MY BIG T.V. SMART CARD NUMBER IS:[protected] . From last one week my T.V. Showing Signal Lost and giving reason due to heavy rain in your area contact customer care unit. But when ever we try to contact customer care number getting busy. Big T.V not taking any complaint seriously and not taking any action What we have to do (customers) to solve the problem's.

Kindly look in to the matter and clear the problems as soon as possible

    My account no is[protected] I have recharged my account 25 days before still I am unable to watch channels on big TV. It shows poor signal. I have already logged a complaint against this (complain no.[protected] on 20th July, 2014 but till the date my complain has not been solved. Another thing is that as per your rule technician must come within twenty four hours but yet no one is come for that. But service charges have been deducted . I am continuously contacting customer care but they are not responding at all. This is reticules . I am very disappointed with the services of Reliance Big TV.

      I am unable to watch channels on my TV. There are no signals on any of the channels. I have already logged a complaint against this(complain no.[protected] on 29th July, 2014 but till the date my complain has not been resolved. Another thing is that service on my account has been suspended(today I got an SMS from Reliance Big TV in this regard). This is very disgusting that in place of solving my problem, my account service has been suspended without any reason. I don't know whether any action would be taken to resolve my problem.         We had a problem with set top box in june last week and got disconnected since then we have been calling customer care and non of them respond...after several tries we could get in touch and the service person came in to check and he told they dont have the stock and it took a month of fix in july last week and the customer care told us to pay rs.150 and the remaining amount will be adjusted in refund. Its almost a week and we are still awaiting response from them and there is just a standard response "OUR BACKEND TEAM IS WORKING WILL GET BACK TO YOU" card #[protected]. Having a hard time to fix such a simple issue:-(

              Hello I am writing this letter in reference to the reactivation of my DTH reliance digital TV service. my customer ID is[protected]. I had purchased it in Jan 2013 in Pinjore (Haryana) after some month I shifted to a city in Jharkhand. Its around 9-10 months I haven't used it. Today I installed it and recharged the base package of 220 (Bronze). The payment receipt no.is AMIP58626308 .The signal is good, channel scanning is also good, even the Radio channels are working. The Problem is non of the channels is working, even the preview and help channel. Error "200" is showing in every channel. I tried the helpline numbers[protected],[protected],[protected] many times, it was disconnected after entering my smart card no. Stated that it is not valid.                 I have installed Dish tv of your company last year through above company located at Porvorim Goa. My S, R, Number[protected].I had a problem of disruption of connection in getting pictures. The fault shown was E400. I tried to contact [protected] however i could not get the proper customer service agent. I tried to contact company at goa porvorim but I could not get them on phone or mobile. I then contacted Mr Satish their mecanic who promised to come late. However, he did not come yesterday. today again I had contacted to him who told me that he will come however late today at 5.30 pm I tried to contact their office at Porvorim.and narrated my complain, The mecanic who promised to come phone me that the company has fired him and therefore he will not come untill they send him.
                I therefore bring to your notice the attitude of service providers and tell me wheather I should continue your sevice.

                    I have been facing issues with Big TV since last TWO months!

                    Poor connection, worse customer service experience, False promises and rude attitude of the engineers coming to service the set top boxes!

                    Promise of 48 hrs service is super fake. Need someone's immediate attention to this complain and solve my problem ASAP.

                      i had 3 add on cards to my card no[protected] . as i wanted to cut the add on connections i called up the call centre and asked them how this was done, i was told to recharge only on main card[protected] and the other add on add on cards would be cut off due to no balance as required . i did as was told . but 15 days later my main connection has been cut as the add on connections according to them had not been cut worst consumer care am going to shift my dth service provider exalt dsouza [protected]

                        Sir,

                        For availing 3 months subscription at discounted price cost me Rs753. Its unfair to siphon taxpayers money and I request TRAI to intervene and refund our hard earned money.

                        Even after making advance payment for 3 months, the signal error continued for 2 days. After two days when i called the customer care, they claim that money paid Rs753 cannot be credited into my account as I hadn't called Customer care for intimating about the payment.

                        This is unacceptable and sever exploitation of consumer rights by this company

                        Its now 6 months and I have moved to a different operator but i received no communication from RELIANCE BIG TV . PLEASE HELP

                        I urge TRAI to Intervene & investigate my case and redress my grievance.

                          I am fed up of big tv.. Little rain or wind and the error 400 signal lost message comes up on the tv screen.. I filed a complaint on the 19th of July and was told that a technician will visit but on the 23rd of July Rs175 from my account was deducted even when no technician visited.. Then i recharged with Rs50 and that too got deducted.. I have been calling the customer service 3-4 times a day to know the status.. First of all it takes 10-30minutes to get connected to one of the customer service guys and then when you talk to them they are very rude and provide inappropriate information.. Many a times they hang up just because they have no solution to my problem.. I had requested for a refund on the 23rd of July and today is the 27th of July but the problem is unsolved.. My account has been suspended since 24th of July and i am not able to watch tv.. In spite of the fault being yours.. Whenever i call i am given a new ticket number and when i ask for a supervisor i am told supervisors are not available at the moment.. To add to this most of the time i am told your systems are down and also that my issue is in the solving status and will be solved within 24-48 hours.. This is simply ridiculous.. One customer care guy asked me to keep the tv and set top box on for 2 hours as he has done some setting and it will start anytime.. I did so and after 2+ hours when i called i was told it will take 24hours.. I mean you are clearly FOOLING your customers by doing all this.. If this issue is not resolved as soon as possible I will have to change my dth service provider and also go to the consumer court regarding the money you have charged me wrongly.. I had even mailed you and you replied but did not stick to the words that you had written.. You had promised me a solution within 48 hours but its more than 96hours I am getting error 200 due to channel suspended..

