Unable to Reach Customer Care

Poor Customer Care service

I have been trying to call the customer care to activate NEO sports in order to watch the French Open final on Sunday, June 8. I have made at least 15 calls since June 7 evening and not a single one has been responded. I will be missing the final courtesy of this pathetic customer care who never seem to pick up calls unless it is early morning or late night and that too weekdays. Completely bogus customer service and there is no other way...

I have requested to Reliance Big TV customer care (Call Center) to un install my Big Tv connection on 04/June/2014. I have requested them to resolve it in 24 hours. But one of the call center guy has responded very rude and said that issue cannot resolve within 24 hours, it can resolve in 48 hours only. Set top box not replace
