Absolute cheats

It has been over two months that i am trying my desperate best to get claim for my car claim no-[protected] mh-04-fz-3157:[msgid - 2077543]: i was given a sanction claim amount of 59000 as against 1l ac 88 thousand. After deliberations it was increased to one lac one thousand.

I am told the balance is not to paid for following reasons

One : i have a zero deprecation policy - in this case as the term implies, zero depreciation cover promises comprehensive coverage without factoring in for depreciation. If your car is damaged following a collision, for instance, and you file a claim, the insurer will cover the entire cost. Mine was not an accident buy flooding.
Second the ecm replaced is plastic. The ecm is basically an on-board computer in your car — it's composed of hardware (A pretty standard circuit board) that's encoded with software (A program that tells the car how to run). How is it plastic?

Third bcm is plastic part. The body control module is a computer which controls many things in your car not directly related to the engine. Instead of large wiring looms circuits all over the car all the buttons connect to a single computer which in turn turns on the headlights, open the windows, control the central door locking, etc. How is this plastic?

Pl look into the matter urgently as my car is in garage and i am not able to get it back without the claim amount.

It has been over two months now

      Hi, I had received an call from ur executive by name Smitha, claiming that she had called from Maruti for insurance renewal. I believed her and asked her to send the executive to my place to collect the cheque. I hand overed the cheque to the executive. I received my insurance copy in September. But there was lot of mistakes. I called Mr.Rahul jaiswal, who directed me to one more executive Rashmi. I told her about the mistakes in the insurance copy. She asked me to mail the details, I did so, but after 1 month I received the same copy which I received previously, again I sent an email complaining about it. Now a lady by name Nisha calls me, she said she will check & get back to me, it's already 1 week, she has not got back to me.

      What sort of work are u people doing? U people r not fit for anything. I need my money back or the original copy of insurance with corrections done.

      If this is not taken into action, I will go to CONSUMER FORUM!!!

        Claim no. [protected] under the motor vehicle insurance policy no. [protected].
        I m not satisfied with the survey performed. I just want that my car gets repaired without any payment from my side.
        I have been regularly paying emis on time and the insurance is still alive. So, why should i pay for the repairing cost. At the time of emi payments, there used to be reminders from your end and at the time of repairing you are asking the amount to be paid by me. Why?

        It has been almost two weeks and now your surveyor is also not accessible over phone. Whom shall i contact i don't know

          I got a mail in september regarding recovery of ncb amount 1384/- to continue my policy benefits. I contacted the insurance agent, he took the cash amount and confirmed the deposition. But again i am getting a letter on 20th oct saying due of 1384/- amount. I talked in helpline no 18003009. They confirmed that the amount is not yet deposited. The agent parties are confirming the deposit. Please provide urgent solution to the matter

            Dear sir,
            My two wheeler insurance expired on 23rd september 2017. For that i want to renew my insurance i called your insurance team and they picked my call on 29th september 2017 morning 10.00 a. M.

            Chakravarthi is the concerned person attend my call. I had got the vehicle quotation sent from there side. So that i had paid the amount through my rupay card.
            He told me it takes one hour because the server is slow. After 24 hours i dont get any mail or message.. But after that there is no response from his side.
            "i lost my money."
            What did he get for doing this to me. I want my money debited from my account.

              I undersigned ramchandra salgaonkar, client id 05659168 has a policy no 51110881 with your esteemed company (Reliance life insurance)
              My policy was done by advisor name mrs. Pushpanjali amonkar on august 2013. Name of the policy reliance child plan.
              When i did the policy advisor mrs. Pushpanjali amonkar told me that this plan is best of all and i will get good returns on this policy and also said that i have pay only for 2 years and then reliance life insurance company will pay me 25% for next four years, plus bonus will be paid at the end of maturity as mention on my policy. Mrs. Pushpanjali amonkar even told me i will get cash and tickets to bangkok which i never got…liars..
              So when i started the policy
              2013.. I paid rs.17, 01323/
              2014 i paid rs. 16, 75824/-
              2015 i paid rs.129754/- + rs 15, 49, 453 (Which reliance life insurance paid me by cheque)
              2016 i paid rs 116007/- + rs 15, 65, 264 (Which reliance life insurance paid me by cheque)
              2017 i paid rs. 000000/- so far i have received rs.15, 65, 264/- from reliance life insurance by cheque.
              So far i have paidmy money to reliance life insurance total amount of rs.36, 22, 908/-
              Now the advisor mrs. Pushpanjali amonkar told me not to pay this year premium as i will get less amount on august 2018. Therefore i have not paid my premium so far.
              So could you be so kind and explain me how i will recieve less money and lose my money.??? If i loose my money then…..
              I have also became advisor 21744354. Of reliance life insurance and have activated many of my friends and colleage i from now on i don’t think i will recommend anybody to sign up with reliance life insurance and also i will discourage them by telling everyone what has happened with me.

