I have been trying to reach the customer care number since last week. I have tried to check the maximum wait time in the queue as the calls were never addressed. Even after an hour the calls were not attended. Even if theres a technical issue will it take a weeks time to fix it. Got few dealers number from the IVR, all the 4 numbers are not in use. Why should a wrong number be updated for assistance....
