guy called me from resq and said that he will come and replace it instead of the other guy and also apologized for the other guy behavior.
                      So, i asked the whirlpool technician to leave and will call him if it’s not happening from resq. The resq person didn’t answered my phone yet and i again raised the complaint in reliance digital customer care. Also, i found the valve price is around 750/-
                      Now, i am seriously worried about the resq service.in fact, i didn’t tell you that the previous guy who i am blaming here used abusive words over the phone.
                      Where is the customer experience? Is this behavior good for business?

                          Below mention invoice details, from day 1 we facing the service issue and we got the delay delivery also they take 1 month delay at delivery, and we facing product issue and past 2 months they committed they will be replace the product to us from store side and now 2 days back they called from reliance store manager told that it cant be replace it will be service only, day 1 facing the product issue and multi time technician and reliance service person visit to my place to do service, around 8 to 10 time they visit for service at my home and after that they committed me they replace the product and give me new product after paying the product price y the hell service not happened.. Pathetic and worst service support from reliance digital if it will not solve the issue ill be post in face book and socail media.. There is no proper response from store and store manager only when we pay amount they spk polite and sweetly after that no follow up from reliance digital team.. Seriously this is reliance service?                             I purchased pixel 2 phone 1.5 years back from reliance digital mogappair west branch channai. With the phone i purchased the resq plan, because sales person told me it will cover all kind of damages including physical damages. I paid over 50k for the phone including the resq plan. Now am facing some issue with the phone i gave it to google service center, service center people are telling me phone warranty does not cover this damage i have to pay. I told the reliance digital the same thing. But they are telling if phone warranty does not cover the damage i have to pay for it and it does not covered by the resq plan. Also that resq plan starts covering the pixel 2 after the brand warranty finished.
                            This is just waste of my money. They dont inform any of these while purchasing the device.
                            I mailed the cs head also from them also some unclear response is coming.
                            Please ban selling of this resq plan.

                                My mob handset problem is very low sound comes from hearing speakar. I went to shop. They gave me customer care no. I have registered claim. My id was request id :135589. They rejected my claim for some result. But i am not agree with this.. I need call records. They mail me that

                                Hence we cannot process the claim further.]

                                I need call records to here. And i have warranty till july -2020. Otherwise refund my money. I was out of town thats why i have not registered complaint early.. And i never told that my phn was damage..

                                  However as per policy terms and condition your claim is not admissible due to claim has to be intimated with us within 48 hours from the time of incident.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  We purchased samsung a 50 in march 2019 and reliance sales personnel offered a insurance scheme which covers physical damage up to one year from the date of purchase. Yet we were not agree to purchase the insurance but they assured us that if anything happens you just informed us and we will take care. They never informed us about the policy that damages/claim have to be reported 48 hrs.

                                  While damage occurred in 18 june'19, intimation given to reliance digital store but they provide a toll free number for claim and even that day they never informed about "48" hrs.

                                  As a regular customer of your store we should not suffer this loss because total fault is of reliance personnel who didn't explained the policy condition that if damage occurred to be informed within 48 hrs otherwise claim shall be rejected.

                                  So loss/damage repair is moral responsiblty of reliance digital.

                                  Please look into matter otherwise i will take this matter to consumer court/forum and take help of social midia.

                                  It's not matter of few thousand rupees but if reliance personnel trying to bluff a reputed authority then what else we can aspect for the general public.

                                  Sir please take a serious note and initiate a proper action to solve my problem.

                                  Insurance company is not defaulter because they have given clear policy to reliance digital but this is the great lapse on part of reliance personnel who didn't explained terms and condition clealy to the costumer, otherwise i would have informed within 48 hrs.

                                  Above mentioned conversation taken place between support relresq n head of consumer support but from all end they try to convince us that they have done their duties honestly whereas truth is entirely different because when we purchased samsung a 50 mobile set they told about the insurance for the set which is going to cover physical damage for one year from the date of purchase but they never informed us that if damage occurred it has to be registered within 48 hrs.
                                  When damage occurred we contacted reliance resq and they gave a toll free number and even then didn't informed about 48 hrs policy.
                                  So without knowing 48 hrs policy when registered claim it was rejected on account of the delay intimation.
                                  Please resolve this matter and replacement order to be issued to reliance digital store as i have been victimised by the incomplete information shared by reliance sales personnel.

