I have been a customer of Big TV for the last 5 years and my annual subscription got ended by last week of May, I renewed for the next one year through online but then i am the customer care to activate it for the last 2 weeks but i didn't get any response till now. After a long wait of 30 minutes the call will be automatically getting disconnected. Initially i though Reliance Big TV may have an major outage and that's why calls in Queue, I tried calling them by 12am, 06am and many more time but still calls in queue and reps are serving other customer (Oh No)

    I have been trying to call the customer care to activate NEO sports in order to watch the French Open final on Sunday, June 8. I have made at least 15 calls since June 7 evening and not a single one has been responded. I will be missing the final courtesy of this pathetic customer care who never seem to pick up calls unless it is early morning or late night and that too weekdays. Completely bogus customer service and there is no other way to subscribe channels. I can't even do that online.

    sir, i exiting customer of big tv no[protected] i have done recharge of 4000 rs for platinum pack for one year, how ever i contact your cc, and activate my plane 9 months+3 months free, so i request to upgrade my plane and activate for one year,
    Sir I have 2 big tv connection's..[protected] an [protected]..sir would like to inform you that the Customer care service of Reliance big tv is very poor it's a 3rd class customer care service...when i call to customer care support every time your IVR tells all the customer care executive are busy on another calls..what the hell is this..no bdy takes the call for half-half hours..what type of customer care service is this..other DTH customer care is very excellent they takes the calls with in a minute..but Reliance big tv customer care executives takes a call with in half an hour..

          I have requested to Reliance Big TV customer care (Call Center) to un install my Big Tv connection on 04/June/2014. I have requested them to resolve it in 24 hours. But one of the call center guy has responded very rude and said that issue cannot resolve within 24 hours, it can resolve in 48 hours only. But today it is already crossed 48 hrs and still my request has not cleared. Every time of I was calling to the Reliance Big Tv customer care they are putting me in hold for min 20 mins and wasting my time. They are not at all showing interest to respond back to customer. Please do not choose Reliance Big TV. It is really wasting of money.

              Hi This is Ravindra Raju My smart card number is :[protected]. I'm getting signal/antenna issues since 5 days and my tv services are blocked. I'm trying to connect to the customer care numbers [protected] /[protected] but not getting any proper response even after 25 minutes call same message "our customer care executive are still busy" Even I sent mail to [protected]@reliancedigitaltv.com, but i did not get any proper solutions. They have just given some advices in mail and explain their charges in their reply. Please look into the issue.

                Dear Sir I am Sanjit Gupta & i have 4 connections of Reliance Big TV (Smart Card no.s [protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]. On May 31st, I had registered a complaint that all my 4 TV's are working showing the signal error 400 and the customer care officer gave me the complaint no.[protected] and said maximum time for service is 48 hours but your complaint has been registered on urgent basis and they will and get it rectified tomorrow only. The next day i called up then the customer care officer said that today is Sunday and our technical team is on holiday and won't be able to show up and tomorrow morning you will get a call from engineer and your problem will be rectified by afternoon. No calls were received. I called up in the afternoon and talked to a Senior Supervisor Mr. Prem Negi. He said that your problem has been forwarded and will be rectified today by 7 PM. nothing happened Today morning i again called up and had a word with another senior supervisor Ms Kulwinder Kaur, she said that your complaint is not registered with us, after an hour i again called up then Ms Nisha (Senior Supervisor) said that you will receive call directly from the field within 1 hour and your problem will be rectified by evening. i again called up after 3 hours (since no calls were received) then again a senior supervisor who refused to tell her name said that we have forwarded your call and will try to rectify it today, else it will be done tomorrow. After so many discussions i still doesn't have any answer, no calls is received from any technical person and i don't think that it would be done today also. Now i would request you to please tell me what options do i have. Your 48 hours has already been passed and i have no idea that my problem would be solved in next 48 hours or not. None of your supervisors are able to give any concrete answer to me. For how long do i have to run after this? If you cannot fix my problem, then i would request you to please tell me the procedure of removing my connections and refund of my payments. Thanks & Regards Sanjit Gupta +91-[protected]

                  My issue with Reliance BIG TV-chennai I have been trying to register my complaint through Big tv Customer care[protected] /[protected]. Though my call was waiting for more than 30m it was not picked by any of the customer agent. I have a issue with my BIG TV set top box(No[protected] for the past 4days.                     My smart card no.[protected] we have complain[protected] dated 22.05.2014 engineer came to house and without solving the problem, the complain is closed they charge of Rs. 200.00 and we complain[protected] dated 22.05.2014 still nobody engineer come to house for solve the problem. so please request to you solve the problem because last 10 days Reliance digital TV is not working.

