Dear team,
I have bought Nikon DSLR camera from your Haridwar outlet which is in Pentagon Mall Haridwar on 11/02/2016, with EAN#[protected].
Actually I want to buy Nikon P610 camera on date 11/02/2016, I told to your executive my need is 60x zoom and movable display screen, but your executive guide me to go for DSLR camera, I say ok, let me know features about DSLR camera, she give demo of sony dslr camera with movable display screen and says its 24x zoom with double seance(ie 48x zoom), and then I ask her I am interested only in Nikon, then she suggest that you go for Nikon D3200 model with same feature of sony dslr camera (i.e. movable display screen and says its 24x zoom with double seance). I said ok can you give me a demo of Nikon D3200, at that time she refused to give demo of Nikon D3200 camera and told me that it is a sealed pack box, when you buy this than only it can be opened and you get the demo.
Then I said ok, I am going for finance option with bajaj finance, I have paid ₹7048/- for 3 EMI and rest amount is on 12 EMI, on[protected]. Only I have given PAN card on 11/02/2016 and I said I will submit rest document on 12/02/2016.

Again I visited on 12/02/2016 evening for submitting rest documents to Bajaj finiace officer (Passport, Voter Id, Salary slip and cancelled cheque) and take the delivery of camera from desk. When I have told your executive that now the full payment is done than she opened the seal pack and just show me that how to click and shown me display screen. She has not shown me movable display screen and says its 24x zoom with double seance for which only she has suggested this camera to me . At that time I was also in hurry and not checked and have done faith in the words of your executive.

On 13 feb when I open the camera to use it first time, I saw there is no movable screen and less zooming.

As I was on vacation to Varanasi from 12 feb(night) to 18 feb. I was unable to report the issue in you store.

When I came back and went to your store On 19 feb and done the compliant for the issue, they have refuse to change product and when I asked to meet your store in-charge, the guy on front counter goes inside the cabin and said he is busy and not entertain to me or resolve my issue. Request you to please take this matter seriously and help me in replacement of my camera as misselling has been done by your employee who misguided me on the features of the camera which is clearly unethical with the brand like Reliance.

    Hi I'm using Reliance Big TV since 8 years and since 1 month it is stopped working, I have placed several complaints to customer care, every time they promise to send service center person to attend the problem but nobody shows up this is repeating since 1 month. and I have subscribed for 1 year service.     The problem was solved, but i have used my own local technician to resolve the problem after waiting for so long without services, The company should expedite there services for faster resolution of issues. Hope i won't be disappointed with same kind of service in future. Very Bad Experrince

    Hi,

    I have not recievied any call from your end to the registered number under smart card no, even today i have called your support center and they promised to send technician but failed to do that, i have asked support that i will pick the technical guy from desired location but every day they are providing false promises and for your kind information there is no any local cable operator issue in our apartment, this is more than a month where we not recievied your service
    if you have an issue with local cable operator please refund my amount which is already paid for 1 year, i will look for an alternative.

          I bought a iphone from reliance digital store on july 2015 which is in jaipur. my phone screen has been broken on 2nd february 2016 and after that i went to reliance digital store where i bought this i phone and i told them will you plz repair this i phone and i already shown them my insurance paper . after that they asked me the executive name who was represent this i phone and then manager told me that he got shifted from this store and now we are not responsible for this disadvantage.this is totally fraud with me they are not entertaining me with good response. i just want to repair my phone screen as per my insurance policy. it is strictly written in my policy that whenever your phone will broken, thief by someone, water effected, body damaged, screen damaged. but still they denied .please do something because i have already paid a insurance amount when i bought this i phone.

              I purchased index turbo4g rd.5999 on 26/1/2016 from reliance digital mini stores, ideal colonel, pune which was defective again I returned the mobile with doa letter and I purchased a samsung j7 mobile from the same store by paying difference amount rs.9000/- cash which is also having problem of heating the set no s amold display effect. So I feel the shop is not selling the brand new mobiles. all are defective, stores sales persons are so arrogant. Mr.Vijay asks to pay cash only not debit card.they tell wrong information to customers. I was not given any cover. Screen guard etc.

                Please help in this regards as i have purchase dell laptop on 10.02.2015 with one year warranty(damage) from Reliance digital but dell has mentioned that their warranty is complete on 19.01.2016.

                I will under stand one thing that this is automatically updated from reliance digital as it is before 1 year but after expiry of warranty(Damage) before 1 year (as per dell instruction) i have to inform & follow this by email and phone by reliance digital customer care .

                first email i was send on 26.01.2016 but still no response .

                when i was call their service center they said you will get by 07.02.2016.
                again when on 02.02.2016 nothing is received i was called they said you will get updated warranty by 06.02.2016.
                on 09.02.2016 they are still saying your warranty will get updated
                but today's status is nothing happen also when i call them there service center not pickup phone or reply call of customer.

