I am writing this letter in reference to the reactivation of my DTH
reliance digital TV service. my customer ID is[protected]. I had
purchased it in Jan 2013 in Pinjore (Haryana) after some month I
shifted to a city in Jharkhand. Its around 9-10 months I haven't
used it. Today I installed it and recharged the base package of 220
(Bronze). The payment receipt no.is AMIP58626308 .The
signal is good, channel scanning is also good, even the Radio channels
are working.
The Problem is non of the channels is working, even the preview and
help channel. Error "200" is showing in every channel. I tried the
helpline numbers[protected],[protected],[protected] many
times, it was disconnected after entering my smart card no. Stated that it
is not valid.
Please look into the problem and try to solve it.
