I bought Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime 4G on 1/11/2015 from Reliance Digital Express mini Uttarpara store, but I faced some issues with the bluetooth of that device, they harassed me by forcing to visit the samsung service center for 2 times, it didn't helped, then they took responsibility, but after 5 days I didn't get my phone back till now. I'm anxious.

    Team, I bought Reconnect LED TV 2 years ago and my TV remote has a problem from 6 months. the remote dint fall down but its not connecting to TV. i approached the reliance digital store at Madinaguda and logged a service request 6 months ago. i dint even here a call till date. again i walked into the branch in september and keep following them to help. Inspite the store has given me a service agent number[protected]. this number is either busy or not responding.Calling this ervice agent is waste of time and no use at all. Hence i am lodging this complaint with utmost grievance. I am reachable at [protected]. Regards Vinay.

      Reliance Digital Store Staf[censored]nprofessional behavior

      We bought a 32 inch LED from the Reliance Digital store, Infinity 2, Malad west.
      We were told third party vendor will be send to collect the old 32 inch LED.

      After the purchase of the LED, there has been no response to our calls and complaints.
      extremely unethical behavior from Reliance Digital Store Staff.

        Kind Attn:

        Apropos to the trailing mails herewith, which are self explanatory; I am at loss to understand this undue & seemingly deliberate delay in settling my legitimate Insurance claim for the subject Samsung LED TV 46ES7500, purchased at Reliance Digital Mumbai vide your Invoice No. C5025 #0015 on Nov 11 2012 by paying Rs.123490.25. This amount included extended warranty of 2 years.

        It is over a month that my above LED TV has been handed over to your service centre, yet there is no response from your offices or service centre, to update me of the status of my TV failure complaint / claim report.

        As per IRDA regulations, a response within 48 hours must be given to the claimant against equipment failure complaints; it is over a month since my complaint & handing over the defective TV set to your offices & yet there is no positive response has been received from your good offices.

        Kindly arrange to replace my above mentioned TV set post haste & oblige.

          1.On 12/07/2015 purchased Sony Xperia C3 for 16, 990/- and sold Samsung mega (old) for 2000/- EAN# :[protected] IMEI NO:[protected] which used to get continuously hang even I couldn''t call. I formatted it/software updated but still no luck.I had to use my old basic phone. So I sold it at Reliance Digital Thane west G.B.Road Opposite Vijay sales. for 10, 000/- only and again added 4500/- and bought Samsung A3 worth 14500/- Address:RELIANCE RETAIL LTD. ORION BUSINESS PARK SHOP NO. 4 G.B.ROAD NEAR CINE WONDER MALL. THANE WEST 400604 STORE CONTACT:[protected]/1 2.Samsung A3 bought on 27/09/2015 EAN#[protected] IMEI NUMBER : [protected] PRICE:14500/- On forth day ie 1st oct2015 I get a fine blue line on my lcd screen. As I was out of town (Nagpur) I couldn't return the phone but same I informed via phone to Reliance Digital. They confimred to check phone at service center. On 15th I shown them my mobile after return from Nagpur and LCD was visible . Note:There were not a single dent/scratch on mobile .No where. they suggested to show service center talav pali thane west. I shown them on 16th oct 2015 and they said internal damage(??) It was so shocking for me..not a single dent /scratch NOR fallen down nor kept below pillow????how come brand new phone go faulty without any physical damage? They literally forcing me to accept " you must have kept device under pilow OR kept in pocket"...? which I never did. Again on 17th I went there and told them what service center says. They also seen my mobile carefully.Even service center guys too checked under microscope but they not found a single dent/scratch. So again Relaince digital taken my mobile and send to panch pakhadi service center. NOTE: This time when I went to collect my mobile after 2 days they had kept it in a metal drawer on their counter without wrapped and big paper bunch was kept on it????? after seeing this I was so shocked how they kept my device??? Now this time THERE WERE NO DISPLAY AT ALL...COMPLETE BLACKOUT MY SCREEN WAS!!! I literally shouted on them and they said service center guy opened it with blower as its a metal body(battery cant be removed) so blower is needed and NOW THIS TIME I SEEN VERY THIN LINE INSIDE. WHEN I HANDED OVER MY MOBILE TO RELIANCE DIGITAL there was no line at all...I shouted at them but they said your device is dead now...cant do anything. And like both service center they said get it repaired for 8500/- on chargeable basis. Even meanwhile I loged complained on samsung portal/website http://www.samsung.com/in/info/contactus.html# job no Job no .[protected] but there too samsung just given me suggestion to get it repaired on chargeable basis. I need compensation from either Reliance digital/Samsung. Coz either Reliance Digital selling refurbished units under name of brand new OR Samsung has cheap quality. I am just getting harassed by Reliance Digital and samsung service center.             Purchase AC from this store and also purchase extended warranty for 5 years. Now AC is not working now. I have registered a complainant but without addressing issue it's status is resolved as per text message. Now it's nearly 20 days unattended.

