His is to inform you that last week on 21st Jan 2016, i have purchased a Samsung Refrigerator, Model RT33JSRYESA/TL/2015, S/No 036Z4PAG200931Z, Bill Details :C#[protected], at Vikrampuri Colony, kharkana, Reliance digital stores
Product was delivered on 25th Jan 2016 by Reliance to our home and Technician have came on 26th Jan 2016 to unpack and give us demo but he have found dents on the front door and color shade patches on the fridge and he have asked us to inform the same to the stores and he also have taken photographs for reference and same was informed to stores along with the photographs by us (to kiran )but no action was taken till date.
After continuous follow up with stores team regarding the issue. (Kiran) have promised to visit our home personally on 28th Jan 2016 Morning to exam the Refrigerator but failed and for the same i have been only at our home without going to my office but he failed to attend and even avoided attending my calls
I have called him almost 20 times but did not responded to my calls and later i have called stores landline to reach kiran and Rakesk with great difficulty
According to our last telephonic conversation on 28th with Rakesh, store Manager the the product will be replaced or else door will be replaced was mainly discussed and refrigerator can be used till the replacement is done .there must be no compromise on anything else .
I have asked Rakesh to mail the same for further reference but mail i have received is something else .
We have faced a bad experience and regretfully want to inform that receiving defective product and extremely worst customer service /response .
Never expected such negligence and careless behavior from reliance .
We need our Samsung Refrigerator need to replaced or else money should be refunded immediate bases and i don’t want to have transaction with the reliance anymore and no compromise on anything else
