    Hi, Myself Someshwar Chatterjee from Kolkata (West Bengal), I have been a customer of Reliance Digital for more than 2 yrs. This complain is regarding the service you have given through RESQ plan for my Samsung Air Conditioner. Details: Model No: AS-122UG Serial No: E145PPIC302789W Please read each line of my mail the only you can understand what am I going through. I have purchased this AC on 18/05/12 from Reliance Digital Retail Ltd Vishnu Enclave 229, NSC Bose Road Kolkata-700047 After 1.5 years the AC started creating problem i.e. it was not cooling properly, so I launched a complain to the Reliance Digital Store (above address) since I had a RESQ plan for the same. First time the technician came did some servicing and told me there is some shortage of GAS for that reason the cooling problem was arising. I agreed, they came on the next day refilled the GAS and gone. After 3 months again the same problem arised again, it was not cooling as desired, again I launched a complain, its the second time they came refilled and went away. I told them please see if there is any other problem like leakage or anything, but didn't bother to listen me told me that there was a nut valve loose in the outdoor fan which was causing the issue, which they have tightened and it will not happen again. After five or six months the same thing happened and they did the same thing. I told them repeatedly to check for the leak is at any other place because I was sure that time. Now you see this was the third time they did the refilling and went way. This time it was beyond my tolerance I personally went to the showroom (above address) branch from where I purchased the same, I explained in detail what was going till then, how every time refilling the GAS each time after three four months. After that showroom people sent a technician on the next day. He (technician) came opened the few parts of the AC and told me that there was a leakage in the some field coil or something I don't the exact term. This was the first time I found someone looking it carefully. He told me they have to do some welding so he has to take the indoor unit to the service center and it will take more than a week to return it back. I told him repeatedly as it was under RESQ plan please replace the desired things inside to make it work perfectly. But all my saying were in vain first of all they took one month to return my AC that is I got this June and again now again I switched on the AC its not cooling again . Now you tell me what should I do? Is this the way of service you give your service to customers???? simply nothing but harassing them. Such a shame!!! Form now on i would not suggest anyone to buy anything from Reliance Digital . Please do what you can do... I want a replacement of the thing that has been damaged as it is under RESQ plan, I will not accept welding or any other thing that will give a temporary solution.       I purchased Bosch Washing From Reliance Digital. They charged me Extra for AMC for 3 years .The actual warranty for Provided for Bosch company is 2 years. When i contacted Bosch service center they replied they don't have such tie ups. Reliance digital doesn't have skill set or authorization to provide service. I am attaching bills for referebce. Please provide us your help on this. Thanks Naveen

          Dear Sir I would like to share our worst experience of purchasing couple of consumer products from Reliance Digital at Inorbit mall, Madhapur Hyderabad and take your Organisation help in getting suitable compensation for the delay, humiliation and mental agony faced in this entire process. On 10th August 2014 Sunday I made a visit to Reliance Digital at the above address as it was near to our residence and enquired about AC and wet grinder. I met one of the representative Altaf and handed over a Banker’s cheque for Rs 29000 plus made a credit card payment for Rs 3000 totalling Rs 32000 towards LG window 1ton a/c and Ultra 1.25Ltr wet grinder. He has promised me that it would take 3 days to deliver the material as the DD has to go for clearing and I accepted and went on good faith. When I enquired after 5 days the stores guys were telling me that the confirmation for receipt of payment into their a/c has to come from their Mumbai office and it has not come to them by then. When I took this case with their commercial section they told me that DD got realized and they had already informed the stores to deliver the material on 3rd day. There itself I could sense lot of lack of coordination between different teams in this company. When I told this fact on 4th day and for next continuous 6 days I had been following with Altaf and his different managers about delivery and to my utter surprise everyone was avoiding my call they started telling every day that material would get delivered anytime. This was happening for 6 to 7 days and each time either they were bluffing and not have any courtesy to keep me updated on what is happening and why the material is not getting delivered The irony of whole thing is everybody who picked the call used to give some reason for the delay and after some time the moment they noticed my cell number they started avoiding my calls. I had to make calls from some other instrument to reach them. These are all totally not warranted having paid full amount and begging each day in front of the stores persona asking for details. Finally somehow I got their Superior number and he has also taken it very lightly and saying he will look into and sort out. It gave me the impression that this guy is not aware of what is happening in this store and they are all designated as Stores controller. It is pity and not sure how this company is still attracting customer and not sure how many people like me are silently suffering with these bunch of jokers. Yesterday after much push I got the wet grinder der at 10’o clock in the night and installed a/c at 9pm and the reason I was told for the delay is simple- their ware house is too far. Even if they procure from their Pune or Mumbai warehouse It would have come in 1 day as against 10 sweet days they took to deliver and in the whole episode they betrayed a common man like me and made to keep guessing every 15mts what is happening with this company I would have made easily Rs 5 to 6 lakhs purchases from all shops towards consumer durables over these years but this is the worst experience I ever had in my life with a so called reputed company. I bought this a/c for my tenant and each day I was humiliated by my tenant for the delay in installation of a/c and they started ridiculing at me that I have not taken this case strongly with Reliance and taken them into pieces by filing a police complaint. In the whole process I’d have made at least 1000 phone calls every 15 mts and two personal visits and totally surprised how a company like this have a worst team in selling consumer durables with such a low service level attitude. None of these days they had the courtesy to call me and update what was really happening and why no one could control and put a full stop to my agony. For the calls I have made and mental agony I have undergone I want suitable compensation from reliance and thru this forum I would like your good office to take up this case and provide justice to a common consumer like me. This will only bring some faith in these type of forums. Also I want Reliance to go into the depth of the issue on what really happened and why I was asked to wait for 10 days and ensure such instances are not repeated to any other consumer I give below complete bill details and scan the copy for your records Hope to get a favourable response from your end and thanks in advance for all the support Thanks Parasuraman Hyderabad Contact No #[protected]