                I want to know about how much time you need to clear my insurance claim. 4+ months is completed but your company is saying my documents and details is pending. Please give me the details of what did you need know and how many month you need to clear my insurance claim reports because i was already paid a very huge amount in workshop (Authorized service center) at 85, 000rs and i was hired the 2 times hydra "first times to accident place to workshop and after than the second time is workshop to govindpuram and i paid them 3, 000rs/times". Included i was hired a personal workshop on rent which is demand to me 9, 000rs/month with security gard and bank where demand his money with interest. Which is can't afforded at this time what did you want to us. Did you want to be the bank will be added in us on his blacklist. If you did not want to be this.                   I had my taxi vehicle insured with reliance insurance, policy number [protected], my vehicle met with an accident in the last week of feb'17 and i gave the vehicle in the workshop which was under the umbrella of reliance ins as a cashless workshop called sri shiva motors in greater noida in the first week of apr'17, i got my vehicle last week which was the first week of sept'17, reasons for delay are below :

                  1. The surveyor (Manish tiwari) deployed took a lot of time to survey the vehicle
                  2. The entire end to end verification process took about 2-3 weeks
                  3. The surveyor submitted incorrect report
                  4. The surveyor misbehaved with me and my father when we questioned him on his report
                  5. I had to raise a complaint in customer service post which the surveyor apologized and promised a full claim settlement
                  6. The surveyor then in discussion with my father and the workshop owner assured that work should get initiated on the vehicle and the entire amount will be settled
                  7. The surveyor however submitted an incorrect report wherein he rejected covering the right side of the vehicle inspite of the fact that the policy was zero dep and the car was damaged in the same accident
                  8. The surveyor then got transferred out of delhi
                  9. The next surveyor love kumar gave us a very hard time and said that the right side will not be covered, by then the car was fixed

                  Due to the above mentioned reasons it took almost 5 months for me to get my car fixed and returned.

                  Outlined below is the financial loss i bared because of this
                  7400*5 = 37000 emi's paid out of my pocket as the vehicle could not be used for business
                  20000*5 = 100000 profit loss since my vehicle could not be used for business

                      The application process cannot be completed online. One has to make calls which are assisted by people with very poor accents. Some of them are very hasty in taking information from you. They do not double check with you and make many mistakes. Your money is gone in just a click. Refund is not guaranteed. This is called harassment.

The renewal amount of existing policy is rs.1218.70. But when i try to get quote for renewal further, the amount is showing as rs.1547/- which is higher than last renewal. Kindly enlighten me for this variation. Usually, the renewal amount must be lessened year by year.

                          The crop insurance amount of me is too low in comparision to other farmers of my own panchayat. I want to know the reason that how i got a low insurance amount. I had done insurance of rs.1750, and i got rs.20738. And the farmers who had done insurance of rs.1750 and have got rs.52, 000.                             ON 16/06/2017 M/S RELIANCE HAD COLLECTED RS.3958.00 FOR AN CAR INSURANCE .AFTER CONTENTIOUS FOLLOW UP ONE PERSON CAME FOR INSPECTION ON 19/06/17 AND REJECTED INSURANCE AND RELIANCE TOLD ME REFUND THE TOTAL AMOUNT WITHIN 24 HOURS. TILL NOW I AM NOT GETTING THE PAYMENT FROM RELIANCE. AGAIN I PAID AROUND RS.3000.00 AND GOT INSURANCE FROM OTHER FIRM.SO KINDLY HELP TO REFUND MY AMOUNT COLLECTED BY BIG COMPANY OF M/S RELIANCE.

                              This is regarding the policy [protected] which i bought for my father xxx on 12 feb 2017.

                              My father was supposed to come back on 12th june, 2017 and i had bought the original policy document for this duration. On june 10th 2017, we got his stay extended to 12th august 2017.

                              I thus reached to the reliance call center and subsequently to mr. Narsimha from btm layout branch. On the call he asked to me get the required documentation done for extension of policy. When he went through the policy he told me that although i have provided all required information in the policy, there is a chance that original policy can be made null and void, which he later confirmed as well.

