I, Sushil Kumar Modi, is a customer of Reliance Big TV submitted that –
1.I have lodged a complaint on July 8, 2014 regarding not visited Engineer at my house so technician
visit charge should not be charged from my account but Reliance has charged technician visit charge from my account and my account has suspended and in response to my complaint the reply of Reliance is as

The amount of Rs.301/- has been successfully credited in your Reliance Digital TV account on 23/06/2014, however you have been charged for technician visit, hence we have already registered your complaint vide Service Request ID:[protected] and it will resolve within the 72 hours. 2. In above reply from Reliance commitment of Reliance that “we have already registered your
complaint vide Service Request ID:[protected] and it will resolve within the 72 hours”
3. Sir, during July 8 to July 18, 2014 I made many requests through e-mail to Reliance to resolve my complaint and tried at Customer Care Help Number, but till date my complaint has not been resolved and my account till suspended. I and my family are deprived from entertainment of TV Channels due to account suspended.
4. Hon’ble Sir, you are very humble requested that please help me in resolving my complaint and impose a high penalty on Reliance so that they could not do repeat this type of series ignorance with other customers and pay to me and my family as compensation.