            Hi, I purchased a brand new Samsung note 3 Neo phone just a week ago from Reliance Digital Express store, RajNagar, Ghaziabad. Since the day i got this, I am getting several issues that one can never expect from a reputed brand name like Samsung! Below, I am listing the BIG ISSUE that I am facing from this so called Samsung Note 3 Neo: There is no IMEI number present in this new phone due to which no call was able to place. This problem stands from day I purchased it. For the resolution of the same, I went to Reliance Digital, Rajnagar. As a resolution they updated an IMEI number to their (or Samsung) database (with a surety that the problem will not occur in future). But the resolution provided by you, worked for only 2-3 days, then-after again same issue stands in front of me. Today, just after a one week of purchase, I am a brand new samsung Note 3 neo owner, by which I can not make any call, also can not use other phone features (due to missing IMEI number). I was on my family holidays and was out of touch with my loved ones due to your stupid phone issue!! You can't imagine, how big problems you had added to my life by selling this defected piece to me. I never expect this from such a reputed brand Reliance!! What the hell is this??? I need my money back..               Even I am facing the same problem. Error 200 for channels ten sports and ten action even when I subscribed to Gold Package. My smartcard number is[protected]. I called the customer service number[protected] times and they told the connection has been refreshed, ill get the reception in 10-15 min but it has not resumed. i asked him to give me the complaint no. but he said we can't register complaint for this issue. I asked them to transfer the call to senior supervisor but after hold 15 min they disconnect the call.

                    I got Reliance DTH with SDN#[protected] installed at my native(Chittoor) 5 years back, when iam working in Hyderabad. Now i have issue with DTH & called customer care for service. Now they are charging 380/- rupees for change of address. They are saying they have my Hyderabad address in system. They installed the DTH at my chittoor address & now to update the proper address in system they are collecting money from me. If they are installing the DTH at some address, they should maintain the address in the system. It might be issue with data entry operator OR any other person, why i need to give money to them?. Change of address & 380/- fee will come to picture only when we are moving the DTH from one address to others address. But, in my case i have DTH at same place. They need to correct proper address in system. These kind of activites & fraud behaviour will spoil the company-customer relationships. Please cancel the license of this company. So that no one will suffer with these kind of activities.

                      I Purchased Samsung 32” LED TV from Reliance Digital Vashi Store. We launched complaint on 6 July 2014 (Ref/Complaint No is : [protected]). Our problem is TV screen is giving Power and Speaker Sound of TV Programs only problem is there is no Display on screen .2-3 Engineers 3 to 4 times visited with wrong parts and wrong information of exact problem to our location still problem not solved and not getting response from Reliance complaint centre. every time telling wait for call from our side but no call receives. Almost 25 days completed but problem is not solved.