I am facing 108 pairing error since 7 to 8 days and trying to call the customer service executive several times but did not get any response. What is the quality of the service?????? Its pathetic that getting error (108 paring error) and fed up to call the customer care team. Please refund my entire amount and will be switching to some other provider now.                             Reliance digital TV, sub. my digital TV problem has not been solved from last15- 20days. card number . *[protected]* sir, I Mahender a regular customer of reliance digital tv has taken the 2 digital TV connection.From last *15-20 days* my reliance d TV is not working with account number i.e.* card number as[protected], *and i have *made several complaints* to customer care, but till now i haven't received any feedback nor solution for my problem.I have also told to your customer care team regarding *changing of digital box* and i am ready to pay the charges for it, still they haven't responce. one of your executive is telling that their is shortage of setup box form last 15 days. i don't know how can a number one company like reliance digital TV tell like this that to in a metro city like Hyderabad, were we get every thing on call. your customer team should have shame how they can be so ir responsible in their job*.from last15- 20 days we are unable to watch *any thing nor channels on my tv because we are the customer of big company ( reliance digital TV.) Recently i have recharged the account with *yearly package*, so if you people are unable to solve my problem then return my money back, so that i can go for* another company*, as their are many other companies in the market which provide better service than you.till date your team is showing me the* different ways of giving the complaints rather than solving the problem.* hence its my *humble request to *your team to *solve the problem* as soon as possible, as i have a joint family i am facing many problem. if you people cannot change the box or solve the problem at least inform me so i can go for another option.

                              I am a customer of Reliance Big TV since 4 years, my smart card no is:[protected]. My Setup box remote is not working since 2 days. I have been calling the below provided customer care number all day and no body responds to the call. It says "your call will be attended shortly" and i waited for alomost 20 min three times and no body has attended the call. Toll free[protected] Tolled ([protected]) If this is the customer support the company provides why do they launch a product. If you cannot support your product who will be willing to take your product. Now i am seriously thinking why did i opt for Reliance Big TV.

                              Finally this is resolved.
                              I request you to improve your service, the time for resolving issue should be minimized drastcally.
                              The person who visisted just handed over me a new remote and did nothing else.
                              For this it took 8 days.

                              This has been a day since i got a response saying "customer service team will contact you" and till now no body has contacted me.
                              And now it has been 5 days since i did not get any concrete response about getting my remote repaired or purchase a new one.

                              How many day do you want me to wait ?

Read through the trail mails (bottom up) for the scene so far...and there has been no resolution yet... May 9... I am really going to escalate this now... No one called up or came to my house... The issue still persists and I do not get any television network. Above that I get a message saying that your ticket has been closed and you have been charged 175 Rs. Please get a life and find a better way of making money!!!                                   Mean while i have crimped my two sides of co-axial cable (near set of box and LNB) with new F type connector. My LNB have 4 points. i have tried also 4 points in case if the problem is in points. then i have called the specialist to check it, he informed me in riyadh, saudi arabia their is problem and inquired about the other Big TV user. there are also facing same problems and switching to other digital TVs.

                                    Hi All, I need to recharge my bigtv account and to avail offer, for this i have called their customer care number ...waited 10min...15...20..30.mins..same answer & anytime..."All our customer care representatives still busy.."& unable to reach them finally. i'm not understanding...why the hell they are wasting our time and not reaching customer care people to assist. If i call anytime it gives the same reply holding for 30+min's and unable to connect ... what the hell is this??? Are they maintaining any BPO for this or just doing time pass with public time?????