I purchased LG Washing Machine 6.5 kg FAIL T75 and mentioned the address: DNO: 6-11 & 6-11/A, Vijy Sai Towers OPP: BJP Party Office, vivek nagar, kukatpally, hyd-500072. The main problem is i purchased washing machine[protected] on that day 4 gifts offer available. But only they are given 2 gifts, gifts names are Comfort, PHIL HDRY HP8120/1EA, SURF EXCEL TOOL KIT AND PROVOGUE WEIST WATCH And moreover the bill was not given on that day. after 5 days i go to the showroom ask to help desk problem was told and then my bill was given. PROVOGUE WRIST WATCH gift not given. the sales manager told there is no stock and PROVOGUE WRIST WATCHES. I have so many times asking the this issue they are saying NO STOCK. The bill was generated[protected]:57:39. till now i am not taken the gift. what is the problem i don't know. Almost 2 months over then i purchased the washing machine till now i am not getting the gift PROVOGUE WRIST WATCH (2999/-).               Your team was called and they are saying watches are not coming, instead of watch they are giving power bank at the same cost of 2999/-. why we are promising for the given PROVOGUE WRIST WATCH (2999/-).and moreover the complete mistake was yourside. I asked somany times called for the help desk in kukatpally, and they are saying NO STOCK WATCHES. Continuously i am waiting for the watch 2 months But there is no response properly. Then why are not coming PROVOGUE WRIST WATCHES. can I know the reason.They are not intimating to me. Almost 2 months over till now the issue was not resolved. I asked any other alternative product is available or not Except Power Bank.                 I bought a laptop from Reliance digital, Cunningham Road, Bangalore - 52 on 28th June 2015 with a cashback offer. I was promised to get my cash back within 3 months of purchase date but I haven't yet recieved it. And when asked for the same I get all lame excuses just to close the ticket raised. I had also raised a complaint regarding this on 4th Oct, 2015 but I didn't get any proper response. I want my issue to be solved as soon as possible with interest due to the delay. This is not the way marketing is done, it should be based on consumers satisfaction. Mentioned is the Reference Id of my last complaint:[protected]. I hope my issue is solved on priority basis.                   Hi I have purchased sony 32" TV on 17.10.2015 at your reliance Electronic show room at Kharkana Branch(Branch id:8768) Your sales manager assured as the product will deliver today (18th Oct2015) but till now we have not received the product and after many follow ups over call finally your CRO saying the product is not in stock and will take 3 more days to deliver and also saying if we need urgent delivery they will send different model and it was not at all acceptable their arrogant reply.                     I have purchased SamsungJ2 from the Reliance Digital Store at Avani Mall Howrah. They cashier swiped my card twice and billed me twice for the same transaction. After receiving the sms when I realised that my account have been debited twice, the cashier told me that the former transaction was not valid and the amount will be refunded within 48hrs. I also spoke to my Credit card company, which said that the transaction was duly approved there was no such error and also asked the cashier to make it void by entering the transaction ID and amount to which the cashier reluctantly said that the transaction cannot be voided as it was not successful in the first place. Its been 10 days since the purchase and my credit card is still showing 2 debit transactions even after contacting the store multiple times.

                      This is my second complaint against reliance digital services..on this forum...the last tym the issue happened no help was provided nor was the issue resolved...reliance is fraudulent company..fleecing money from the poor in the name of extended warranty...its been 3 months since i have last submitted for repair ovr extended warranty for an antena issue...they have mishandled my phone spoilt my camera...put a dent on my battery and backpanel and returned my phone in a very bad state...wen i showed them they refused to repair my phone! They have misbehaved with me and mentaly tortured me ..i have wasted my 3months of work, interviews and gym...over their impotent service..i want a compensation for all this...i will make sure they loose their credibility and goodwill because they have none whatsever! U have robbed my battery maybe and put a dented one...and are trying to waste my extended warranty time period...i have posted this on all socially networking sites, fb, whatsapp etc...if there is law and order and respect for consumer indian government please help me, if wil die of mental torture
                      I bought a double door LG fridge in December 2019 from Reliance Digital (T.Nagar, Chennai) and on Feb 3rd 2021 the fridge stopped working. I got absolutely no help from Relaince digital to assist me in getting my problem fixed. The service centre response is very pathetic, the treat me worse than baggers. I am deeply frustrated and disappointed by LG and Reliance Digital for not providing me the required after sale service.