                Problem with Laptop - battery & battery charger not working which mentioned already mentioned in email to reliance digital.

                Dell has said that they will help once warranty is updated

                Please note that dell has consider warranty for reliance digital purchase date from dell company but as per consumer act date will be consider based on consumer purchase date not retails purchase date.
                Also note that I have taken 2years extended warranty for parts from reliance but not damage warranty so reliance digital is playing wit customer

                Can you help me in this regards

                  On date 10th jan 2016, tv screen problem started.

                  The technical person visited & told me that there is an inbuilt defect &
                  kindly replace it from the point of purchase (Reliance Digital)
                  On asking for replacement they informed that they don't have any such provision.
                  in between 30 days has been passed & I m running from pillar to post to get my problem solved.
                  But no effective result has been derived...neither from AOC Nor from Reliance Digital.

                    I have purchased iball tab 10 inch from reliance Digital with RESQ plan. Product is not working with touch problem now. It should be get repaired as per the RESQ plan coverage... But now they were unable to repiar it and ready for depreciation with 50%. I am not ready to depreciate . I need either the product get repaired as per the norms of RESQ plan or get it replaced with new Product.

                          Intea Aqua Extream, bought on 29-9-15 is dead.. Was given to Intex service centre in Visakapatna on 5th Jan 2016, citing motherboard probleum. Got phone back on 1-Feb 2016 after repeated calls. Again on 3rd Jan 16.. Phone is dead

                          The Phone sold by you is a defective piece. Kindly talk to Intex people and get it exchanged from relience store in Visakapatnam

                            When i booked for serive-Over phone and went in person to Service centre(Located at Ist Avenue, Ashoknagar, chennai-600083) more then 8 times is of no use

                            They never honourd their commitment of free Service 3 times

                            Hence am not happy about relience digital

                              Engineer does not visit site and is incompetent to resolve the issue.

                                I ordered LG 42 inch TV on 24 Jan 16, that time delivery committed by 3 to 4 days. But today only I got TV & still installation is pending after 7 days.

                                I call plenty times, every time they collect my details and tell like we will check & call u back in just 10 minutes but finally no response from them

                                  His is to inform you that last week on 21st Jan 2016, i have purchased a Samsung Refrigerator, Model RT33JSRYESA/TL/2015, S/No 036Z4PAG200931Z, Bill Details :C#[protected], at Vikrampuri Colony, kharkana, Reliance digital stores

                                  Product was delivered on 25th Jan 2016 by Reliance to our home and Technician have came on 26th Jan 2016 to unpack and give us demo but he have found dents on the front door and color shade patches on the fridge and he have asked us to inform the same to the stores and he also have taken photographs for reference and same was informed to stores along with the photographs by us (to kiran )but no action was taken till date.

                                  After continuous follow up with stores team regarding the issue. (Kiran) have promised to visit our home personally on 28th Jan 2016 Morning to exam the Refrigerator but failed and for the same i have been only at our home without going to my office but he failed to attend and even avoided attending my calls

                                  I have called him almost 20 times but did not responded to my calls and later i have called stores landline to reach kiran and Rakesk with great difficulty

                                  According to our last telephonic conversation on 28th with Rakesh, store Manager the the product will be replaced or else door will be replaced was mainly discussed and refrigerator can be used till the replacement is done .there must be no compromise on anything else .

                                  I have asked Rakesh to mail the same for further reference but mail i have received is something else .
                                  We have faced a bad experience and regretfully want to inform that receiving defective product and extremely worst customer service /response .

                                  Never expected such negligence and careless behavior from reliance .

                                  We need our Samsung Refrigerator need to replaced or else money should be refunded immediate bases and i don’t want to have transaction with the reliance anymore and no compromise on anything else

                                    I bought an iphone 6s 64gb last month on December 1st, till date the price is reduced by[protected].other mobile ratailers are giving guarantee for price reducing in the first 6 months like giving the 60% of the money which was decresed after the purchase, so why cant you people refund the money like the others?

                                      I have purchased TAB model(reconnect rptpe08) on 11.01.2016. The tab
                                      performance was very bad, touch panel not working and speaker volume
                                      very slow.I was visited at your service centre(sree techno care
                                      solutions) on 18.01.2016, They told tab replacement was not possible
                                      only service available.
                                      I am requesting you to rectify the problem as soon as
                                      possible, otherwise replace the item.

                                        I'm Reliance digital tv customer my smart card number[protected] if I'm subscribe the pack of one year in the month of Jan 2015 so my setup box was repaired but in aprial 2015 to Nov 2015 this period tv not working(setup box) after six months they Chang the setup box and charged Rs. 500/- but not extended period of the setup box not working period they paid only rs 34/- and 75/- only. What I'm say I'm recharge that Rs 34/- & 75/- extended that six months subscpition, they are no responce sir please sallow my problem sir it is very froud sir
