Dear sir,

I have booked for reliance big tv dish and connection vide booking id: 14527555 dated 17 mar 2018. Upon booking i received the message saying that it will be installed in 30 to 45 days time. But so far nothing has done. I registered a compliant through mail and on numerous occasions we tried to contact on toll free numbers also. No one is bothered to pick up the phone or respond to mails from the company side. If you are not able to provide the connection kindly pay my 499/- rupees back.
Reliance BigTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Till to date no actions from them. It has almost completed 3 months.

    I have done pre-booking of reliance big tv over online on website https://www.reliancedigitaltv.com/home.html, my booking id is 145293xx and done payment of 499 rs and got confirmation email saying, installation will be done with in 30 - 45 days as on march 19th 2018, till now there is no communication about delay or in the news about this. Customer care does not able to provide any genius reason for delay. They are not doing installation as mention and not refunding money also. Help me get my money 499 rs refund as they are not giving any option for refund. Please help me file a case for this complaint. Thanks, sandeep pilli 81977725xx

      Not getting any channel since a month after paying annual amount.
      Customercare is unable to answer any of the queries or sharing any complain number. No tentative restoration date.
      The big tv app is also not working to see the account balance.
      Really cheated with a whole year's recharge amount.
      No way other than getting a different connection now. Id number[protected]

        Why denying cancellation??!! When you guys cant provide installation even after 2 months of booking??!!
        We have moved to new home and dont have cable connection.
        Please get installation done by may 15th, else have to file complaint at consumer form for harassment and pathetic service.

        How dare you guy are not cancelling the booking or installing the service??!!!

          I am customer of reliance big tv from last 10 years. But from last one month no channel had come and nobody are providing proper service. Several time i called up in call center but y team told some technical error which get resolve in 72hours but from 1 month i am suffering.
          If y r enable to start channel than please refund our money so we can switch some other this time i am frad up

              Booking id: 12511584; booking date: 1-mar-2018. Paid rs.499 as pre-booking charges.

              I was promised of installation within 30-45 days which is approximately 15-apr-2018.

              I started calling the customer care from 6-apr-18 expecting a default in sla as i had not heard anything. I was rudely asked to shut my mouth until days are over. I was really moved at such an interaction but still upon such unexpected experience i did wait and called post 50+ days.
              I was now promised that the service engineer would visit my place within 2 weeks which again defaulted.
              In the between, i tried calling the customer care number several times but the call did not mature and seemed like the number has closed down. I also sent an email to nodal and customer care (Priyanka. [protected]@relianceada.com; [protected]@relianceada.com; [protected]@reliancedigitaltv.com) but i did not get any response and my email did not have any effect.

              Later on 4-may-18 i received an sms stating that the installation will now commence from 15-june-18. I do not understand what are these guys upto.
              As per the new date, the time is now 106 days. So for the additional 61 days (Close to 2 months) reliance should compensate me. Moreover, i had disconnected my tatasky on accounts of rdth installation and it now seems to be a wrong pick.
              I demand a compensation for the hassle, inconvenience, delay in installation and breach of commitment.

                Sir on 6th match i booked the connection with id no14507255 with your promise to instal it by or within 30-35 days.it is still uninstalled and you donot have even courtesy to send a mail or explain the reason of delay therefore if you can instal by 13/05/2018 then instal or refund my money intrest.This is my final request if not done i will seek the help of consumer tribunal

                  From last 4 months your reliance bigtv was not working (1 month some chennals came partially and then after nothing is working.
                  I am the persone who pays for dth. Now i cant see the chennals.
                  I have patients in my house. He is 64 year old he wants to see old films what should i do.
                  I recharge package for 2 years amount is 2499/-.
                  I want refund or i wants channels (With additional 4 months because in that time chennels is not fully works as per package commitment).
                  Kindly resolve this problem or let me go with my money from this situation.

                    Its already 45 days now frm 2 mnths they r saying same excuse sir wait u'll get connection in 45 day now bt no response. There helpline numbers are fake no response there email customer care r also fraud nvr reply bck pls help me and its not only me they have taken pre booking charges of 499 from customers and nw they dont pick our phones whole of there page on favebook os flooded with complains. Pls help us to get our product.