                      Never again I will ever step in to any Reliance digital store not buy LG products in Inida,
                      Worst done by reliance digital.

                      First, there was nothing mentioned on site that installation of ac will be free or chargeable.
                      Then, i called and asked customer care about same, they said installation is totally free and it will also be done in 24 hours.

                      Then, i purchased lg airconditioner on 6th may and delivered me on 7th may, but upto today (9th may), no one called me regarding installation and today i got a call and she said they will charge Rs. 2000 for installation.

                      Again, i called customer care regarding same, and they told may be it was mistake and now neither taking ac return nor making installation.

                      FRAUDING AND CHEATING PEOPLE... RUDE & LIAR CUSTOMER CARE...

                        Am kiran from hyd. I purchased a Mili wallcharger(Adapter) on 28th Septemper 2015 at 9:27pm for Rs.999/- from Reliance Digital Kompally Branch. On the very next day i found that my product was not working properly. It charges for an hour or two and later it doesn't work.I went to the same branch again n showed to the concerned authority. he tested my product for an hr n said it's working perfectly fine. I requested him to replace the product as it is not working properly but he denied saying it is in god working condition.He asked me to contact Mili Company directly through contact number.

                        Why should i contact Mili company when i got bill from Reliance Digital, Kompally?? What is the fun in stating the product has 6 months warranty when you can't replace the product??

                        I request the concerned authorities to look into the issue and replace my adapter at the earliest. I also request Reliance Digital Top management not to sell fake goods like this and cheat their loyal customers.
                        Reliance Digital customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                          I bought 24 Inch Samsung LED TV at Tirupati Reliance Mart on 04 Sep 2014 two years warranty with triple protection. My TV had problem on 25 Sep 15 and I went to Reliance for the same. They said complaint to be registered with Samsung. Samsung CC said the Complain to be registered with Reliance and they gave Mob No. of one o[censored]r employees named Bhaskar, [protected]. I lodged complain on 30 Sep 15. after two days nobody came. Then I call Mr. Bhaskar then he sent your service engineers and take the photo copy of the Warranty Card and Bill, and Mr. Bhaskar told me that my complaint will be solved with in one day. I talk to ur many executives many times. which i can't be elaborate now. Till now problem is not rectified.

                            I have purchased an Intex aqua dream II on 16/08/2015 in Relaince Digital outlet Pondicherry, after two weeks the loud speaker in the phone is not working and the phone is also automatically entering into many apps even without touching the phone and also without internet connection, for this rectification i gave the mobile in the store where i have purchased, they sent the mobile to the service centre, but in the service center they kept the phone idle for one week and they returned it as the problem got rectified, then i checked phone got shocked that the phone not even opened, then the next day again i gave it to the same store, and they also again sent the mobile to the service centre, they are not responding properly, one day a phone call came from the service centre that your phone is ready and you can come and get it, i went for collecting the mobile they told that the phone has some OS problem you come the next day, the next day i went but they told that the battery is dry wait for some time after charging it i will give, i waited for more than an hour after that they told that the phone got charged only 3% so you better come next day, again the next day i went, they told that the same loud speaker problem is there, so we have asked for updation so you wait for some time, i waited for 2 hours but they did'nt tell any positive reply, i have ever seen this kind of service, so please if the phone is not able to service please replace urgenty.

