Reliance Digital — Non receipt of cash back on my LED TV | |
I had bought a LED TV from Reliance digital, ahemdabad C.G.Road branch. While buying the TV they told me that if i pay through axis bank debit card than i shall receive 5% cash back. It has almost been 120 days but i have not received any cash back. Moreover the concerned people at the store are completely ruthless they do not even have manners to talk to the customer. Especially i would want to mention the name of this person called Pushpraj who has just been passing and plying with this issue since last 1 month. I am also about to finally file a complaint with consumer court to finally get my money back. Was this information helpful? | |
