Reliance Digital Tv — no channels available since three months | |||
Sir, I am a senior citizen. I am a Reliance Digital Dish TV consumer. My consumer number is[protected]. I have been paying the subscription regularly. Since January 2018 the broadcasting is irregular. At times main channels like Asianet etc are removed and no broadcasting is available. I contacted their customer service. The customer service centre is manned by arrogant people. They don't answer properly. Sometimes they say it will be connected within 24 hours, some will say 72 hours. Even yesterday the person promised 24 hours. But nothing happened. One person told me I have not paid the subscription. Immediately I paid Rs.300 and the connection came for only one day. Afterwards it stopped. On contacting the replay was 72 hours. Kindly help me. Help this helpless Senior Citizen Was this information helpful? | |||

My booking date 02/03/2018 your comments 30to46 days for installation.no any response by you.so I. Want to cancel my booking.and your coustmer service not respond properly .
I had booked a reliance big tv setup box . I had paid Rs. 499.00 during pre-booking. My payment ID[protected] and booking id A12939896 but you could be install to RBTV set up box up to 30 to 45 days as condition during prebooking period. but now a days no installation of my set up box. what is problem ?
