[Resolved] Reliance Digital Retail — Selling faulty product | |||
I bought a rice cooker of Re connect (reliance brand) on 17 September from Reliance Retail Limited (Police Bazar, Shillong, Meghalaya) but within 1 month the product was not working anymore. When I went to the store they denied to replace the product, they have assured to call me back with the detail of the defect within a day, but I didn't get any calls from them yet. I've shared my contact details, have a look into the matter. The staffs are very irresponsible, I didn't get a call from them, its been 4-5 days since I've handed over the defective rice cooker at the store, they promised me to call within a day with the progress.