                              Although, i have not received any formal communication from the office on this, i learnt from him that it is because of me not selection an option of presence of cardiac diseases but mentioning about stent installation in the policy. To this i have following points

                              1) i would like to tell you here that in i could not find description to cardiac diseases anywhere on the page on which i was booking the policy. Additionally, i thought that stent installation is not a cardiac disease but a disease related to arteries. I am neither a person with deep understanding of insurance nor someone with degree in medicine but my limited understanding told me this.

                              2) if the policy is null and void and my father was not insured through out the duration, i request you to refund my money back as the premium is charged against insurance. If there was no insurance anyway, then for what i am charged a premium for. I cannot suffer both ways. I should not be paying money for null and void policy.

                              3) as i understand, although is an online sale, it is a responsibility of the company selling insurance to make sure customer understand the entire form correctly and fill in the details properly. From my side, i had no intention to hide any information. So if you guys are recording and agreeing to information provided by me then, it should be honoured as well. If the company thinks it is not in the position to honor the agreement/ policy, then my money should be refunded back. Also i would like to understand, why there is no one who double checks the information provided in the document.

                              If the company still considers the policy to be null and void, then please refund my money back for this policy. Or else please take measures to extend. I am writing this letter in full faith to the company. Please do justice with my request. It is our hard earned money and a company as big as reliance should honour hard earned money,

                                My vehicle tvs scooty zest met with with an accident on march 31, 2017. I had raised the claim (No [protected]). I got my vehicle repaired in trijal tvs near hopefarm, whitefield. The accident repair charges was rs 7232. After the depreciation, the net payment showing in the website is rs 3985. But only rs 2000/ was settled.

                                The surveyor has not visited the garage nor surveyed the vehicle. He is not responding to my calls, messages or whatsapp. Before settlement also he did not inform anything.

                                I had raised so many service requests for the discrepancy in the final setllement, but no proper response till now.

                                  On ma car has no previous clamp ya any cancellation but yr company is continue send me a messages n call for paid extra money i clear but they can't understand they give me only 2 time complain number n only said we will try 2 resolve yr problem but they should not it's like a mentally stress by yr insurance agent as like employee so plz stop n solve ma problem

                                    I had met with accident in the second week of April 2017 and given my bike for repair on the same day.
                                    Next surveyor came and did all the necessary inspection for the work to start.

                                    By April 2017 all the work completed and bill was produced to reliance general insurance.

                                    I have been waiting still now for the money to be credited to my account.
                                    I have called them many time and got response that there is system error.
                                    They said amount shall be credited to my account by 12th June 2017.

                                    And these people are also not sure whether it will be credited or not.

                                    They don't know what is the amount need to be credited also.

                                    So let me know what actually going on in my insurance policy.

                                      My 3 month old renault kwid automatic rxt car insured by reliance met up with an accident on 15th of march 2017 (around 9.30am). I have purchased the car from autologic renault (begumpet). I have submitted the car at autologic workshop/service center located at kondapur hyderabad. Its been a month since i have applied for claim (claim no: [protected]). I have submitted all necessary documents immediately to reliance surveyor and third party verification team Mr. Raju. However my claim is still pending and i have no idea where i stand. i feel it was a mistake to go ahead with reliance insurance now. When i call reliance they say they are waiting for third party report. 90% the so called "investigation team: who is still "investigating" even after the case being over never answers my calls. i tried reaching his boss Mr. balaraju and he said he was on "leave". i was given false promises of claim approval date multiple times. This is ridiculous, unprofessional and terrible service from reliance and who so ever this third party "investigators" are. Those people are rude, never answers calls and highly unprofessional. They went to the extend of threatening my driver and up on questioning this he says "its part of my job" and the funny thing is the case was settled in court 2 weeks ago.

                                      As an indian citizen and holding a insurance policy of 4.2 lakhs(car damage 2.6) i demand my rights and i ask for immediate approval of my claim without any delay. I'm not ready to wait for week on week anymore and i expect immediate closure. This is unfair to people who trust insurance giants like reliance and its a shame this is happening. All i have are piled up reference numbers for each call made to you customer service number. You have taken one month of my time and lets not even start about calling your verification team. Please kindly live up your name and do the right thing to who RELY on RELIANCE.

                                      Pal, Its so unfair. When its their need they chase us and try to sell their insurance. But when the time comes to answer the claims, no one bothers. I hope they take steps and keep their reputations and trust in the market :(
                                      Its quite unfair to customers. Atleast now they should respond in correct manner & proceed further steps to sought out the issue ASAP.

                                      Assurance from Reliance must translate into Insurance for the damage. Till then it is all wait and watch.
                                      The dealers usually do not give the customer the option to choose the insurer at the time of purchase.
                                      You ought to be more cautious in th future. All that glitters is not gold.
