I have received the wrong energy efficient model of water geyser. Yesterday during purchasing 5 star rated model shown and i have personally confirm same repeatedly about that. Today i have received this product with 4 star energy rated.
I want to replace this with as agreed 5 star energy rated product. Yesterday shown model piece and today's received piece both are different....

I have purchased a o smith water geyser yesterday from reliance digital amanora mall, hadapsar, pune. I have taken follow up from today morning and every time same answer is received as "will come shortly". Till time i have not received delivery of the same. By root my home is first and after this amonora society delivery. But they have goes in amanora society first....

I purchased split ac (30k) and refrigerator (92k) from reliance digital moradabad and i am really very annoyed with the false commitments reliance digital is making and indiscipline way of working in reliance services.

There is no escalation matrix provided by reliance on net hence we don't get support from senior members and the person lifting phone at rd and reliance service thinks himself as boss of reliance.

I had logged a complain on 2nd of June for repairing my washing machine, which is under warrantee. The staff visited and when found that it will be a replacement of motor and costing, he never turned up and closed the request by themselves. On further rating zero for feedback, the request was again opened again on 12th June, for which no body turned up till 21st June and a technician was assigned for name sake.