                        I have taken ResQ plan on 11.03.12 and serial no is 96537at malakpet branch, Hyderabad, AP. RCP start date is 11.03.13.to 11.03.14. for samsung split AC. At time of selling they told it cover 4 services but later I came to know it cover only 2 services. and when end date was near I got the call regarding renewal but they never turn up to complete free service even though I requested on call centre number, malakpet branch and vanastalipuram branch. But till now no one has attempted to close my complain.

                        And I have mailed [protected]@resq.in on 08 june they have given Reference no. : [protected] and reply as You should hear back from our representative soon, with a suitable response. But no responce and again I have remind them on 19'06/14. But till now no one has responded.

                        I request you to please take action against them and I should get my money back as they failed to serve.

                        To my surprise I got the call from [protected] asking weather my problem is solved and later after 1 hour I got the SMS stating that my reference number[protected] has been resolved this was second shock to me.

                        Without visiting me ( Solving the problem ) they have closed the complain this shows how irresponsible they are.

                          I have purchased LED from kachiguda branch they deliverd me display products so when I called them They are saying no when I ordered the same product was not available But in next hour he gave me a call ad told sir i have one peace ready so when I went to store next day the display one was not there when I asked themthem they don't have any answer. So I am facing problem ON ONE IS TAKING CARE. Waste service from this store .Other good brand are spoiling there values.

                              My smart card No. is[protected]. On 2nd February 2014, a complaint was registered regarding the repair in set top box. The technicians told that the same has to be replaced. First we have to recharge for Rs.500/- After doing that they replaced the set top box and they have taken the old set top box with them. This happened on 14th Feb. 2014. Again on 20th of July 2014, while watching a movie, suddenly the screen was blank and after that the set top box is not working at all. To register a complaint, it took 3 days for me because every time the representatives are busy with no work. At last today I just tried and tried and got connected to one person. He informed me that the set top box is having warranty only for 90 days. Then the call was disconnected. He has not informed his name. Next one Mr. Yogesh talked (after 20 minutes of same procedure) he told that warranty for set top box is six months. then the call was disconnected. Again one Mr. Shiva...then Mr. Prabhakar... And finally some other tom dick has lifted the phone. I told him to connect me to his next higher authority. But he has told that my complaint is closed. I don't know how. Closing a complaint means what ? When a set top box is provided with new connection then the warranty is six months. but second time if we will buy a set top box from same Reliance, the warranty period is 90 days. This is what all the representative were repeating. How can a set top box of Reliance had two types of warranty period ? Further, we have recharged on 20/2/2014 for the programmes an amount of Rs.2254 for one year period. If the set top box will got stuck for every three months, do you mean to say that we have to go on purchasing a new one ? What kind of service is this ? I really don't understand.                                 Sir/Madam,

                                I am the customer of reliance digital TV since 6 years.
                                My smart Card No is :[protected]
                                Registered Mobile No : [protected]

                                I had created a request on Date : 19 July 2014 Request No :[protected]
                                regarding the fact that my TV had poor signals, your executive said on phone ([protected]) that the technician will soon call you back within 2-3 hours. But, no one called back us and despite aur repetitive calling to customer care regarding no callback or visit from technician the executive always tried to buy time and 2-3 passed.

                                After that a message came to us that you complaint has been resolved complaint no:[protected] and money 175 is deducted . What the hell no visit still money deducted ?


                                After that we called The Customer Care and told them about deduction they filed complaint for refund Req :[protected], 21 July 2014
                                They first said money will be refunded but on another day phone came that money can't be refunded (Req :[protected] is now closed), we will send the technician (Req :[protected], 22 july 2014 is created).

                                We said OK, but foolishness did't stop at this level . Technician came today said some item (stand needs to be replaced ) he will come tomorrow (issue not resolved yet).

                                One more message from reliance Sms Servers came that your request is resolved Please recharge your account with 175 and balance is now in negative (Req :[protected], 22 july 2014 is now closed ) .What the [censored] ?. Single visit twice money deduction, that visit costing our lot of time .


                                My only request (Req no :[protected], 24 july 2014 is created ) to you is that CREDIT my account with Rs.175 immediately against false deductions / blunder (either technical /manual) even the person visited was shocked about the scene.

