My card # is[protected], 3 channels from english entertainment category has been removed without notice from my TV. While I tried to reach the customer care using these numbers [protected] and[protected] which they claim to be toll free but its chargeable. It takes a long time for someone to pick your call and the representatives are of the worst kind with least technical expertise and never understand your requirement. I need to get a proper explanation on why channels were removed and have a better customer care for your product. Sincerely, Unhappy Customer. basanth [protected]

I am in frustration because of this. If the calls are not been picked i may have to close the service and iam serious about that!!!

There is no service dealer in kanchipuram dist., Customer care provide some nearest dealer mobile number 631501 (Kanchipuram) and 600016 (Saidapet) most of switch off and others stop big tv services 2+ years.

      My card no.:[protected] I have tried to reach the customer care team, but not able to reach for the few days and music only generated nobody picking up the call. I am more than 6 month customer. Recently I was recharged 1555 R's. But past two days I am not able to see TV channels. Its showing Installation in progress. Please let me know what shall i do? This is the way that you will maintain the customer. Its 100% worst service care. Is there any other way to get my Problem resolved. Or should I go for Consumer Court?

        This is my smart card #[protected]. I have tried to reach the cust-care team but not able to reach for the few days and music only generated no body picking up the call. I have also sent an email to customer care team about my problem and require activation of sports channel... don't see any auto acknowledge or nothing from reliance team. What is happening with reliance? No care on customer request.. do you want us to go out from your services permanently? I have been using it for the past 2+ yeasr and never experienced such a pathetic service..no idea how to reach your team?

          My Alc No :[protected]. v. jayadasan. Since 3 years I am having the Relaince Dish connection @ Bangalore city. I have paid for one year Bronze Package, Rs 2260/= on 27/03/2014 through the local agent. 12/04/2014 we have charged for additional English Channels for two months only . paid Rs. 90/- till 12/06/2014

          02/06/2014. all regional channels disconnected without any intimation, the reason saying that no balance in your account. and very difficulty to get your customer no . finally we approached the local agent, he had added rs.20/ for recharged till 15 /06/2014. As we know that 12/06/14 the English channels to be blocked, for that 9 th onwards we are continuously calling the Help desk No but no proper reply. again we called our local agent to stop the english channels which are for 2 months.They said that its very difficulty to get the line and proper reply. Finally he informed also.
          on 15/06/2014 No reginal channels connections. the same day we tryed lot @ 10.30 night one of Mr. Dharsan picked the phone he saying that no balance in your account, I told very clearly that we are going to raise a legal complaint aganist this type of services. And i tryed this contry head no . [protected] & [protected], both the persons are saying that they left for the company, we cant help. Tell me where I should contact to retifiy this issue. Better to take back your dish & setup box immediatly .refund the full amount we will go for another sours . This kind of service why to keep, Sure that I will not pay any sigle money for future, Pl immedate respond this matter

            Hello Sir, I have registered a complaint on 9th June 2014 for replacement of Set top box for Reliance Big TV as it was not working. Also recharged the account with the money for replacement of the set top box. Their service says replacement will be provided within 48Hrs. But it has been more than one week since then but no replacement provided yet. Repeated contact of customer care has no help and they are not even committing to next date by when they would resolve the issue. It looks like they need infinite number of days for resolving the issue and they expect the customer to wait for unlimited number of days! It is a serious concern and I am looking forward to get the right compensation for the mistake they have done. And they should be punished properly that the services will be better in the coming days. We are not good with signals so I called reliance customercare and filed complaint they said problem will solve in 48hrs but still it is not solved.I called then 4-5 times from last 10days the answer is same but problem is not solving...please solve my problem..

                  My TV sowing Error 400 and after that I had complained to customer care on 1 June 2014 (Sunday) and take a Complained No#[protected] after 2 days no any body came for Repair than I have again remind to customer care office on 4/6/2014 (Wednesday) and wait and again call to customer care but technician not come After very frustrating and mailing to Nodal Officer and reply come that i will solve the problem with my team But no problem solve. Over all my Set top box Not repaired Till Today and Passed almost 2 Week. My family relation is not good due to TV not running and passing through the mental pressure.                       respected sir / madam, i am owning a reliance digital tv hd setop box customer id[protected], remote of the same had to be replaced, as it got some techanical error, for putting up complaint, i resorted to al measures which company people have provided for assistance, which was indeed a futile exercise, toll free number which was provided, kept me waiting for hours al together, which was left unattended, authorised dealers, company distributors doesnt have an answer . After purchasing the same for a staggering price of Rs 8000 odd, i do expect a decent aftersales .                               Misbehave and Amount not refunded by Big TV

                              sir, While talking to customer care big tv [protected]...using abusing word and denying to told me the accurate information.Service charge of 400 Rs (For Issue of pairing charge) not to be refunded...

                              Complaint No.[protected] Its been 6 days and my complaint has not been attended too... surprising customer service! It takes a minimum 50 - 55 mins. for a customer service to come on line. Keep it up Reliance!

                                    I have been trying to reach the customer care number since last week. I have tried to check the maximum wait time in the queue as the calls were never addressed. Even after an hour the calls were not attended. Even if theres a technical issue will it take a weeks time to fix it. Got few dealers number from the IVR, all the 4 numbers are not in use. Why should a wrong number be updated for assistance.

                                    My Reliance Big Tv Smart Card number is[protected]. I have been facing Sinal Error ( Error 400) for last 10-15days i.e. 20/06/2014. I lodged a complaint stating the relavant problem and the complaint no. is[protected]. I was told an engineer will be arriving my place in 2days but till date there is no-one arrived. I have been calling the Big-Tv customer care day in and day out but there is no proper reply. I have paid the entire years amount that is the yearly pack, the service is out of order for 10days I want the Refund of the amount. Do the needful as soon as possible.

                                      I have been a customer of Big TV and my annual subscription got ended by first week of May, I renewed for the next one month through online. But when I tried to call the customer care to activate it, but I didn't get any response till now. After a long wait of 30 minutes the call will be automatically getting disconnected. I tried calling throughout the day but still calls in queue and reps are serving other customer.
                                      customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I have logged Complaint no[protected] on[protected] & Reliance digital no[protected]. Till now my complaint was not resolved. I have made so many calls on daily basis but no action was taken. Customer care executive are always saying that we will resolved the issue by today but end of the day the result was zero. form last 7 days they are just making fool of me. When I call to customer care and ask executive to have a word with senior, they just put on hold or disconnect the phone.I don't know how the company is going. If they cannot provide services then they should not sell their product in market. If they are selling their product they should clear earlier that they will not provide services in after installation (We will not purchase third class dth serivce provider