                                  The claim date 28/03/2019 has been rejected due to delay in Claim Intimation.                                   I trust that with your efforts my Samsung A 50 which was purchased on 16 March 2019 covered under insurance policy shall be resolved, it is just Due to lack of informations about policy of insurance by Reliance Digital Store Sales personnel Regarding 48 hrs Claim time, our claim could not be registered within stipulated time.so damage to be taken care of by Reliance Digital Store. looking forward your positive response not in word but in action as reliance resQ say that "customer satisfaction is our motto."

                                    I bought a reconnect washing machine in month of august 2019 at perumbakkam reliance digital branch, it's just received day and the dryer is not functioning and door not sit properly. Still am not used product,
                                    Service technician came for a check and he was trying to remove and repair the product, but i said don't remove and repair please replace, that's new product.
                                    Already too late product recieved from 5days gone, we having 40days kid so dress washing is very important so respond quickly,
                                    Kindly replace or else refund the cash.

                                    Worst service of reliance digital... i ordered anker powercore+.. and it delivered powercore not its + model.. so i camplained and the customer service denied.. just worst service of reliance digital.. and now i will never purchase from this site..

                                      (A) 15 jul 19 - complaint lodged service request 21992328.
                                      (B) 15 jul 19 - sms indicating that service request 21992328 has been completed without any action.
                                      (C) 15 jul 19 - fresh service request lodged [protected].
                                      (D) 16 jul 19 - message from reliance resq stating complaint assigned to technician who will attend to it on 15 jul 19 (One day prior to receipt of message).
                                      (E) 16 jul 19 - ac mech name unknown mobile no [protected] contacted us pics of ac remote and ac bar code which was sent to him immediately.
                                      (F) 19 jul 19 - enquired from ac technician on whatsapp. Technician stated that complaint is in pending and will take four (04) days more. No action till 29 jul 19.
                                      (G) 29 jul 19 - on enquiry with customer care sms stating regrets of delay, concern logged with us.
                                      (H) 30 jul 19 - sms indicating that service request [protected] has been completed without any action.
                                      (I) 30 jul 19 - on enquiry with custome care, mr arbaz expressed regrets and allotted fresh service request no [protected] & [protected].
                                      (J) 30 jul 19 - sms expressing regrets in delay of repairs.
                                      (K) 30 jul 19 - mail sent to all concerned by me expressing anguish on delay in repairs.
                                      (L) 30 jul 19 - reply from mr vikramjeet anand, ceo escalation team, reliance digital retail ltd.
                                      (M) 30 jul 19 - phone call from mr vikramjeet assuring things would be rectified by 02 aug 19.
                                      (N) 02 aug 19 - sms stating that service request [protected] has been assigned to technician who will attend on 30 jul 19 (Backdate). Sms stating that service request [protected] has been assigned to technician who will attend on 30 jul 19 (Backdate).
                                      (O) 05 aug 19 - no (No) action by anyone. No intimation of action.
                                      (P) 06 aug 19 - spoke to mr lalit kiran of customer escalation team, he promised a call back within 1 hr. Received an sms stating concern is being addressed on priority with a fresh no [protected].
                                      (Q) 06 aug 19- phone call from mr vikramjeet assuring things would be rectified by 08 aug 19.
                                      (R) 10 aug 19 – no (No) action by anyone. No intimation of action.
                                      (S) 10 aug 19 - spoke to customer sevice centre, again only apologies. Call transferred to mr lalit kiran, again, concerned person will call up after 1 hr. Pathetic response by mr lalit kiran.
                                      Reliance Digital customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Not rectified even after 45 days
                                      "Reliance Digital customer support has been notified about the posted complaint" is a standard response by the Firm with NO actions to rectify the complaint. .