                                In addition to above the executive names we talked are Deepak Sharma,
                                Brijesh, Radha

                                And technican Brijesh Sharma.

                                  My Smart Card No. is[protected]. My TV is showing Signal Quality as poor and is out of order. I have complained to customer care No.[protected] and[protected] on 17th July, 2014 at 11 AM.My complaint reference No, is[protected]. I have been informed that the same will be set right within 48 hours. I have been reminding them. But even after 72 hours, no one has attended. Kindly help me as I have become helpless. M.T.Shetty

                                    Respected Sir, I have purchased a smart Tv on dated 21/01/2014 from Reliance Retail Limited ;2nd floor, Galaxy Mall; Burnpur ;Chitra More ;ps-Hirapur ;dist-burdwan ;pin-713325. I am continuously facing problem with the product .Ist time problem has been lodge and solved after 2 weeks and more.And again i am facing problem but till now i haven't get the solution from the retailer side. So this is my earnest request to look into this matter and solve it so that after warranty there should be no more disturbance in future or replace this defective peice. My deatils are as follows:- Product name-Smart TV Brand name- RECONNECT Model No - RELEE4701(as per warranty card) So please solve my problem as early as possible.                                       Dear Sir / Maam I am Devendar Singh Kharayat, resident of d 10 vivek vihar, sector 82 noida U P 201304.My reliance digital TV a/c no is[protected]. I was cheated ( lied) by one of your customer care executive about my reliance TV recharge & relocation . I hv changed my house from d 102 to d 10, v vihar sector 82 noida ie from 1st floor to ground floor of the same building and same society. My dish was shifted few meters left & and for this i was charged Rs 525 ( 350 + 175 ) . For which i protested . I did not even renew my cable as i hv decided that i will close my reliance connection . I hv on 7th june requested reliance to get shifted .It was finally done on 13th june a full week later & on 15th my services were discontinued as i was told to pay rs 837. I tried to contact reliance but could not get through the lines . Then on 21st i got phone call from reliance asking me about the recharging . For which i told this guy ajit kumar that i feel it unjustified to charge 350 for shifting & 175 to install. About which we keep arguing .He offered offered me few plans which i did not liked . I said i do not want the continue with reliance so pls cancel my connection.He said that he will hv to speak to his senior about it.He got the permission to wave off 175 rupees . I was told that i hv to first pay the full, amount rs 837 & the amount of 175 & 78( time taken fr restoration of my connection ) will be transfer bk to my account in 2 - 3 working days . Its now close to month now & i am still waiting . Now i hv stared getting messages to recharge my account. So i called up reliance & inquired . I was told that rs 175 will not be given bk & 78 request is being made .I recharge my account on 21 st june as told by your executive . It is valid for one month.Now these messages to recharge other wise connection will be cut. I just want to know why was i lied .It not some thing you expect from a company like reliance.That what i asked the senior people, they could not give me any answer .Pls check your records of 16th mid noon as to how many times did i called reliance. They would cut the line .Not once did reliance called to clear my doubts.( I hv the names of all the people i spoke to on 16th & today ) I want my money of rs 175 + 78 returned bk immediately & let my connection carry on till 21st july. I am extremely disappointed & sadden by this whole this & my belief in reliance has really shaken. Would await for your reply. Best Regds. Devendar.

                                      Its being a week now since i put up a complaint . Nothing has happened . can some one look into it . This about my Reliance digital connection recharge & reinstalling . How i was lied by reliance executive . I have put up a detail complaint last week .                                         I bought AOC LED 39" on[protected] from Reliance Digital Vashi, navi mumbai. After around one month picture got lost. Then technician come to home and told me need to change panel and he send LED to reliance service center. Mr. Manoj ([protected]) told me to wait for 1 week company will give you replacement and yesterday on[protected]after around 1 and half month) they gives me New product as replacement.I check product manufacture date it was Feb 2013. i Call to Mr. Manoj he told accept that TV its new product not old product, dont go on box. So i accept that LED TV buy When technician came to install that NEW AOC LED TV we found that was not new TV that was old TV and had scratch on back, with full of dust, remote also had dust and no manual in that box.. This kind of service provide my Reliance Digital Vashi. I need my product in 2 days.
