I would like to inform you that i booked reliance big tv under pre booking scheme of rs. 499/- on 03rd march, 2018 and still now there is no update on this.
My booking id 12526554.
It looks like the company has just made a fraud under the name of pre booking.
It has been more around 2 months and there is response from the company for the same

    Cc executives talk pathetic language
    Supervisors hide behind calling agents
    Listen to calls made by [protected] and [protected]

    No info on certain dates when it will be corrected

    Rude and unprofessional staff. Regret making reliance digital a part of our lives

    How on earth anyone can have such horrible customer experience. Nobody seems to be watching the blokes taking calls

      I had pre booked a dth by paying 499 rs, and i didnt recieved any intimation by the service provider, its been a month since i ordered and they didnt reply to my mail, nor their toll free no. Gets connected. Really upset by such low standards of customer service, please look into this matter as no more common get into such frauds.

        I have booked a reliance big tv connection on 01 mar 2018 and pre-paid it. Its been 2 months and i am still awaiting for a response from reliance. There customer care executives are very rude and hardly gives any information, they do not have a manager on floor for call centers. Now i want to get the money back as they are unable to deliver the goods but on the website they do not have any mail id where i can send a mail. I am very frustrated with reliance big tv.

          I have booked rbig tv on 03/03/2018. My booking id is 12526936. As per the message connection will be done within 30 to 45 days. Today is 59th day. I contacted the toll free no. So many time. They asked me that connection provide within 4/5 days but they not provinding me. They never connmtacted me on my registered mobile no. Please help me and provide me setup box.           Mane 03/03/2018 ko relience big tv dth k liye apply kiya the. Jiske liye mane 499 rupees ka bhugtan bhi apne debit card se kar diya tha. Mujhe btaya gya tha ki 30 se 45 dino tak setup box provide krwa diya jayega. But ab krib 2 months ho rhe h koi setup box nhi mila. Toll free no. Pe baat krne pr koi thik reply nhi milta. Aaj mujhe toll free no. [protected] se btaya gya ki abhi 2/3 week or wait kijiye.
          Mera booking no. 12526936 h. Kindly btaya jaye ki mujhe setup box milega ya nhi. Agar milega to kitne time k bad.

            Reliance big tv signal lost connection error 400..i have complain many times but no response they just saying will get clear in 2 days but 2 month happen not cleared i[censored] can't clear this complain pls refund my amount worst response from big tv ..this is the last complain from my side if it not clear ten I take action on big tv company. Pls make it clear or refund my amount

              I have booked reliance big TV on 03/03/18 and they have promised to deliver it in max. 30 to 45 days from the booking date but still didn't get any response from them.. They need two more week to install it.. What kind of service is this? They neither cancel the order nor deliver it. Kindly take legal action against them for cheating the customer and providing wrong data.. This is mental harassment..

                Sir/Mam,

                since the past complaint few weeks ago the set top box has started but its not showing all the channels which were subscribed. The message that keeps popping is all the channels will start in 4 days (since past 5 days. and it was the same in the beginning when suddenly more than half of the channels were gone before the whole set collapsed with no channel at all for almost 20 days.)

                I again repeat we have paid substantial amount taken 2 yr subscription and neither the customer care numbers working nor any local network providers willing to set in to correct the issue.

                Kindly intervene asap as it is already more than a month since the issue has started and not resolved.

                  I have pre-booked the reliance big tv dth on29/03/2018 for multiple connections, the booking id is : 14539211,
                  Receipt number : mh[protected], i tried calling on the toll free numbers provided on reliance big tv website ([protected]) ([protected]), both numbers are not working, i think reliance big tv is going to cheat it's customers, hence, i am no more interested in installing the dth set top box and would like to get my money refunded, i kindly request you to reimburse the amount i paid through credit card.

                  I have booked a reliance big TV on 05/03/2018 then I received a message thank you for booking reliance big TV your installation will be done between 30 to 45 days but till date I haven't received any call from the company . Then I call there toll free number they told me another 3 to 4 weeks you wait . What I am doing for this matter.

