    Dear sir,

    I have a 2 wheeler insurance from reliance which was about to expire and i already renewed it before 10 days, still i am getting everyday 2-3 calls from reliance general insurance to do renewal. i am really fedup of your calls. why is your system so poor that you cannot update that renewal is done and your staff shouldnt keep troubling customers. i will take serious action on this.

          My voltas ac is in insurance from reliance resq . I made a complaint on june 9 vide request no [protected]. Earlier i made a complaint on 6 june executive came and he said that touch panel is not working properly (PCB) but somehow he started the ac by using putting the xray sheet but very next day again Ac stops working then i made again then i again made a complaint on 9 June. The technician has not came till today despite daily complaints to customer care . I use to call them daily at 5-6 times but all in vein . Your company policy is to send technician max.by 72 hours but now its been 8 days. I've been assured daily that technician will come tomorrow but nobody has come till now .As i have paid insurance amount but no services are given yesterday evening I called technician from urbanclap then he checked the ac and he said PCB IS NOT WORKING. I waited today afternoon and then got repaired from outside so i would request you to refund my policy amount as if you can not provide the services you should not take the money

CC Avenue on line but still on date on verification it was found that my new policy had not been dispatched so far & also by logging my account in Reliance General Insurance website I am not able to see the renewed policy details.

                I requested for insurance transfer and provided all the documents on 18 april and there costomer employee said that document are ok we will transfer the policy..after that next day they said that their employee gaved wrong information and i was suppose to give the consent letter on previous company letter head on 20 th april i again gaved the letter on prev owner letter head and contactes to the companu by which they said all documents are ok nd they had confirmed by there higher authority.after that i even got a call on 22 april saying that all my documents are ok and till 22 april eveing i will get payment link just wait for it bt ..on 22 april 7 pm i got a msj that procesa is stoped due to wrong consent letter...ithe compnay is making me fool for 5 days just for.policy trasfer my rc book and all other documents are already transfered..please i want to take serious action about them

                          Recently i claim for my car damage for headlight bumper and fog lamp now your surveyor is denying the claim as there was a normal scratch on bumper from earlier saying that its and old damage and cannot approve the claim. Now if all customer will starting filing claim for normal damages than what the company will do. Its a genuine damage happened recent but he is saying bumper damaged more due to earlier scratch. Hope so that will get my problem resolved or else The problem which i am facing right now just for a normal claim of approx 20000 than what if there will be a huge damage. It create a negative impact for company in market. Hope so that will get my problem resolved or else i have total 4 policies in my family and other as well in my friend circle have to suggest them to leave such company who gives false excuse for normal claim what he will give you incase of a huge claim.

                            I am not satisfied with general insurance as you are not tied up maruthi dealers. Because of that i am going to loosing money.
                            If i taken insurance with maruthi insurance i will get 100% claim including gst amount.

                              The reliance general insurance is not good at all. They were not ready to settle the total loss amount vehicle which is affected by flood. Its a full cover insurance. Even though they are not ready to settle amount. Total cost they estimated for the vehicle is 363, 755 vehicle idv and they only transferred 326, 469. They are not responding anything from their side. We need a right solution problem only reliance insurance is doing this. Other all insurance have settled their deals. Its not fair

                                My vehicle underwent an accident and i registered a claim process through a honda dealer. Unfortunately the service took more than a month saying the insurance delay and now i am being asked to produce the original bill to your office which can be easily settled between honda and reliance. You could have avoided such a discomfort especially in this digital era by simply letting the customer to settle it easily. I value my time and every customer do.                                     I have sell my bike on may month and on december its insurance is completed i hace tell the customer care that i have sell the bike and now i dont want to reneval of insurance. But through yet i have received around 58 call from there customer service to remind me of reneval of insurance. I have explained them in all possible ways in 3 language that i dont want their service's now. But they dont getting it and calling me after and after. Can any one tell me how the hell i stop these people from calling me.

                                      This is a complaint in reference to the b2b (Nil-depreciation) insurance policy from reliance general insurance of the vehicle number kl-01-ch-2201. This vehicle met with a minor accident and it is now in renault service center at trivandrum (T. V. Sundaram iyengar & sons pvt ltd-trivandrum). The insurance claim was intimated and the survey was conducted by the surveyor.

                                      Complaint - i had been said by the surveyor and the manufacturer (Renault service center) that since i had not taken the insurance policy from the manufacturer renault my policy is not eligible to get the complete b2b coverage. Because of this, the policy will not be covering a certain percentage of labor and parts charges. That means i will have to pay an approx ₹6000.0/- in addition to the compulsory deductible of ₹1000.0/- out of total ₹23000.0/- claim made. What is the point of getting b2b policy then?
                                      This is cheating and completely annoying where my b2b or nil-depreciation policy is said to be invalid since i had taken it online. Here reliance general insurance is playing fake games with the consumers by getting along with the manufacture. I am also an owner of other brand vehicles which has a tie-up with other insurance companies (Taken online). These other insurance companies does not have this stupid clause and i had to never pay anything more than 1 or 2k (Compulsory deduction) for any b2b claims made with them. Also, where is this clause mentioned in the policy to make it live?
                                      I need justice in this case.

                                        This is shobha rani nuthalapati we are having the commercial vehicle (Maruti suzuki swift dezire tour ldi 2015) the vehicle is having reliance general insurance policy no.[protected] vaild up to 03.01.2018.

                                        The vehicle has an minor accident at shamshabad international airport on 20.09.2018 time: 04:30 pm. Then my driver has given intimation to me after that i intimate to reliance claims through service center. The reliance claims department was taken my claim ref no.[protected]. After 2 days the reliance general claims representative was called to me and he spokes that the vehicle damages is existing so your claim is not acceptable.

                                        I called to him many times to explain all the damages before policy and after policy but he didn’t listen my words and he was done conversation very rashly and he creates mental. Then after i have decided to convey all the matter to reliance general head offices. And i will send photographs of policy time and accident photos please see the photos and know the facts about the claim. Because i am very old customer and i am very interested all products of reliance. Now i am feeling bad because customers trust will spoil after see such things will happens.

                                        In this regard, request to treat this message as sympathetically and do necessary proceedings for my claim.
