I have purchased PANASONIC semi-automatic machine from Reliance Digital - Phoenix Mall, Kurla (W) on 2nd August, 2015. While the machine is in use, the LINT FILTER comes out of socket. On complaining about the same on their customer care no., a technician was sent for inspection. Upon inspection, he said that it is a manufacturing defect and that the LINT FILTER will be replaced. 15 days have passed since then, but no replacement has been done. We have called up their customer care no. a number of times, but in vain. Every time we are just given the assurance that it will be done tomorrow. But tomorrow never comes. Regretting buying from RELIANCE DIGITAL.

    I am not satisfied with your worst services if your call SLA is 48 hours in summer you attend AC call after 48 hours then just think how you will survive in this service market you can make a person fool one time and this is my first time but at renewal please don't hope to carry this contract from me side even I will convince my relatives and friends to don't made any relation with reliance with respect in service term. Thanks guys for giving us such type of worst service experience.

      I visited the store on Sunday(23rd August 2015) and was in need of washing machine, Television and Refrigerator for the home. We needed it urgently due to some personal reason. Firstly we were charged extra in the bill to what was decided and finalized. Secondly as promised technician was to arrive on Tuesday(25th August 2015) to install all the product. Still no technician came till date. Then we ourselves tried to install and found that the color of washing machine was different to what we ordered.

        I purchased HUL Water purifier Pureit Marvella on 9th April 2015 from Reliance Digital at Narayanapanapalaya Bangalore. I complained thto toll number on 18th morning about need for replacing Sediment filter as it is blinking red. Again I reminded on 22nd morning. But no response. I visited their store & met the supervisor & she contacted service centre & informed that it may be replaced by Friday 28th August as it is short of supply of filter from HUL. My No [protected].

          I bought an led tv from reliance digital indirapuram. The sales man promised installation of TV within two days. Even after several follow-ups with customer care, the tv has not been installed and 4 days have passed. every time, they just say - it will be done today, but no installation happens. Today they told a different story saying that the installation request was being created for a wrong city, and thats why it could not happen and registered a new request for installation for today's date. I checked the address in my bill is correct, so I cannot understand how come the installation request was transferred to Lucknow.

            I have booked LG 32LF554A Led Tv on 14th Aug 2015 from Reliance Digital, Madhapur, Hitech City. I was told TV will be diliverd next day & wall mounting will be done by evening. TV was diliverd next day, However Flexi Mount Bracket is missing. I have been taking followup for the same. I have also visited shop on 16th Aug. Called customer service centre Reference Ticket NO 20088555. Registered complaint no[protected]. Customer care replied as per policy we get it done within 48 hrs. Still it's not done & why the sales person making wrong commitments to customers. My concern is also why the Flexi Mount Bracket Not Delivered with the TV. Are they trying to fool customers. I have called store no[protected] they were telling they will provide normal bracket. After so much of argument they agreed to provide Flexi Mount Bracket. Today is the fourth day still installation is not done.

              Hi, Am Vamsi Sai, I have bought LG Top Load Fully Automatic Washing machine on 31/08/2012 and also bought extended warranty to it till 31/08/2016. One and half month back when i complained them about there is heavy noise in the washing machine while it is working.After three days of compliant the service came and told me that the suspension rods needs to be changed and it takes at least one week for them to get those rods, to which i agreed but after that week the service guy didn't respond to my calls like this i have almost registered 16 times to which none responded.Finally when i mailed them again last week. i got a call that my washing machine is not in warranty, when i asked them on what basis they are saying that, they told me it is in their system.So, in order to update it i have sent them the scanned bills and warranty copies.even after getting that, no one has called me. when i call them now they are not picking my calls. Forget about concern, they don't even have minimum courtesy to address customers problem. Generally it may take 4-5 days for a chronic issue but to replace suspension rods they are taking one and half month, still continuing..

