    Dish is not working for the last 3 days and display is showing ERROR 400, though the weather is very clear. I am facing this problem since 31st may 2014, the amount of Rs 170 has been deducted twice from my balance and have registered a compliant for that also.One engineer (Mr Sunny) came without informing me and shifted the dish from one place to another as the display was showing ERROR 400 again & again and I have been charged Rs 350 for that.The compliant has been registered for that also. As the services has been suspended for more than a month, I have registered a compliant for the refund of the services for that period. As on date I am facing the same problem (ERROR 400) and compliant could not be registered at customer care after several attempts.     Hi my name is Allwyn and my smart card number is[protected].
    I had called your customer service number spoke with several agents at your customer complaints department they where horrible no one was able to resolve my query is this the way you make business hiring illiterate people who don't even know how to speak. my only concern was that i was unable to view some tv channels ie:discovery, 9xm, z studio and they booked an engineer and when i asked for a supervisor they said i will get a call with in 24 hrs and haven't got any.i will not stop until i get a resolution you can contact me on [protected] or email [protected]@gmail.com.i would also like you to trace the second last agent that i spoke with when i called you call centre he was very rude and disconnected the call.
    My smart card no is[protected] and having the connection since 2010. Due to hud hud cyclone my reciever is broken so I registered a complain on 21 oct but till the date no response from any of the technician. I don't know how many more days I have to wait for the technician to visit my address. I think its better to move on with another connection.
    I am facing error 400 issue since 1 week. I have lodged the complain and a site visit for technician since 1 week but no response as of now. Can you please look into it.

      Dated : July 18, 2014 Hon’ble Sir, I, Sushil Kumar Modi, is a customer of Reliance Big TV submitted that – 1.I have lodged a complaint on July 8, 2014 regarding not visited Engineer at my house so technician visit charge should not be charged from my account but Reliance has charged technician visit charge from my account and my account has suspended and in response to my complaint the reply of Reliance is as under_ · Dear Customer, This is with reference to your e-mail dated 09, July 2014 for your Reliance Digital TV Smart Card number[protected], regarding technician visit charge issue. We regret the inconvenience. The amount of Rs.301/- has been successfully credited in your Reliance Digital TV account on 23/06/2014, however you have been charged for technician visit, hence we have already registered your complaint vide Service Request ID:[protected] and it will resolve within the 72 hours. Request your kind co-operation. Assuring you of our best services always. Thank you for choosing Reliance. Regards, Kumar Kulkarni Reliance Digital TV Officer-Customer Care. 2. In above reply from Reliance commitment of Reliance that “we have already registered your complaint vide Service Request ID:[protected] and it will resolve within the 72 hours” 3. I bought it from my friend but he did not know know that registered number and i want to change it with my number. I called many time to that customer care number but they did not pick up the phone. i am really frustrated with the service of reliance big tv.

          i a big tv costumer since 2008, and i am very satisfied with the service of big tv, on 3rd july 2014, due to heavy rain in delhi, my set tob box not provide any signals, i call costumer care on same day, they registered my complaint and said that one technician will contract me shortly, since 3rd july till today no one contract me, i call many times in this period to costumer care, they insure me every time, technician will come to me shortly/today, but on one has come to me, i with my family missed many important programmes between these day. i request you to kindly take necessary action on the matter, that company proved best service to costumers. thanking you K S Chauhan card no.[protected]

            I took prepaid connection quarterly package, and made the payment for 3 months in advance, i was expected to get the connection for 3 months, but it end up for 45 days only, when i called to customer care they advised me to go and and take new one more quarterly package.Is this the way the system works with Reliance TV??

              i have registered my complaint with reliance vide request no.[protected] on 01.07.14 which was closed by them with a charge of rs. 175/- against my account for which they have only removed the existing fitting from my old building but was left unattended and was not refixed at new address which was supposed to be till date. again i registered a compliant vide request no.[protected] on 02.07.14 which was left unattended till date. Again on 04.07.14 they took my request vide request no.[protected]. am absolutely unhappy with the service provided by them.

                    Dear Team, Smart Card No:[protected]. Only today the issue of installation(service request[protected] gets resolved and again new issue arises. What is the quality of the service?????? Its pathetic Now getting different error(108-paring error) and fed up talking to your customer care team. Now they are asking for another pay of Rs 400 for resolving this problem. Why should I pay another Rs 400 for what is purely your fault. Clearly you are trying to cheat customers. Please refund my entire amount that I had spent on BIG TV or I shall file a case against you in the consumer court for cheating. I would like to switch to tata sky or any other service provider. I given complaint twice for one problem still you people not yet solve the problem I given complaint for remote problem they did not sent anyone till one week I called them again for problem they told register one more complaint which is non-chargeable but they they charged too for that complaint . I got charged twice for single problem. I dont know what is happening .                             my smart card number[protected] past two days tamil channels are not working properly i made call to the customer care several times there is no response.are u showing any default number as your customer care number.is there any customer care people are there worst service try to solve my problem r else i will close the connection number[protected]

                                  I am reliance digital TV (previously Big TV) customer for the last three years. I am unable to view channels. Continuously getting Error 400 (Weather conditions are bad) when the weather in NAGERCOIL is absolutely clear & sunny. I am trying to contact the customer service for the last 4 days but all I lost was 30minutes of waiting time. Disappointed that I have to voice my concern in a open platform like this. Is there a way to reach out to The concerned? If someone from Reliance is noticing this, please reply...

                                    I have registered a complaint on 29-May-2014 at big tv call center ( complaint no.[protected] as signals are not proper and I'm not able to watch channels. But up to till date any technician not visit even I not received any call from big tv. I call on daily basis at big tv call center but all in vain. It take about 30 min. to talk with big tv executive. Please help me as I'm suffering mentally and financially. My big tv set up box number is[protected].

                                    From last 20 days whenever i call on your call center number they also said that your case has been raised on high priority but no action taken from your side.

                                    Please don't make promise try to do some action on complaint.
                                    If you are not able to provide service than give me option to change my service provider.

                                    Before 24 hrs Reliance Communications team post a comment that complaint has been forwarded to customer service team.
                                    But still I'm waiting for a call from service team.

                                    No action till now.

                                      None of the channels were working and showed Error 400. Service has been very disappointing and frustrating for the following reasons : 1. Kept on hold for nearly 25 mins. 2. After explaining the problem, the customer service person says to call back after 15 mins. 3. I then get a SMS mentioning that I have been charged Rs. 175/- and the complaint is closed. The problem is still unresolved. My consumer No. is[protected]. I have called customer care twice and have been billed for it without it being resolved.

                                      After holding on the line for nearly 25 minutes and finally getting through, your customer service person requests me to call back after 15 mins. and explain the problem once again! This is totally unprofessional and highly frustrating. Why can you not hire more people and get additional lines... it is so inconvenient for users. My query still remains unsolved. Consumer No. is[protected]

                                      Yes it is resolved because finally I gave up and switched over to Tata Sky. Got fed up on trying to follow up ...Atleast Tata Sky acted quickly.

                                      Worst Signal Connection ,

                                      This is the most worst worst service and signal connectivity is utter waste. Consequently if my signal is lost it takes around 3 days to recover back . What you people are doing? Please shut it down ! My consumer id :[protected]