                              My 2.1 Speakers stopped working within the warranty period hence I took them to ResQ Center in Bibwewadi, Pune. I was told that it will be repaired within 2-3 Days and I will be informed however, I only got a message that it is being looked at by the technician and no call nothing. So I called up the customer care and I was told that it is being looked at and they have raised a complaint for not getting back to me within 2-3 days. I waited another week and still there was no response from the customer care nor ResQ Center hence I visited the ResQ Center and was told that the Speakers are non repairable and I will get the replacement within 2 days. Now again another week passed still no reply so I visited the ResQ Center and was told that Reliance Digital Store from where I purchased this speaker is shut down hence they cannot get it replaced however, it will be refunded within 7 working days. Now it is more that 7 working days so I called up the guy in ResQ Center regrading the refund and he said there will be no refund but he can give me a voucher of the purchase amount which is Rs. 3999 and it can be redeemed at any Reliance Digital Store. Now as I do not have any faith in their services I do not wish to get this voucher so I am requesting a 100% refund or replacement. These guys are taking disadvantage of my patience, according to the warranty rules I should get the repair / replacement / refund and I was ready for all these options despite of wasting lot of time running after this stupid people I am getting nothing.                                 Hi Team, I have bought iPad Air 2 from Reliance Digital Store- Banaswadi, Bangalore on 25 June 2015 . There was a promotional offer of 5% cash back on purchases using ICICI credit card. They informed the cash back will be credited in to the account with in 45 days from the end of promotional offer. But till now no cash back was transferred. The response from the store representatives is also not good. 90 days have gone I still didnt receive my cash back . Its a very poor promise, highly frustrated - I strongly urge you to pay me my cashback amount.                                   My email conversations : from last 40 days i'm doing follow - ups with reliance digital regarding my mobile reconnect rpspe 4701, it's already repaired two times. And almost all parts like...Speaker, mice, ringer, flash, camera repaired many times and now volume key now working.

                                  I'm waiting for more then a month but not getting any response from them.

                                  So please look in this matter and arrange to resolve it as soon as possible.

                                  Which was given back to us in a month time and when we tested it was never repaired. But i am not satisfied with your worst services, because i received it after a long time apx. 45 days, with many scratches. However it was clean at the time of submission. After many arguments and discussions i'm not got any suitable response from reliance store. Now again my mobile stop working and submitted to reliance store bhiwadi. Again i'm not getting any suitable response from reliance store. Every time they are saying "we are not sure, when it will get repaired" i'm waiting from last 20 days. This time my mice, speaker, ringer not working.


                                  I got the problem almost in every part of mobile, you should be replace instead of repair the mobile. Every time you keep the mobile more then a month. I am not satisfied with your worst services

                                    We have been contacting support and the shop just for a remote for the newly purchased O General window A/C from Phoenix market city Chennai. For the sake of giving they first gave a remote which did not suit the A/C specifications. Then after 7 day we got another remote which we were able to switch off the A/C but could not on it. An service engineer visited last sunday and has taken picture of the remote which is there in the instruction manual. Till now no one has got back. Whenever we call they say that they are searching for the remote or a person has gone to purchase the remote. Really frustrated with the service.We have only wasted the time and money by calling the service person and the shop for the details. Product Purchased on 19th September 2015. Very worst support.

                                      Yamaha Home Theater stopped working within 20 days of installation I have purchased Yamaha Home Theater Model YHT 1810 from Reliance Digital, Thane on 23.08.2015 and withing 20 days of installation while listening music, suddenly the system stopped and refused to power on. I booked complaint on customer care number on 18.09.2015. The technician arrived after 4 days. i.e. 22.09.2015, that too after 3 calls to customer care. After checking technician told that the system has to be taken to the workshop for repairs. I have purchased this branded high end system from reputed dealer like Reliance Digital. I am afraid if the product stopped working within 20 days then how it will survive after warranty period. I hereby demand that Reliance Digital replace the system with new one.                                         I am a customer of RESQ Plan for my LG Split AC from 01.04.2015 and the serial no. is 246682. In this context when the remote control of the said AC was not working I asked for a service request to helpline no. and after that the following reference numbers are send to me as my reference no.:- 07/09/2015- Ref. No.[protected] 09/09/2015- Call No. [protected] 19/09/2015- Call No. [protected] 26/09/2015- Ref. No.[protected] First time when the staff visited my house told me that the remote is defective and he will check it and replace it if needs. But next time he told that the remote is ok but the sensor of the AC is not working. So it has to be replaced. Third time another staff called SANDIP came to my house and told me that the display board is defective, so it has to be replaced, and he took the photo of the Customer Data copy page & Serial no. Board. But till date no solution is there for my AC has been found and every time I called him ([protected]) he promised to do the job urgently. Surprisingly every time I got the Message that the Reference numbers and call numbers have been resolved, where the problem has not yet solved and I have been cheated by RESQ.