                I have tried sending this message from my recent complaint id but somehow its not taking it. So i have started a new complaint log for the old unresolved issue( Any how the subject for both the complaints remains the same) Nothing has been done yet, Reliance customer support is a big disappointment, Mumbai Team was very helping and took immediate action and handed over to Hyderabad team, But Hyderabad team is still slow in responding, especially WAJID from HYDERABAD is really a big disappointment. This guy talked to us and told he will resolve it in a day.He contacted AOC service guys but we did not have any response from that day i.e on 13/08/2015. The drama these Reliance guys and AOC guys do is that they cannot upgrade the software, so any file corrupts or any booting file misses then the only solution they have is CHANGING THE MOTHER BOARD. How disgusting it is to even digest this. AOC is a good computer brand and they don't have software upgrade if the software files corrupts, forget about software upgrade, they don't even have any thing like FACTORY SETTINGS. This is the case with AOC. And we are really fools to trust so called RELIANCE DIGITAL and buy AOC TV's from them. Don't you think how fraud this is? How could RELIANCE DIGITAL even sell these kind of partial warranty or so called COMPREHENSIVE WARRANTY products to us?How could they fool us saying software upgrades are only to good brands like SONY, LG etc, and If they say AOC is not a good brand, why do they even sell AOC products to us? It is under their trust, I have bought this product? they gave me extra 2 years warranty and they say bull s**t like its just comprehensive warranty...they say that they upgrade software to only TV's which are more than 40 inches( NOTE : My TV is 39 inches), They only have software upgrade available from 40 inches. Now, that's really cheap and just an ESCAPE to change my mother board instead of repairing it. Right from the beginning everybody, all the Technicians be it be RELIANCE or be it be AOC, everybody are just interested in changing the mother board and giving a hefty bill, nobody is interested in repairing it, they even say its just some software issue or some boot up file might be missing, but they are not interested in upgrading the software neither they provide any solution, Even when the complaint has been lodged with AOC guys, they are supposed to come here, so they have called us and asked us what is the problem, when we explain our problem, they straight away say they will change motherboard, when we insist them to check with the software, they just accept it for namesake that they will check for upgrade if it doesn't workout then they say they will charge. But i just have no trust in any of them because every body are just trying to loot loot loot, just loot. Even if they say we have checked for software issues, unfortunately it cannot be fixed, mother board has to be changed, We are really not able to trust them if they have really checked it or not? The REAL let down is with RELIANCE DIGITAL, They did not even care to help us. NOTE : 1.)COMPREHENSIVE WARRANTY ( Not clearly mentioned while buying) 2.) What ever RELIANCE DIGITAL gives as warranty is just SERVICE( Technician comes after repeated calls, headache, frustration), NO WARRANTY AT ALL. 3.)SOFTWARE UPGRADE is only for TV's above 40 inches( Mine is 39 inches and they did not inform me this before, I dont even have an idea if there are any TV's more than 39 inches TV's available in this brand while I was buying it) 4.)If your TV has stopped working, Be prepared to spend HEFTY PRICE FOR MOTHER CHANGE, because neither RELIANCE DIGITAL not AOC is interested in repairing it. 5.) Be prepared to put your TV's in a not working state to the wall for at least a month because all this process takes atleast a month[protected]RELIANCE DIGITAL SERVICE = SNAIL SERVICE( Even tortoise runs faster) Mr.Wajid, On 13th of this month, we spoke to AOC guys as you said, when we complained back to you about software upgrade you told us we just talk to technicians so AOC technicians have no idea, You talk to managers of AOC, you have clear picture and more knowledge than technicians in AOC do...you told you would revert back to us by the end of the day? Its been 5 days now? Can you give us some solution?

                A lady has called u now claiming that she is Mrs.ARUNA - ASST ZONAL MANAGER([protected]) from HYDERABAD, But the way she spoke and the way she hung up my call abruptly when i was speaking does not show the professional way of dealing with the issue at all.
                She repeatedly asks me to wait for 10 days for a mother board change when i ask her to first send the AOC technician and upgrade the software or reset it.
                SHE IS ONLY INTERESTED IN CHANGING MOTHERBOARD, she says it frankly, she even claims that the SOFTWARE IS AVAILABLE but she is not ready to upgrade it or send a technician for it.

                I STRONGLY FEEL AOC AND RELIANCE GUYS HAS MADE UP SOME DEAL NOT TO REPAIR THE TV BUT REPLACE THE PARTS.

                So that they get GOOD MONEY by fooling the customers.

                I am planning to post all of my complaints in all social media sites and urge for justice.

