I am totally unsatisfied with your response. I have done pre booking for reliance big tv on 3th march (Booking id[protected] and at that time i was intimidated for installation within 30-45 days and today i no received the sms that my connection will commence which is totally blunder game played by reliance as they told me to do it within 45days.. I want my connection or i will go to consumer court for this concern.

    Sir i booked big tv on 28 march 18. I made a payment of 499. That time
    Company representative told me that dth will be delivered within 30-40days. But now they are saying it will be deliver up to 15 june.
    Its not fair. Company is not doing its commitement complete. I cant wait too much till 15 june. Just bcoz of it i didnt take a connection from my local cable provider.
    I request to deliver my big tv as soon as possible otherwise i have to move to consumer court.

      Dear sir,

      I am totally unsatisfied with your response. I have done pre booking for reliance big tv on 28th march (Booking id[protected] and at that time i was intimidated for installation within 30-45 days and today i received the sms that my connection will commence from 15th june.. Which is totally blunder game played by reliance as they told me to do it within 45days.. I want my connection within this week by 7th may as per my initial information or i will go to consumer court for this concern.

        Hi Team,
        i have done Pre-booking of reliance Big TV over online on website https://www.reliancedigitaltv.com/home.html, My Booking ID is 14529365 and done payment of 499 RS and got confirmation email saying, Installation will be done with in 30 - 45 Days as on March 19th 2018, Till now there is no Communication about delay or in the news about this . Customer care does not able to provide any genius reason for delay. they are not doing installation as mention and not refunding money also. Help me get my money 499 RS refund as they are not giving any option for Refund. please help me file a case for this complaint .

          I had Booked RBIG TV Connection in March 8th by paying 500 Rs through NetBanking and it’s May 4th now. I had received a msg that Installation will be done between 30 to 45 Days. Booking ID is 12522873. Today I received a message that installation will commence from June 15. What the hell ... March - April - May and now June will be the installation. ### 3 months over and still no response. That too it’s not confirmed. I want my 500 Rs back along with 3 months interest.

            This very pathetic service provider reliancebig tv, , , i booked my connection 12th march, yet not received booking id and no calls from installation department, , , if i called to customer care they don't proper intract and put the call disconnect or hold for long time...i can hear you all recording..
            I have pay you money id, , return my money now...

              I did pre booking of reliance big tv on 01.03.2018. I paid 499 rs through net banking for this booking. But i did not get any confirmation message, call or mail regarding this booking from your side till date.

              Now it's more than 60 days to the date of pre booking, but still not get any information.

              Please do the needful at your earliest possible.

                From last one month no pay channel had come as i already paid amount for 2 years in advance whenever i call in call centre they reply our team is working some technical issued, we will show all channel soon but from one month i am not able to seen any channel what is use?
                If y service is not start than refund my amount so i will switch off some other service

                till today no service started our complain is as it is no channel had come your call centre are not property reply they said some technical error will get resolve in 72 hours but from one month i am suffering from this problem till 72 hours r not complete what to do if y r enable to start channel then please refund our money back so we can switch to some other

                  Maine 16 march ko big tv ka stb book kiya tha (Order no[protected] aur installation 30 to 45 days ke andar hone ko kha gya tha but still installation nhi hui hai. I complained at national consumer helpline and comlaint id is 716450.
                  Ye logon ko cheat kr rhe hai no profetional ethics making fool to indian people. Itni patient nhi h ki ek set top box k liye 3 months wait kre give my money back

                    I booked reliance big tv and paid money for pre-booking on 12th march, 2018.

                    Its been around 55 days and no one has come to install the dth to my home.

                    Reliance dth website is showing this message "maximum time duration from booking to installation will be 30 to 45 days".
                    When we communicate to customer care and executive said that there are some technical problem and wait for 5-7 days.

                    Reliance dth is misguiding and miscommunication to customer on this dth offer.

                    Now please take action against reliance to post wrong information.

                      My booking id is 12521033 and i have booked big tv on 2nd march and now received massage that you are going to start big tv installation from 15th june, don't you feel pain of customers or making fool of people is only intention of reliance big tv. You have committed to deliver set top box within 30-45 days from booking and take money in advance but now more than 2 months are passed and you are behaving like shameless organization seems reliance don't have any ethics. Its scam which reliance has done with the people now reliance is not refunding amount also..

                      Reliance big tv is fraud company..

They have committed to deliver set top box within 30-45 days from booking and took money in advance but now more than 2 months are passed and they are behaving like shameless organization seems reliance don't have any ethics. I want my money back but reliance deny to pay back its pure scam because nobody will wait for set top box more than 2 months..
                      My booking Id is 12516252 Dated:02 March 2018. It has been more than 4 months but still now didn't received conformation from RELIANCE BIG TV. Even after complaining for numerous time to the customer care there is no response and feel like its a complete fraud from Reliance Big TV. I demand for complete refund along with the interest.

                      Also find the payment details.

                        I had booked my digital tv in march, but still i am not received it and not getting any status of the same.

                        Please let me know when you are going to install the dish tv, already 45 days is overed form my date of booking.

                        Know very disappointing services providing by reliance no response on email as well as the toll free no. Also not working.

                          I booked new connection in bigtv offer. Paid on 2nd march.
                          As promised connection should be made before 15th april.
                          Till now on so many communications, they are claiming tomorrow connection will happen.
                          Today received a message that my connection will happen post june 15th 2018.

                          Is this a fraud game to loot money. Pre booking charge of rs500.

                            -i had booked for reliance digital tv connection on 10th march, 2018.

                            -installation was supposed to be done within 30-45 days.

                            -took advance payment of rs.900

                            -guess what? I am writing this complaint on 4th may, 2018.

                            -tried calling the customer service

                            -none of the phone numbers responded.

                            I think reliance is thinking that everyone in india is as rich as mr. Ambani but sorry, we don't own a ipl cricket team neither an entire football league. We are just ordinary middle class people who keeps note of every penny he/she has.

                            Hence if by chance this complaint caught your eye, here's a free advice:please do not to subscribe for a reliance digital tv connection cuz, they give # service and have very little (Or no) regard towards their customers.

                              However, i am not able to see any of the tv channels till today.
                              I had called toll free number multiple times, but of no use.
                              I want my money to be refunded (The amount of recent recharge is rs.780)
                              So that i can shift to a better service provider.

                                I applied for connection on 23rd march 2018. As per their website and t&c, installation need to be done with in 30-45 days. Today is 4th may and it's been 41 days now but there is no sign for installation.
                                My booking id is 14534912. Please resolve the problem as soon as possible. They have already taken rs. 500 as prepayment for the connection. Solve problem. Thank you.

                                  I have booked reliance big tv in april and they are commencing the installation from 15 april 2018. After booking i have got an sms that the installation will take 30-45 days. But today i have got another sms that the installation is commencing from 15 june 2018. It is going to be 2 months or more for the installation of set-top box at my home. It is disgusting that the company is faking about the actual information and providing servicing on time. I want to cancel the booking request of rs. 499 and want my money back but there is no cancellation option given on the website.

Please compassionate for 1 month lose otherwise refund my amount.. This is not fair as i tried to connect customer care from last 1 month but no response even no reply on my email. Please look into this matter as no channel was working since 1.5 months. Please refund my amount asap.

                                        I had booked digital tv connection rbigtv on 20th march 2018 by paying ₹499.00 online and they had promised me installation within 30 to 45 days and there is no response till now. I have tried calling the both customer care number and those numbers are not working now. They are playing with the customers. Everyone who has paid for this offer is still suffering... So please my amount ₹499.00 refund my account.