                          Now i don't want any technician to visit my place because i have had enough of trouble from you guys.. Just refund my money.. Rs225.. Please look into this matter seriously and solve it.. Expecting a positive response from you..

                          It has been 11 days and my issue is still unresolved.. People from your office called up twice and I have called them a million times and mailed them too but all in vain.. It seems you are taking your customers for granted by providing such poor service.. I have been a Big Tv customer since the last 5 years but now I feel it was my biggest mistake to choose your dth service..

                          Let me know if you will ever refund my money (Rs.225) so that I can start viewing the channels as my account is suspended since the last 7 days now..

                            My set top box is in warranty and stopped functioning properly. It was replaced on 14th july 2014. However rupees 500 were deducted from my account.
                            I called customer care on 16th july 2014 and they said it will be refunded in 3 days time.

                            Today is 26th July 2014 and still not received refunds. As a result my account is deactivated due to insufficient funds. I have called customer care several times and only response I get is that we have accelerated your complaint and you will get back your full refund. But this never happens

But why Reliance Big TV has been deducted the amount Rs.175/- in my Reliance Big TV DTH Account.                                 I have opened a service request to Reliance team on 19th July. till date no one has turned up. Every day I calling toll free numbers.. the persons who answer's the phone every time says their systems are not working.. Setup boxes are not in stock. and they do not even transfer the calls to next level...I am not understanding what to do. Can any one help me in here please.                                   Reliance bige tv have charged RS. 900/- on 21st July, 2014 in respest of Settop box replacement & for its Resolving its pairing eRror. On 19.7.2014 set top box was replace under warranty scheme & after its installation TV screen was continuoulsy showing Pairing Error for which we made compaint on 20.7.2014 in Custome care because Engineer Satish who came to our home for installation was not answering our call. Our service was started on 22.7.2014 in moring but within an hour our connection was lost after inquiry it come to the notice that it was due to the negative balane of Rs. 9*00/- which Big TV have charged in Our Account for which we were not liable now they are not ready to refund this amount Against Satish Enginner came to our HOme on 24.7.2014 he ask my mother to recharge for RS. 250/-, my mother did the recharge of Rs. 250/- ha said he will return in 15 mintus to active user service but he have answer our call after that moment.

                                    I had complain on 07.07.2014 at 3:13Pm and Service request no.[protected] and this problem is solved on 10.07.2014 at 3pm by your service provider Mr. Salim(Mob No.[protected]) and after service he taken cash money of Rs 225. But company again charged of Rs 225 in my Account(Smart Card no.[protected]. And this charge of money two times, I complain again on 13.07.2014 at 2:18pm and service request number is[protected] for refund of money which are charged two times by Reliance Big TV. And I inquery your Customer Care Relationship and reply by your side that your money is refundable in three days in your A/C and I waiting for three days but still now not solved my problem by your Customer Service and i call by telephonic on 17.07.2014 at 4pm call duration 10min on your customer care no. [protected], 18.07.2014 at 4pm cd 23.48min or 19.07.2014 at 4.06pm cd 20min talk to your Team Leader Mr Hemant and Team Leader said that your problem is solved between 24 hours then call 20.07.2014 at 01.41 pm cd 18.00mint & 21.07.2014 at 06.27.pm cd 10.00 min this day i am call 2 times at 09.54.pm 46mints & call on 22.07.2014 at 02.34 pm 16.mint and alose call Mr. salim @ 45times . Please refund my money in my A/C[protected] immediately thanks & regard Kamlashankar Gupta [protected] / [protected]

                                      I had logged complaint vide no.[protected] on 19/7/2014 at 9.00 a.m. . my Smart Card no is[protected] in the name of Ravi Kumar Agarwal for signal lost due to receiving instrument is damaged and not working.Number of calls to customer care executives and senoirs during the period 19/7/2014-21/7/2014 but no technician has visited at my home.At 8p.m. on 21/7/2014 i suddenly received a message that your complaint is resolved and your account has been debited with Rs.175. I immediate logged the complaint vide no.[protected] to refund the amount immediately, without resolving the problem how can you deduct the money from my account.It is a fraudelent activity done by Reliance Big Tv Company.You are requested to take action against the company and the refund the amount Rs.175 in my account immediately.

                                        Their serviceman took Rs.300/- unlawfully from me as service charge though i have done recharge for the same. No feedback from company about my refund in spite of continuous follow up. Lodged a complaint for no signal on 17th July 2014 till date no technician has come to address the issue. Their people at customer care are not aware of any complaints. Every time they say that your previous complaint number is not in our system and they issue new complaint number every time i called them. I have 6 complaint numbers with me for above 2 issues. spoke to their team leader Asif chaudhari but every thing is vain. Vague and general response from e-mail. Thoroughly frustrated with their irresponsible attitude towards customers.