                      What kind of service you are providing dude??!! Do you thing that the people are fools, this is not fair.
                      I have paid 1500 rupees for one month subscription, after one month (Even less) no channel appears in my hall. I asked gently your customer care unit. But your careless bpo people repeatedly saying the same thing"please wait for 72 hours". Shame on you guys, i have been waiting for 72 daya almost …

                        Hi sir,

                        This is regarding my big tv connection which he is using for the last 8 years.
                        Recently we paid for subscription and when i checked online i was able to see the payment status, but after subscription we we want to see program it is showing error 400.
                        Whenever he calls the help desk, the number is not getting connected when connected they miss guide us every time new complaint number, server problem or wait for 48 to 72 hrs.
                        Reliance big tv is providing very pathetic and horrible customer service.
                        Please help to get my father's issue resolved at the earliest...

                          Dear sir,
                          I have recharged my big tv 1499 rupees before consulting customer care reliance big tv on 02.05.2018 & they told me one year plan total 300 channels come for view.

                          After recharged my big tv no.[protected] till dated 09.05.2018 not coming any channel in my dth. I have complaint approx 15 times in customer care but result are zero.
                          They told us again & again system are updating, there is technical issue and also giving time with in 24 hours, 48 hours, another 72 hours & not take any complaint my bigtv & said only wait & wait. Please take action against reliance big tv & provide my refund immediately.

                          Seeking a positive response to refund my amount to avoid going to escalations in consumer forum.

                          As of now 12-May-20158, channels are not working and displaying as Error 400.
                          I Just called Customer Care and I have been informed by Rel Cust Care like 15-May on-wards all channels will work. Whenever we called they postponing further delay by saying further fraud commitment dates like 13th on wards, 15th on wards etc. etc. I asked to customer care requested to transfer my money to Tata Sky as there is already migrated Reliance Bigtv subscribers, but there is no response from customer care personal and telling only on word asked to watch channels from 15th on wards.

                          I am not understanding, If Reliance Big TV is not operational, why I have been told by Reliance customer care to recharge for Rs.1499. It seems to be one kind of way of looting money from people and why Customer Care personnel kept on misguiding customers on the DTH service condition. What is the state of Reliance DTH. Will I get the service or Not?

                            Reliance BIG TV Customer ID[protected] channels not showing since long time. Approximate 3 Months ago error message is showing that Due to Technical reasons channels are not showing and 20 days recharge amount will be credited in your account. But amount not credited in account. After that approximate one and half month long this problem exist and channels are not showing. Then approximate from one months ago error message is showing that Error 400 Signal is lost. Trying to contact customer care daily but call not connected and unable to call customer care. Please look into the matter and take action accordingly.

                              Hello reliance team i have recharged my smart card after few moths and it shows error 104 and smart card has expired.
                              But the recharge was done successfully by paytm and it doesn't started from the day of recharge.
                              Please look into my problem.

                              And recharge done was for rs 300 silver pack 1.
                              I have done all the things said by customer care but non of them helped.

                                I booked new connection seeing the offer on 1-Mar. No installation or any update till now. When I call customer care they always say wait for 2 more weeks and can't cancel the booking. Very worst service and worst customer care.
                                Book a reliance DTH big TV on 1st March, booking id 12512959, as per commitment they have intake within 45 days .each time the customer care assure it takes 2 to 3 weeks every time . No communication for delay installation. After 60 day they have not provider there service or not refund my booking amount. The customer care executive disconnects.

                                    I have pre booked big tv connection with rs. 499.00 as per the plans given in various media platforms on 12th of march 2018 whose booking id is a12924069.
                                    Which in reply from company says that it will be installed between 30 to 45 day, now 50 plus days are gone there is no response given from reliance.

                                    I have mailed my complaint on reliance customer care email id but they also didn't replied it.

                                    Therefore it is my request to kindly return my booking amount or install the connection asap. Kindly reply.

                                        Hi sir, at present we are the customer of tata sky, we transfer from the reliance big tv on november 17th. We recharge the reliance dth on november 11th. We transfer from reliance tata sky with some reasons raised by the reliance big tv. On that days reliance big tv helps to transfer the dth. At the same time the customer care said that they will transfer the recharge amount also to the tata sky dth. Now it is may. Six months are gone till they don't transfer the amount to my tata sky account. So, please transfer the amount immediately...
