This is so unfortunate that we are using Reliance Digital Services. If anyone has to give example of BREACH OF TRUST, they should talk about Reliance employees. Though its a small theft but your employees cheat every other day. We called reliance customer service (after a wait in the que for about 30 minutes) and your lazy so called engineers were sent to rectify the problem. The problem was that the set top box switch off on its own. What he was doing was just wanted to change every dam thing from wire to set top box.., Charger. He could not understand the root cause of the problem. Finally he did something with the wire, pretended he has solved the problem and went away. THE PROBLEM WAS NOT SOLVED. We called them again, 2 guys (one name was Rajesh) came to see the things, did not change the set top box, but your Brilliant people deduct INR 500 for it. Finally we stopped getting the services and called them back, and we came to know your set top box was changed... Can you tell me WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?
