[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Bad service and warranty replacement | |||
I purchased Philips Headphone which is spoiled under warranty. for replacement I had to roam around store and service centre for a product of Rs. 650/-. They do not claim the Tag of 'YOUR HAPPINESS IS OUR PRIORITY'. They made to wait for one hour and then come after two days. I suggest people do not enter in Reliance Digital for any need. When send an email on this issue, simply sterio type reply they have given to wait for two days. This is the Big Branch people behaves. Staff do no have motivation, concern about customer service.
