Signal lost from last one week

MY BIG T.V. SMART CARD NUMBER IS:[protected] . From last one week my T.V. Showing Signal Lost and giving reason due to heavy rain in your area contact customer care unit. But when ever we try to contact customer care number getting busy. Big T.V not taking any complaint seriously and not taking any action What we have to do (customers) to solve the problem's.

Showing poor signal

My account no is[protected] I have recharged my account 25 days before still I am unable to watch channels on big TV. It shows poor signal. I have already logged a complaint against this (complain no.[protected] on 20th July, 2014 but till the date my complain has not been solved. Another thing is that as per your rule technician must come within twenty four hours but yet no one is come for that. But service charges have been deducted ....

Error in viewing channels

I am unable to watch channels on my TV. There are no signals on any of the channels. I have already logged a complaint against this(complain no.[protected] on 29th July, 2014 but till the date my complain has not been resolved. Another thing is that service on my account has been suspended(today I got an SMS from Reliance Big TV in this regard). This is very disgusting that in place of solving my problem, my account service has been suspended...

We had a problem with set top box in june last week and got disconnected since then we have been calling customer care and non of them respond...after several tries we could get in touch and the service person came in to check and he told they dont have the stock and it took a month of fix in july last week and the customer care told us to pay rs.150 and the remaining amount will be adjusted in refund. Its almost a week and we are still awaiting...

Please god.. Save us from big tv. It sucks!

I have been facing issues with Big TV since last TWO months!

Poor connection, worse customer service experience, False promises and rude attitude of the engineers coming to service the set top boxes!

Promise of 48 hrs service is super fake. Need someone's immediate attention to this complain and solve my problem ASAP....

suspension of account

Wrong deduction of amount and no refunds

My set top box is in warranty and stopped functioning properly. It was replaced on 14th july 2014. However rupees 500 were deducted from my account.
I called customer care on 16th july 2014 and they said it will be refunded in 3 days time.