                    Dear Sir, I recently pruchased Kent water purifier (pearl) from your Reliance digital Basaveshwarnagar outlet on 05.08.2015 vide EAN[protected] CIN NO U01100MH1999L0120563 FOR RS 17475. While buying I had specifically asked your sales incharge at the outlet whther it will be installed immediately at my residence as we have moved to new house recently & & are not happy with existing eurekha forbes water purifier installed at the premises. I was told by your sales team that Kent water purifier will be installed 24 hrs from the date of delivery of product. The product was not even delivered properly by your despatch person as he just made a single call when visited our area & then delivered the product to your Basaveshwarnagar ourlet & we were asked to collect the same & deliver ourselves (which we did). Now since last 2 days several calls have been made to your Reliance digital outlet Basaveshwarnagar & to Reliance service centre & no one has come to instal Kent water purifier at our place. Is there no one in your organisation wo takes customer complaints seriously 7 resolve the issue to their satisifaction? is selling product at the outlet the only motto of Reliance digital & not suptmer service? I was giving business to your outlet since estalbilshment of your Basaveshwarnagar outlet, but after this experience I am disgusted that for a regular customer such lackadaisical response is given I wonder how your sales & service team deal with others. If my product is not installed at out place today i wish to return the product & want full refund of my amount if not I will be constrained to complaon to consumer forum for deceving me with false promise.                       Hi I am Showri Dileep Reddy Gopu, I have purchase AOC 39 inch Tv from Reliance Digital, kothapet, hyderabad on 23rd aug 2013. Reliance Digital has promised 3 years warranty( Aoc 1 year and Reliance digital 2years) on my telivision. I have got some software issue problem and when I on it it just blinks AOC, thats it. When i informed the same to Coustomer care on 3rd aug 2015(not even 2 years have completed), the technician has come checked and went away saying he will get the mother board and fix it in a week or 10 days.Today we got a call from Reliance digital saying we have to pay around 5k to 6k for the mother board replacement. But our telivision is still under warranty, So we are very upset now, We just trusted Reliance Digital and took tried thid new brand but now we are being made fools by Reliance, not keeping their promise. Order number is[protected]. Complaint number is [protected]. Reliance Digital Kothapet, Hyderabad has got worst service, Everytime we call them, they will inform us that we will get a call back from their superiors. And they say their superiors have not yet arrived to the store and we shall wait till they come.Even at 10am, 11am, 12a, 1 pm...they say the same thing. Very very upset. Please help.

                      Sorry to inform you that, I have not missed any call from the day i have complained here.
                      I have got a call from Reliance only today to my surprise.And they say that my problem will be resolved by logging a complaint to AOC and AOC guys will get back to me. As soon as the call is finished i get a message that

                      " Dear Showri Dileep, Your concern with Reference number[protected] has been resolved, In case you need further assistance please get in touch with our team, Thanking you for shopping with Reliance Digital"

                      So, this is the message i recieved today. And please dont make false accusations that you have contacted me and i did not answer your calls, It is only today i got a call from you guys.

                      How can you even close my ticket with out doing anything? how can you guys not contact me before closing my ticket? You should concern me right before closing it? How will the problem get resolved as soon as i finish my call even before the technician arrives to my place and to the quality check? Is this a professional way to deal an issue?

                      I really dont get it? Am i really dealing with this big company called Reliance?

                          Purchase of a LED Sony 43W950C on 10 Jul 15 from Reliance Digital, Phoenix Mall, Pune. But inspite of informing them, that no one has come for Demo. Two salesmen had come and did some sort of settings.But the TV gets Switched off Every now and then. Spending Rs.83910/- for a branded TV and facing such a situation is really a surprise.

                            I had purchased Yamaha YHT-299 Home Theatre on 22nd June 2015 from Reliance Digital Ambiance Mall for the occasion of Kids Bday on 26 June (Today). On 25th June the technician who had come to install the HT in my house identified a faulty piece which was informed to his team Leader Ankur Phone no [[protected]]. Who guaranteed that looking at the situation he will provide a replacement by 6 Pm sunday [26th June]. As the technician left my house, I read the instruction manual, which clearly mentioned that the polarity [ + and - ] needs to be plugged in properly in Black and Red socket at the back of the speakers. On a re-check I found that for 1 of the from and 1 of the surround speakers, the cables were incorrectly installed. Which clearly confirmed the reason for the burning smell from speakers and not working. The same was informed to Ankur.Today while following up with Ankur, he has been avoiding my calls. I spoke to Reliance Digital Customer care no mentioned on the bill who informed that Ankur did not follow-up with Yamaha on Saturday and hence the replacement cannot be done before 6Pm today / Kids Bday. This is utterly upsetting and would request the highest management to look into the mater. The issue has occur due to untrained technician’s who did a blunder while installing the Home theatre and then the Team leader trying to cover-up.

