I have insurance policy of my car (Maruti suzuki baleno) with reliance general insurance. My previous policy was expired on 26-july-2019 this was also from reliance general insurance. But on 23-jul-2019 your executive call me and said that today is special scheme on your policy that if you done it today then the premium is only 4627/-. Then i ask him that i need full insurance bumper to bumper then he replied that it will be complete bumper to bumper. But now unfortunately on 6-oct-2019 my car was accident and now i bring to my car in your workshop and here survey boy told me about some voluntary deductible rs 15000/- but at the time of insurance your executive was not intimated me about this. so i request you to please re send my complete policy without voluntary deductible charges. Otherwise i will take a suitable action against your company.

      I faced a motor accident and hence filed for the claim. Instead, the representatives of this company mr. Ankur tyagi (Emp id:[protected] started to fight with me and started questioning my character and credibility. He instead of surveying started assasinating my character by saying that i had deliberately bumped this car into something to file the claim. He then started using abusive language. It is saddening to see such a behaviour from the representative of such a huge company.

        I puchase car along with insurance of hundai xcent on 13/01/19 of cash less policy. And submit claim on 10/09/19 at royal hundai guna. Your surveyer mr. Neeraj ji has been appointed to do survey but he delayed so much and then today new surveyer appointed.
        I am very upset with your poor service.
        Please do necesery action for up your service quality. As mr. Neeraj ji did his survey on telephone, which is not very poor survey as technician also try to convey situation of car damage but he take his stand as make ego point.
        Please resolve my problem as i was too late to get ready my car because of your delayed survey.

          I am getting ridiculous messages that i have bought reliance domestic policy no[protected]. I never ever did that. Next message that i have bought policy no[protected]. Another message that they have received 249 rupees and receipt no is[protected]
          What is this. I will go to consumer court if i don't stop getting these messages

              Dear sir,

              I have a 2 wheeler insurance from reliance which was about to expire and i already renewed it before 10 days, still i am getting everyday 2-3 calls from reliance general insurance to do renewal. i am really fedup of your calls. why is your system so poor that you cannot update that renewal is done and your staff shouldnt keep troubling customers. i will take serious action on this.

                    My voltas ac is in insurance from reliance resq . I made a complaint on june 9 vide request no [protected]. Earlier i made a complaint on 6 june executive came and he said that touch panel is not working properly (PCB) but somehow he started the ac by using putting the xray sheet but very next day again Ac stops working then i made again then i again made a complaint on 9 June. The technician has not came till today despite daily complaints to customer care . I use to call them daily at 5-6 times but all in vein . Your company policy is to send technician max.by 72 hours but now its been 8 days. I've been assured daily that technician will come tomorrow but nobody has come till now .As i have paid insurance amount but no services are given yesterday evening I called technician from urbanclap then he checked the ac and he said PCB IS NOT WORKING. I waited today afternoon and then got repaired from outside so i would request you to refund my policy amount as if you can not provide the services you should not take the money

                          I requested for insurance transfer and provided all the documents on 18 april and there costomer employee said that document are ok we will transfer the policy..after that next day they said that their employee gaved wrong information and i was suppose to give the consent letter on previous company letter head on 20 th april i again gaved the letter on prev owner letter head and contactes to the companu by which they said all documents are ok nd they had confirmed by there higher authority.after that i even got a call on 22 april saying that all my documents are ok and till 22 april eveing i will get payment link just wait for it bt ..on 22 april 7 pm i got a msj that procesa is stoped due to wrong consent letter...ithe compnay is making me fool for 5 days just for.policy trasfer my rc book and all other documents are already transfered..please i want to take serious action about them

                            They tell me company will recover your car either front side or left side but I agree with left side but right now they refuse this I'm suffering from last five days and no RGICL care about the customer satisfaction

                              This is concern i am raising as i have not received any update on my concern that i posted through paytm site. On 27th february i have paid my electricity bill (Msedcl) via paytm. Along with that i got an insurance which i do not want. I am extremely dissatisfied by the way that insurance was packaged with my request for msedcl bill payment.                                     Recently i claim for my car damage for headlight bumper and fog lamp now your surveyor is denying the claim as there was a normal scratch on bumper from earlier saying that its and old damage and cannot approve the claim. Now if all customer will starting filing claim for normal damages than what the company will do. Its a genuine damage happened recent but he is saying bumper damaged more due to earlier scratch. Hope so that will get my problem resolved or else The problem which i am facing right now just for a normal claim of approx 20000 than what if there will be a huge damage. It create a negative impact for company in market. Hope so that will get my problem resolved or else i have total 4 policies in my family and other as well in my friend circle have to suggest them to leave such company who gives false excuse for normal claim what he will give you incase of a huge claim.

                                      I am not satisfied with general insurance as you are not tied up maruthi dealers. Because of that i am going to loosing money.
                                      If i taken insurance with maruthi insurance i will get 100% claim including gst amount.

                                      Now i am loosing money gst and claim percentage and i am not able to get support from my maruti car dealer.
                                      No i have to pay the full mony and reimburse without gst.

                                        The reliance general insurance is not good at all. They were not ready to settle the total loss amount vehicle which is affected by flood. Its a full cover insurance. Even though they are not ready to settle amount. Total cost they estimated for the vehicle is 363, 755 vehicle idv and they only transferred 326, 469. They are not responding anything from their side. We need a right solution problem only reliance insurance is doing this. Other all insurance have settled their deals. Its not fair

                                        They itself estimated the amount for vehicle in total loss. Still they are not ready to settle the amount
