some family problems & survairer close my scouty file but at now my
scouty stand in agency unrepaired, company & survairer tell not open

Hi Sir,

Recently, Reliance general insurance company have rejected the insurance claim ([protected]), they are conveyed to us for two reason. That is,
1. The claim registered after 103 days of the loss.
2. The time of accident 14 persons were seated inside the vehicle.

I don't accept your both the reason, because insurer heavily insured(head injury) in the accident and he is admitted in hospital,...

I went with reliance motor insurance vide policy no [protected] in Dec 2015. Payment of policy premium was made online. Then on 28/01/2016 I have received the recovery letter from Reliance General Insurance regarding the recovery of the NCB amount of Rs.1106 saying that the NCB provided by the previous insurer was 35% and reliance have provided me with 45%. Can I please know where this NCB have been entered by me during registration....

I am very disappointed that after doing multiple follow-ups, I have not received any resolution for my claim raised to Reliance General insurance Company for Claim No#[protected] raised on 05-Oct-2015.

My policy no.[protected] your survey person is more keen interested for bribe rather than solve problem for which customer will pay insurance fee every year, till that time my car work is not start more than 20 days pass on, your surveyor is not doing duty for which company is hired, i have escalate this issue in national media asap in few days, customer will also know about reliance and media will also influence for people donot take...