                      I am very disappointed by your negligence towards customer. Hence i am no more interested in having this offer. Please return my money back.

                      Pre-booking of Rs. 499 paid to reliance big TV on 06 Mar 18. Company quoted for 30- 45 day for installation. 55 days gone but no feed back or reply from company.

                      Request for refund or installation as soon as possible.

                        i booked Reliance Big TV DTH on Mar 8 2018. with a reference # 12512664. in the message they mentioned it will be instlled within 30-45 days. i have been contacting their support team daily. i paid money.
                        there is no response from the customer care team.
                        i was contacting almost daily after 30 days. cutsomer care team is saying that 2-3 days technician will come and install DTH.

                        during call one executive said "the delay in installation not only for you. its happening for so many customers"

                        firstly 30-45 days for a DTH installation is too long time.
                        secondly after 45 days also if they are not installing. how i have consider this company as..

                          Hi

                          I have booked product on 22nd march, i have received message from axis bank money credited to reliance but i have not received any confirmation message from reliance and every time i call they ask me to wait for 24 hours, i have called about 15 to 20 times
                          I have not taken any other connection to my tv and its idol for past 2 months, i have gone through lot of stress because of this incident and they do not have any facility to refund the amount
                          An i am not the only one who faced this problem, it seems lot of other customers have the same problem
                          Please take action on reliance bigtv and protect customers

                            I booked reliance big tv and paid money for pre-booking on 19th march, 2018.

                            Its been around 40 days and no one has come to install the dth to my home.

                            Reliance dth website is showing this message "maximum time duration from booking to installation will be 30 to 45 days".
                            When we communicate to customer care and executive said that there are some technical problem and wait for 10-15 days.

                            Reliance dth is misguiding and miscommunication to customer on this dth offer.

                            Now please take action against reliance to post wrong information.

                              I done pre booking with booking id no 17511020 but installation not done no any contact and concerns taken by rbigtv no any contact is possible on toll free nos it's always showing line is busy. It's really showing rbigtv is cheater company so that's why it is now bank corrupt. Anil ambani madharchod band kyo nahi kar deta company nahi chal wahi h to why its cheating to customers. Agar karj utarna h to customers ko kyo loot raha.

                                I booked reliance big tv and paid money for pre-booking on 21st march, 2018.

                                Its been around 40 days and no one has come to install the tv.
                                The message that was sent said that within a month someone will come to install the set up box.
                                Efforts to communicate with them remain futile.
                                I’ve seen similar complaints with people waiting 100 days or so without any one showing up at their doorstep.

                                I cannot wait 100 days and then lodge a complaint and therefore would like them to get notified within the timeframe they asked for.

                                My booking id is a12951767 and no of connections 1. Kindly help

                                  I booked on March 1st.

                                  Customer care is so rude. they have only hindi voice callers!

                                  And earlier their toll free customer number never used to work, now its ringing finally.

                                  Now the customer care is telling me they can provide information on two weeks time which is a bogus lie.

                                  Also when is the installation, Only reliance knows.

                                  Funny, i should sticked with my old d2h.

                                  Worst d2h, should have thought before making pre-booking payment.

                                  Lesson learnt.

                                      I have booked reliance big tv under the scheme of 499. In that scheme they offered free HD channels for one year. I have booked on 1st of march and received the message thay my booking number is 17500547. Installation will be done with in 30 to 45 days. But after waiting for more than 60 days i haven't received any information about it. When I tried to call them their number is also constantly busy and not reachable.Once my number got connected there representative don't have any answer when i will received the Connection.

                                        I pre-booked from reliance big tv website on march 1st after seeing their new hd channels free plan for just 2000. I paid 499 rs for this too. Booking id: 12512340.

                                        However i have been hugely disappointed after that. They have not yet installed till date [29th may (59 days)]. Not only that, they have not even called me informing this big delay. Their customer service has been also really poor as they are not able to give any proper answer on when my installation will be completed.

                                        As far as i ve heard, they have cheated everyone who did pre-booking. Please take action against them