                            It seems that there have no mercy for the amount of inconvenience cause to me by reliance. The Supervisor tells me that i have other customers to cater also, even after causing benders after blunders, there has been nothing done to ensure that things do not get worse. How irresponsible .

                            First there was no coordination between the delivery and the unistall team. So, the delivery team when came to delivery the new piece, the uninstall team had not done the unistall, so the delivery team took back the old piece and left the old (burnt) product.

                            Then after that the uninstall teams comes and unhooks the speaker and put it back in the carton box.

                            Now the wait is on for the install team and the response from ashish.[protected]@ril.com is so un-expected. During a phone call, it was informed to me that there are other priorities and hence please continue to wait..

                            The unit was bought on 22nd, and promises after promises are just made to mislead me for more delay.. It was informed to me that the unit will get delivered today..its already 30 min past the commited and there has been install yet.
                            we have purchased a fridge a home theatre and an ipad on august 15th. we have a series list of complaints. the delivery of each product was delayed. ipad on aug 16 the home theatre 5 days later and the fridge after 2 weeks. after delivery we had to wait for 2 days for installation of the home theatre and 3 days for installation of the fridge. even on the date of purchase there was inconvenience with billing and the emi allotment we had to come back twice to resolve the issue. now the home theatre is at fault. we need our cash to be refunded immediately. im sorry to inform you but all your staffs lack responsibility punctuality and discipline. i cannot take their words for granted any more. selling of faulty products inconvenience to the customer during billing delayed delivery and improper installation all these are wrong doings from your side. we cannot tolerate this anymore still my home treatre product not working.do needful and teach your staff accordingly the consumer satisfaction. thanks.

                              Hello, I have bought a new washing machine on 16/07/2015. We have been told that the person will come for installation. We did payment and all. The store head give her number and now when we calling her she is telling that our machine is semi automatic and there will be no installation provided. Also to add the person said they will take old machine and pay rs 500 for same, but no response from their end. Can you please do the needful. I feel like cheated. If I didnot get proper respond this time as I am following up from 2 days I have to take further steps. Thanks.

                                We have complained regarding our TV(LG 32'' LED" on 18th July'2015. As we are unable to view the vedio and several times we have called upon custormer they gave continuous false commitments by saying that It will be repired by Sundayn they gave us the TAT of 24-48 hours but till now response and no technician has called us..

                                  i Purchased panasonic ac on four months back in t.nagar reliance digital.for these four months It is giving three times trouble.finally sensors are not working.these reliance stupid people are not picking customercalls.when ever i call they said they are in meeting.i went to tnagar branch and i asked he gave two numbers mr.antony. and sathya .i speek with mr.antony he said i can replace the product with in two days.after two days i called him.he said we can t replace the unit.just we fix the problem.is this my job??every month thay are coming and filling the gas and doing some changes in new ac..at least customer can expect one year for new product.atleast for one month it is not working.i feeling very bad.i cant refer my friends to buy items in reliance.cheap products and very very very worst service

                                    In 15 days ago my salary account was blocked due to address not ok then, I have correction done in my aadhar card, but new e-aadhar letter was not accept bank. In government rules e-aadhar card is valid as original, in that formalities my salary not credited in account, In that condition I face many problems.                                       I have bought LG spilt AC from reliance digital during April 2014. At that time, they sold me ResQ plan from reliance assuring best of the service. My AC started giving problem since last 4 days. I have registered complaint for that on Saturday 11th July'2015. They said that within 24 to 48 hours technician will visit. Till now (4 days gone), no one has turned up and call centers folks keep saying that your service has been assigned and some one will come. It has been really a mental torture to call them and keep waiting (they put you on hold), getting false promises. Reliance digital has not kept its promised service level of rectifying within 24 to 48 hours.                                         We brought Samsung fridge in reliance digital, madipakkam, Chennai. They delivered the fridge with deep dent in side of the fridge. We asked to change the fridge. Again the took 2 days for new one, after 2 days the delivered the fridge and again we have to wait for installation. If we call them the manager named reena, irresponsible answer, asking ask to open and use it, if any problem again we will change. This is very disgusting answer from a manager. We paid the money and suffocating with this dealer.
